What if the reason you're struggling with low energy, stubborn weight, or digestive issues isn't about willpower — but your Metabolic Type? In this episode of the Health Fix Podcast, I sit down with Martin Pytela, functional medicine expert and metabolic typing coach, to explore how your unique biology shapes the foods, supplements, and lifestyle choices that actually work for you. We each inherit strengths and weaknesses in three key systems: ✅ Autonomic Nervous System – Are you sympathetic dominant (anxious, wired, stuck in fight-or-flight) or parasympathetic dominant (burned out, chronically fatigued)? ✅ Oxidation Rate – Is your metabolism burning fuel fast or slow? (Think paper vs. logs on a campfire!) ✅ Endocrine System – Thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and ovarian dominance all shape your body type, hormone balance & weight patterns. When you understand which system dominates — and which needs support — you can use personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies to restore balance, energy, and vitality. ✨ In this conversation, you'll discover: The power of biological individuality in nutrition Why pH balance is crucial for overall health How endocrine dominance shapes weight, metabolism & hormones The role of stress, detoxification, movement & emotional healing in restoring health Why personalized nutrition is the fastest path to consistent energy and resilience Martin's story is inspiring — after healing himself from mercury toxicity, he's helped over 12,000 clients uncover the hidden causes of their health struggles. His message is clear: true healing is possible, even for long-standing conditions.

Your cravings might be telling you more than you think. Martin, once a refugee from Czechoslovakia, shares how his own health struggles led him to Metabolic Typing—a method that connects your dominant glands and nervous system to the foods and workouts your body actually needs. Whether you reach for carbs, creamy treats, or savory meals, there's a reason behind it. Martin explains how balancing acidity and alkalinity, and tailoring exercise to your body type, can shift your health, mood, and weight for the better. If you're tired of guessing what's right for your body, his story offers a clear and practical way to start understanding it.   About Martin Pytela: Martin Pytela, a respected functional medicine expert and Metabolic Typing coach, is dedicated to "Restoring Vitality to You and the Planet." His journey began after receiving a dozen mercury amalgam fillings as a young immigrant to Canada, which led to years of unexplained health challenges, including severe allergies, debilitating back pain, and periodontal disease. Despite consulting numerous professionals, none identified mercury toxicity as the root cause. Taking matters into his own hands, Martin embraced natural healing methods, incorporating raw foods, detoxification, and proper food combining. Over time, he reversed many of his ailments, with back pain subsiding in five years and allergies disappearing after a decade. Since 2011, Martin has coached over 12,000 clients and shared his expertise with more than 60,000 students on Udemy. His teachings cover healing trauma, managing stress, weight loss, metabolism, longevity, mindfulness, gut health, and more. The pursuit of healing can often lead to alternative medicine, functional health, and innovative ventures that inspire others to embrace holistic approaches to well-being.Individual differences in metabolic types significantly influence how people react to foods and other factors. Understanding personal physiology is essential for tailoring our health strategies and improving overall well-being.Understanding your metabolic type (sympathetic or parasympathetic dominant) and endocrine dominance (thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, or ovarian) can help tailor your diet to optimize energy, mood, and wellness. For example, a thyroid-dominant individual may thrive on a carb-centric breakfast, while an adrenal-dominant person benefits from a breakfast high in fats and proteins. While diet and lifestyle adjustments can align with specific body aesthetics, prioritizing metabolic balance and emotional well-being over appearances leads to sustainable wellness and reduced cravings.QUOTES: [7:12] “The medical system is not using the scientific method. They say they do, but they don't. They never ask what the cause of this is. They see a symptom, and they say, for the symptom, I have a pill.” Martin Pytela[17:45] “ Depending on our [metabolic] type, we want to shift the balance of macronutrients in our approach.” Jenn Trepeck[28:24] “We know that blood sugar balance and many of these elements are critical to metabolic health, and that doesn't necessarily mean one size or one shape.” Jenn Trepeck[29:42] “I would like to say this: when you learn and figure out your [metabolic] type, you can work with it or against it.” Martin Pytela[30:23] “Sometimes the choice that might get us to the aesthetic isn't necessarily the choice that brings us peace, joy, and some of the things that we're looking for.” Jenn TrepeckRESOURCES:Learn more about Healthy Vibe Tribe HEREReady to jump into the Healthy Vibe Tribe? Understanding metabolic behavior and how it can affect emotional well-being and overall health highlights the need to better understand the connection between