On this episode of The Healer Revolution Podcast, I sit down with Blaise Kennedy, spiritual teacher and creator of Developmental Architecture, a framework that bridges consciousness, nervous system healing, relational growth, embodiment, and emotional development.Blaise's work focuses on helping people move beyond insight alone and into actual lived transformation. Instead of chasing peak experiences or spiritual bypassing, he teaches a grounded approach to healing that includes nervous system capacity, relational safety, emotional honesty, embodiment, and integration. In this conversation, we discuss:• The difference between insight and embodiment• Why healing often does not happen in isolation• Nervous system regulation and spiritual growth• Attachment, relationships, and emotional maturity• Why people can feel “aware” but still stuck• Moving from awakening into lived changeThis was one of my favorite conversations on spirituality and healing because it felt deeply human, practical, and honest.https://www.blaisekennedy.com/media-podcasts/thr✨ Working with Amanda
Somewhere along the way, most of us got completely bamboozled about what doing “great work” actually means. It became about titles, applause, LinkedIn optics, and chasing gold stars from people who don't even know us. Meanwhile, the work that actually lights us up? The stuff that feels like us? Yeah… that got buried under obligation, expectation, and a never-ending to-do list. In this episode, Nicole sits down with Dr. Amanda Crowell — cognitive psychologist, TEDx speaker, and author of Great Work — to unpack why so many women are stuck doing work that looks good on paper but feels like absolute garbage in real life… and how to get back to work that actually matters. We get into: What “great work” actually means (hint: it has NOTHING to do with external validation) How to identify the difference between true desire vs. insecurity-driven comparison Why your biggest clues might come from… jealousy The concept of identity saboteurs — and how they keep you playing small Why women especially struggle with choosing themselves (hello, conditioning) Why your great work doesn't have to be big, public, or profitable to matter And how to finally stop waiting for the “right time” and start doing the damn thing Because here's the truth: The only way to know if it's your great work… is to actually do it. On this episode of Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing, Jonathan Greene interviews Amanda Cruise, founder of Voyage Investing, who shares how she built a business focused on manufactured housing and mobile home parks. Amanda walks through her journey from the corporate world into real estate, starting with a duplex before discovering the scalability and opportunity within mobile home investing. Amanda explains how she transitioned from small "Lonnie deals" into owning mobile home parks, highlighting why the asset class offers strong cash flow and demand due to its role in affordable housing. She also breaks down the realities of the space, including the operational complexity, management challenges, and why it's not as passive as many investors assume. The conversation explores how mobile home park investing has evolved, with increased competition from private equity and investors shifting from multifamily into the space. Amanda shares how to evaluate deals today, including the importance of understanding infrastructure, market growth, and realistic business plans rather than relying on outdated strategies or overly optimistic projections. Jonathan and Amanda also discuss the differences between active and passive investing, emphasizing that while mobile home parks can be powerful investments, they require the right operator and thorough due diligence. They highlight the risks of chasing high returns without understanding the underlying deal and why investor education is critical in today's market. In this episode, you will hear: • How Amanda Cruise got started in real estate and transitioned into mobile home parks • Why mobile home parks can generate strong cash flow but require active management • How the asset class has become more competitive with private equity entering the space • What investors need to understand about infrastructure, market selection, and deal evaluation • The difference between active and passive investing and how to choose the right approach Follow and Review If you enjoy the show, please follow Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing on Apple Podcasts and leave a rating and review. What happens when a pharmacist of 30+ years realizes the system she was trained in isn't actually helping people heal? In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Amanda Yue, PharmD, to discuss her journey from conventional pharmacy to root-cause healing—and the life-changing results that followed. Amanda shares how her 80-year-old mother-in-law, who was facing foot amputation due to long-standing type 2 diabetes, was able to not only avoid surgery—but reverse her diabetes and regain her memory after early signs of cognitive decline. We also dive into Amanda's personal health struggles, including 27 years of psoriasis, leaky gut, hormonal imbalances, and chronic symptoms despite "normal" lab work—and what finally helped her heal. A major part of this transformation came from implementing the Feel Great System, which includes a concentrated yerba mate tea and a fiber matrix supplement. These tools helped address insulin resistance, reduce food cravings, and stabilize blood sugar—unlocking the body's ability to heal. This conversation goes beyond one success story. Amanda explains how the same approach helped improve her entire family's health, from blood sugar and weight to focus and hormonal balance. If you've ever felt stuck, frustrated, or like nothing is working—this episode will challenge what you've been told and show you what's actually possible when you address the root cause. Amanda's experience as a pharmacist and why patients keep getting worse Her personal struggles with leaky gut, psoriasis, and hormonal imbalance Why "normal labs" don't always mean you're healthy How her 80-year-old mother-in-law avoided amputation Reversing type 2 diabetes naturally The role of the Feel Great System (concentrated yerba mate + fiber matrix) The connection between insulin resistance and memory loss Improvements in cognitive function and early dementia symptoms Why medications like statins and PPIs may not address the real issue The role of insulin resistance in weight gain, inflammation, and chronic disease How this approach impacted her entire family (PCOS, Hashimoto's, ADD, and more)
