David Waldman is here to Tuesday the heck out of this KITM. The Supreme Court was feeling cute last night and thought they'd delete the separation of powers. That Nixon was such a loser. Congratulations also go to Trump for winning his 5th golf championship in since inauguration, 10 weeks ago. Just one of the many of his latest great successes, depending on how one looks at things. One thing is still missing on his signature blue suit, however. Medals. Like Florida Gop Cory Mills' Bronze Star, but maybe a dozen or so gold ones. That'd be cool. Meanwhile, Cory's landlord is accusing him of not paying $85,000 in rent. Can Mills help it if he didn't bill him correctly? Donald does become a little smaller each day, therefore he shut down airports in a 200-mile radius in order to pretend to be a World Cup player and “accept” their trophy… and a medal… and probably the silverware at the banquet and the toilet paper from his restroom stall. Hey, it's what all the tin-pot dictators do when they tire of tin pots. Blame Jeffery Epstein. He's the guy who got Trump on his gold kick, among other things. Democrats and Kevin Spacey would like to know more, but you know how prim and demure Republicans can be. Barack Obama started compiling his forged Epstein list during his early teens, as will be revealed to all in around two weeks The US has imposed a 17% duty on fresh Mexican tomatoes (purportedly) in hopes of “boosting domestic production” … First of all, Donald K. Trump doesn't do anything for the good of anything. Second, we are deporting/terrorizing/imprisoning all of our skilled farm workers. Third, everyone knows that you couldn't treat white folks like that. Fourth, you also don't mess with tomatoes, as they are some litigious SOBs.

Connacht Rugby's announcement back in June (2025) that former England head coach and Leinster senior coach Stuart Lancaster caught a lot of attention. Lancaster brings experience probably not seen by any of his predecessors, including leading his country into the 2015 World Cup, helping Leinster to four PRO14 titles and the 2018 European Champions Cup, and he recently served as head coach in Racing 92 in France. His career spans over 20 years, and he'll have responsibility for defence as well as his Head Coach role. Stuart Lancaster has been chatting to Galway Bay FM's William Davies. == Connacht will start the European Challenge Cup away to Ospreys on Sunday, 7th December, before hosting Georgia's Black Lion six days later. Connacht then head to Montpellier on Sunday, 11th January, before welcoming French side Mont-a-bán on the 17th.
John welcomes Will Leitch—New York Magazine columnist, MLB.com national correspondent, and author of the acclaimed new novel “Lloyd McNeil's Last Ride”—back to the show to discuss the mix of sports, culture, and politics that mingle on his journalistic playground. A year out from the next World Cup, Leitch weighs in on the Trump administration's capacity to play host to players and fans from countless countries it regularly condemns; what the Thunder-Pacers NBA final says about the future of pro hoops; and why “Sinners” is the movie of year so far and Ryan Coogler is a flat-out genius. Leitch also discusses Lionsgate's plans to turn his latest foray into fiction into a major motion picture, and why Jack Lemon would make the perfect Lloyd McNeil (if he weren't dead, that is). I'm Chris, this is the Downtime Podcast and you're tuned into our Andorra post-race show with Neko Mulally and Olly Morris. If you're listening, that means that like me, you probably LOVE the sport and want to know as much as possible about what's going on. That's exactly what we are here to do. Throughout the season, we'll be bringing you analysis and insights that you won't hear elsewhere. However, as you probably know, the mountain bike industry isn't in a great place right now and as a result, this series doesn't have any brand support. The World Cup coverage is the most expensive thing I produce, as it often includes travel and I like to pay the guys for the expertise that they bring to the table. I honestly considered not running the series this year, but I love doing it and from what all of us involved have heard trackside from the fans, you love it to. So I've decided to fund it myself, for now. But if this show means something to you, and you want to keep it going, then please consider supporting us over on Patreon. You can sign up for as little as £3 a month at patreon.com/downtimepodcast. That's less than the price of a coffee, but it makes a real difference. The more of you who chip in, the more likely it is that we can keep doing this. I know times are tight. But if you value what we're creating here, if it helps you stay connected to the sport you love, then now's the time to chip in and help out. Andorra's high speed track made for tight margins and exciting racing as once again weather played havoc with the schedule. Join us to find out what went on and just what it took to conquer this insanely fast track. As always there's heaps to dive into, so