Rendez-vous incontournable de l'art contemporain africain, la Biennale de Dakar, clôturée le 7 décembre, a pour la première fois dédié un pavillon aux œuvres digitales. Sécurisées par un NFT, un certificat d'authenticité numérique, ce crypto-art séduit de plus en plus d'artistes et de collectionneurs sur le continent. Linda Dounia crée surtout des œuvres digitales et, à ses débuts, elle s'est heurtée à un manque d'opportunités pour les faire connaître à l'international. « Quand j'ai commencé ma pratique de l'art numérique, je me suis rendu compte qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'espaces qui pourraient comprendre ce que je fais et qui pourraient le médiatiser », se souvient la jeune artiste sénégalaise. Il n'y a pas un grand marché pour ce médium-là en Afrique. » Elle regarde alors quelles sont ses options. « J'aurais pu émigrer quelque part, mais je ne voulais vraiment pas faire ça. J'ai entendu parler des NFT et je me suis penchée dessus. Un ami était déjà dedans, on en a parlé, et j'ai décidé de me lancer. »Art digital, mais aussi peinture et photoLinda Dounia se tourne donc vers les NFT (Non-Fungible Token ou jeton non fongible), c'est-à-dire des certificats de vente numériques qui garantissent l'authenticité et la traçabilité de l'œuvre. Cette ouverture sur le monde lui permet de conclure des partenariats avec des grandes galeries, comme Christie's, ou des clients comme l'entreprise américaine IBM.Elle est l'une des onze artistes qui ont été exposés dans le pavillon NFT à la Biennale de Dakar. À ses côtés, d'autres artistes digitaux, mais aussi des peintres ou des photographes. « J'ai voulu prendre cet éventail d'artistes et de disciplines pour montrer que les NFT sont applicables absolument à tout, explique Anna-Alix Koffi, directrice de création franco-ivoirienne et commissaire du pavillon. Le NFT, c'est le contrat que vous donnez, donc une œuvre est NFT du moment qu'elle est “mintée”, qu'on lui a accolé un certificat électronique. Tout ce qui est physique peut être aussi NFT. »Visa pour l'autonomie des artistesAvec ce pavillon, la commissaire veut promouvoir ce mode de vente auprès des artistes africains qui se heurtent parfois à des difficultés pour voyager. « Avoir son visa pour se rendre à une biennale, à une foire ou à son exposition, on peut penser que c'est élémentaire, mais ça ne l'est pas, souligne Anna-Alix Koffi. Beaucoup sont bloqués et restent là, les œuvres sont plus mobiles que les artistes. ». Anna Alix Koffi voit donc les NFT comme un visa pour l'autonomie des artistes.Grandes galeries et petits collectionneursCôté collectionneurs, certains sur le continent s'intéressent aux NFT depuis plusieurs années. Le développement des NFT leur permet de trouver des œuvres d'artistes émergents à des prix raisonnables. « C'est super pour les petits collectionneurs, pour les gens qui commencent, ou les jeunes qui s'intéressent à l'art, observe Kenza Zouari, galeriste et collectionneuse tunisienne. Pour un collectionneur, ce qui est intéressant, c'est le challenge derrière. Ok, j'achète cette œuvre, mais comment est-ce que je la montre ? Comment est-ce que je l'expose ? Est-ce que j'investis dans un écran ou est-ce que je l'imprime ? » Avec les NFT, les artistes peuvent vendre leurs œuvres en direct sur des plateformes en ligne. Instead of physical toys, they could create NFT versions of these toys. Each NFT could be unique, allowing customers to collect and trade them digitally. These NFT collectibles could have additional features, such as virtual interactions or mini-games not to mention the opportunity with AR/VR and the Apple Invasion.Limited Edition NFT Menu Items: McDonald's could release limited edition menu items as NFTs. Customers who own these NFTs would have exclusive access to redeem the corresponding menu item in their local McDonald's restaurant. This creates scarcity and adds a digital collectible element to the dining experience.Virtual Branded Merchandise: McDonald's could collaborate with artists, celebs or designers to create virtual branded merchandise in NFTs. These could include virtual clothing items, accessories, or even virtual furniture for online avatars or virtual reality platforms. Customers can purchase these NFTs and use them to personalize their digital presence. There are already a plethora of Metaverses that are beginning to launch in these areas, along with the use case of media, music and film that are breaking into new areas, which could easily align with McD!Augmented Reality (AR) NFTs: McDonald's could create AR-enabled NFTs that customers can use with their smartphones or AR glasses. These NFTs could unlock interactive and immersive experiences, such as virtual tours of McDonald's history, animated characters, or AR games that overlay McDonald's-themed elements onto the real world. This is an easy integration with ar recent interview I did with Cryptoys! You will get the picture.Digital Discount Coupons: McDonald's could offer NFT-based