Murder Plots Over Dinner With Wendi Adelson? The Adelson Lifestyle on FULL Display This part of the testimony peels back another disturbing layer. Jeff recalls Wendy telling him about a “celebration dinner” with Charlie shortly after Dan Markel was killed. What should have been an unspeakable tragedy was instead framed as an event to toast. To make matters worse, Wendy would later suggest Jeff himself as a suspect—a move that almost ruined his life. Cross-examination digs into Jeff's recollections, with questions about Ferrari colors, Charlie's charisma, and whether Jeff might have been jealous. The attorneys push odd angles, including questions about bathroom trips and cocaine use, that leave the courtroom baffled. The hosts tear into this bizarre strategy, pointing out how the defense seemed desperate to redirect suspicion anywhere but toward Charlie and Donna. The conversation returns to the idea that Jeff may have been set up as the fall guy. His original travel plans had him leaving Tallahassee at the exact time Dan Markel was shot—until he changed them last minute. That twist may have blown apart a carefully orchestrated plan to place him near the scene. For listeners, this segment highlights the surreal mix of absurd and sinister in the Adelson case. Celebration dinners, strange cross-exams, and the very real possibility of framing an innocent man—the hallmarks of a family that normalized manipulation at every level. Strength Changes Everything
The Primal Health Guide to Living Longer, Stronger, and Happier

    Strength Changes Everything

Did you know that despite all our modern advances, our bodies are still running on the same hunter-gatherer genetics from millions of years ago? In this episode, Amy sits down with Dr. James Fisher to explore the gap between how we were designed to thrive and how we actually live today. Together, they uncover 5 simple, science-backed lifestyle habits that can help us reclaim our health in a fast-paced, convenience-driven world. Expect to learn how primal health habits can boost your energy naturally, prevent disease before it starts, improve sleep quality, and make you feel your best so you can give your best to the world. Amy starts by explaining the hidden cost of modern convenience. She shows how technology gives us speed and comfort, but it also strips away the natural movement and effort our bodies were designed for. Dr. Fisher reveals the concept of “genetic mismatch.” Our DNA is still wired for the hunter-gatherer world, but we're living in a sedentary, fast-food culture. Amy shares why walking is underrated. With modern conveniences, we can go days without walking for purpose — but our bodies crave it. Scheduling walks restores energy, supports mental clarity, and reconnects us with the world outside our screens. Dr. Fisher emphasizes strength training as a longevity tool. He reminds us that our muscles are designed to be challenged, and avoiding that work actually accelerates weakness and pain.  Amy and Dr. Fisher agree that just two 20-minute sessions per week can transform your strength, independence, and daily comfort. Amy highlights the surprising link between pain and strength. While most people avoid lifting when they hurt, the right kind of training can reduce discomfort and restore confidence.  Dr. Fisher compares the body to a Ferrari — you can't expect top performance on low-grade fuel. Choosing whole foods not only powers your energy but also protects you from chronic disease. Amy explains how to shop smarter without stress. She encourages sticking to the perimeter of the grocery store where the fresh produce and proteins live.  This simple habit reduces processed food in your cart and upgrades your nutrition without extra willpower. Dr. Fisher shares the forgotten power of sunlight and highlights how a short walk in the morning can dramatically improve mood, focus, and sleep later at night. Why you need to rethink your relationship with sleep. Dr. Fisher reminds us that sleep deprivation is so toxic it has been used as torture. Treating sleep as sacred helps you recover, repair, and thrive in every other area of health. Amy shares why fitness doesn't have to mean the gym. Daily steps, a swim, or even playful activity all count toward keeping glycogen in check and your body thriving. Learn why processed foods drain more than they give. Amy highlights that they're stripped of nutrients while loaded with additives that confuse your body. Swapping them for whole foods restores clarity, energy, and vitality. Amy and Dr. Fisher talk about the benefits of sunlight exposure. Amy reveals the mindset shift around strength training. It doesn't have to be long, grueling sessions. All you need are small, consistent efforts. This makes it accessible for anyone, no matter how busy life feels. Dr. Fisher shares how the five lifestyle hacks (movement, whole foods, sunlight, sleep, and strength training), all align you with your ancestral design. Together, they create a foundation for thriving instead of just surviving. Amy highlights the ripple effect of feeling your best. When you invest in your health, your energy and presence spill over into your family, work, and community. Amy challenges you to act today. Even choosing one of these five areas to improve makes a real, measurable difference. The earlier you start, the sooner you feel the shift in energy, clarity, and long-term health.     Mentioned in This Episode: The Exercise Coach - Get 2 Free Sessions! Max Verstappen's fourth win of the season means he's now 69 points behind championship leader Oscar Piastri. With seven races and three F1 Sprints left, is the four-time World Champion back in the title fight? Red Bull Technical Director Pierre Wache shares his thoughts and explains how the team have transformed their performance since the summer break. With Piastri crashing out on lap one and Lando Norris only finishing P7, how big a missed opportunity was this weekend for Lando to close the gap to his title rival? And was McLaren's difficult weekend a ‘hangover' from their team orders in Monza?  You'll also hear reaction from a very happy Carlos Sainz, after he scored his first podium for Williams, while Tom, Laura and Hinch also discuss a much better weekend for Mercedes duo George Russell and Kimi Antonelli,  a very important battle between Liam Lawson and Yuki Tsunoda on track, and a weekend to forget for Ferrari.

