When you decided what you really want, start materializing that very thing you want to accomplish or the person you wanted to become by building self trust and create self agreements around it that are in alignment with your values. So when circumstances tries to pull you off course, you will find your way to bring yourself back to integrity and trusting yourself again so you don't fully abandon your dream. Instances like discouragement came from the people you look up to or you cherish the most in your life. You need help from other people to reflect back into you the vison you once have and believe in yourself. “Take some time as you look into what it is that you want to create and what it is that you want to accomplish. And creating some agreements between yourself and the way you want to show up energetically, spiritually, physically. Finding out the things that inspire and light you up, helps you generate and refine the energy you need to support your dreams. Like doing the things that most excite you or doing things you enjoy. Tending to different parts of ourselves is so important to be able to generate that energy we need to show up. We commonly refer “transformation” as a thorough or dramatic change in form or appearance. But it could also mean change of our emotion, belief and/or mindset which is tailored to our life goals.    Transformation is a either a choice or life has one in works for you. It may also be calling you or maybe you have already taken steps towards it. Sometimes we stock to some point in the process like its necessary and realize later on that we need to take a bite out of it to find out what is waiting for us. But do not rush it, there will be a season when you want to do things differently to fuel us up.   In this episode, we'll dive into the things you need to let go and how to push through it by not going against your body's responses. She became heavily involved in patient advocacy and research post-treatment. We are so fortunate today to have Talla Kuperman on our show. She is someone I got to know for the last year when we were working together and called to work on this book that is actually very coincidentally coming out at the same time as this episode. We are seeing the sacred purpose in grief and transforming stories into art today. It's really a testament to everything that we do here on the sacred purpose podcast and the work that we bring out into the world as we go through these different parts of our lives that often don't make sense can't see the other side of it. It is such a gift to receive her words, hear her wisdom, learn from her experience, and see how she has turned this into really honest honoring not only her sacred purpose, but her brother's legacy. I decided to do this episode because I recently was in a conversation with another woman, she is a beautiful soul-aligned business female founder, and I was talking to her about the woman that I work with. And I use this term a resource woman and she stopped me. She said, “what is that? what does that mean?” And so I thought, Okay, let me do a full episode around this because it is kind of a full concept and term that's really actually something that's evolving.     A resource woman, she is someone who has a regenerative flow of resources and one or more areas of her life to use for her personal growth for her well-being to support her family, her community, her business, her projects, organizations, or things that she deeply cares about things she wants to express or create, or just be involved in.   “No matter whether you're in a place of feeling resource, of your feeling in a place of overwhelm and needing support, that matters too. That is what community is for. That so we can all lean on each other as needed. And that is where this resourcefulness comes from and the regeneration comes from so that we do have those opportunities for seasons of rest when we need them. Alejandra Torres Dromgold is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, driven by her vision for a more compassionate, equitable, and sustainable world.   She's taken leading roles in the reinvention of several organizations, starting with growing her family business – Contempo – from a small company to one of the world's leading for-benefit corporations, establishing the Colombia Green Building Council, and serving on the board of the World Green Building Council.   After co-founding the Family Business Network in Colombia, she went on to head the Ministry of Environment's International Affairs Office, where she secured an unprecedented $100 million in global support for the Amazon Rainforest.   Alejandra has been brought on to advise, fundraise, and negotiate for environmental conservation projects with the World Bank in Bogotá, The Nature Conservancy, the SDGs, the Green Climate Fund, the Minamata Convention, and several social impact businesses.   Her latest project is Musas – an online community, academy and investment fund designed to uplift women in their leadership and regenerative entrepreneurship. I'll dive more into why I've chosen that word, and why I believe it'll support not just me, but also you.