digital discount coupons. Customers who hold these NFTs can access exclusive discounts or promotions when ordering through their mobile app or online platforms. The NFT serves as proof of eligibility and provides a unique and trackable discount mechanism.Phygital NFT Packaging: McDonald's could introduce physical packaging with embedded NFTs. Each packaging could have a unique QR code or NFC tag that grants access to a digital reward or experience, such as exclusive content, games, or collectibles. This bridges the physical and digital worlds, offering an interactive and engaging customer experience.Virtual McDonald's Restaurants: McDonald's could create virtual restaurants in metaverse platforms or virtual reality environments. Customers can visit these virtual restaurants, order virtual meals, and enjoy immersive dining experiences. They could even earn NFT rewards or unlock special features by engaging with the virtual McDonald's ecosystem. Here are a few potential challenges and solutions:Network Congestion: With millions of customers trying to purchase or interact with the NFTs simultaneously, the blockchain network could experience congestion, leading to slow transaction processing and high fees. To mitigate this, McDonald's could explore using blockchain networks with higher transaction throughput or scalability solutions like layer-2 solutions or sidechains.Scalability Solutions: Layer-2 solutions, such as state channels or sidechains, can help alleviate congestion by periodically processing transactions off-chain and settling them on the main blockchain. These solutions enable faster and cheaper transactions while benefiting from the underlying blockchain's security and decentralization.NFT Token Standards: NFT token standards can also impact scalability. For example, Ethereum's ERC-721 standard, which is widely used for NFTs, may face scalability challenges during periods of high demand. In the 1600s, this gave birth to the word, fungible, which also meant to serve in place of. It wasn't until the early 1900s before usage of the term fungible began to rise, peaking in the past 10 years as a pretty cold, hard capitalist term for describing workers who are "virtually indistinguishable from others" in terms of the value of their contributions in the workplace. But fungibility has returned recently in relation to tokens you can buy to prove ownership of digital assets, aka NFTs or non-fungible tokens. A new Australian technology company based here in Adelaide is champing at the BIT (see what I did there), to have a seat at this table, through a new product called Muse Frames. Prepare yourself. You're about to be immersed in terms like Metaverse, Bitcoin, Blockchains, and Digital Wallets but my goal is to get you through this without needing Google Translate because I want The Adelaide Show to be your non-fungible (or irreplaceable) podcast for interpreting this new World 3.0. To help me achieve that, I welcome the CEO of Muse Frame, Dylan Blaquiere. Dylan, when was the first time you ever used fungible in a sentence? Dylan, we are going to talk about your innovation, which is this release of the first Australian digital frame exclusively manufactured to display non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and your collaboration with the Australian Open's "AO Metaverse" but for all of us to appreciate what you're doing, we need some background to this fairly new raft of technical terminology. Is this a good mud map? Fungibility Art and its ownership (physical and digital) Blockchain Bitcoin Metaverses A five dollar note is fungible. If we both had them and swapped them, nobody would care. Grade 2 corn kernells are the same, no matter which farmer grew them in what country - to be Grade 2 is to be of a certain standard. However, a Lamb Roast Dinner that I make compared to one made by Jamie Oliver, I would say is non-fungible - you can't just swap one for another. How would you describe it? As an aside, business writer, Michael Gerber's E-myth Revisited is all about building businesses on fungible humans so that you can just replace them ... but Seth Godin in Linchpin says we need to make ourselves non-fungible to thrive PLUS business owners like Michael Gerber are making businesses that are easily copied if you just have expendable, fungible, swappable humans. You're an entrepreneur, what's your take? Should you gather irreplacible people around you and face a big hole if you lose them, or play it safe? Art. NFTs don't always relate to art but given the nature of Muse Frame and your current project, it's a good place to start. People have been buying art for centuries and when you buy something physical you either have it or you don't. Is it fair to say that possession is 9/10 of the law in relation to physical art, and therefore there's no need for any sort of ledger or account book to prove that I own something? When you buy an NFT (non-fungible) token that says you own this artwork, does