[SEGMENT 2-1] Democrats have fallen 1 - Pelosi https://www.nbcnews.com/now/video/nancy-pelosi-hospitalized-during-congressional-visit-to-luxembourg-227011141972Nancy Pelosi Falls Abroad: A Sign from God or Just Bad Balance?Pelosi's Luxembourg Adventure: From Battle of the Bulge to Battle of the Ground.Gravity's Political Statement: Pelosi Takes a Dive in Europe.Nancy Pelosi's Luxembourg Fall: A New Low in Political Travel?Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic stalwart who's held onto power longer than a stubborn hangnail, had an unexpected slip while on a congressional delegation trip in Luxembourg. The event was meant to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, but Pelosi added her own “historic fall” to the itinerary. Some might argue that this fall was more symbolic than accidental—a nudge from the universe, perhaps, hinting it's time for the geriatrics of Congress to call it quits. Pelosi, older than President Joe Biden and arguably just as accident-prone, sustained an injury that required hospitalization. At her age, recovering from a tumble is less of a bounce-back and more of a negotiation with fate. To add context, her political career has lasted so long, she could've personally lobbied FDR for Social Security. This raises the question: What was Pelosi doing in Luxembourg, anyway? The cynics might wonder if she was scouting for Electoral College votes in a European democracy or indulging in another taxpayer-funded boondoggle. After all, there's no better place to reflect on the heroism of WWII veterans than a five-star suite in Europe, right? Some suggest Pelosi's fall might be a divine intervention. The Almighty might be sending a clear message: retire already. At her age, gravity isn't just a law; it's an opponent—and one that seems to be gaining the upper hand. Pelosi's accident comes as the nation increasingly debates the issue of leadership longevity. Alongside Mitch McConnell's frequent freezes and Joe Biden's conversational detours into oblivion, Pelosi's Luxembourg stumble only underscores the need for term limits—or at least a vigorous game of shuffleboard in the congressional retirement home. Botox, as effective as it is on facial wrinkles, doesn't work on equilibrium or political stamina. As the news breaks, updates on her condition remain scant, likely because they aren't great. In classic media fashion, if it's bad for the Left, it's kept quiet. For Pelosi's critics, her fall is a moment of grim irony, as some might view her “trip” abroad as a final chapter to her political adventures. Politics, much like Pelosi's footing, is shaky these days. The nation is clamoring for new blood, fresher faces, and leaders who don't require an orthopedic specialist on speed dial. Perhaps it's time for Pelosi, McConnell, and the rest of the geriocracy to take a cue from history's battles and bow out gracefully before they're carried out involuntarily. [SEGMENT 2-2] Democrats have fallen 2 - Van Jones Pelosi falling in Luxembourg is symbolic of the Democratic Party. They have fallen. Democrats resemble nothing of what they claim to stand for. And it's not just Conservatives saying this. For the first time in a long time, I'm watching Democrats argue openly about their party. It's the first step in a 12-step program, where some are slightly waking up. I've documented some of their mea culpas, but I also point out that while they see the error of their ways, it's only partially. Despite the wake-up call, most Leftist still hold Leftist tendencies or rationalizations. Take Van Jones for example. Jones sounded the alarm bell for Leftists, nevertheless he still missed the bigger picture. He blames Democrats for missing the digital revolution, but doesn't blame their messaging. [X] SB – Van Jones on Leftists being way off Laughing at Trump. 24-hour digital surround sound Kai Sent Aidan Ross, Jinxy, and Sketch Twitch, Kick, and Rumble Mainstream is fringe, fringe is mainstream I hate to agree with her, but I do a lot of times. CNN's Van Jones warned on Wednesday that the entire “political class” in the country is “way off” when it comes to connecting to voters, as “fringe” platforms and voices have replaced “mainstream” outlets like his own network. Jones was one of a number of voices to participate in a panel discussion for The New York Times' Dealbook Summit this week, along with others like Kellyanne Conway and Kevin McCarthy. Jones, a former advisor to former President Barack Obama, argued that President-elect Donald Trump better understood the digital sphere and the current issues men in the country are facing than Democrats during the election. The entire political class is way off. First of