The Downfall Of Diddy | The Case Against Sean 'Puffy P Diddy' Combs
In an intriguing episode of "Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski," featuring defense attorney Bob Motta from "Defense Diaries," the duo embarks on a deep dive into the mechanics of federal investigations, specifically touching upon the recent scrutiny surrounding Diddy. This candid conversation unravels the complex world of confidential informants (CIs), designer drugs, and the strategic maneuvers employed by federal agents to dismantle criminal networks from the bottom up. The Role of Confidential Informants: Motta sheds light on how the feds leverage CIs, often individuals facing their charges, to infiltrate criminal circles, providing inside intelligence crucial for advancing investigations. Designer Drugs and Legal Quandaries: The episode touches upon an interesting arrest involving Brendan Paul and a peculiar substance known as pink coke, highlighting the feds' strategy of using minor charges to coerce cooperation. Strategic Federal Operations: Discussion on how federal agents systematically work up the criminal hierarchy, emphasizing patience and precision in building airtight cases against higher-level targets. Diddy's Current Predicament: Motta speculates on the potential reasons behind the raids on Diddy's properties and the likelihood of an arrest, linking the investigation's intensity to the significant resources allocated by the federal agencies. Legal Advice in Times of Crisis: Insights into the conversation likely had with Diddy at the airport, suggesting a cautious approach given the ongoing investigations and the potential legal storm ahead. The Psychological Impact of Federal Scrutiny: The episode concludes with reflections on the chilling effect of federal investigations on individuals' lifestyles and activities, particularly those of high-profile figures like Diddy. #DiddyFederalInvestigation #ConfidentialInformants #DesignerDrugs #FederalCases #BobMotta #TonyBrueski #HiddenKillersPodcast Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? MK-Ultra was a series of clandestine experiments conducted by the CIA between the 1950s and 1970s. The program's goal was to develop techniques for mind control and interrogation through the use of drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and other psychological methods. Some of the unethical experiments involved the administration of LSD to unwitting subjects, leading to severe mental and physical effects. Project Monarch is believed to be a subproject of MK-Ultra, focusing specifically on developing mind control techniques through trauma-based conditioning and abuse, often involving sexual abuse and torture. It is associated with the idea of creating "mind-controlled" individuals who could be used as covert agents or assassins. However, it is essential to note that much of the information about Project Monarch is speculative and lacks concrete evidence. There is solid evidence linking the Unabomber (Ted Kaczynski) directly to MK-Ultra or Project Monarch at Harvard. While Kaczynski was a former mathematics professor and domestic terrorist who carried out a bombing campaign between 1978 and 1995, his motivations were mainly driven by his radical anti-technology beliefs and an extreme form of environmentalism. Was he messed up from the program and controlled? DREADS stands for Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs. It is a technology developed by scientists to remotely control specific neurons in the brain using specialized receptors and drugs. The purpose of DREADS is primarily for research and medical applications, such as understanding neural circuits and potential treatments for neurological disorders. It is not related to government mind control programs. 5G is key to manipulate the nano tech that has been identified in the poison As the Days of Noah devil juice. The behavior demonstrated in our Government appears to be demonic and controlled. Strange at best. Pray this enslavement and techniques have no effect. We know many in Congress are blackmailed via the Franklin Cover-up and the likes of Epstein. But does it go deeper?