it actually mean ownership, giving you rights over it, or does it mean you own copy number 2000 of 2020? Someone just learned this the hard way in relation to the book, Dune. An anonymous NFT group called Spice DAO (decentralized anonymous organization) spent $3m on a $40,000 rare art book: Jodorowsky's Dune (which was the concept artbook for an ambitious project to make a film version of Frank Herbert's Dune that never got off the ground. These "spiceheads" planned to convert the book into NFTs, burn the physical copy, and adapt the story into an animated series. However, they soon learned that all they bought was the physical copy of the book, not the copyright to Dune. Your thoughts? To Blockchain now. Can we imagine it as a big excel spreadsheet with columns to describe an object or hold a legal agreement, and then other columns to capture the time, date, and place, in which certain people have taken actions like buying or signing, but that it's got replicated copies of itself all over the net and a security system that reports everything, eg, someone tries to change the value of a cell, it is recorded and traceable. How close am I? Blockchains are closely related to Bitcoins. And this is where I'm lost. I just haven't had the headspace to investigate this speculative type of currency. Can you give us an overview? I do hear that the computer energy needed to "mine" bitcoins is huge, and blockchains similarly, so much so that some countries have banned mining (or restricted the use of bitcoin) like Qatar, Turkey, China, etc. Does it worry you that this new realm of connectivity is going to hurt the planet? Our last stop before getting to Muse Frames is to get our heads around (or into) metaverses. A metaverse is an immersive, virtual environment where a likeness of you can move and interact with others. For example, I joined Second Life when it began more than a decade ago. I got to move my avatar, 4InTheMorning Writer, around to different worlds (I logged in again today and boy is it still clunky). However, these days, when I think metaverse, I think of my Oculus Rift in which I put on the headset and play cricket at Lords and it is quite realistic in a cartoonish way. What does the Metaverse mean to you? Now, can you tie all these strands together so we understand Muse Frames and Tennis Australia, the Kickstarter campaign, and the future of your business. Is this (or will this be) in the realm of mums and dads? If I wanted to mint The Adelaide Show logo, what would I need to do? Finally, Lot Fourteen is SA's innovation precinct, and the government is calling for expressions of interest from cafe operators to create a new, healthy cafe there. I think of geeks working around the clock, eating pizza, drinking Coke, probably smoking weed, and just burning up their bodies. Has that changed? The Copernic Space Platform is the foundation by which users can buy, sell, and manage their space assets, whether that be ownership of real assets in space or their direct stake in financing space ventures. Each user has their own Space Vault where owned space assets can be accessed or sold commercially through the marketplace we call SpaceMart, where companies can register and place offers for their space assets. Registered assets in a user's Space Vault are represented by an NFT (non-fungible token) containing linked public metadata, with optional private data and API access points. User's registered assets can represent payload space, licensable assets (such as satellite data), or API's. The commercial space industry is far more than megalithic companies with very deep pockets. It's actually a $500 billion industry full of many small and medium-sized players helping to develop new ways to generate value out of the vast potential of space. There's a huge appetite in the Los Angeles area for people that can come in and explain these complicated topics. I'm happy to do these to sharpen up my ability to communicate some of these often opaque topics and am doing them about once a week.I enjoy getting feedback from audiences because it allows me to determine what parts of my presentations are the most impactful and, like a stand up comedian will tighten up their set, I use this as a good barometer of what to focus on and further build out and what to cut. Another good exercise is ask the audience afterwards: what was the real takeaway from this one or two hour presentation that you'll take with you?When I read a book, I like to write down a handful of thoughts, every hour, so that I can review impactful points, because after reading for five hours, I'm not going to be able to immediately recall all of the salient points that hit me at various times. People have limited free time and public speakers have a duty to get right to the point of the most impactful topics that's relevant to an audience.I had a conversation about content structure with a colleague whose writing I enjoy and we discussed the push to impactful