Tucker Carlson has been actively engaged in several significant events and projects recently. On December 20, Carlson delivered remarks and took questions from the audience at a Turning Point USA event in Phoenix, Arizona. During this event, he addressed various topics and interacted with the audience, further solidifying his influence as a prominent voice on the American right. In addition to this public appearance, Carlson has been in the news for his ongoing media ventures. Since his ousting from Fox News, Carlson has launched "Tucker On Twitter," a weekly news show broadcast exclusively on X.com, which has garnered millions of views and featured notable guests such as Andrew Tate, Devon Archer, and Ice Cube. There are discussions among GOP financiers, including potential backing from major donors like Peter Thiel and Rebekah Mercer, to support a new media company worth hundreds of millions of dollars. This venture aims to produce full-length content and implement a revenue-based subscription model.Carlson's influence on Republican politics remains substantial. His recent debates and interviews have had significant impacts, such as his live interview with Donald Trump in Phoenix, Arizona, where Trump discussed his hardline immigration stance, economic record, and the 2020 election. Carlson's interactions with Trump and other political figures continue to shape public discourse and influence voter opinions, particularly in key states. The legal and professional landscape surrounding Carlson is also noteworthy. His departure from Fox News was part of a settlement related to the $787 million Dominion Voting Systems case, and there have been allegations that his firing was a verbal agreement to silence him through the 2024 election. Despite these challenges, Carlson has continued to produce content and remains a powerful figure in GOP politics.Carlson's recent comments and actions have sparked various reactions and responses. His debates, such as the one with Mike Pence, have significantly impacted the candidates' standings in the polls. His ability to influence public opinion and shape political narratives continues to be a topic of discussion among media analysts and political observers. In terms of interactions with other public figures, Carlson's interview with Donald Trump highlighted the intense battle for swing state voters as the 2024 election approaches. These interactions underscore Carlson's role as a key figure in shaping the political discourse and influencing voter decisions.Thank you for listening to the Tucker Carlson news tracker podcast. May Mailman is on the frontlines in the fight to protect women from the Left's efforts to erase them. As the Director of Independent Women's Law Center, she leads the charge in fighting against the wokeness infiltrating women's sports and the attacks on Title IX legal protections for women. In her conversation with Hayden Ludwig, she points out that conservatives are doing the true “feminist” work by protecting women and reminding society of their biological distinctness. In addition to the impact on women, the woke efforts to deny the realities of gender are negatively impacting men, the nuclear family, and children. God created men and women distinctly to compliment each other. No matter how hard the Left tries, they cannot change that reality. Want daily news without the liberal slant? Gone are the days when kissing babies and shaking hands ensured victory in November. Since 2020, conservatives have become aware of the Left's sophisticated turnout and voter registration machine and taken important steps to mimic it. But is it enough to win in 2024? American Majority founder Ned Ryun joins First Right Podcast host Hayden Ludwig to chart out Republicans' path to victory, starting with learning the rules of the game. That means investing in long-term political infrastructure, systematically registering conservatives to vote, and building our own powerful turnout machine to permanently defeat the radical Left—and save the country. And that starts by registering and casting your vote early this year. You don't want to miss the latest on First Right! Want daily news without the liberal slant? In this episode of Right to Life Radio, John Gerardi and Jonathan Keller dive into the controversial topic of IVF and its moral implications from a pro-life perspective. They discuss the Alabama Supreme Court ruling, the political fallout surrounding IVF, and the problematic stances taken by prominent Republicans. The conversation also touches on Michelle Obama's comments at the DNC, the surprising resurfacing of a California bill on IVF, and the broader implications for pro-life advocacy. The show closes with a reflection on the challenges faced by the pro-life movement in the current political landscape.
There's a national revival sweeping America, driven by a new wave of inspired, ardent, (mostly) young Evangelicals and Catholics, and it's driving the militant, secular Left mad. The Left called it “Christian Nationalism” as a smear, but the name stuck. But what is Christian Nationalism, and is it biblical? Pastor Douglas Wilson (https://dougwils.com), a leading thinker in this fascinating revival, joins First Right host Hayden Ludwig to explain just what Christian Nationalism is, what it isn't… and what it means for our future. National security and our military strength need to be a top priority. On this episode of First Right, Hayden Ludwig welcomes John Mills, a retired U.S. Army colonel and national security expert. Mills provides analysis on the importance of ditching wokeness to restore strength and honor in the military, especially as Communist China infiltrates our nation and the threat of World War III looms. The high tension across the world is creating parallels to the Cuban Missile Crisis, further illuminating the need for American strength. In this episode host Andrew Keen sits down with Peter Wehner to discuss the intersection of faith and politics and the rise of the Evangelical movement in the Republican Party. He explores the connections among figures such as Pat Buchanan, Newt Gingrich, and Donald Trump, tracing the evolution of the Republican Party's conservative ideologies and its current state.

