Amazon sellers are being forced to rethink how they build and grow their businesses. From stricter listing requirements to AI-powered shopping and new international opportunities, the rules are changing quickly. On this episode of The Opportunity Podcast, Greg sits down with Jana Krekic, founder of YLT Translations and Seller Lingo, to discuss what's changing across Amazon and where sellers should be paying attention. They cover Amazon's stricter listing requirements, shorter titles, supplement compliance, and what these changes mean for sellers who have relied on older optimization strategies. They also dive into AI and Amazon search, including Rufus and Alexa, and how sellers may need to structure their listings so AI can better understand and recommend their products. The conversation then moves beyond the US, with Jana sharing her perspective on international expansion, localization, and overlooked markets. She explains why simply translating a listing isn't enough and why some markets can offer opportunities that sellers may not be looking for. If you sell on Amazon, are thinking about expanding internationally, or want to understand where the platform is heading, this episode is worth a listen. They discuss NVIDIA’s backing, the economics of voice AI, Sarvam’s enterprise adoption and why specialised models could be cheaper than global frontier systems. Interview with Chad Peters, President & CEO of Ridgeline Minerals Corp. Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/ridgeline-minerals-tsxvrdg-600m-free-carry-potential-on-partner-funded-crd-discovery-8609Recording date: 7th August 2026Ridgeline Minerals has completed the sale of four early-stage Nevada gold exploration projects to Nevada Gold Mines (NGM), generating US$23.15 million in cash and a return of more than 350% on its invested capital. The transaction, which closed on August 3, involved Ridgeline's interests in the Swift and Black Ridge earn-in agreements, as well as its Bell Creek and Atlas projects. The sale gives Ridgeline approximately C$33 million in cash and C$3 million in marketable securities. Together, those assets exceed the company's market capitalisation of about C$24.5 million, substantially reducing its near-term financing and dilution risk. Management says the strengthened treasury will support new project staking, exploration, potential acquisitions and, possibly, shareholder returns.Ridgeline retained its flagship Selena project, a 39-square-kilometre carbonate replacement deposit target being advanced through a US$20 million earn-in agreement with South32. South32 has committed US$4 million for drilling in 2026, fully funding the programme. The project gained importance after the 2025 discovery of high-grade massive sulphide mineralisation at the Chinchilla Sulphide zone. South32 has compared the early-stage discovery with its Taylor deposit in Arizona, although Selena does not yet have a formal mineral resource estimate. The company also continues to own Big Blue and Coyote outright. Big Blue is a copper-silver-tungsten exploration project with encouraging historical and recent drill and trench results. Coyote is an undrilled Carlin-type gold target located near NGM's Black Ridge project and approximately four kilometres from the Fallon gold resource, making it a potential partnership or transaction candidate.Ridgeline additionally holds a 17.3% stake in Spartan Metals and a 1% royalty on metals from Spartan's Eagle tungsten project. The company's next challenge is converting its financial strength and exploration portfolio into further discoveries, particularly through Selena's 2026 drilling and future work at its 100%-owned Nevada properties.View Ridgeline Minerals' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/ridgeline-mineralsSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Leadership does not wait for permission. It starts the moment someone decides to step forward, often long before they have a title to prove it. That is the theme of this episode, the next installment of our Next Wave Leader series featuring members of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Rethink Council. I am joined by three agents who each found real estate through an unexpected door. Who are also now shaping how their markets do business. Meet the Leaders: Holly Darcy - REALTOR®, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida She began her career as an elementary school teacher before building her own personal training business. She later found her home in real estate as a military spouse navigating constant change. Holly is passionate about consistency and authentic personal branding, helping clients feel like they already know her before they ever meet. Asia Adair - REALTOR®, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties Her real estate journey started as a special education teacher during the pandemic. It was shaped early on by following her mother into the business at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Asia excels at hyperlocal video marketing and disciplined client follow-up, and lives by the principle of giving more than she expects to get. Grace Stanzel - Co-Team Leader, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate Her path into real estate started as a high school intern on the very team she now co-leads, inspiring a career built on full-circle mentorship. Grace excels at consistent, personal client touchpoints and is passionate about giving new agents the same hands-on start she once received. From Classrooms and Career Changes to Real Estate Leadership Holly spent years as a teacher and later ran her own