The discussion between guest host Misty Winston and Hard Lens Media's Kit Cabello analyzes Vice President JD Vance's comments about the Jeffrey Epstein case on Joe Rogan's podcast, focusing on the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein files and its public messaging. The two hosts argue that the lack of arrests and accountability for powerful individuals connected to Epstein remains the central issue, while criticizing both Republican and Democratic politicians for failing to pursue transparency. Misty and Kit also debate Epstein's alleged intelligence connections, the broader implications of elite influence and blackmail, and question whether the trafficking network has ever been fully dismantled. Throughout the segment, the two express skepticism toward official explanations, media narratives, and Washington's willingness to hold influential figures accountable. Plus segments on revelations of phyical and emotional abuse from the ICE agent who killed an immigrant in Maine and Trump demanding that ICE continue making the increasingly deadly traffic stops. Also featuring Russell Dobular and Kurt Metzger!

Last week, the Joe Rogan Experience podcast released a two-hour interview with Rupert Lowe, leader of the Restore party. Was Lowe there merely to create content – or is Restore a serious political party? Some of his statements suggest it's the former rather than the latter. The Spectator's John O'Neil wrote a piece for the website correcting some of Lowe's claims. He joined Michael Simmons on this week's Reality Check. This episode is brought to you by Alliance Witan investment trust. Michael Wolff and Joanna Coles confront one of the most unsettling questions of Donald Trump's presidency yet, arguing that his relentless fixation on the 2020 election may be more than political theater as they explore what it could mean for a commander in chief they believe has lost his grip on reality. They break down Trump's increasingly erratic speech, the networks that refused to air it, the growing influence of Natalie Harp, the mystery surrounding Melania Trump's disappearance from public view, and the latest controversies engulfing Truth Social. They also trace the subtle but unmistakable ways JD Vance is positioning himself for a post-Trump Republican Party through his comments on Iran, Jeffrey Epstein, and Joe Rogan's podcast, while examining the power struggles and shifting loyalties that could define the months ahead. A Democrat drops out of a governor's race, endorses a Republican, and suddenly everyone has a hot take, but the real story is the mechanics. We break down what Ken Miyagishima's exit means for the New Mexico governor race, why signature requirements and ballot access can be brutally determinative, and how the Las Cruces and El Paso media market complicates any “endorsement boost” narrative for Gregg Hull versus Deb Haaland. Then we pull the camera back to national politics and ask the question people keep messaging us about: who actually leads the Republican ticket next? JD Vance's Joe Rogan appearance gives us a clean look at both sides of the coin, the best of his working-class, housing affordability, and capitalism defense arguments, and the parts that worry us when Iran negotiations, Israel, and public criticism enter the picture. We also play and react to a Marco Rubio speech that reminds us what a big, values-driven foreign policy message sounds like, and why the party may be heading toward a real split in tone and priorities long before 2028.We also hit the headlines that are equal parts serious and absurd: the Iran conflict expanding after the deaths of two U.S. service members, the case for ICE agents wearing body cameras, a legally dubious push to “arrest” Benjamin Netanyahu in New York, the Maine Senate race going off the rails, and why prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi are turning Washington's information economy into a temptation machine that looks a lot like insider trading. Welcome back to Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu. In today's episode, we dive headfirst into the heated debates and pressing questions shaping our future as artificial intelligence advances at breakneck speed. Drawing inspiration from a recent Joe Rogan conversation, we explore a provocative question: what happens to society, meaning, and individual purpose when AI makes work and basic survival obsolete? You'll hear why the popular vision of a utopian, abundance-filled future—where robots do all the heavy lifting and humans are free from mundane labor—might not play out as optimistically as some hope. We unpack the evolutionary wiring that compels us toward meaningful work, the existential risks of losing our sense of purpose, and the sobering lessons of the infamous “Mouse Utopia” experiments. Alongside compelling analogies, cultural observations, and big questions about regulation, generational adaptation, and mental health, this episode offers guidance for finding purpose in an era of abundance—and warns of what might happen if we fail.Get ready to rethink assumptions about work, happiness, AI, and the future of human fulfillment. What's up, everybody? Trump delivers an incomprehensible prime-time address to push election interference conspiracy theories, both old and new. Dan and Jon attempt to make sense of the speech and discuss what Trump's focus on election interference could spell for the midterms. They check in on three major corrupdates from the last 48 hours — Kalshi teleprompter bets, early access to Trump's Truths for Wall Street, and JD Vance using his helicopter for his son's golf lessons — as well as Vance's awkward appearance on Joe Rogan and Pete Hegseth's attempt to get the military on testosterone supplements. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the 2028 Republican presidential primary must be competitive and vibrant, with no coronations. The Republican Party needs to be rooted in the principles of Jefferson, Washington, Madison, Reagan, Buckley, Goldwater, and Milton Friedman's free markets—not Democrat-lite nationalism or populism that dismisses history—and we should demand articulate candidates who boldly contrast conservative beliefs with the left. No, we don't want a bold government, which is what the socialists and Marxists desire. We want an effective limited government confined to its constitutional powers, a bold private sector, and individual sovereignty. Also, Sen John Fetterman expressed his long-term concern as a Democrat that his party might back away and turn its back on Israel, declaring that if it ever officially becomes the anti-Israel party, he would leave because it represents moral clarity for him. Young Democrats in Pennsylvania largely do not like Fetterman, though blue-collar Democrats—including cops, firefighters, and miners—do support him in a state with the highest percentage of union households in the country. Fetterman sounds more conservative on Israel than some of the Woke Reich neo-fascists. Later, President Trump is set to reveal in his presidential address bombshell evidence that China interfered in the 2020 election to help Joe Biden win, including hacking into state voter registration databases and stealing information on tens of thousands of voters to manufacture mail-in ballots, based on declassified FBI, CIA, and ODNI documents. The speech will also highlight over 100,000 non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, on voter rolls nationwide. Democrat states refuse to clean their voter rolls of dead people, duplicates, and unvetted individuals in violation of federal law because they want to enable corruption and fraud. Afterward, the left and the media carry water for or enemies like Communist China by hindering U.S. progress in this critical AI race. AI development is essential for surpassing human knowledge generation in military, medical, and other fields, and halting it would let China and Russia dominate; data centers must be prioritized nationally and supported by innovations like miniature nuclear plants, despite leftist opposition akin to past fearmongering against fracking. Finally, there is no evidence of an Israeli influence campaign. The Israeli Foreign Ministry pushed back against a defamatory Time magazine article, clarifying that all activities are transparent, lawful under U.S. law, and involve no interference in U.S. policy; they lawfully contracted a digital agency to combat hatred against Jews and strengthen the U.S.-Israel alliance. JD Vance and Joe Rogan must apologize for smearing Israel. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Speaking with guest host Russell Dobular of the Due Dissidence show, Professor Seyed Muhammad Mirandi critiques JD Vance's explanation of the US-Iran conflict, arguing that Vance's "pragmatists vs. hardliners" framing is a fiction used to justify ongoing US violations of the memorandum of understanding. Mirandi contends that Iran never believed the US would fully implement the deal, as Trump only wanted to reopen the Strait of Hormuz for oil exports while refusing to lift sanctions, return Iranian assets, or restrain Israel. Iran retaliated against US attempts to establish a separate shipping corridor—a clear violation of the agreement—leading to renewed skirmishes, but Tehran prepared by exporting massive oil reserves during the brief ceasefire. Mirandi concludes that the US is now in a worse strategic position because Iran stockpiled essential goods and remains militarily ready for a prolonged conflict. Vice President JD Vance told Joe Rogan that certain elements within the Israeli government were attempting to undermine American diplomatic efforts and prolong the war with Iran indefinitely. Vance said the United States had reached the practical limits of what military force could accomplish and argued that negotiations offered the only realistic path toward ending the conflict. He accused pro-war Israeli figures and their allies of running an influence campaign against him and others seeking a settlement, while stressing that his responsibility was to protect American interests rather than support an endless foreign war. His comments revealed a widening dispute inside the Trump administration and the Republican Party over Israel, Iran and the extent to which the United States should remain involved in the conflict.Vance also admitted that the Trump administration badly mishandled the release of the Epstein records, telling Rogan that officials “absolutely screwed up” the communications surrounding the process. He blamed inflated expectations, confusing statements from former Attorney General Pam Bondi and the heavily promoted release of binders containing largely familiar information for creating the appearance of concealment. Vance denied that President Trump deliberately covered anything up, but said the administration should have released the properly redacted records more quickly and clearly. Although he described himself as a longtime believer that there was more to Epstein's operation, Vance said he had not seen direct evidence proving an intelligence connection, while acknowledging that any such records might have disappeared long ago.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com
