Back when Trex was a 14 year old, his wrestling coach noticed his passion for training and nutrition. This coach took Trex under his wing, and they started absorbing and applying as much information as they could. Their source material, almost exclusively, was the content produced by Dr. Jim Stoppani – primarily from magazine articles, but also from the totally novel medium of online video content. Jim was a jacked PhD with tons of “in the trenches” experience - back in 2005 that was a very rare combination, and there's no question that people like Jim led the way for the next generation of “bodybuilding academics” like Helms and Trex.   Jim has made a huge mark on the fitness industry. Can you point me to a show where you covered this off, or advise me? Do you know if any of the Bullet seating die manufacturers produce dies that seat the bullet using a bullet seat plug that is independent of the bullet shape? Then I would just need one bullet seating plug for each calibre I load. By that I mean it gets seated the same way you measure CBTO using an ogive comparator tool and callipers? Or is this method likely to put too much pressure on that part of the projectile and cause deformation at the base of the ogive? Or am I completely off base with this and have completely misunderstood how it all works? Hello, and welcome to the Reloading Podcast here on the Firearms Radio Network.   Tonight the gang is taking questions from the live chat.   I did some shooting last week, and was disappointed on the average Muzzle Velocity I measured. I used Hodgdon Benchmark powder on a 150gr bullet for my .308 Win. Reloading data from the website says that the max load is 43 gr. with an estimated velocity of 2,752 fps, and minimum charge 39.0gr with an estimated velocity of 2,521 fps for this bullet weight and caliber. For the reloading aspect, I annealed my brass, FL resized and bumped the shoulder .002", trimmed the brass to 2.005" and seated the bullet .020" away from JAM. I decided to come down 2gr from max but got a average of 2,010 fps, I shot 50 rounds, does anyone know what might of happen? Only thing I could think off is that i didn't take into account the COL that the manual says, Hornady manual says maximum 2.700" and hodgdon states 2.800" that's the only measure I didn't take into account since my seating depth was determined by the .020" from JAM. Standard procedure, take a fired case and measure it with a headspace gauge, reset calipers to zero and resize case to get your correct bump e.g. -.002. set your die and start cranking.  Here is my point, that was one case out of 100, let's say that was the longest or shortest case, which could and will distort the bump for the other cases. I measured a sample of 30 cases and there was an es .0065 with the average, median and mode coming in at 1.535 (6mm creedmoor case)  Is that .0065 spread something we just live with or do we need to measure a sample batch before bumping the shoulder back? We learned about dino DNA for the first time in 1993 with the first Jurassic Park movie. That DNA must have staying power but they're still churning out Jurassic movies 32 years later. This time, in “Jurassic World: Rebirth”, it's Scarlett Johanssen, post-Black Widow, taking the lead. She plays Zora, a merc hired by a questionable pharmaceutical rep to help a dinosaur expert get access to a forbidden area where dinosaurs still roam free. As though starring in a new Jurassic World movie isn't a big enough deal, Luna Blaise also boasts an especially exciting franchise achievement. She's right smack in the middle of one of the most iconic set pieces from Michael Crichton's Jurassic Park novel, a set piece that was famously cut from Steven Spielberg's original film.In Jurassic World Rebirth, Blaise plays Teresa Delgado. Just before starting her first year at college, Teresa takes a boat trip with her father (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), her little sister (Audrina Miranda), and her boyfriend (David Iacono). Little do they know, they're sailing through Mosasaurs territory. Fortunately, Scarlett Johansson's Zora Bennett and her team swoop in to save them, but the Mosasaurs sets its sights on their boat instead and the entire group winds up stranded on Ile Saint-Hubert, an island that InGen once used to run a secret R&D facility.While trying to make their way to a rumored village on the island, Teresa and her family are left with no choice but to steal an inflatable raft right out from under a sleeping T-Rex's nose and ride it down river to get them closer to this supposed safe haven.With Jurassic World Rebirth now playing in theaters nationwide, Blaise joined me for a Collider Ladies Night conversation to revisit her journey to the franchise, a journey that included two hit TV shows - Fresh Off the Boat and Manifest. She also recapped her Jurassic World audition, revealed her character's backstory, explained why she thinks of Garcia-Rulfo and Iacono as family, and, of course, walked me through exactly what it was like to film that river raft scene.