brevity. Blockchain influencers and fund managers are integrating memes and shorter form content by looking to the standard that if you can communicate something in less words, as impactfully as something that is haphazardly spilled out on a page, then it's an imperative that you do so. Every minute that something isn't tightly wound into something that's highly readable, you've introduced the potential to lose the reader so to the extent that you can prevent against that you must.In one of my recent presentations, I fielded questions during the slides, and I thought that in this Rekt Report, and ones that follow, that I would answer specific questions that I seem to be receiving on a recurring basis. Rather than try to weave answers into the context of a longer form article, which I will do from time to time, I think that it would be particularly useful for a blockchain newsletter that's facing the public to piecemeal out answers that are easily digestible. So here goes:What is the Web 3 movement and why is it important?Web 1 was the use of the internet with individual, static websites that were functionally more like online brochures for a business. Web 2, which has been the past decade, is the era of centralization where you login to your profile on a platform of a tech behemoth. They control the rules to the game, own your images, and you're creating content for them, much like writing for a regional newspaper about your life, telling all your friends about it, and doing so for free while the newspaper rakes in advertising.Web 3 seeks to break the monopolistic control of tech companies who, first and foremost, have their profits in mind to meet analyst numbers projections and operate despite the preponderance of evidence that that their sensationalist algorithms, coded to foment extreme reactions that will engage users enough to stay on their platform, are deleterious to one's mental health. The most savvy tech minds, like Professor Cal Newport, embrace a tech minimalism, with all social media apps off of one's phone, in observation of the toxicity of this phenomenon. If an activity is deleterious to our productivity or overall well-being, common sense would suggest that we disengage to the extent that we can practically, and professionally, do so.By definition, Web 3 refers to a decentralized online ecosystem utilizing the blockchain. The real transformative aspect is that platforms and apps built on Web3 won't be owned by a central gatekeeper, but by an abundance of users, who will earn their ownership stake by helping to develop and maintain those services, even independent of any capital investment! They're investing their time and talents to help a platform scale. This is transformative due to the ability of a great many users to get access to a percentage of a company.In the start-up world, equity or stock options can be awarded but it's often a pittance, if at all, relative to those who founded a project. In Web 3 companies, you could have founders who contributed nothing more than good ideas and a structure to a business, coalesced an group together, and are able to earn a meaningful portion of a fast-moving, potentially highly valuable company for these formative efforts.Already there are awe-inspiring stories of how talented coders have clocked decades in with the top tech firms, but only since they've dived into the world of Web 3 have them be given access to resources such that they can start to plan an exciting retirement. We're quick to jump into the job market, but often slow to create a career plan that understands the transformative power of gaining access to equity, tokens, or tools that allow one to amass wealth outside of the exercise of selling the limited resource of one's time.Why did NFT (Non-Fungible Token) movement eclipse so many other blockchain movements in 2021?In America, when an artist sells a work of art that's, likely, the last they'll see of it. Should they scale to international acclaim and fame and the value of that work goes up 100x, they take no meaningful participation in this appreciation. Contrast this with the European Artist Resale Rights laws, or droit de suite, that remits substantial funds back to artists for every time a public sale takes place for one of their works. This gives fuel to ignite further growthIf you were an art dealer of an artist whom you had a significant amount of early, important works, you would give them studio space, spending cash to travel and exhibit wherever they could, press contacts to pitch themselves for artist profiles, and exhaust every resource you had to help them further their career. In this same way, if you're an investor in an artist, you want them give them access to all of the avenues for potential growth or success that you can. Doing so is very likely to appreciate the value of the art of theirs in excess your contributions to their growth efforts, and, surprisingly, this synergistic relationship is not more