Lauren Pisciotta, who served as Kanye West's assistant and later head of staff between 2021 and 2022 (or through 2023, according to some filings), has filed an amended lawsuit leveling severe accusations against West. She alleges he repeatedly made lewd comments about her body, groped her, and coerced her into sexual encounters by dangling false promises of career advancement. The complaint accuses him of forcing her to watch him having sex with others, sending sexually explicit content, and, on multiple occasions, gaslighting and forcibly touching her. In particularly disturbing incidents, she claims West forced oral sex on her, attempted to penetrate her with his fingers, grabbed her throat at a concert, and locked her in a private room on his plane where he sexually assaulted her.Beyond these allegations of sexual battery, Pisciotta also accuses West of sex trafficking and stalking. She states that he recruited her under the guise of professional opportunity and then used coercion and career promises as leverage for compliance—actions she deems trafficking. She also recounts following her departure, West continued harassing her: allegedly moving into her apartment complex, arranging a “swatting” incident in Florida to provoke law enforcement at her home, and sending unwanted deliveries—all of which she views as persistent stalking and intimidation . West's legal team denies the claims, labeling them “baseless” and accusing Pisciotta of extortion.to contact me:Bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Kanye West accused of sexual assault, trafficking by Lauren Pisciotta

Episode 237How We Create Our Own SufferingSensers! I believe assumptions can create a life of their own if we feed into the imagery we create when we make assumptions. Our fears can generate some of the biggest assumptions if we are not careful with how we manage our thoughts. Peep the assumptions I used to often make on this topic. The beauty of the journey of your life is coming out alive on the other side to tell the story. I believe we all have a story to expound on and in this topic I share some of the mental Olympics I felt I had to battle to improve as a man. A few curve balls and setbacks, but that makes us human. We each all have that comeback energy within us after facing adversity, this is the tale of my own. How often do we hear others complain about life? What is the biggest complaint we hear around our peers about life in this country? Why does one feel the need to complain? I believe we are all very fortunate to be somewhere we can even do so without fatal consequences. However, I wanted to share my thoughts on what I believe is the biggest complaint in our country. May God and His Universe remove any negative energy you may have stored from reading this. If you dig the episode, click, like, and share on your page. Help build the tribe of healing

This week, we're joined by Paul from DEFRA, Gemma from University Hospital Birmingham and Tina from Natural England to discuss the Complaint Standards. The Complaint Standards set out how NHS and UK central government organisations should approach complaint handling in a clear and consistent way. They help organisations to: - deliver everyday good complaint handling - meet the expectations of people making complaints about their service - use feedback from complaints to make service improvements. Gemma, Paul and Tina explain the difference the Complaint Standards have made to complaint handling at their organisations and the value of learning from complaints to drive improvements.