diet and health conditions. Martin emphasizes the need to personalize approaches to health based on individual genetics and endocrine dominance. Martin elaborates, "Functional medicine is a moniker developed to distinguish it from allopathic medicine in the sense that functionals are looking for root causes of things. In the typical medical setting, you are just looking at a symptom, and you address the symptom with some chemicals and let the patient manage or cope with life as is. With functional medicine, you try to find the cause of it and restore health. So, rather than treating symptoms alone, you're trying to heal the patient." "Early on, they were checking venous blood pH. These days, we can get the same results just by putting forward a questionnaire with 120 multiple-choice questions. And at the end of it, we're able to tell you what your endocrine dominance is and what your metabolic dominance is. The endocrine dominance, which we identify as the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, or ovaries in women, will drive how a person will gain weight or lose weight primarily. And then the metabolic dominance, of which we have either the autonomic or the oxidizer, one is the lipo-oxidative the other one is carbo-oxidative dominances. With that we'll figure out how the pH of the internal body terrain is responding to the food combinations." #MartinPytela #FunctionalMedicine #MetabolicTyping #EndocrineDominance #HolisticHealth #ThePainManifesto Life-Enthusiast.com Download the transcript here

What Is Metabolic Typing and How Martin Overcame Mercury Toxicity Click Here for a FREE 15 min Zoom Consultation With Brad: Over 40 Fitness Hacks Facebook Group Martin Pytela - Metabolic Typing Coach Life Enthusiast Podcast www.life-enthusiast.com In this podcast episode, Brad Williams of Over 40 Fitness interviews Martin Pytela from Life Enthusiast about his journey into holistic health and his certification as a Metabolic Typing Coach. Martin shares his personal health struggles, which began after receiving 12 mercury amalgam fillings at the age of 25. This led to a decade of severe health issues, including back pain, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, weight gain, and allergies, all of which were traced back to mercury toxicity. Frustrated with conventional medicine's focus on symptom treatment rather than root causes, Martin embarked on a path of self-education in health and wellness. He discovered that many of his issues were linked to mercury poisoning and systemic imbalances caused by modern industrialization and environmental toxins. Martin explains metabolic typing, which identifies four main body types based on endocrine dominance: thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and gonadal. Each type has specific dietary needs and tendencies. For example, thyroid dominants do well on lighter proteins and fats but gain weight on starch, while adrenal dominants thrive on fruits and veggies but gain weight with fats. Martin also discusses the importance of balancing body pH levels, which affect mood and overall health. He highlights how an imbalance can lead to conditions ranging from procrastination to severe depression (alkaline) or from impatience to anxiety (acidic). He emphasizes the need for appropriate mineral intake, particularly magnesium, to maintain this balance and support muscle function. The conversation touches on practical tips, such as using magnesium oil for muscle relaxation and performance enhancement, and underscores the necessity of individualized dietary plans based on metabolic type for effective weight management and overall health improvement. In addition to that, he has an extensive background in healthcare as well as marketing. Interestingly, it's the marketing side of his background which is why we invited him on the show today! Of the many things that go into health coaching businesses, it's often the business stuff that many coaches are least looking forward to. That is, the average health coach LOVES talking about various dietary approaches, looking at and analyzing labs, as well as guiding people along their journey to new and improved health! However, when it comes to actually attracting those clients they otherwise love to work with, that part can get a bit messy. In comes Dr. Al! During this episode of The Health Detective Podcast, Dr. Al helps us understand the psychology behind why some clients say "Yes", and why others say "No". And, just to be clear, this does NOT MEAN this is an episode on how to sell people expensive health coaching packages that they DIDN'T NEED OR WEREN'T READY FOR. What we are referring to specifically in this episode is how to get people who you KNOW you can help and who you realize would be EXCELLENT for your program to say YES so that both you and the client can win.  Does all this sound good? Then the episode itself will sound even better! Listen now and let us know what you think or ask us questions by reaching out on Instagram @fdntraining.  About Dr. Al: Alan S. Weinstein, D.C. ran a state of the art, waiting list multidisciplinary, multi-physician practice for over twenty five years, combining neurology, radiology, exercise rehabilitation, biochemistry, Chinese medicine, acupuncture and chiropractic. He had so many referrals that he had to refer them to other physicians in his area as he was unable to keep up with the demand for the Wellness care he created.  