aggressively nurtured a lot of times, with some art dealers or collectors choosing to purchase a piece and simply hope that the artist's important grows. You wouldn't invest in a company and then wish them well for a decade, likewise, it is inadvisable, if you're an art dealer, to not nurture these artists if you want them to have a better than not possibility of making it to prominence in their chosen discipline.NFTs have, as the default, a royalty provision that remits money to the wallet making and minting the art, very often the artist's. From an artist's perspective, if you had sold an early work for $100 and, lo and behold, this work was worth 10k, then your 5% royalty share would be worth $500 each time it was sold. This doesn't make selling one's early works of art as distasteful knowing that they'll still be connected with you, at least financially, for the rest of your life and thereafter to be collected by your estate, providing your loves ones with resources after you're gone.NFTs are works of art, on the blockchain, that are written in code by artists themselves so the terms will be favorable to artists in a way they recognize will sustain them such that they can focus full-time on their artistic passions, but they're more than that.Celebrities like it because digital art projects are less fought with potential legal complications associated with security tokens or cryptocurrencies, which often can be perceived by regulatory bodies as de facto securities.Affords opportunities for not only visual artists but also musicians, writers, or other royalty-based creative professionals to integrate their IP on the blockchain in a way that can be seamlessly crowdfunded or collected.Can be linked to trading--options, futures, leveraged trades, or plain vanilla cryptocurrency--positions in a way that will self-settle to the wallet owning the NFT at a particular time.While DeFi has nearly $100 billion staked across various platforms, it's still working out jurisdictional challenges that often introduce friction points. Few of these friction points exist with digital art, which has been a well-established asset class, albeit modest in size compared to most mainstream asset classes, such that you're seeing the largest baseball card companies you grew-up with doing blockchain baseball cards to keep up with NBA Top Shot or other projects that operate using many of the principals of value that hold together the value of a baseball card.As more digital artists come to the conclusion that they can keep their art in a digital form and not have to pay to print their works out and sign them by hand to extract the value they bring to the art world, the larger the NFT market volume will be. Much of the attention in March 2021 was on a singular artist, Beeple, for the watershed $69 million Christie's sale of his 5000 Days work. The months that followed saw the explosion of growth and appreciation of a multitude of individual projects and artists, providing capital for talented digital artists all across the ecosystem, allowing them to double down on their professional passion in a way they had never been able to do heretofore.The same shrewd eye that you focus on an investment you would be best advised to focus on an NFT. Many generative art projects, with entirely anonymous founders, have sprung up and have seen tremendous volume. You have to understand, however, that very often this volume is internal, between the wallet addresses of the founders, such that it's not a true indication of authentic sales activity.

Private Key A string of letters and numbers that investors use to access their crypto. "Pump and dump" When people work together to inflate the price of an asset and then sell at the top.. Proof of work A method to ensure that coins are not copied. Miners are rewarded for their effort, and mining capacity depends on computing power. Miners have machines and they are solving problems. Complex math equations computer have to use trial and error to control the block creation. Proof of stake A method to ensure that coins are not copied. Instead of having the machines and buying/building more machines, they have the coins and they stake it. If people collude and do something they are not supposed to, coin goes down in value meaning there is an incentive to do the right thing. Paralelamente, Maia explora o novíssimo mercado de comercialização de obras digitais NFT (“Non-Fungible Token” ou token não fungível, em tradução livre). Cleide Klock, correspondente da RFI em Los Angeles Jonathan Maia acaba de criar uma trilha sonora exclusiva para a obra do artista plástico gaúcho Norberto Noschang. Para quem não está ainda familiarizado com a sigla NFT, que tem sacudido o mercado de arte e movimentou US$ 2 bilhões no primeiro trimestre deste ano, o token é o certificado digital que dá a quem o compra a propriedade ou o direito sobre produtos que estão no mundo virtual, como imagens, fotos, vídeos, músicas, postagens em