Abstract: Chemogenetic tools provide an opportunity to manipulate neuronal activity and behavior selectively and repeatedly in nonhuman primates (NHPs) with minimal invasiveness. Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs are one example that is based on mutated muscarinic acetylcholine receptors. Another channel-based chemogenetic system available for neuronal modulation in NHPs uses Pharmacologically Selective Actuator Modules (PSAMs), which are selectively activated by Pharmacologically Selective Effector Molecules (PSEMs). To facilitate the use of the PSAM/PSEM system, the selection and dosage of PSEMs should be validated and optimized for NHPs. To this end, we used a multimodal imaging approach. We virally expressed excitatory PSAM (PSAM4-5HT3) in the striatum and the primary motor cortex of two macaque monkeys, and visualized its location through positron emission tomography (PET) with the reporter ligand [18F]ASEM. Chemogenetic excitability of neurons triggered by two PSEMs (uPSEM817 and uPSEM792) was evaluated using [18F]fluorodeoxyglucose-PET imaging, with uPSEM817 being more efficient than uPSEM792. Pharmacological magnetic resonance imaging showed that increased brain activity in the PSAM4-expressing region began approximately 13 min after uPSEM817 administration and continued for at least 60 min. Our multimodal imaging data provide valuable information regarding the manipulation of neuronal activity using the PSAM/PSEM system in NHPs, facilitating future applications. Link to bioRxiv paper: http://biorxiv.org/cgi/content/short/2020.08.18.256073v1?rss=1 Authors: Shields, A. K., Suarez, M., Wakabayashi, K. T., Bass, C. E. Abstract: The role of ventral tegmental area (VTA) dopamine in reward, cue processing, and interval timing is well characterized. Using a combinatorial viral approach to target activating DREADDs (Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs, hM3D) to GABAergic neurons in the VTA of male rats, we previously showed that activation disrupts responding to reward-predictive cues. Here we explored how VTA GABA neurons influence the perception of time in two fixed interval (FI) tasks, one where the reward or interval is not paired with predictive cues (Non-Cued FI), and another where the start of the FI is signaled by a constant tone that continues until the rewarded response is emitted (Cued FI). Under vehicle conditions in both tasks, responding was characterized by scalloping over the 30s FI, in which responding increased towards the end of the FI. However, when VTA GABA neurons were activated in the Non-Cued FI, the time between the end of the 30s interval and when the rats made a reinforced response increased. Additionally, post-reinforcement pauses and overall session length increased. In the Cued FI task, VTA GABA activation produced erratic responding, with a decrease in earned rewards. Thus, while both tasks were disrupted by VTA GABA activation, responding that is constrained by a cue was more sensitive to this manipulation, possibly due to convergent effects on timing and cue processing. Together these results demonstrate that VTA GABA activity disrupts the perception of interval timing, particularly when the timing is set by cues. Copy rights belong to original authors.

This Is Paul Azizeh and I have an exciting new show for you. I have a special guest DJ for the month of October and his name is Joseph D. Heiner aka DJ HD. He’s a high definition dj and that isn't even what the HD means. Joseph has come along way from the guy who runs sound and melts faces with custom bass bins. Growing to take every element of audio insight into account, HD brings the definition to the table with more than enough sound experience to rock endless crowds for countless hours. His attention to sonic detail is unequivocal and his level of expertise unquestionable, DJ HD plays like a electronic powerhouse. Blasting his audience with an audio assault unparalleled by the common dj, HD re-defines what you might consider High, by Definition.NOTE: may contain explicit material, we've cleaned it up to have a clean mix but just wanted the listeners to be aware.Thank you to the artists who produce the music to make these shows possible. Author: John Winkler, M.D. Educational Pearls: Designer, or “synthetic” drugs include bath salts, synthetic THC, and many others. Many of these drugs are originally manufactured in China and are shipped globally. Treatment usually involves airway control and sedation - ketamine may be useful. Traditional tox screens do not test for these drugs. References: https://www.drugabuse.gov/related-topics/trends-statistics/national-drug-early-warning-system-ndews

To the uninitiated and uninformed, the names appear harmless enough: Spice, Bath Salts, K2, Moon Rocks, and Spice Diamond, among others. The labels might conjure up images of products found in retail bath and body shops. But that couldn’t be farther from the truth. These products are illegal designer drugs.
Designer drugs are those that are lab created. Thousands exist and more are being created all the time. Unfortunately, there is no quality control or standardization process with these drugs, which are often made in back-room labs. In this episode we will: Define designer drugs. Review the effects of some of the most common designer drugs. Learn about resources to stay up to date on designer drugs. Identify which “designer drugs” may still be legal. Discuss ways of handling “legal” drug use in your programs Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

News organizations have recently documented the proliferation of synthetic or “designer” drugs that produce physical and psychological effects similar to those of traditional mind-altering substances such as marijuana, cocaine, and heroin. Policymakers have scrambled to outlaw substances that can sometimes regain legal status with a modest change in chemical makeup. Some of the new drugs even masquerade as such innocuous, perfectly legal products as air fresheners or potpourri. Can these new mind-altering substances be outlawed without resorting to tortured legal rationales? Are there alternatives to a prohibitionist strategy? Could policymakers better promote public safety by requiring strict production standards, but not attempting to ban their use? Cato senior fellow Ted Galen Carpenter will discuss his recent study on synthetic drugs, followed by a discussion with other experts on the future of drug policy in the United States. In the late 90s they changed their name to Deckard, a band we both listened back in the early 2000s. We liked Deckard, so how does Baby Chaos stack up? Tune in to find out.