all, digital is the new door knocking. You got to understand that. We were laughing our butts off at Donald Trump for suspending his door knocking campaign and letting Charlie Kirk and Elon [Musk] do a bunch of stuff online. We said, ‘these guys are idiots, these guys are stupid.' Then you start knocking on these doors. You know what people come to the door with? They're phone in their hand. They're in a 24 hour digital surround sound that has nothing to do with CNN, that has nothing to do with anything we do. “I don't what who he's talking about,” he said. Jones fretted that streamers and podcasters are bringing in views that cable news cannot come close to touching. “The mainstream has become fringe and the fringe has become mainstream,” he said. “There are platforms, there are people out there that are getting 14 million streams and we're on cable news getting one to two million.” Jones hasn't learned that it's Democrats messaging that's the problem, not the distribution system. Remember how Obama revolutionized politics with his ground game? Much of it was built around social media, considered revolutionary at the time. Truth be told, he was going to beat McCain, even if the Obama campaign communicated by tin cans and smoke signals. Jones seems to forget that social media isn't new, and it was Obama who used it most effectively. However, Jones is right in that Leftists put way too much faith in their dying media industry. Alarm bells for the prestige media have been sounding for the better part of a decade. Decaying viewership, listenership, and so on. But Democrats dismissed the polls, because the polls reported what they didn't want to believe. But aside from Jones' warning, he said something even more profound when he declared, “I hate to agree with KellyAnne…” Why would you hate to agree with someone. Despite their political difference, if she makes a good point, simply say that. Jones revealed in that statement that he doesn't like that he's wrong. He was forced to admit that KellyAnne was right. In his defense, he's one of the few Leftists willing to do this. Still, there should be no caveat on truth. [SEGMENT 2-3] Democrats have fallen 3 – Trump lawsuit Potential Titles“Fake News, Real Checks: How Trump Made ABC Pay”“George Stephanopoulos: From Clinton's Spin Doctor to Trump's ATM”“Trump Turns Tables on the Media: $15M and Counting”“Stephanopoulos's Irony Overdose: A Clinton Guy Paying Trump for Defamation”“91 Indictments and a $15 Million Lawsuit Win—Who's the Real Teflon Don?” Trump's $15 Million Smackdown: ABC, Stephanopoulos, and the Sweet Taste of Karma Imagine George Stephanopoulos—a man who spent years spinning stories for Bill Clinton, the original Oval Office scandal artist—getting his media empire handed a $15 million bill by Donald J. Trump. And not for a new golf course or gold-plated helicopter, but for defamation. That's right, George, the guy who helped a bona fide rapist into the White House, is now cutting checks for calling Trump out on rape allegations. The irony here isn't just thick; it's practically bulletproof. And Trump? Oh, he didn't pocket the cash. No, the man who's been branded every flavor of villain decided to channel the funds into a charity. Yep, a new foundation in his name, much like the one the Clintons ran but (hopefully) without the Haitian real estate scandals. This settlement is not just a win for Trump; it's a giant red rubber stamp that says, “Told ya so!” on his war against fake news. It's also a warning shot across the bow of mainstream media. CBS's 60 Minutes? You're up next, baby. Rumor has it, they might need to start fundraising to cover Trump's legal fees. Maybe they can sell some "unbiased journalism" on Etsy. [SEGMENT 2-4] Democrats have fallen 4 – Trump lawsuit [X] SB – Stephanopoulos with Mace [X] SB – Stephanopoulos then and now ABC and the Blood Money Apology Here's the backstory for those just tuning in. Trump sued ABC News and George Stephanopoulos after an article from March 2024 insinuated... well, things that you really don't want to insinuate about someone running for president. But it gets better. The article was tied to an interview with Rep. Nancy Mace—a rape survivor—who not only supported Trump but also went toe-to-toe with Stephanopoulos live on air. Talk about awkward. While grilling Mace, Stephanopoulos went full smug mode, somehow managing to imply that Trump was morally bankrupt while pretending his own Clinton-era skeletons didn't exist. I mean, the guy worked for the administration that made cigars a punchline, yet he had the gall to lecture anyone else about Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-kevin-jackson-show--2896352/support.