Jim Henson and Josh Blank discuss how intraparty fights among Republicans in the US Congress and the Texas Legislature reveals the multiple axes of conflict in the GOP, and the shifting ideological terrain of the party both nationally and in Texas.
After a very long summer break, “Is This Democracy” is back! We start with a reflection on the terrorist attack on Israel and the ensuing Israel-Hamas war, how it's being discussed in the U.S., and the moral, political, and intellectual obligations that shape our own perspective. We then tackle the latest round of Speaker drama: It took Kevin McCarthy 15 tries to get elected – and just 269 days later, he is out. Can we learn anything new from this Republican chaos? Maybe not – but it is a crucial reminder of what defines and animates today's GOP. We talk about the dogma of rightwing politics that regards Democrats as not just a political opponent, but a fundamentally illegitimate, “Un-American” enemy that must not be allowed to govern; about the underlying dynamic that explains why moments of chaos almost inevitably result in a further radicalization of the Republican Party; about the GOP's structural weakness, that makes it so hard to discipline individual members like Matt Gaetz; and about the politics and ideology of Steve Scalise who, at the time of recording yesterday, looked like he might become the next Speaker, and what he meant when he described himself as “David Duke without the baggage.” He has now withdrawn - more chaos. Finally, we talk about recurring themes that shape mainstream media coverage of these events in predictably misleading fashion: There is the idea that only Democrats have agency – and therefore are ultimately to be blamed for the chaos; and the pervasive trope of government “dysfunction” that entirely obscures the actual issue, but allows the media to take a “neutral” position from which it can blame “both sides.” Show notes – articles that have particularly shaped this week's discussion (not necessarily endorsements, mind you!): Gideon Levi, Israel can't imprison 2 million Gazans without paying a cruel price, Haaretz, October 9, 2023 https://www.haaretz.com/opinion/2023-10-09/ty-article-opinion/.premium/israel-cant-imprison-2-million-gazans-without-paying-a-cruel-price/0000018b-1476-d465-abbb-14f6262a0000 The Hamas Attacks and Israeli Response: An Explainer, Jewish Currents, October 10, 2023 https://jewishcurrents.org/the-hamas-attacks-and-israeli-response-an-explainer Emily Tamkin, What Does It Mean to Stand with Israel?, Slate, October 10, 2023 https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2023/10/israel-hamas-war-palestine-stand-with-israel-netanyahu.html Eric Levitz, A Left That Refuses to Condemn Mass Murder Is Doomed, New York Magazine, October 11, 2023 https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2023/10/a-left-that-refuses-to-condemn-mass-murder-is-doomed.html Steven Erlanger, As War Rages, Netanyahu Battles for Reputation and Legacy, New York Times, October 10, 2023 https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/10/world/europe/netanyahu-israel-gaza-war.html Ronald Brownstein, The Only Sin that Republicans Can't Forgive, The Atlantic, October 3, 2023 https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2023/10/the-only-sin-that-republicans-cant-forgive/675534/n Moira Donegan, McCarthy ouster shows Republicans don't want to govern - and they don't want anyone else to either, The Guardian, October 4, 2023 https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/oct/04/republicans-freedom-caucus-kevin-maccarthy Osita Nwanevu, The McCarthy debacle barely scrapes the surface of how dysfunctional Congress is, The Guardian, October 6, 2023 https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/oct/06/kevin-mccarthy-congress-corruption-ageing What is Broken in American Politics Is the Republican Party, Politico, October 6, 2023 https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2023/10/06/republican-leaders-mccarthy-expert-roundup-00120170 Follow The Show Follow Thomas Follow Lily This episode was produced by Connor Lynch

A debate about extremism in Republican politics. Gregory Graf joins. Gregory Graf and I agree on being agreeable, about the Second Amendment and about keeping people's kids out of political battles. We share a Christian faith. Gregory and I differ profoundly on other topics, like whether globalist forces are trying to take America down--you know my view, that they are--and on topics like Ranked Choice Voting, which I consider both a tool of the Left and forced speech. We also disagree about some people, as Gregory is no fan of some friends of mine. Today, we discuss “extremism” both in general and in Republican politics. We will go deep on some Idaho issues by way of staging the debate and broad on some national and international issues. I think the Podcast family will disagree with Gregory on much, I hope you will celebrate a man willing to politely debate his views rather than retreating into bubble-land--I know I appreciate it What does God's Word say? It's not an exact match--”come, let us reason together”, from the Book of Isaiah--but it's a good guide for those of us who want to model Jesus in how we debate. What Does 'Come Let Us Reason Together' Mean in the Bible? Old Testament prophecy isn't always an easy genre to understand properly. So when Isaiah 1:18 says, "Come now, let us reason together… though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow," what is the prophet communicating?Episode 893 Links:Gregory's Website and Blog.Idaho Freedom Foundation's Coverage of a student barred from walking in graduation because he changed his remarks to under classman to include the inarguable truth that boys are not girls. 4Patriots https://4patriots.com Protect your family with Food kits, solar generators and more at 4Patriots.