He was one of the first physicians to achieve three separate certifications in exercise rehabilitation in the United States.  He served on the Quality Assurance Committee of the American Chiropractic Association, where he formulated the Rehabilitation Guidelines from which all other chiropractic physicians had to adhere. He completed the ACA Neurology Diplomat program and was honored as valedictorian of his class.  He has achieved certifications in ADHD and Learning Disabilities, Vertigo, Applied Kinesiology, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Detoxification, Metabolic Typing and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. His leadership and entrepreneurial spirit paved the way in the managed care arena, where he was a founder and board member of the Managed Care Network.  He was the first chiropractor ever selected to serve as a panel physician for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Capitol Care.  He was also chosen as a panel physician for Prudential (Prucare) Insurance, Giant Food Stores, Travelers Insurance, A.I.I.A. / P.P.O., Health Care, Focus, and CorVel.   He served as an Independent Medical Examiner for Hartford Insurance, Kemper Insurance, and Mediq Claims Review.  He was accepted as a Life Member in the National Registry of Who's Who in recognition of exemplary service, both to the community and to the profession.  He served on the board of the International College of Applied Kinesiology. He then decided to give up practicing and devote his time to marketing.  He soon wrote, directed, and stared in his own television long form infomercial featuring an exercise device of his own invention.  During this time he worked with Eric Stilson who many of you know for his hugely successful marketing campaigns for HealthRider, Bowflex and the AbDoer. He honed his media skills with Mercury Media and Euro RSG the largest media buyers in the world.  He then went on to work with some of the top innovators in internet marketing today. He began to work with Alex Mandossian one of the most if not the most successful marketer in the world who has generated over $473 million dollars online for himself and his affiliates.  As a result Dr. Weinstein created a 7 figure business helping health-care professionals use podcasts to build their practice.  He then created the first lead generation/ follow-up marketing SYSTEMS for healthcare professionals which he still runs actively today. Currently, Dr. Weinstein specializes in helping his clients understand Brain Based Marketing a neurological approach to building your brand.  Brain based Marketing is well researched and is some of the most successful marketing done today.  His vast marketing experience combined with his knowledge of Brain Based Marketing allows his clients to "Get Above the Noise" of email and Social Media and be guaranteed to reach their audience. I'm curious what you thought about Meridian Grace. She's quite a fascinating woman I have to say. Her and Dr. Richard Massey have to be the top power couple in health if you ask me. We talked about her incredibly diverse background as well as how metabolic typing plays a role in how much energy we have, how we feel, our digestion and so much more. She gave some great ideas on how to map out your own health journey. It's interesting because even if you find the right diet that works amazingly well for your DNA, that diet might not work for you during times of increased stress. Or it might. Personally I think that as humans we only know about 1% of what's actually going on inside our bodies when we eat. The human body is so incredibly complex in how it uses electricity from food along with minerals and vitamins that might not ever even be discovered. I've heard that in a tomato there are over 5,000 chemical compounds and the majority of them haven't even been discovered yet. Incredible. But what I will say is that Meridian and Dr. Massey are on to something big with their entire program they have there in Texas. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see them if you're able. I believe it would be money well spent. Please pass this show on to your friends. People need to hear this powerfully empowering information so that they can have hope. CURTIS KUHN - The Metabolic Institute, LLC - The Metabolic Institute, LLC is a Corporation formed by Dr. Curtis R. Kuhn after 24 years of personal experience on Metabolic Therapy. The core of this nutritional protocol is the science commonly known as "Metabolic Typing." It's founder and scientific creator is Dr. William Donald Kelley, founder of the International Health Institute and co-founder of The College of Metabolic Medicine. As you discover more information about this unique science during your visit to this website, you should know that Dr. Kelley's work has been literally decades ahead of any other nutritional program currently in the world. His current book, "Cancer, Curing The Incurable," was written after three visits to the United States Supreme Court, with the personal case histories of 33,000 patients over a 42 year period. The subtitle says it all : This program is not about remission, it is about a cure!!! Although cancer is a serious disease, there are dozens of other metabolic disorders that can be positively affected by the correct metabolic protocol. We know through