Hay una pregunta que Martín suele encontrarse en las entrevistas en España: «Si has ganado ya dinero, ¿por qué sigues emprendiendo?» Esto, curiosamente, nunca se lo preguntan en Estados Unidos. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (11/30/2023): 3:05pm- On Wednesday, billionaire Elon Musk spoke with New York Times financial columnist Andrew Ross Sorkin at the 2023 DealBook Summit in New York City. During the conversation, Musk reacted to advertisers—like Disney, NBC Universal, Paramount, and Apple—pulling their money from X (the social media platform formally known as Twitter) due to disagreements over content permitted to exist on the platform, explaining: “If someone is going to try to blackmail me with advertising, black mail me with money—go f*** yourself.” He then said, “Hi, Bob!”—referencing Disney CEO Bob Iger who was attending the event. 3:30pm- While speaking with Andrew Ross Sokin, Elon Musk was forced to concede that without advertising dollars, X will go bankrupt and ultimately “be gone.” Though he defiantly told the audience at the 2023 DealBook Summit: “Let the chips fall where they may…What I care about is the reality of goodness not the perception of it. And what I see all over the place is people care about looking good while doing evil. F*** them.” 3:45pm- Chico Harlan, of The Washington Post, documents that although the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is hosting the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) later this week, they are simultaneously “ramping up its oil production capacity like never before.” You can read the full article here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2023/11/21/uae-dubai-cop28-oil-solar/ 3:50pm- In an opinion piece featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bjorn Lomborg—a fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution—writes: “World leaders are gathering in Dubai for another climate conference, which will no doubt yield heady promises along the lines of the 2015 Paris climate agreement to keep the global temperature's rise ‘well below' 2 degrees Celsius and pursue efforts to limit it to 1.5 degrees. But they'd be wiser not to. New research shows how extravagant climate promises are far more wasteful than useful… peer-reviewed paper from MIT economists identifies the cost of holding the temperature's rise below 1.5 degrees as well as that of achieving net zero globally by 2050. The researchers find that these Paris policies would cost 8% to 18% of annual GDP by 2050 and 11% to 13% annually by 2100.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/net-zero-fails-the-cost-benefit-test-paris-climate-accord-cop28-748ae52d?mod=opinion_lead_pos6 4:05pm- On Thursday, the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on the weaponization of the federal government. During the hearing, independent journalist Michael Shellenberger testified that the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) violated the First Amendment in 2020 when it actively censored political content on Twitter and Facebook. Shellenberger concluded that the campaign of censorship amounted to election interference—encouraging Congress to dismantle government organizations whose actions were violative of the Constitution. 4:25pm- Rich yells at Henry for using the Red Hot Chili Peppers as return music. Plus, the Philadelphia Eagles' week 15 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks will now take place on Monday, December 18th. It's the first time the NFL has ever used flex scheduling for a Monday Night Football game. 4:40pm- Earlier this week, the sports blog Deadspin wrongfully accused a young Kansas City Chiefs fan of wearing blackface and of mocking Native American culture during the Chiefs-Raiders game on Sunday—angling the photo to only show half of the child's face and failing to note that the face paint was black and red, the team's colors. The social media platform X added a Community Notes correction to Deadspin's original, inaccurate, post. Even Elon Musk felt compelled to set the record straight, praising Community Notes for “exposing deception.” It was later revealed that Holden Armenta, the child unjustly targeted by Deadspin, is Native American. You can read more here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/mother-of-young-chiefs-fan-accused-of-racism-says-he-is-native-american 4:50pm- Dave Huber—Associate Editor for The College Fix—joins The Rich Zeoli Show revealing Deadspin columnist Carron J. Phillips, the individual responsible for the inaccurate article smearing a young Kansas City Chiefs fan, has a history of making controversial statements. 5:05pm- Former Republican Nominee for Governor of Michigan Tudor Dixon joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Governor Gretchen Whitmer's (D-MI) new, extreme green energy mandates. The bill, which she signed into law on Tuesday, requires utility companies in Michigan to generate 100% of their energy through renewable sources by 2040. You can listen to The Tudor Dixon Podcast here: https://www.tudordixon.com 5:20pm- On Wednesday, Vice President Kamala Harris spoke with New York Times financial columnist Andrew Ross Sorkin at the 2023 DealBook Summit in New York City where she baselessly insisted that “Russia interfered in the 2016 election.” Isn't former President Donald Trump currently being criminally prosecuted for questioning the validity of the 2020 election? There appears to be a massive prosecutorial double standard. 5:35pm- Anders Hagstorm of Fox News writes: “A New York appeals court reinstated a gag order preventing former President Donald Trump from maligning court staffers on Thursday. New York Judge Arthur Engoron had initially issued the gag order in early October after Trump lashed out at one of his law clerks on social media. Trump is currently fighting accusations of business fraud leveled by New York Attorney General Letitia James.” You can read the full article here: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/appeals-court-reinstates-gag-order-trump-fraud-case 5:40pm- While appearing on the Patrick Bet-David podcast, News Nation host Chris Cuomo said he would be open to voting for Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election. 6:05pm- According to a report from WCVB Boston, Harvard University will offer a for-credit course centered around the music of Taylor Swift—300 students have already enrolled in the class. 