In 2000 Dr. Carolle suffered severe burnout and had to reinvent herself. In 2005, she closed her private practice in San Diego because she could no longer fit into a prescription-writing, bottom-line-oriented medical system that did not allow time and resources for doctors to properly care for patients as whole human beings. She would not compromise. Her dream was to continue treating and healing patients, using her own ideals. She created the Dr. Carolle’s Healing Sanctuary of San Diego, where those who were ill or suffering could spend as much time as they needed with her. She developed the One-Week Intensive Three-Step Process; an intuitive, laser-focus transformational process that gives instant results within a week, mind, body and soul. Fluent in French, Haitian Creole, Spanish and English, Dr. Carolle combines her scientific knowledge with her extraordinary gift of intuition and clairvoyance to help those who are ready to heal. Her process helps to discover the root cause of patients’ symptoms and teaches them how to use this information to begin the healing process. With faith and caring she guides patients and shows them their strengths, teaches them how to let go, and simultaneously helps them overcome the obstacles that have prevented them from being their best self. She is an intuitive healing mentor for residents at the University Of California San Diego School Of Medicine, and she has extended her knowledge and intuitive healing abilities to physicians who are suffering from burnout in their field and find themselves unable to deliver the kind of compassionate effective services that they intended in the beginning of their medical journey. She has created an intensive three-step-process that investigates, identifies the root cause and transforms each health care specialist, giving them back the control and balance they need to operate on the highest level possible in their medical career. Before COVID, there was already a crisis looming; about two out of three physicians practicing medicine and three out of four medical students and residents in training were burnt out. Dr. Carolle has been educating, mentoring, and coaching physicians in many countries. Working with her using a three-step process she has perfected over the years, in a short amount of time they quickly regain their love of medicine and learn the tools to deliver compassionate, quality, personalized care under any circumstance while enjoying a well-balanced life, mind body and soul.  Dr. Carolle has always felt strongly about serving others, especially the poor and underprivileged. For more than three decades, she has provided free medical care to the people of Haiti and underserved clinics in San Diego through Catholic Charities, and as a volunteer in medical clinics in several countries. Her own non-profit charity, Health Through Communication Foundation, is focused on providing medical care, education, and other needed services to those in need. As an international motivational speaker, Dr. Carolle brings her message of self-empowerment and faith through her online courses, membership website, best-selling and award-winning books, private retreats, workshops, blogs, and podcasts. After having her second child and returning to work, Krystal struggled with her milk supply and realized that there were very few resources for breastfeeding mothers in the same predicament. She knew then that she had to come up with a solution that would help to increase her milk supply. Using her knowledge as a Registered Nurse and love for baking, Duhaney developed a milk-making cookie recipe and fell in love with the results. These lactation cookies dramatically increased her supply. Soon after, she decided that she could not keep her discovery a secret and had to share this with other mothers who were going through a similar situation. So, in November of 2015, Milky Mama was born. Today, Milky Mama's product line includes delicious Lactation Cookies, Brownies (which are Krystal’s favorite), Emergency Brownies, Tropical Iced Tea, Lactation LeMOOnade, Lactation Smoothie Mix, and Herbal Supplements. Along with offering tasty treats and beverages, Milky Mama has also generated a following of women who help support each other and other women on their journey. “It was also important for me to create a village of support, because I needed it and I craved it. Having the extra support is so vital. It is heartwarming and a huge passion of mine to give breastfeeding support. I receive so many responses from customers sharing their experience and because they eat my treats they are going strong with lactation. Interview Highlights Eleanor was raised with high expectations, her parents had them for her and in turn she had them for herself. Migrating from the Fuji Islands as a young girl to rural Canada, she often felt she did not belong because she was different from the other children. This caused Eleanor to struggle with her identity until she decided to find home and belonging within herself. Eleanor became aware of an amazing opportunity that would change the course of her life when she was a young teenager, and she went after it like her life depended on it. She believed she could and so she did! Eleanor has shown that if we fearlessly and relentlessly pursue our dreams, then anything is possible. Even if we lose the drive that we innately have as a young person, we can go back and reclaim our lives to create the destiny we deserve. Over time Eleanor realized she had an issue with people pleasing because she wanted everyone to like her. As a result of this, she spent countless hours trying to figure out how she could please the masses. Unfortunately, this pursuit caused her to get further and further away from her true self, until she realized and accepted that she could not please everyone. Eleanor had to figure out what success meant to her, and be okay with knowing that everyone may not feel the same. By doing this Eleanor regained her power and is now able to show up unapologetically and authentically. Check out Eleanor’s interview to learn more. “Be Empowered and Empower On” –Nicole Walker
