My name is Chris, I’m the founder of KettlebellWorks and co-host of The Breakthrough Secrets Podcast with my brother in strength Mike Kurkowski.My personal achievements are diverse, ranging from 2x Ironman Triathlon finisher to hitting a triple bodyweight deadlift. All that to say; I’ve been at the extreme side of endurance training and the extreme side of strength training.Somewhere in the middle is an incredibly fulfilling lifestyle of strength, health, and happiness centered around simple and sustainable training methods that every human being can use to become the absolute strongest version of themselves.