At this point we can't tell the difference between crosstraining and the Police Blotter. We have travel bans, trans bans, international volleyball, collegiate swimming, and harmful decisions. We also have a WNBA player insulting Patti's hometown, but Patti takes the high road and offers help with geography and, well, words. As we approach the All Star break we have Cal and Woody both doing Barry Bonds things. We've got Pete being veteran-level thoughtful and also playing impossible defense. Kody proves Pottymouth makes some good decisions, but she checks the math to be sure. The Nats fire their manager and their GM while your hosts are on the metro returning from Nats Park. No lie, that felt weird. The Dodgers are getting it from all sides Nezza points out some double standards re free speech at the stadium, and the team gets hit with a We Don't Like You Promoting the Civil Rights of people who are not straight white males Complaint. It was actually listed as a “Civil Rights Complaint” but we feel they left out some important words. The Serie del Caribe lets the kids play, the WBC lets the boyfriends play, and the WPBL invites all the best women baseball players to DC next month to prove they can, and should, play.We say, “I'm going younger and funner,” “Not quite at the singing level of beer consumption,” and “Giant colonization murder board.” Fight the man, send your game balls to Meredith, get boosted, and find us on Bluesky @ncibpodcast, on Facebook @nocryinginbball, Instagram @nocryinginbball and on the Interweb at nocryinginbball.com. How do you convince a consumer to buy your product if they never come near it in the grocery store. That was the dilemma facing Lonnie Holthaus of Milkhaus Dairy in Fennimore. Through investigation inspired by his college son, they found out that their herd was producing A2 protein milk. A2 protein milk is a product that lactose intolerant people can enjoy without side effects. Those are the same people that have no reason to go near the dairy showcase, however. Holthaus started developing small batches of cheese using their A2 protein milk, and it was a success. Now Holthaus is distributing product through several major retailers in the Midwest, and continuing to preach the importance of knowing what A2 protein milk can bring to dairy sensitive consumers. Pam Jahnke gets the story from Holthaus. A recent story is drawing new attention to the work of the USDA Beagle Brigade after an Egyptian national kicked one of the dogs in D.C.. This group of highly trained dogs sniffs out contraband before it enters the U.S. agriculture space and threatens producers. Ben Jarboe talks to Carrie Thomas, Associate Deputy Director with USDA APHIS. She explains what the dogs do, how they're trained, and why they're so efficient at what they do.Wisconsin farmers have little to complain about when it comes to their crops so far. Pam Jahnke presents the latest updates from the Wisconsin Ag Statistical Service on field ratings from across the state.John Heinberg, market analyst with Total Farm Marketing in West Bend says that's part of what's driving markets lower. Great crops everywhere! He talks with Pam Jahnke about the anxiety building over international business and overall business slowdown.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We're getting back to the basics of hospice care, sharing information about complaints, when to make them, and what should happen when you do. Hospice Social Worker Lisa Pahl (creator of The Death Deck and End of Life Deck) helps drive this discussion. Here are a few highlights from our discussion: •Patients and/or caregivers have a right to make a complaint. •There are numerous reasons a complaint might be needed: visits aren't being made, symptoms aren't being managed, response time is slow, or the care is out of alignment with the beliefs or needs of the patient. •Care of a hospice patient should never be rough or insensitive - this is always a reason to make a complaint. •If delivery of medications or medical equipment (DME) is very late or doesn't happen, a complaint should be made. •A complaint can be given directly to the case manager or director/administrator of the agency. •The hospice agency should immediately investigate, talk to everyone involved, and work to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the patient or caregiver. •If the hospice agency doesn't resolve the complaint in a timely manner or to the point the patient/caregiver is satisfied, the complaint can be elevated to the state organization that provides licensure to hospice agencies. It might be the Health and Human Services Department for the state. •The hospice agency is required to furnish the patient/caregiver with contact information about making complaints, including the information for their accrediting organization. The Reply Memorandum of Law in Further Support of the Motion to Dismiss the Complaint against the Combs Defendants argues that the plaintiff's amended complaint fails to state a viable claim under applicable legal standards. The defendants contend that the complaint is legally insufficient because it relies on conclusory allegations without concrete factual support, particularly regarding claims of sex trafficking and racketeering. They emphasize that the plaintiff has not demonstrated the necessary elements to establish a criminal enterprise or direct involvement by Sean “Diddy” Combs or his affiliated entities, and thus the case should be dismissed at this early stage.Furthermore, the defendants assert that the complaint improperly conflates business operations with alleged illegal conduct, failing to show that the defendants knowingly participated in or benefited from any criminal activity. They argue that the plaintiff's attempt to hold the defendants liable for the actions of third parties lacks the required causation and direct connection. The memorandum stresses that courts must reject attempts to extend liability beyond what the law permits, especially in complex cases involving serious accusations, and urges the court to grant dismissal in favor of the Combs Defendants to prevent unwarranted litigation.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.632026.47.0.pdfBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

We dig into the biggest mistakes practice owners make when it comes to practice policies, the role of strong therapy documentation, and why a well-written therapy informed consent example is one of the most important clinical risk management documents in your practice. In this episode, we cover: The one red flag that gets ignored most often by clinicians - and how it leads to board complaints if left unaddressed. Why your therapy informed consent example might be missing critical language (and what it needs instead). The biggest mistake group practices make with practice policies - and how it opens the door to liability. How tech is making it too easy for clinicians to skip key therapy documentation steps that protect everyone. What a team culture rooted in clinical risk management looks like - and how to build one starting now. If you're a practice owner wondering what really goes into strong clinical risk management, you'll walk away from this episode with actionable steps to protect your practice, your team, and your clients.