Dr. Kelley's research during the past 45 years, that cancer, like most degenerative diseases is also a deficiency disease. A Pancreatic Enzyme Deficiency, combined also with a slight hormonal imbalance. But Dr. Kelley was not the first to prove this, Dr. John Beard in the 19th century, after 20 years of intense clinical research was the first to discover this scientific fact. Metabolic typing is one of Dr. Kelley's major scientific discoveries that addresses each individual Biochemically. This is called "Biochemical Individuality." Just like your finger print, we all have a unique cell print, which genetically determines what type of foods we thrive best on. This premise is based upon the Autonomic Nervous System. Thus nutritional supplements are also designed for each specific metabolic type. As you learn more of this science from our website, you will begin to understand the 12 basic metabolic types and where you may currently be on Dr. Kelley's Metabolic Spiral Of Health. *** AND NOW ***The ‘X' Zone TV Channel on SimulTV - www.simultv.comThe ‘X' Zone TV Channel Radio Feed (Free - No Subscription Required) - https://www.spreaker.com/show/xztv-the-x-zone-tv-show-audio The ‘X' Chronicles Newspaper - www.xchroniclesnewspaper.com (Free)To contact Rob McConnell - misterx@xzoneradiotv.com

In what is arguably the most heart-wrenching episode of the The Health Detective Podcast to date, our guest tonight, Steve Baum, will teach you exactly what it means to persevere.  Steve has been helping people get into the best shape of their lives for almost 40 years.   When he was a kid, he idolized a boy that he thought was ripped and muscular, and he wanted to look like him. Then, on a family float trip, he took his shirt off, and the boy said, "OMG, you have tits!"   Steve could think of nothing else but transforming himself and getting lean and muscular from that moment on. So, he talked his parents into buying a weight set and devoured the muscle mags, following every program he could find.   Fortunately, his parents didn't want him to hurt himself, and they hired a professional to work with him.  This person taught Steve how to lift weights and eat right to reach his goals.   Learning from a pro had an immediate impact and set the stage for the rest of his life. After that, fitness and nutrition became his passion at 14 years old.   At 16 years old, Steve started coaching and training clients.  He got certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine. Then, he went on to earn certifications from The National Strength and Conditioning Association, The National Academy of Sports Medicine, Poliquin Strength Systems, Cross Fit, The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Precision Nutrition, Metabolic Typing, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Performance Enhancement Therapy, and The CHEK Institute.     In 1997, Steve moved to Scottsdale, AZ to open his dream training facility, including an incredible gym and a state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic.     While in Arizona, he got married and had a beautiful baby boy named Steven Austin Nicholas Baum. Being a dad was a whole new ball game! Austin followed him everywhere and was always around the gym, even in diapers!  He taught Steve what unconditional love was all about.  In 2004 Steve and his family moved to St. Louis, and he opened a new gym. Then, in 2010, tragedy struck, and he learned the definition of the word "persevere." He faced the most significant battle any parent could ever have to face, the death of his precious little boy.     The stress from this had a devastating impact on Steve. He became so exhausted that he could barely get out of bed. Steve gained over 70 pounds in less than six months, and regardless of how healthy he ate or how hard he exercised, nothing he had learned up to this point was helping him. He went from doctor to doctor searching for answers, only to hear everything looked fine and maybe he was "depressed."  He knew deep down something other than depression was causing his issues, but he couldn't figure out what. That's when a colleague introduced Steve to Reed Davis and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®.  Reed had Steve run some functional lab tests, and he finally identified some weak links in his metabolism that were causing his health issues.  Correcting these helped Steve get back into the best shape of his life. After that, he knew he could use FDN to help other exhausted business owners and entrepreneurs regain their health, so he became a certified FDN practitioner.   In 2020, Steve decided to sell his gym to focus 100 percent on functional health coaching.   Now, he's using all of the tools he's gathered, including FDN, to help other entrepreneurs and professionals identify and correct their health issues.    Steve is also happy to report that he's happily remarried and has an awesome wife who's a great mom to FIVE kids and a soon-to-be certified ADAPT health coach. Together they're helping burned-out professionals increase their energy, lose stubborn fat, and get in phenomenal shape so they can create more success and live life instead of feeling like zombies.   Steve has given our audience both his personal e-mail AND phone number. They are sbfitness@mac.com and 3142653503, respectively.  You can find out more about FDNthrive by going to www.fdnthrive.com.

