Embracing The Next Wave of Human Transformation | David Clements

#424 Guy interviews David, a former theoretical physicist and mathematician, about information he says he receives from his "higher self" and advanced "teams" of beings. David describes sequential threefold "waves" of energy—external solar/galactic, internal pulses from the Earth's core (which he depicts as a star-like living intelligence), and personal "ignitions"—that began late last year and will crescendo in late June and July before a period of integration and another wave months later. He says these waves bring up ancient and generational imprints for clearing, dissolving repetitive "loops," and moving people toward their "core truth," expanded sensitivity, and innate self-worth. He recommends navigating purges through "peaceful observation" rather than identification or dramatization, allowing higher-self "light" to dissolve material faster. They discuss DNA, latent abilities coming online, minimizing "split" narratives as a matter of choice, and David shares his websites and Patreon. About David: In my early days, I began as an artist, spending most of my time dreaming and imagining beyond the reality I was living in. Which later, after a doorinside me opened, allowed me to develop a deep intuitive insight into the conscious quantum nature of reality. But before this fully opened, I was propelled into, and became, a professional theoretical physicist, working in string theory (a theory of subatomic particles and multi-dimensional spaces) as well as advanced theories of electromagnetism in some of the world's leading and prestigious academic institutions such as Cambridge and Oxford Universities. I left this profession because the opening within had revealed to me a very different view of the living conscious nature of quantum reality, a far distance from the mathematical and structured world I had learnt to work in.My conscious awakening, and connection with the higher aspects of myself began just after the year 2000, when I learned to view remotely. From here, my intuition and energetic senses came alive in ways I never before imagined possible. From here, I began a deep journey, moving into, and becoming more heart centered. Unravelling the many layers of past and current life aspects within myself to gain more connection to the Creative Source field consciousnes of love and my whole Self. In doing so, I was given deeper insights into the workings of realities, as well as inspirations for innovations and ideas, that it is my heart felt joy to share with others. Join us as Brian Hough (CEO & Founder of Tech Stack Playbook, AWS Hero) gets brutally honest about the state of tech hiring and what skills developers actually need to survive - and thrive - in the AI era. Brian walks through his frontline perspective on why tech layoffs aren't about skills - they're about market economics - and what that means for engineers trying to stay relevant. You'll learn which roles are actually hot right now (ML engineer, AI engineer, cloud architect, full stack dev), why companies want utility players who can build end to end, how to use social media and building in public to get quietly hired, and why the engineers who thrive will be those who can go from vision to deployed system. Brian also covers practical strategies for positioning yourself before the next wave hits, including using roadmaps as a personal curriculum and leveraging AI as a career accelerator rather than a threat. This episode rounds up the latest Cardano and Midnight developments in one pass, from Indigo V3 and Cardano Critical Integrations V2 through to the first public steps for Vola Network, the latest NFT marketplace shift after JPG Store's shutdown, and a growing stack of Midnight ecosystem releases. Peter also breaks down why infrastructure, governance, and partner chain tooling matter right now even when they are less visible than headline-grabbing announcements. The second half of the update shifts from ecosystem news to practical builder momentum. Peter shares why the Singapore push around Cardano Summit and TOKEN2049 matters, then walks through several projects he has been building himself, including the Learn Cardano DRep site, a new on-chain activity leaderboard, a bounty platform aimed at bringing fresh liquidity into the ecosystem, and the annual Push-Up Challenge fundraiser for mental health.Key Takeaways:- Indigo V3 expands Cardano DeFi with a new reward model, broader synthetic asset support, and stronger oracle infrastructure through Pyth.- Cardano Critical Integrations V2 focuses on maintaining major integrations and adding Fireblocks support that could matter for institutional and enterprise participation.- Vola Network's public testnet is an early example of how Cardano partner chains can serve specific business and infrastructure use cases.