6:15pm- Snejana Farberov of The New York Post writes: “A veteran Ohio criminal defense attorney has been suspended for pooping in a Pringles can that he then dumped outside a victim advocacy center—admitting he regularly pulled such stinky stunts to ‘blow off steam.' Jack Blakeslee's stomach-churning habit emerged as he was suspended from practicing law for a year, with six months stayed, in a 13-page state Supreme Court opinion.” You can read the full article here: https://nypost.com/2023/11/30/news/lawyer-suspended-for-dumping-poop-filled-pringles-can/ 6:30pm- The Associated Press writes that there has been a concerning “surge in respiratory illnesses across China that has drawn the attention of the World Health Organization.” China's health ministry has claimed the uptick “is caused by the flu and other known pathogens and not by a novel virus.” You can read more here: https://www.politico.com/news/2023/11/26/china-respiratory-illnesses-cause-flu-pathogens-00128637 6:40pm- In his latest article, Sean Trende of Real Clear Politics argues that not only can Donald Trump win the 2024 presidential election, but that he should be favored to win. Trende writes: “Trump leads Biden by 2.6 percentage points nationally in the RealClearPolitics Average. This is Trump's largest lead in the RCP average to date. Not for 2024, mind you. Ever.” You can read the full article here: https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2023/11/28/no_really_biden_is_in_trouble_against_trump.html

SEASON 2 EPISODE 77: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-BLOCK (1:44) BULLETIN: White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates issues searing condemnation of the antisemitism rampant on Twitter-X and specifically calls out Elon Musk's repetition of the antisemitic madness behind the 2018 "Tree Of Life" synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh. It is a dramatic and unyielding statement with language so strong it must have been approved by President Biden himself and signals his willingness to confront the antisemitism, and all religious and anti-minority hate, and Musk himself. It is a startling development. The remainder of this podcast is a repeat of Friday's regular 76th episode and if you've heard it you may skip it with my full blessing. But it does emphasize how a threat to ban Twitter-X and end all government contracts with him, could rescue it from Musk's prejudice and bullying (6:56) It is time for the government of the United States to ban “X” – the social media site still primarily known as Twitter - and to terminate all government contracts with its owner. Under Trump the government moved to ban TikTok as a security risk to the United States, so there is precedent for at least the attempt, because a process that has been accelerating for more than a year reached a climax Wednesday when owner Elon Musk answered a blatantly antisemitic tweet with the reply quote “you have said the actual truth.” Combined with surging anti-semitism throughout the website, and the use of Nazi hate speech and paraphrases of infamous Hitler quotes by the likely Republican candidate for president, the tinderbox of antisemitism has never been fuller or drier and Trump and Musk seem determined to light it ablaze – and with it, light ablaze the peace and security of this nation. Musk's bizarre running of the Twitter-X platform had already destroyed more than half its value and even more of its advertising. Yesterday afternoon, IBM announced it was pulling its already-scheduled ads for the next three months – the New York Times says that was a million dollars' worth. Rather remarkably, as of the close of business yesterday The New York Times had not yet cancelled Musk's scheduled appearance twelve days from now at a Times event it calls its “DealBook Summit” which it describes as the gathering of quote “the most consequential leaders in business, politics, and culture,” unquote… and, I guess, the most consequential leaders in antisemitism. As the snowball rolling down the hill toward her reached speeds of about a thousand miles an hour, Musk's hand-picked CEO Linda Yaccarino posted a comment at 3:45 PM Eastern that seemed crafted by the nation's finest satirical comedians, or maybe Tim Robinson in the hot dog suit and the “We're All Trying To Find The Guy Who Did This” meme. Quote: “X's point of view has always been very clear that discrimination by everyone should STOP across the boad – I think that's something we can and should all agree on. When it comes to this platform, X has also been extremely clear about our efforts to combat antisemitism and discrimination. There's no place for it anywhere in the world – it's ugly and wrong. Full stop.” If taken sincerely and literally, Yaccarino's only possible next action would be… to suspend Elon Musk's account. Musk has gone down a path from which he cannot backtrack. Twitter-X – at least HIS version of it – must be banned, and government contracts and other agreements – local, state, national - with his other firms: Space-X, Tesla, The Boring Company, Neuralink, and xAI must be terminated. Today. There is no other option. B-BLOCK (23:07) POSTSCRIPTS TO THE NEWS: The George Santos ethics investigation is in. He doesn't have any. Remarkable research that suggests the Republicans haven't ONCE needed his vote. Paul Pelosi's attacker is found guilty, as is a J6 insurrectionist that MAGA has convinced itself was actually a Black Lives Matter Antifa George Soros plant.(28:20) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: It's an ugly word and Caitlyn Jenner just proved she doesn't know how to spell it. It's the word "Congresswoman" and Trump Junior just proved he doesn't know how to pronounce it. And it may be the last words Charissa Thompson ever says as a sportscaster. The former Fox Sports football sideline reporter volunteers the startling information that several times she DIDN'T interview the coach at halftime and simply lied and made up what she thought he would've said. Unless...she made THAT story up too. C-BLOCK (36:00) FRIDAYS WITH THURBER: One James Thurber short story, above all others, is in the college textbooks and high school textbooks and middle school textbooks. And there's a reason for it: "The Night The Bed Fell."See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