sit back, hit play and listen to this Andorra post-race show with Neko Mulally and Olly Morris. Podcast Stuff Patreon I would love it if you were able to support the podcast via a regular Patreon donation. Donations start from as little as £3 per month. That's less than £1 per episode and less than the price of a take away coffee. Every little counts and these donations will really help me keep the podcast going and hopefully take it to the next level. To help out, head here. Alan Watts is widely recognized as the father of American sport climbing and a leading developer at Smith Rock. However, most don't know about his impact on the indoor climbing industry in the US or the fact that in 1988 he set for the very first international climbing competition in the country - Snowbird. In this episode we discuss his role as route setter and judge, and how that meant he had an up close and personal view of the drama that unfolded during semi-finals. We also speculate as to what might have happened had the original rules held rather than the World Cup rules. What if Didier hadn't been disqualified? What if Destivelle had remained out or if that huge move in the middle of the finals route had been a little smaller? Watch the finals of Snowbird 1988! They discuss the relationship between FIFA and the American Government, how Canada and the U.S. Men's National Teams stack up to one another, and much more! The views and opinions expressed in this podcast are those of the hosts and guests and do not necessarily reflect the position of Rogers Sports & Media or any affiliates.
A truly melodramatic final day at Lord's featuring only 112 runs but six vital wickets to give England the narrowest of victories by 22 runs. It was on the very day six years ago when England tied the World Cup final and won the Super Over on a boundary count back, and two of England match-winners that 2019 day - Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer - were at the forefront of England's victory today. Simon Hughes and Simon Mann look back at a wonderful advert for Test cricket and the extraordinary defiance of the Indian lower order with the former Indian player Deep Dasgupta. Welcome to episode #230 of The COD Casuals, where we discuss all things Call of Duty, casual and professional! In this episode, we start off with reminiscing over the older COD titles, and lead into a discussion over the older titles being more difficult, and what made them harder. We share when and why this changed, and how this has led to a shift in the type of playstyles that we have seen both casually and especially on the professional side. We then go into some big CDL team drama news, as we are nearing EWC. Lots of teams at the bottom have made changes, and there are rumors that the Carolina Royal Ravens may not even attend the event. We share our thoughts on these moves, and what we think of the Royal Ravens situation. Finally, we end with a talk about CDL player cards, and the whole concept of these as collectibles. Do you think older COD titles took more skill than newer ones, or vice versa? Do you find watching current COD titles competitively more exciting, or did you enjoy competitive titles in the earlier days? What do you think of some of the roster changes being made? Will they have an impact for EWC, or will these teams make no progress? Finally, what do you think of the CDL player cards? Do you own any yourself? Please let us know as we discuss this and much more! With six mountain bike world championships, a Leadville win, six World Cups, and six Cape Epic victories under her belt, Annika Langvad is one of the most decorated off road cyclists of all time. But shortly after yet another career triumph in 2019 when she pivoted to road racing and placed second at the Strade Bianche, she decided it was time to retire from racing. She began working as a dentist, but after the birth of her daughter 10 months ago, she realised that she was ready to jump back into competitive cycling, this time to gravel. Payson sat down with Annika a few days before she competed in her first Unbound to talk about why she decided to quit racing, why her daughter's birth made her want to come back, and why she chose gravel. She also talks about the challenges of undergoing IVF treatment, saying that it was more difficult than anything she's ever endured on the bike. Defending a meagre 193 for victory, England's Durham pair Brydon Carse and Ben Stokes offer hope of a brilliant climax to an absorbing third Test with late wickets. India now require a further 135 runs to win, with serene opener KL Rahul looking secure and the mercurial Rishabh Pant due in next. It promises to be an exciting final day as the moribund pitch gradually deteriorates. Can Ben Stokes inspire England again on the sixth anniversary of his miraculous World Cup final performance at Lords in 2019? Simon Hughes and Simon Mann discuss an intriguing day and consider why England lost more batsmen bowled (12) than in any Test since the 1880s. India are marginal favourites to win on Betfair.