- The closure of JPG Store marks a transition point for Cardano NFTs and pushes users to understand migration paths and new marketplace options.- Midnight is moving from concept to product layer, with MeowDrop, Moonlight, Midnight City, privacy education, and new market experiments all appearing together.- Peter argues that Cardano Summit and TOKEN2049 are ecosystem-level opportunities because they create visibility with enterprise, regulatory, and infrastructure decision makers.- New builder tools such as the DRep portal, leaderboard, and bounty platform are designed to turn governance, on-chain activity, and contributor work into more visible participation.Links & References:- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/XUNLQX- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/Tp3KCS- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/CZyf7G- Intersect Hydra Voting: https://link.learncardano.io/Cn2nX9- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/5Jb2gu- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/AIZAji- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/Rnalwg- ANOlaunch — Launch Your Cardano Token Website | Pepeano: https://link.learncardano.io/QMI2e2- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/LqOXXT- Vola Explorer: https://link.learncardano.io/wniToA- Vola Wallet — Download: https://link.learncardano.io/TbNXZI- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/eMYzks- JPG Store says goodbye: https://link.learncardano.io/4sndu9- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/M9fSYi- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/jUMxS2- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/umzlvx- https://link.learncardano.io/kUAmIL- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/Ng3jsO- How Private Are You? | Midnight Privacy Quiz: https://link.learncardano.io/H3O0ye- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/s0HD1l- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/05qZPI- Ascend Market | Leveraged Event Perpetuals: https://link.learncardano.io/rzsx0D- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/ZNnQY5- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/EAesoJ- Cardano's Big Singapore Push: Why Summit + TOKEN2049 Could Shape the Next Cycle - YouTube: https://link.learncardano.io/t3YPs3- https://link.learncardano.io/Cahuqi- https://link.learncardano.io/GrfcOI- https://link.learncardano.io/Mx5NHZ- Peter Bui · Cardano DRep — Informed Voting, Public Rationales: https://link.learncardano.io/vG2x1z- Leaderboard | Learn Cardano Leaderboard: https://link.learncardano.io/wmcvrG- Cardano Bounties — Earn Stablecoins Building the Ecosystem: https://link.learncardano.io/S4Roix- x.com: https://link.learncardano.io/BpxyaE- The Push-Up Challenge - Cardano Community: https://link.learncardano.io/IGzXFOWebsite: https://link.learncardano.io/bQ68RcX/Twitter: https://link.learncardano.io/3a1QtvDisclaimer: This content is for educational purposes only. Son célebres los casos de la JLI, Howard el pato, Ambush Bug o, ya más metidos en nuestro siglo, Nextwave. In this episode of *Colonize The Ocean*, we're riding the Next Wave — the explosive momentum of scaling, autonomy, and what's actually coming in 2026–2027 as ocean colonization shifts from bold concepts to steel-in-the-water reality. We kick things off with Oceanix Busan, where the world's first prototype sustainable floating neighborhood is now under full construction in South Korea's Busan Harbor: hexagonal platforms designed for up to 12,000 residents, powered entirely by solar, wind, aquaponics, and desalination, hurricane-proof to Category 5, and modular enough to expand or even sail away — the living proof that coastal cities can adapt to rising seas without devouring more land. Then we dive into the Próspera-area expansions on Roatán, Honduras, where new residential towers are racing toward November 2026 completion, social-housing calls are pulling in $300-a-month units to grow the resident base, and ArkPad's second Reef Resort is targeting construction before the end of Q2 2026 — modular floating platforms that let everyday owners buy ocean real estate, run eco-resorts, and farm aquaculture right next to the ZEDE's low-tax, entrepreneur-first governance model. Finally, we spotlight the policy wins cracking open the future: South Korea's full government and UN-Habitat backing for Oceanix proving nation-states now see floating infrastructure as serious climate infrastructure, plus the Seasteading Institute's active 2026 push for a dedicated maritime flag and classification society — the legal “hack” that could shield floating communities from heavy-handed control while delivering real autonomy on the high seas. This isn't theory anymore; 2026–2027 is when modular scaling meets governance breakthroughs and the ocean frontier finally goes mainstream — tune in to see exactly how close we are to living at sea.

