Previously published on the Life Coach Radio Network and Replenish Me Show 9/12/2018 We all have a role to play. We all came out of the earth, however way you want to see it, for a divine reason. Our lives are more than just about us, and the relatively small perspective that most of us choose to take on on a daily basis. Many women are living half lives, half expressed, half baked. So many women are suppressing themselves now! It is time for women to allow themselves to really blossom. Trees and flowers never stop themselves from growing, they become ridiculously tall or bushy or wildly colourful and flamboyant. So too should women grow and bloom. Whether into great Oak trees or Daisys. Whether you serve to add beauty or to be the bridge to a greater understanding. The healing begins with our perspective of sexuality. We will dive into how It is the worldly expression of our spiritual existence. Instagram: @khemiyah Website: www.khemiyah.com This journey of Alchemy + Purpose promotes willful self elevation, empowerment and wholeness. It encourages the balancing of the feminine and the masculine, the deep waters of introspective work and the blue flame of action taking. Khemiya is a well of creative and holistic nourishment that serves to guide you in developing your own personal Alchemy kit that works perfectly for you and your journey. It is often said that we give what we once needed and wanted for ourselves, as well as what we still need and also want. It is also said that we give to others what we feel that we were blessed to receive. I would say both are true, and the purpose of Khemiyah is to both provide what was missing, as well as what I was blessed enough to receive. Khemiya is here to facilitate your journey through this current space and time through holding space, tarot, 1:1 coaching and of course sharing via the blog. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/cordelia-gaffar0/support

This is an episode from my previous show called Replenish Me on the Life Coach Radio Network. Carolyn Freyer-Jones has been coaching men and women in creating greater success, joy, and fulfillment for over fifteen years. Her coaching work emerged as a result of the value I received from the Master's Degree Program in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. Swinging from intense inadequacy in her relationships to being controlling, she dove deep into spiritual perspective, a deeper connection to Self, and to purpose. She discovered the perceptions and beliefs that her mother, father and two brothers did not love her (or not in the way I thought they should) were slowly dismantled. The pain transformed into Self-compassion, gentleness and a more loving, open-hearted and supportive way of being. After the birth of her daughter, Lucinda in 2008, she started to have a vision for what a life of full-time coaching could look like and how it could allow me to have a more flexible schedule where my work time could be built around my daughter's life In November of 2010, she launched her full-time coaching practice. Within Soul-Centered Professional Coaching Program at the University of Santa Monica and had the privilege of developing the University of Santa Monica's Soul-Centered Professional Coaching Program with Drs. Ron and Mary Hulnick, Steve Chandler, Michelle Bauman, and Stephen McGhee, and I was one of the lead faculty members for the Program for 3 years. She has now launched CFJ Coaching Success School My husband, John and I have been married for over 20 years. One of our favorite things to do is to spend time with our 10 year old daughter Lucinda, laugh, avoid cleaning the house, travel, and drink coffee. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/cordelia-gaffar0/support

America has a history steeped in celebrating the individual and the freedom of each person to pursue their own goals and dreams. The counterpoint to that situation becomes a society where the sense of community and the role of the individual as part of a community has largely been completely forgotten.  The relentless pursuit of individualism has transitioned into a societal view in America that people should help themselves at the expense of others. The focus is on getting whatever "I want" regardless of the consequences.  The contrast is that without strong individuals, the argument could be made that community would not be possible. In our nation's history we have notable individuals who have dedicated time, money, and resources towards buidling better communities.  This entire issue will be explored and the role of individualism will be compared to the importance of community on America's birthday, July 4th.  Frank J. Furthermore, there are parents who believe that their style of parenting has little to no effect on their children and should not impact them as they grow into adulthood. Topic: Toxic People: How to Identify Them and How to Deal With Them We have all had toxic people dust us with their poison. Sometimes it’s more like a drenching. Difficult people are drawn to the reasonable ones and all of us have likely had (or have) at least one person in our lives who have us bending around ourselves like barbed wire in endless attempts to please them – only to never really get there. Their damage lies in their subtlety and the way they can engender that classic response, ‘It’s not them, it’s me.’ They can have you questioning your ‘over-reactiveness’, your ‘oversensitivity’, your ‘tendency to misinterpret’. If you’re the one who’s continually hurt, or the one who is constantly adjusting your own behaviour to avoid being hurt, then chances are that it’s not you and it’s very much them. Being able to spot their harmful behavior is the first step to minimizing their impact. You might not be able to change what they do, but you can change what you do with it, and any idea that toxic somebody in your life might have that they can get away with it. It's hard to walk down the street these days without hearing the word "tribe" used to describe your circle of influence. "Your vibe attracts your tribe," is a catch phrase flooding the social media circuit. But have you ever thought about what the definition of "tribe" really is? How it's designed or what impact your tribe has on your mindset and behaviors?  In this show Jen Pestikas and Danica Trebel will be exposing the effects our brith tribes have on the way we see ourselves, the way we think and act, and how shame can form our identities if we don't measure up to our tribe's standards. Jennifer Pestikas worked in financial services for 15 years before earning her corporate coaching designation with IPEC and starting her own life and leadership coaching business, How Winning is Done. Jennifer is passionate about helping women who experience perfectionism and self-doubt to learn how to become friends with themselves and take purposeful action in their lives and careers. We often vow to "never be like her," but imagine if we begin to see life through her eyes and are able to understand her fears, uncertainties, past, struggles, and joys? And what if from there you were able to understand YOU a little better and begin to heal the relationship you have with yourself, your freedom, your forgiveness and most importantly your mom? And what if from that place of compassion you were to graduate to living as your authentic?  Join hosts Henry, Irene and Danica as they mentor you through life's masters program of of hope and perspective. Words have the power to speak life or death, and your word is your bond. When you commit to someone or something, do you slay what you say you'll do -- meaning see that commitment through to the end and do it the best you can -- or do you treat that obligaiton as if it's optional? For example, if you commit to exercising three times a week until you can fit in your favorite suit or jeans again, do you stick with it till you can rock that Armani or do you give up two weeks in becasue life gets in the way, you get tired, distracted or aren't seeing any results yet? Or are you the kind of person who means what they say and will slay that goal as if nothing else matters?