Unleashing ADHD as a Superpower with Dia Schwarz Noot.us About the Guest(s): Dia Schwarz is a renowned expert in neuroscience and integrative medicine, with a specialization in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As a practitioner and a mother living with ADHD traits, Dia offers a unique perspective on how to manage and empower those with this condition. Her career is marked by a passion for revolutionizing the supplemental health industry through her work with Noots, a mindful and bold supplement brand focused on clean, no-filler products rooted in nature and supported by scientific research. Episode Summary: In this engaging episode of The Chris Voss Show, host Chris Voss invites Dia Schwarz to explore the oft-misunderstood world of ADHD in adults and children. Dia, a neuroscience and integrative medicine expert, sheds light on why ADHD is not just a children's disorder, but a prevalent and frequently undiagnosed condition in adults. By highlighting the unique neurological wiring of individuals with ADHD, she emphasizes the potential of ADHD as a superpower rather than a disability and discusses healthy, integrative approaches to managing symptoms without relying on traditional medications. The conversation delves into how ADHD presents challenges like anxiety, burnout, and relationship struggles due to symptoms such as time blindness and heightened sensitivity. Dia stresses the importance of not "patching symptoms" with medication alone, advocating instead for comprehensive health strategies involving sleep, nutrition, stress regulation, and supplements. Her company, Noots, offers a range of products designed to support people living with ADHD and other health challenges naturally, promoting an understanding of individual biology and integrating mental health into daily life. Key Takeaways: ADHD is not merely a childhood condition; millions of adults live with undiagnosed ADHD, often mistaking their symptoms for depression or burnout. Recognizing ADHD as a different operating system in the brain is crucial; it is not a sign of being broken or lacking discipline. Integrative approaches, including clean supplements and lifestyle changes, can transform ADHD into a superpower by enhancing focus and creativity. Medication should be used cautiously, serving as a bridge—allowing individuals to explore natural tools and ultimately avoid long-term reliance. The impact of ADHD on relationships and daily life emphasizes the need for awareness and strategies beyond traditional treatments. Notable Quotes: "Diagnosis says you have a sickness; I treat it as a superpower." "ADHD is linked to dopamine differences; it's not about lack of discipline." "Medication should be a bridge, not a cage." "ADHD in adults is like driving a Ferrari with bicycle brakes." "Stop believing you're broken. ADHD is a different operating system."

Alex and Randy talk about The Bridge IX, last weekend's refreshingly unique collection of three separate car events in the Hamptons. Randy's first time on Long Island could not have found a more fitting venue than among the ghosts of one of America's first road courses. They cover the dark reasons behind said courses' creation, the curated garden party atmosphere of the main Saturday event on the (former road, now golf) course, run-ins with great cars including a fabulously rare Volvo and a breathtaking array of Ferrari 308s, and the dichotomies of small, well-to-do East Coast villages. They move on to Day Three, wherein BaT and top seller 1600veloce co-sponsored the followup Cars and Coffee in the town of Bridgehampton; highlights from the morning included a dry-aged Mustang and too many other cars to list.Speaking of too many great cars to list, the pair finish up with a rapid-fire perusal of their current BaT watchlists—it's an exciting time for the site, so follow along !14:06  Volvo P1900 BaT features28:15  1969 Ferrari 365 GTC BaT auction30:25  331-Powered 1965 Ford Mustang 5-Speed32:37  18k-Mile 1988 BMW M338:59  1970 Ford Mustang Boss 42939:05  1969 Ford Mustang Boss 42940:13  1913 Stutz 4B Bearcat40:55  1964 Porsche 904 Carrera GTS41:05  1941 Tatra T8742:38  427 FE-Powered 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 Holman-Moody-Style Race Car 4-Speed43:15  1992 Volkswagen Jetta GTX 16V 5-Speed and 1992 Volkswagen Jetta GLI 16V44:01  7k-Mile 1969 Plymouth Barracuda Coupe 44044:20  Saddam Hussein–Seized 1958 Bentley S1 Continental Drophead Coupe by Park Ward44:32  Ex-Works 1961 Jaguar XKE Series I 3.8 Coupe46:32  Edsel Ford II's 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT50046:36 Ex–Bruce Willis, 327-Powered 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad and Ex–Bruce Willis, L71-Powered 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 4-Speed46:44 1971 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spyder47:35  1971 Monteverdi High Speed 375/448:57  331 Cadillac-Powered Ford Model A 5-Window Coupe 5-Speed51:19  Macchinissima III