Host Russell Goldsmith spoke with: 1/ Alibek Datbayev, Engineering Manager AI Platforms, Booking.com 2/ David Faircloth, VP - Technology Architecture & Engineering, Wendy's 3/ Helder Ribeiro, Chief Digital Officer, Sonae MC 4/ Govindaraj Palanisamy, Principal Enterprise Architect, Data, AI & Innovation, Global Payments 5/ Jason McKay, Chief Solutions Officer, Rapidscale Alibek Datbayev, Engineering Manager for AI Platforms at Booking.com, shares how the company is building reliable agentic systems on top of Google's ecosystem, why Gemini's grounding in Maps and Search is uniquely powerful for travel, and how Booking.com is moving from prototypes to production with rigorous evaluation, governance and safety. He also highlights the next frontier: multi‑agent orchestration for end‑to‑end travel experiences. David Faircloth, VP of Technology Architecture & Engineering at Wendy's, explains how the company achieved 99.95% availability by focusing first on people, trust and organisational design before technology. David discusses Conway's Law, platform engineering, and why AI is “not the future, it's the present,” with success defined by frictionless crew experiences, reliable systems and better customer journeys. Helder Ribeiro, Chief Digital Officer at Sonae MC, describes how the retailer is building an AI‑driven migration factory to modernise infrastructure, reduce costs and accelerate product delivery. Helder outlines how AI is used across training, refactoring, spend optimisation and productivity, and why becoming an AI‑first company requires strong foundations, intentional design and a clear focus on speed, efficiency and customer experience. Govindaraj Palanisamy, Principal Enterprise Architect for Data, AI & Innovation at Global Payments, discusses how the company manages a vast, multi‑organisation database fleet and how AI agents will transform DBA workflows. He breaks down the three biggest barriers between pilot and production: trustworthy data, grounding, and governance - and explains why regulated industries must “shift governance left” to scale AI safely. Finally, Jason McKay, Chief Solutions Officer at RapidScale, closes the episode with a candid view on enterprise AI adoption. He highlights the gap between AI ambition and data reality, why day‑zero conversations are always about AI but day‑one conversations are always about data, and how organisations can move from optimism to operational readiness. A wide‑ranging, insight‑rich finale that captures the real state of enterprise AI in 2026.

While total VIO growth remains modest, the average age of vehicles continues to climb, supporting aftermarket demand. What happens when your AI agents start making decisions faster than your security team can even see them? In this episode, I sit down with Sunil Agrawal, Chief Information Security Officer at Glean, to unpack a shift already underway in enterprises. With predictions that 40 percent of enterprise applications will include autonomous AI agents by the end of 2026, we are moving from human-led workflows to machine-to-machine interactions at a scale most organizations are not fully prepared for. Sunil brings a rare perspective, blending more than 25 years of cybersecurity experience with an inventor's mindset shaped by over 40 patents. What stood out to me in our conversation is how quickly the traditional security model is becoming outdated. As he explained, "autonomous agents break those assumptions because they operate across tools, varying permissions and data sources with alarming speed and autonomy." This creates what he calls the "autonomy gap," in which the CIO's drive for speed collides with the CISO's need for visibility and control. We explore how that tension is playing out in real organizations today, and why so many are already falling behind. Nearly half of businesses still lack the AI-specific controls needed to prevent untraceable incidents, and the risks are not always what you might expect. Sunil argues that the first major rogue-agent incident is unlikely to be a malicious attack. Instead, it will come from confusion: a well-intentioned system taking the wrong action in the wrong context, with consequences that ripple across the business. The conversation then turns practical. Sunil breaks down his AWARE framework, a structured way to introduce real-time guardrails that evaluate intent, context, and risk before an agent takes action. Rather than relying on static policies, this approach focuses on continuous runtime enforcement, where systems are constantly assessed based on behavior rather than assumptions.   What I found particularly valuable is how this moves beyond theory into something leaders can act on today. From starting with tightly scoped use cases to investing in full observability, this episode offers a clear roadmap for balancing innovation with accountability. As Sunil put it, organizations that succeed will not be the ones that move fastest, but the ones that prove trust at scale.   