Robert says: G'day Ben I have a question for the podcast. I wanted to know what your thoughts are on the Recovery Pump compression boots, also its competitor NormaTec also as a comparison. Their claims seem to be supported and they do what they claim to do from the literature I have read. Have you tried them? What would the effect of the recovery pump be when treating peroneal synovitis? Or other tendinopathies? Would you recommend this as a recovery modality with other traditional methods such as ice baths, NSAID's etc. Kathryn asks: I've read about recent research that found that swishing a mouthful of carbohydrate solution and then spitting it out rather than swallowing was effective in providing energy for a workout. Would this be an effective way to train in a fasted state occasionally, as Ben recommends, without the negative effects of inadequate fueling? I'm someone that doesn't tend to do well without food before my am workouts, even easy recovery type activity but I would like to try some fasted workouts occasionally. Rob asks: How many calories are you really burning when it is 10 degrees out. If I run 13 miles and my little Garmin says I have burned 1300 calories, how much does the cold, and my body dealing with the cold, add to the equation? Anton asks: I was wondering if there was ever a study done about inter-relationships of the amount of weight opposing muscle groups can lift. What I mean by that is: if I can bench press 225 10x should my shoulders be strong enough to handle say lateral raises with 35lbs 10x or shoulder presses with 130lbs 10x so on and so forth. Or be able to do 10 perfect form underhand pull ups (body weight of 210) and that would be equal to curling say 110lbs 10x? Jason asks: I developed dark circles under my eyes for the first time in my life in 2004 during a time of heavy work stress and little sleep. When I was able to return to a healthier lifestyle the dark circles persisted. Only later did I make the connection that I had also started drinking coffee during that same time period. I have been able to rule out caffeine as the cause by consuming sources of caffeine while abstaining from coffee, and I don't experience the raccoon eyes. Many sources refer to allergies as a common source of dark circles, but I have not found any sources referring to coffee as a possible allergen. Any ideas if coffee could cause an allergic reaction? If so, other than staying away from coffee, are there any other related food or beverage sources that I should also avoid? Love the podcast, keep up the good work and thank you very much. Brad asks: Always love the podcasts, and thanks for all the help you give. When I was in high school, I ran a winter race in zero degree windchill, and stupidly didn't wear gloves. I'm pretty sure I had what I now know to be second degree frostbite, but never saw a doctor about it. Now, ten years later, I still get tear-inducingly painful cold hands very easily, and have to wear gloves at pretty much all times outdoors except for the summer months. I've looked for alternative explanations, and my symptoms don't seem to match up with Raynaud's. Is this normal for a post-frostbite victim, and are there ways to reverse the effects? ~ In my response to Brad, I mention Sweet Sweat at www.sweetsweat.com Anonymous Podcast Fan writes: Often, you cover how to increase libido. How about the other side of the coin? Are there ways to decrease libido without negatively impacting health or fitness? Angie asks: I'm interested in knowing more about the link between hormone imbalances and fat stored in particular parts of the body. I am currently working on the reduction of fat in general through a combination of Metabolic Typing, a healthy diet and exercise however i seem to have more fat around the back of my upper arms down to my elbow compared to other parts of my body and wondered if there were any truth in some of the articles i have read regarding specific hormone imbalances causing fat to be stored in particular areas of the body and if you can give any advice whether from a hormone or exercise perspective which i can incorporate into my existing routine (heavy weights/interval training mainly). Huge thanks as always for all the amazing content you put out every day! ~ In my response to Angie, I mention estrogen dominance symptoms. Brian wrote: A friend told me about the benefits of MATCHA TEA for weight loss and general health benefits, which peaked my interest. I brew green tea daily from loose tea leaves, and have decided to make the switch to Match Tea. I used MATCHATEASOURCE.COM to purchase the tea. The site touts the many benefits of Matcha Tea. I googled your website for matcha and there were zero hits. What do you know about the benefits of matcha and would you recommend this stuff as part of a healthy nutritional plan. I'm interested in lowering my weight and keeping it down below 200lbs. My