Deodorant'preneur and a second cousin of Josh, Eyal Azrad, joins the show to talk about his burgeoning, eco-friendly deodorant company Up In Arms. Eyal started the company by first making his own fully-organic product, because he was allergic to the big-brand options. It was an odiferous predicament that soon became  an aromatic solution! A homemade batch eventually turned into a local Maryland hit, and a growing online sensation. But he doesn't care so much; he just wants to do something good for the world. That's why his packaging is also fully compostable. He'll smell the sweet fragrance of money soon enough, once everyone finds out about Up In Arms - and he's earning more than a few scents.

Shark Tank Winner and CEO of Tower (where Mark Cuban is an investor), Stephan Aarstol is also the inventor of the 5-hour workday, an initiative he started in 2015 to challenge long held delusions about unhealthy start-up work culture.  Stephan moved his whole company to a 5-hour workday and wrote a book about the experience.