The most-interesting stories and talking points to look out for from the 2025 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. Max Verstappen-Red Bull Racing, have they found something in the setup that can bring them in the fight between the McLaren drivers? Can Verstappen and his legion of fans believe in a (very) late title fight in the 2025 Formula 1 season? As for Ferrari, Charles Leclerc will be the favourite for pole position, but can he finally convert a pole to win around the streets of Baku? Leclerc has scored 4 consecutive pole positions for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, but has converted none of them into race wins. Will Ferrari be in the fight, can they maximise a race weekend performance, or will the bumpy streets of Baku catch them out? McLaren can win the 2025 Formula 1 Constructors' Championship in Baku by scoring a 1-2 finish, and if they do so, they will be the "fastest" team to win the title in the season - with 7 races to go. However, will "papaya rules" (or "papaya mess") be in focus yet again on a weekend they can make history? Oscar Piastri & Lando Norris have been equally matched for several races, and that should continue in Baku. As for the mid-field, there's a high percentage chance that one of the teams could spring a surprise podium, after all, we have had surprise podium visitors and plenty of weird moments in Baku - which is also the highlight of the preview show for the 2025 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. #F1 #F12025 #AzerbaijanGP #Baku Learn more about your ad choices. Leading Cadillac to the Formula 1 grid is Team Principal Graeme Lowdon, who knows how to launch a brand-new team. He did it in 2010 with Virgin Racing, which raced at the back of the grid and was graced by the talent of the late Jules Bianchi. Graeme tells Tom Clarkson how his experience led to a job with Cadillac, how the team won its place in F1, and the incredible preparation work happening as the clock ticks towards Cadillac's debut at the 2026 Australian Grand Prix. Welcome back to another episode of Fratello On Air. We've been on hiatus for the last month during the summer, but we're back in action! In this installment, we detail some of the places we've been and what we've seen. Cars and watches have been high on the list!Yes, it's been a while, but we're back together. This week's podcast is primarily about cars and watches at events in major cities. Next episode, we'll be back with a more hardcore topic, which will likely cover one of our listener suggestions. For now, settle in as we recall our travels and experiences.HandgelenkskontrolleBefore we get into watches, we begin our discussion about Ferrari's latest reveal. The 849 Testarossa is already proving to be controversial. It sparks a conversation about the difference between comments in social media about cars and watches. Regarding television, we discuss Mobland, Only Murders In The Building, Dexter: Resurrection, and The Sopranos. Then, Balazs mentions the recent sale of a Michael Jordan / Kobe Bryant basketball card that set a record at $12.9 million! For the Handgelenkskontrolle, Balazs is wearing the new Albishorn 1958 Marinagraph Paraíba Racing. Stay tuned for an upcoming hands-on review. Mike is wearing his Seiko SLA019, a 2018 release that marked the first ceramic bezel and sapphire crystal for the beloved Marinemaster 300.Watches and carsWe kick off our main topic on recent travels that included cars and watches with a recap of Geneva Watch Days. Sadly, Balazs didn't attend, but the releases were well-covered. Overall, the mood was somber because of the US tariff scenario. Brands were questioning the need and the expense related to two shows. The reveals were positive, especially from the smaller brands, but it was a quieter show overall despite more brands in attendance. Next, we discuss the 2025 Balkan Rally, which Balazs attended. The event kicked off in Budapest and ended five days later in Dubrovnik. Classic cars and watches were all part of the festivities. Finally, we head back to London, where Mike attended the Concours of Elegance hosted by A. Lange & Söhne. Once again, several of the attendees wore intriguing watches, but the cars were incredible. Of note was a lovely Singer Porsche. It was the first time Mike saw one in person, which followed his first visit to the Singer Reimagined headquarters in Geneva just two days earlier. We hope you enjoyed our return to the airwaves, and we look forward to coming back regularly. As always, if you have ideas for future shows, feel free to let us know.

Or will Charles Leclerc, who has taken pole four years in a row at this track, lead Ferrari to their first Grand Prix win of the season? Plus, the guys discuss a ‘change in tone' from Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff on Kimi Antonelli, why Carlos Sainz is struggling at Williams and how crucial the upcoming races are for Alpine's Franco Colapinto, while Jolyon remembers his nightmarish race at Baku in 2017. There's always something special about the Italian Grand Prix. It's a combination of the out and out speed of the circuit, the stands full of the Tifosi , even when Ferrari aren't on top form and of course a National Anthem before the race that it's impossible to sing without sounding like you 100% mean every word of it. And this week, we got the full package! This week we look back at the Monza race where Max Verstappen proved that RedBull can still make a car that can destroy the rest of the grid on pure pace alone and McLaren proved that they are human after all by making mistakes and then fudging their solution to them when they crop up! Big announcement form us this week as well as we launch our new merch store, thanks to the wonderful people (especially Larisa) from Dashery. We've already got a few new designs up and it's not just t-shirts, there's mugs, stickers and even cushons with more designs to follow. Check it out at https://3legs4wheels.dashery.com/Aside from that there's the usual ton of tangents and occasional missed jokes (Paul). And if you want to join in with the chat during the races (along with practice and qualifying) head over to our Discord where there's always a great crowd of people to watch along with. And on the socials we've got our Facebook, Instagram, BlueSky & Twitter (or is it X) and Paul's attempts at Sim Racing on our Twitch channel. And if you want to support us you can donate to our Patreon as well from as little as £/$/€ 1 per monthEnjoy