The Vice President sits down with Joe Rogan, and unspools a series of contentions on free markets, foreign policy, and conspiracies that have me… concerned; we discuss what the VP's 2028 strategy actually is; and we examine just why conservatives need a candidate who rejects Left-wing positions and can win. JD Vance went back onto Joe Rogan's podcast yesterday, where he admitted the Administration bungled its handling of the Epstein files, and sparked a dramatic reaction with frank comments about Israeli influence on U.S. politics. The show reacts, joined by Alex Marlow who also offers thoughts on Chris Nolan's new adaptation of The Odyssey. Sen. Eric Schmitt discusses the SAVE Act and a controversial part of the new NDAA that critics are calling a "merger" between the U.S. and Israel. Sean Spicer discusses the rise of DSA. JD Vance sat down with Joe Rogan and dropped a bombshell that changes what a lot of people think they know about the Epstein files. Vice President Vance didn't dodge it. He looked straight at the camera and said the Trump administration “absolutely screwed up the comms” of the Epstein files release. Not because they were hiding a client list. Not because of some grand cover-up. Because they overpromised, underdelivered, and created a whole new wave of mistrust. Pam Bondi's early teases, the binders that turned out to be phone book pages, the expectation of fireworks that never came … Vance owns it. He even calls himself an OG Epstein conspiracy theorist who's gone down every rabbit hole. But he makes it clear: No documents linking Epstein to intel agencies exist in 2026, and if they ever did, they were probably gone years ago. Today's Headlines: Pete Hegseth announced that the military will now annually screen all service members over 30 for testosterone deficiency with voluntary testing for under-30s who are concerned, and testosterone replacement therapy available to anyone who wants it — which is gender-affirming care, offered by the guy who banned gender-affirming care. In Congress hearings, Todd Blanche's attorney general confirmation hearing featured him calling himself "the president's lawyer — was the president's lawyer" in real time, being grilled about the Epstein files coverup, Ghislaine Maxwell's prison spa with an emotional support puppy, and the fake IRS settlement, while Texas Senator John Cornyn said he hasn't decided how to vote. Meanwhile, Jay Clayton, Trump's pick for Director of National Intelligence overseeing all 18 spy agencies, spent his hearing refusing to say who won the 2020 election, offering only that Biden "was certified" — which is the kind of answer that tells you everything you need to know. On the Epstein files, Epstein's email friend Kathy Ruemmler testified that her emails with him were "taken out of context," which is the phrase everyone involved with Epstein eventually lands on, while JD Vance went on Joe Rogan and called himself "one of the OG Epstein conspiracy theorists," said Epstein had access to the highest levels of American and Israeli intelligence, and admitted the administration "absolutely screwed up" the files release — which is a remarkable set of statements from a sitting Vice President. Vance's Secret Service detail is also reportedly fed up with his family using military helicopters for his eight-year-old's golf lessons and house-hunting trips at $16-24,000 an hour. Finally, the widow of Corey Comperatore — killed at Trump's Butler rally — said in an interview she believes the assassination attempt was an "inside job" based on a government report showing the Secret Service missed over 100 local radio warnings about the shooter, and is hoping Trump will reach out to answer her questions, and the Trump administration is considering requiring some green card applicants to post $100,000 bonds at US consulates abroad as a condition of their applications, with the money returned only after they become citizens — a five-year minimum process — and no word on who keeps the interest. The Rush Hour is back with a packed morning show as we break down Vice President J.D. Vance's headline-making appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, where he attempted to defend the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein files while also addressing the administration's failed war messaging. We'll separate fact from political spin, examine why critics say the interview amounted to damage control, and unpack the claims that simply don't hold up under scrutiny. Vance acknowledged the administration "screwed up" its communications on the Epstein files, but was adamant it wasn't part of a cover-up—a defense that has left many unconvinced. We dive into the contradictions, the public backlash, and what it all means going forward. Plus, the mystery surrounding Mitch McConnell continues. After weeks of questions about the senator's health, new developments emerged as his wife, Elaine Chao, was spotted leaving the rehabilitation hospital where McConnell has reportedly been recovering. We'll go over the latest sightings, what has actually been confirmed about his condition, and why the lack of transparency has fueled so much speculation. All that and more on this morning's episode of The Rush Hour.