So how do you embrace the productivity gains of autonomous AI without opening the door to invisible risk, and are your current security models ready for a world where the "user" is no longer human? If you want a practical overview of Midnight's launch, what's being built, and where the network is headed next, this is the episode to watch.0:00 Intro1:10 What Midnight Is3:10 The Token Model5:15 Launch Context7:20 Institutional Operators9:20 Shield USD11:15 No C Stack13:10 Fluid Tokens And Ecosystem15:05 What Comes Next17:10 Wrap UpKey Takeaways:- Midnight has officially launched and is now operating as a privacy-focused partner chain in the Cardano ecosystem.- Midnight uses a rational privacy model that lets users choose what to reveal and what to keep private.- The network is built around Knight and Dust, with Knight as the public governance token and Dust as the private fee token.- Compact, Midnight's smart contract language, is designed to be accessible to developers familiar with TypeScript.- The ecosystem already includes tools and projects such as Mainnet Lite Explorer, Midnight Academy, Shield USD, No C, and Fluid Tokens integrations.- Selective disclosure is positioned as the key bridge between privacy and regulatory compliance for institutions.- The launch is being framed as an institutional stress-test phase, with node operators and early builders proving the network at scale.- The episode outlines how Midnight could expand from a Cardano partner chain into a broader privacy layer for Web3.Links & References:- https://midnight.network/blog/midnight-network-is-live- https://nocy.medium.com/midnight-how-blockchains-catch-up-with-30-years-of-privacy-engineering-1eb4dbf7c052- https://midnight.network/ecosystem-catalog- x.com: https://x.com/FluidTokens/status/2036851520562479513?s=20- https://x.com/ATLAS_DEFI_/status/2037154525769822583- x.com: https://x.com/MidnightNtwrk/status/2013947375346143269- x.com: https://x.com/MidnightNtwrk/status/1914359495502835811?s=20- Mainnet Lite Midnight Explorer: https://mainnet-lite.midnightexplorer.com/- x.com: https://x.com/midnightexplr/status/2038636019050803203- x.com: https://x.com/Shield_USD/status/2036854618282746129- x.com: https://x.com/Shield_USD/status/2033636787944366513- x.com: https://x.com/CoinDesk/status/2038631138290229395- x.com: https://x.com/lozzaclay/status/2038646573865873825?s=20Website: https://learncardano.ioX/Twitter: https://x.com/LearnCardanoDisclaimer: This content is for educational purposes only. How Scale Computing Is Powering The Next Wave Of Edge Infrastructure

The Tech Blog Writer Podcast

How should businesses rethink infrastructure when applications, data, and users are increasingly spread across thousands of locations? In this episode of Tech Talks Daily, I sit down with Mark Cree, President and Chief Operating Officer at Scale Computing, to talk about why the future of enterprise infrastructure is moving closer to where data is actually created. This conversation was recorded following the 66th edition of The IT Press Tour, where some of the most interesting conversations in enterprise infrastructure centered on what happens when businesses move away from oversized, monolithic stacks and start focusing on practical, distributed solutions. From retail stores and airports to remote industrial sites, the edge is becoming a critical part of modern IT strategy. Mark shares how Scale Computing has spent years building an edge-first platform designed to run critical workloads reliably across everything from a single location to tens of thousands of distributed sites. Mark also reflects on his own journey through the technology industry, which includes founding companies acquired by Cisco and NetApp, working as a venture capitalist, and leading major storage initiatives at AWS. That experience gives him a unique perspective on how enterprise infrastructure has evolved, particularly as organizations reconsider the balance between centralized cloud environments and local processing closer to users and devices. During our conversation, we explore why edge computing is becoming increasingly important for AI workloads, especially when large volumes of data are generated outside traditional data centers. Mark explains how processing information locally can reduce costs, improve performance, and enable entirely new use cases, from monitoring customer behavior in retail environments to running intelligent systems in remote locations. We also talk about the ongoing reassessment happening across enterprise IT teams following major industry shifts, including changes in the virtualization market and growing concerns around vendor lock-in. Mark explains how Scale Computing is positioning itself as a flexible alternative by combining virtualization, containerization, networking, and security into a platform designed specifically for distributed environments. Looking ahead, Mark shares his perspective on where enterprise infrastructure is heading over the next five years. As smaller AI models become more capable and organizations seek greater control over their data and systems, the role of edge platforms may become even more important.  Instead of relying solely on massive centralized environments, companies may find new value in distributing intelligence closer to the places where real-world activity happens. So as organizations rethink how they deploy applications, manage data, and control infrastructure, is the next big shift in enterprise IT happening right at the edge? And how prepared is your organization for that change?