rede social e obras de arte. A explosão desse mercado em 2021 chamou a atenção de colecionadores de todo o mundo, que estão investindo pesado no setor. Um relatório da empresa de análise de criptomoedas Consensys mostrou que a ausência de renda de artistas durante a pandemia foi um dos catalisadores da exploração desse novo negócio. Maia conta que há muitos anos os artistas acumulam perdas e vê com otimismo essa nova possibilidade de mostrar e vender sua arte. "Antigamente, a gente vivia de venda de disco, de vinil, de música tocando na rádio. Hoje está um pouco mais complicado. Então acredito que o NFT possa ser uma nova oportunidade de a gente conseguir um pouco mais de valorização no mercado. Tenho recebido bastante propostas para compor para novos trabalhos em NFT. Esse primeiro trabalho com o Norberto já está rendendo, sem ainda ter tido um leilão. Só de mostrar para algumas pessoas, empresários e outros artistas, pessoas têm nos procurado e pedido sugestões de músicas, ideias. Acaba um inspirando o outro, e isso é legal". A inspiração Maia mora em Los Angeles há três anos, mas conheceu o artista plástico Norberto Noschang nas areias das praias do Rio de Janeiro. A antiga parceria do futevôlei se estendeu para a arte mesmo agora vivendo longe. Noschang mandou a obra digitalizada para o músico, que encontrou inspiração nos tons da tela para fazer a trilha sonora. "As cores que o Norberto usou, umas cores vivas, me trouxeram uma inspiração bem interessante. Cada tom de cor tem para mim um significado. Por exemplo, o quadro dele tem umas cores amarelas bem fortes, então eu começo a usar acordes quentes, diferentes e tensos. Quando vai para umas cores mais escuras, eu tento usar melodias mais tristes. Então eu tento passar isso na minha música", conta Maia. O carioca é também engenheiro de som e produtor musical. Ele cresceu dentro de estúdios e ajudando a afinar os instrumentos na igreja. Na família dele, a música sempre foi o pano de fundo: pai guitarrista e trompetista, mãe cantora, tio maestro, além de avós e primos também envolvidos com os acordes. Aos 5 anos começou a estudar música com o pai e no ano seguinte já foi para a Escola de Música Villa-Lobos, no Rio de Janeiro, para aprender violão clássico e contrabaixo acústico. Na adolescência, a Orquestra Villa-Lobos abriu o horizonte de Maia para a indústria fonográfica. Ele começou fazendo trilhas para comerciais, jingles e campanhas políticas. Agora, usa toda a experiência, diferentes instrumentos musicais e técnicas nesse novo mercado de NFT. "Eu usei bastante piano, instrumentos de cordas e quis trazer um pouco da minha raiz brasileira para a música. Então usei um violão de nylon, que significa muito para a música brasileira", explica o artista. Em 2019, Maia participou como engenheiro de gravação do álbum "Reconstrução", de Tiago Iorc, que ganhou o Grammy Latino de Melhor Canção em português. Já em 2020, a estatueta do Grammy Latino veio pela participação em "AmarElo", do Emicida, que foi considerado o Melhor Álbum do ano. A obra Norberto Noschang é conhecido internacionalmente por sua arte abstrata muito colorida e em grandes dimensões, fortemente influenciadas pela formação dele como geólogo. Noschang reúne técnicas de pintura em acrílico sobre tela, digitalização e animação que, segundo o artista, trazem à tona movimentos de uma Terra viva. O artista plástico já participou de mostras pelo mundo, como a do Carrousel du Louvre, em Paris. A obra em NFT de Noschang, com trilha sonora de Maia, será comercializada por meio do NAP Studio. Criado por um coletivo de artistas, este é o primeiro estúdio brasileiro especializado na tokenização de obras de arte.

arrivata la blockchain e tutto è cambiato...In pratica la Blockchain è un sistema che consente di scrivere su un registro elettronico, come se fosse quello di un notaio, una determinata informazione relativa ad un prodotto digitale...Tale informazione non è più modificabile, è nota a tutti, opponibile a tutti e rende quel prodotto digitale UNICO e NON COPIABILE...A quel punto qualcuno ha pensato… ma perché non applichiamo gli NFT alle opere d'arte per renderle UNICHE, CERTIFICATE e NON RIPETIBILI?..E così è iniziata la corsa a produrre opere d'arte, a certificarle con un NFT ed è nata la CRYPTO ART...Ora ti racconto a che punto è arrivato il mercato dell'arte digitale e penso che rimarrai stupito di quello che sto per dirti...Una delle prime opere digitali creata circa 10 anni fa e che poi è stata trasformata in NFT è quella di Chris Torres con il nome di Nyan Cat che rappresenta un gatto volante animato con un corpo a forma di merendina che lascia una scia arcobaleno, in pratica un MEME come quelli che girano sulle chat di whatsapp per farci ridere di fatti attuali...Dopo aver collezionato milioni di visualizzazioni, l'artista ha deciso di crearne una versione unica in NFT e nel mese di febbraio 2021 l'ha venduta per 580.000 dollari, rimanendo lui stesso stupito e sorpreso dalla quotazione