In an industry that often treats drivers as invisible data points, it's time for a revolutionary shift. Today, I'm joined by Kathy Young and Amanda Barlow, the founders of Cargo Girls and the creators of TrukOptiks. They aren't just moving freight; they are building the technology to humanize it. TrukOptiks is a first-of-its-kind platform that recognizes the success of the individual driver rather than just the carrier company. We dive into how TKO provides shippers with a critical security layer through visual confirmation of drivers and equipment, while giving drivers a digital profile to showcase their specific skills and certifications. We discuss the forensic reality of "Total Trucking Transparency," the end of driver identity theft, and why empowering the person behind the wheel is the only way to accelerate the supply chain in 2026. Inside this Episode: The Individual Profile: Why drivers need a digital "resume" to showcase their rig and skills. The Shipper Dashboard: Prioritizing shipments with visual confirmation of the actual driver. Killing Identity Theft: How TrukOptiks adds a physical security layer to digital vetting. Paperless Logistics: Digitally managing certifications and load paperwork on the app. The Cargo Girls Vision: Why former asset owners are best positioned to build driver-centric tech. She's known for her strong work ethic, straightforward leadership style, and passion for making a real impact in the industry. Whether she's leading her team or working to bring more transparency and trust into freight through TrukOptiks, Kathy shows up every day with purpose and pride. About Amanda Barlow Amanda is the Vice President of Operations for Cargo Girls and plays a key role in bringing TrukOptiks to life, working behind the scenes to turn big ideas into real, working solutions. But it wasn't until she made the leap to Cargo Girls that she truly found her passion. Since then, she's fully immersed herself in the logistics industry and hasn't looked back. Amanda is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to keep everything running smoothly. Ambition doesn't have to be loud to be powerful. In this special cross-show episode, Stephanie joins forces with Holly Haynes of Crush the Rush for a deeply honest conversation with Amanda Goetz of Girlboss about redefining success, confidence, and what it actually means to “have it all” in real life. Together, they unpack the myth that ambition should look the same in every season and explore why confidence grows when we stop forcing ourselves into one-dimensional definitions of success. From building a life-first business to honoring the different “roles” we play each day (leader, parent, partner, creative) this conversation invites you to step out of hustle-for-hustle's-sake and into intentional ambition. Amanda shares powerful insights from her own journey as a founder, CMO, author, and mom, including how learning to work in seasons (instead of all at once) changed everything. They talk about the hidden cost of comparison, why rest isn't something you earn, and how confidence is built through self-trust, not perfection. If you've ever felt pulled between wanting more and wanting space, this episode is your reminder that you don't need to choose. You're allowed to want depth, growth, joy, and rest... just not all at the same volume at the same time. About Lacey Olson and Amanda Haire Lacey Olson is the Co-owner of Transport Express, a Minnesota-based freight brokerage she acquired with her business partner, Amanda Haire, in 2021. Podcast Intro: Gratitude is an ever-present concept in our lives, yet we often underestimate its power to transform our perspectives and experiences. The episode today was a great conversation with author, podcast host and speaker, Amanda Schaefer. She shared her insights on how the simplicity of gratitude can be more profound than we imagine, offering a window into a value system that transcends our earthly understanding. Gratitude, she explains, is not a trait some are simply born with, but a discipline and a choice that anyone can learn and embrace. It is an attitude that, when practiced intentionally, can lead to a profound transformation in one's spiritual and emotional life. Amanda discovered gratitude is part of our neural pathway that, once traveled repeatedly, becomes a well-worn trail in our minds. This practice of choosing to focus on the positive aspects of life, even amid challenges, reaps, peace, joy, and blessings. By acknowledging the beauty and goodness around us, we can cultivate a mindset that anticipates good things and, in turn, experiences more of it. This is not to say that gratitude is a natural inclination for everyone; it requires conscious effort and practice. Amanda emphasizes that the discipline of gratitude is something that has to be developed, much like any other skill or habit. Once the habit is formed, you will naturally perceive and notice countless things to be thankful for. The practice of gratitude is not complicated. Amanda recounts how she began a simple morning routine of expressing gratitude before her feet even touched the ground. By starting the day with a focus on the goodness of God, she found that it set a positive tone for the rest of her day. When one is grateful, feelings of fear and anxiety are replaced with peace and joy, as gratitude and fear cannot coexist. Moreover, Amanda highlights the biblical perspective on gratitude. We talked about Philippians 4:8, which encourages believers to focus on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. This verse encapsulates a heart posture of gratitude, guiding individuals to meditate on the good and praiseworthy things in life. In doing so, one aligns closer with a life of peace and intimacy with God. The act of focusing on gratitude is not just a spiritual exercise but a transformative experience that can renew the mind and spirit. Throughout this conversation Amanda reminds us, this practice of gratitude is within everyone's reach and can bring about profound personal and spiritual growth and create deeper intimacy with Christ.