fitness and nutrition business before real estate. A conversation with a mentor at a personal crossroads gave her the push to get licensed. Asia taught special education through the pandemic before getting licensed, selling her first home while still teaching, and going full time the following summer. Grace interned with her current team her senior year of high school, then finished her college degree online while building her real estate business during COVID. When They First Saw Themselves as Leaders Asia points back to leadership roles she held before real estate, from school council president to founding her high school's Gay-Straight Alliance, and says the identity of "leader" only clicked once she found success in real estate. Holly credits a local Leadership Development Council program and the moments agents and clients turn to her for advice as the clearest sign she has become a trusted voice in her market. Grace talks about the full-circle moment of becoming a mentor to interns after starting her own career the same way. The Risk That Changed Their Business Holly says joining the Rethink Council came at a burnout point in her career, and became one of the most valuable decisions she has made. Grace talks about the risk of hiring a full-time operations director, and how betting on her business paid off in growth and client service. Social Media, Video, and AI: What Is Actually Working Grace focuses on intentional, high-quality listing videos built around the seller's story rather than generic content, and finds Instagram drives her strongest engagement. Asia uses hyperlocal geotagging on video content so her market's algorithm surfaces her to the right audience, and recommends agents use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to audit how they show up online. Holly treats her social media as a full extension of herself, mixing polished property marketing with everyday moments, and building a one-page digital bio she sends to new contacts and referral partners. What the Rising Age of First-Time Buyers Means for Agents With the median first-time buyer age now around 40 according to the National Association of Realtors, the panel discusses how to help younger buyers understand the long-term value of getting into the market early. Holly shares her own story of buying her first home in 2010 and points to home price data over time as proof that time in the market matters more than timing it. Grace focuses on patience and education, reminding younger buyers that the process can take time and that having the right team makes all the difference. Favorite Podcasts, Books, and Quotes Holly - Book: SHIFT: How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times by Gary Keller (an early read before getting licensed) Quote: "People always remember the way you treat them." Podcast: Aspire with Emma Grede (recommended after hearing a Gary Vee episode on soft skills) Asia - Quote: "Give more than you expect to get." Everyone is focused on today's AI boom—but according to Brett Rentmeester, the biggest investment opportunities may still be ahead. In this conversation with Maggie Lake, Brett explains why investors are underestimating AI's next phase, from agentic AI and autonomous software to physical AI, including robots, autonomous vehicles, and intelligent machines. He also explores what these developments could mean for data centers, energy demand, semiconductor companies, and the long-term investment landscape. If the first wave of AI was ChatGPT, Brett argues the next waves could be significantly larger—and many investors aren't positioned for them yet

The Indiana Hoosiers shake up the college football recruiting world by landing 5-star wide receiver Monshun Sales—can this power move mark the start of a new Hoosiers dynasty? Brian Smith explores what makes Sales a generational talent, from his rare athletic profile at Indianapolis Lawrence North High School to his potential to change the balance of power in the Big Ten. A new book by Neeraj Kaushal, Professor of Social Policy at Columbia University, titled When Africa Comes to America: How the Next Wave of Immigrants Will Transform the United States', argues that “the future of the United States is in Black Africa”. One revealing datapoint from the book: four times more Black African immigrants arrived in the US between 1990 and 2020 than were brought as slaves during the entire 190-year history of the trans-Atlantic slave trade. So, how will the increasing influx of black Africans into the US play out in the Trumpian era of xenophobic white nationalism? Neeraj also argues that Black Africans will soon displace Asians as the new ‘model minority' in the US. How would that alter the hierarchy of colour there? And what about India – our demographic dividend will soon be over. Should India also prepare for it by encouraging immigrants from Africa? Host: G. In today's episode of the All Things Sustainable podcast, we're exploring the landscape for private investment into sustainability and climate solutions. We talk with Christina Leijonhufvud, CEO and Co-Founder of BlueMark, a company that tracks trends in the sustainable and impact investing market. Christina describes an increasing focus on climate solutions and climate tech investing in the market. She says that while investing in climate risk adaptation and resilience has increased, there is still greater need for private capital. "It's an underfunded part of the market, which means there is a ton of opportunity," Christina says. S&P Global is an outside investor in BlueMark. We also talk with Matthew Nordan, Co-Founder and General Partner at