raggiunta...Un altro caso molto attuale è quello della foto del viso dell'attrice Lindsay Lohan, venduta per 17.000 dollari e poco dopo rivenduta per 57.000 dollari...Ma se ti sembra una pazzia quello che ti ho detto finora… aspetta di sentire il prossimo caso...Un'opera d'arte DIGITALE dal nome “ Everydays:the first 5000 days” dell'artista Beeple (al secolo Mike Winkelmann) è stata venduta per 60.250.000 $... si hai capito bene… più di 60 MILIONI di dollari...L'opera rappresenta 5.000 foto degli ultimi 13 anni, queste foto riprendono l'attualità e sono tutte cliccabili e ingrandibili...L'opera è stata venduta da Christie's ed è partita da una base d'asta di 100 dollari per arrivare a 60.250.000 dollari...L'artista Beeple fino a pochi mesi fa era un emerito sconosciuto ed è stato grazie alla casa d'aste Christie's che è diventato ricco e famoso… almeno nel giro dell'arte...La cosa è stata possibile grazie all'utilizzo della blockchain, generando uno Smart Contract su piattaforma Ether creando quindi un NFT che garantisce l'UNICITÀ' dell'opera...SI … si … lo so…. ho usato ancora parole strane… ma è l'unico modo che ho per descrivere con esattezza cosa e come è possibile creare un NFT...Ma non è finita, qualche giorno prima della vendita per più di 60 Milioni di dollari, un'altra opera di Beeple era stata venduta per 6.600.000 dollari...L'opera è un file video di 10 secondi e anche questa è stata garantita da un NFT...Sul mercato ci sono molti siti che consentono di scambiare le opere d'arte come MarkersPlace, SuperRare,Rarible, KnowOrigin ma quella più importante è NiftyGateway che ha compravenduto opere di più di 100 artisti generando un fatturato di 22 milioni di dollari...Come ho già detto il mercato sta esplodendo se pensi che oggi, marzo 2021, nell'ultimo mese il fatturato ha superato i 60 milioni di dollari e si prevede una crescita esponenziale nel prossimo futuro...L'innovazione potenziale è anche quella che gli artisti possono provare ad escludere gli intermediari, provando a vendere le loro opere digitali sulle piattaforme che creano gli NFT e in più queste piattaforme offrono anche una percentuale sulle vendite successive dell'opera come se fosse una specie di diritto d'autore delle canzoni...Come tutte le cose nuova, anche questa degli NFT non è esente da pericoli o da problemi da risolvere. ..Certo sembra tutto bello, ma per arrivare a questo risultato ci è voluto tempo e inoltre la cosa ha delle criticità che non permettono a chiunque di partecipare al gioco...La prima e la più ovvia è il prezzo altissimo raggiunto dall'opera o dalle altre di cui ho parlato, ma come per le opere fisiche esistono anche opere d'arte a prezzi più accessibili...Le altre sono le seguenti:..L'opera è stata pagata con una criptovaluta e non tutti hanno o sanno come usare le criptovalute...Altro aspetto da considerare è che il pagamento in criptovaluta, in questo caso ETHER che usa la blockchain di ETHEREUM, è altamente volatile nel senso che la sua quotazione subisce alti e bassi notevoli anche giornalieri...Ad esempio leggi cosa scrive la casa d'arte Christie's come avvertenze nel suo contratto di vendita:..“Acquistando, possedendo e utilizzando NFT, riconosci e ti assumi espressamente tutti i rischi inclusi, compresi quello di perdere accesso a NFT a causa di perdita di chiavi private, errore di custodia o errore dell'acquirente, rischio di attacchi digitali e pirateria informatica, debolezze della sicurezza, rischio di intervento regolamentare sfavorevole in una o più giurisdizioni, rischi correlati a tassazione e così via.”..Ma non è finita, c'é anche un problema nella conservazione sicura della copia digitale in NFT che è costosa e di difficile gestione...Altro problema è quello di come considerare il guadagno rispetto alle tasse da pagare, e anche l'IVA da calcolare visto che l'Agenzia delle entrate non riconosce le sculture 3D opere d'arte e quindi non va bene l'IVA al 10%...Altro aspetto da affrontare è quello della Tokenizzazione delle opere d'arte dividendole in tanti token NFT come se fossero azioni di una società quotata...In pratica è come se l'opera d'arte venduta per 60.250.000 dollari fosse divisa in 1.000 TOKEN (Gettoni o quote) da 60.250 dollari l'uno e poi vendere ogni Token a una persona diversa...In questo caso si trasformerebbe una singola opera d'arte in un prodotto finanziario che se fosse venduto su piattaforma violerebbe le leggi che regolano la sollecitazione del pubblico risparmio...Ad oggi le varie componenti che si usano per digitalizzare opere d'arte e cioé BLOCKCHAIN, NFT e Criptovalute non dialogano tra loro ma quando saranno superati i limiti tecnologici,legali e finanziari tutto quello che riguarda l'innovazione nell'arte sarà gestibile con facilità e senza limiti di tempo o modi...Per concludere l'invenzione del NFT e il suo uso nell'arte digitale ha spinto queste opere che prima non valevano nulla a prezzi incredibili...Ho voluto fare questo articolo per portare a conoscenza di