metabolic typing diet pegs me as a mixed type. My nutrition, when I'm disciplined, is whole, natural foods, about 35% protein, 40% fats and 25% carbs. Vegetables and fish are a common dinner. My morning meal is generally steal cut oats or quinoa with Heed2 30. My daily supplements include: Enerprime, Vitamin D nano spray, Magnesium oil (Ancient Minerals), fish oil (pharmac), Oil of Oregano, and Udo's 3-6-9 Oil. Will Matcha be that kick-ass metabolism boost I'm looking for? Adam asks: I was wondering if you could comment on the accuracy of this article about how eating more vegetables can make you look better. Brock interjects:What would you ideally recommend as a good Half Marathon race strategy? Jess asks: I would never (ever!) use the Sodastream to make – well, soda – but I keep seeing it in stores and wonder if it might be a more economical option to quench my carbonated water thirst, as opposed to purchasing bottles of Pellegrino.  Can you think of any ways in which this device may be less optimal for one's health than bottled sparkling water?  Or is it pretty much par for the course? Billy asks: I am a hard gainer currently @ 168 and would like to get up to 185lbs.  My resting metabolic rate is 2700 calories.  What is the best approach and what are the best foods to eat to gain weight in a timely fashion. baldzach asks via Twitter: @bengreenfield After exrciz you can eat what you want, sort of. How long does this effect last, what is the curve of its efficacy? Graeme asks: I've been looking at gluten free bread options and was wondering what your opinion was on these breads and whether any if them had other issues other than gluten. I'm aware that toasting linseed bread has potential issues but no other view on others. Also, what is your opinion on Chyawanprash, how should I use it and is it good for a fast oxidizer? Justin asks: My question is about expired supplements. Do powdered supplements such as whey protein or glutamine actually expire or is there a date on them because of food regulations? What about capsule supplements such as beta alanine or kre-alkaline? Wenzel asks: What advantages/ disadvantages to have a daily intake of "Serrapeptase" in recovery, athletic performance, protein absorption, etc?  I'm hearing an increase of people at the gym talking about it and how they are able to recover quicker to have another hard workout the following day. Daniel asks: What is the macronutrient composition set in grams per kg body weight for an average person (not a for sport maniac) trying to shed a few pounds (at moderate pace like max 0.5kg/week)? Is there any scientifically validated rule out there telling us how much % of kcal intake we should allocate per meal (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, diner). The same question goes for the corresponding macronutrient composition breakdown per meal. Michael asks: I think I have posterior shin splints that were caused by a long run that I did that I wasn't ready for. What is weird to me is that no matter if I run or not they still hurt the same. I have done a half-marathon and 5k since I have gotten injured and they didn't give me any trouble. I can do training runs, but the pain can be a little uncomfortable. I have heard you recommend topical magnesium on your podcast before as a natural anti-inflammatory and was wondering if that might be helpful in my case. Also, if you have any other recovery advise please let me know. Thanks Tony asks: I'm struggling to find an easily bought dairy free/ soy free milk alternative in the UK. You really are spoilt in the US for choice. Rice milk I find high in sugar in the UK. Could you check the ingredient list on Kara dairy free coconut based milk replacement and see if you think it's a healthy option. Here is the website: www.karadairyfree.com/ Glen asks: My passion is bodybuilding, the natural way. Saw on your pacific fit site that you have competed in bodybuilding and want your recommendations for my 1st competition in the buckeye natural contest in april 2011. What is your opinion, thoughts, comments on the bod pod accuracies and how it relates to calipers? Anonymous asks: I have had low testosterone for a number of year now stemming from my eating disorder.  I recently had my levels tested and here were my results: Testosterone: 95 FSH: 5.2 UH: 1.8 My doctor just sent me this print out, however, and didn't discuss what these numbers mean.  Could you help me understand what they mean and how low they are?  I know I've asked before, but do you think these results stem from having too low a body fat, too low a body weight, over-training, or something else entirely?  I have definitely noticed higher levels when body weight was higher and I had more muscle on me. Any tips for increasing my overall levels? Mike asks: Are you familiar with Nutritional Response Testing, and if so what are your thoughts on it? Do you have a question for Ben?