Azolla Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage climate technology companies in hard-to-decarbonize areas like industrial processes and agriculture. Matthew explains the firm's focus on solving big problems: "We are just not going to make a difference if the things we fund are incremental," he tells us. And we speak with Nelson Switzer, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Climate Innovation Capital, a mid-stage venture fund that invests in technology businesses across energy, agriculture and industry to build a low-carbon, resilient economy. Nelson says the world has entered the "fifth economic revolution" that involves the decarbonization of everything. "We have to reimagine, reengineer and redeploy almost everything we do," he tells us. We sat down with Matthew and Nelson during DC Climate Week in Washington, where All Things Sustainable was the official podcast. Listen to our podcast coverage of DC Climate Week here. My guest today is Jeremy Giffon. Jeremy has been on the show before as one of our most popular guests, and this conversation is every bit as enjoyable as the first. Over the last 18 months, Jeremy has had hundreds of conversations with founders and with the capital behind their companies. I don't know many investors with such a high rep count in the most interesting corners of private markets, so I asked him what he has learned. We talk about what those lessons mean for founders and investors, why everyone has become subservient to the poster class, the hidden intellectual history behind Silicon Valley and much more. Please enjoy my conversation with my friend, Jeremy Giffon. Supply chain technology has been evolving rapidly, but the biggest shifts in operational excellence may still be unfolding. In this episode of Supply Chain Now, Scott W. Luton and Wiley Jones are joined by Ben Gordon, founder and managing partner of Cambridge Capital LLC. Together, they explore what it truly means to scale businesses in the global supply chain, from workflow automation and AI-driven predictive pricing to strategic M&A and operational leadership. Ben draws on nearly 25 years of experience investing in, building, and advising supply chain companies, including XPO, Greenscreens, and Everest. He makes the case for focusing relentlessly on “the one big thing,” executing with discipline, and using technology not just to cut costs but to enable growth. He also unpacks how AI and workflow automation are transforming logistics operations, creating triple-win outcomes for teams, customers, and the broader ecosystem. Ben shares the leadership principles that guide him: integrate external insights, be brutally honest in self-assessment, “simplify, focus, execute”, and know when bold, strategic moves are needed. He also highlights the importance of operational rigor and culture, demonstrating how leaders can turn competitors into partners and make businesses indispensable to customers. Mark Tluszcz had the career most people would chase: a top consulting job, rapid success, and a clear path forward. But eight years in, he made a move very few would dare to make. He left his high-paying job to start his own firm, faced hundreds of rejections while raising capital, and built Mangrove Capital from scratch. That same contrarian mindset led him to back companies others overlooked, becoming an early investor in Skype and later Chairman of Wix. In this episode, Mark joins Ilana to share how he invested early in Skype, spotted Wix before it became a global company, and why he turned down a $400 million acquisition offer. He also breaks down how to build conviction, embrace rejection, and find opportunities where others see risk. Mark Tluszcz is the co-founder and CEO of Mangrove Capital Partners and chairman of Wix, one of the world's leading website-building platforms. He is widely regarded as one of Europe's most influential venture capitalists, known for his early investments in Skype and Wix. In this episode, Ilana and Mark will discuss: (00:00) Introduction (05:36) Growing Up Across Multiple Cultures (09:09) Leaving Corporate Consulting to Build His Own Firm (13:58) Building Mangrove Capital During the Internet Boom (20:54) How to Keep Going After Hundreds of Nos (27:25) How Skype Evolved Beyond Music (36:47) Staying Humble After a Massive Win (43:08) Discovering Wix and Rethinking Venture Capital (50:33) Turning Down a $400M Deal: The Wix Story (57:41) Building Resilience Through Honest Conversations (01:01:14) Spotting the Next Wave of AI Opportunity (01:10:57) The Founder Mindset That Actually Lasts Mark Tluszcz is the co-founder and CEO of Mangrove Capital Partners, a Luxembourg-based venture capital firm he built from the ground up after leaving Arthur Andersen in 2000. He was one of the first investors in Skype, where Mangrove's $2 million investment reportedly returned $200 million, and he has served as chairman of Wix, where an $8 million investment reportedly yielded $700 million. The AI stock market boom is creating a massive wealth gap, and asset owners are winning bigger than ever. In this video, I'm breaking down Nvidia, SpaceX, AI investing, the stock market, Buffett's cash pile, and why red days should not shake you out of position if you understand the long-term game. The stock market is now bigger than the actual U.S. economy, and that tells you one thing clearly: ownership matters. This episode is about understanding where money is moving next, how AI is reshaping the market, why Nvidia validates the entire artificial intelligence space, and why the ecosystem around SpaceX could create major opportunities before and after the IPO.⚖
