Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz? Eher nicht. Der jagt sozial Schwache und sponsert die Ukraine mit Feuerwerkskörpern. Darüber hinaus erklärt er: Der Erhalt von Meinungsfreiheit zähle zu seinen „Hauptaufgaben“. Ist die Cancel Culture damit erledigt?! Ach wo. Auch die CDU mag auf Schock-Pädagogik nicht verzichten. Hausdurchsuchung am frühen Morgen als Mittel gegen publizistische Frechheit: Das hat sich bewährt. Das gibt man nicht einfach so auf. Letzte Woche traf es den Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaftler Professor Norbert Bolz.Der begann vor 44 Jahren als Pop-Theoretiker. Seine philosophischen Paten-Onkel: Gilles Deleuze und Felix Guattari. Als postmoderner Denker analysierte Bolz den Zwiespalt der Moderne. In jüngerer Zeit konvertierte er zu neoliberalen Positionen: Mehr „Selbstverantwortung“ des Einzelnen, Kritik am Sozialstaat. Den Medien attestierte er die Zerstörung der Debattenkultur, O-Ton Bolz:In „Feuilletons und Talkshows wird längst nicht mehr diskutiert, sondern nur noch emotionalisiert.“Wiederholt schoss der Professor gegen Verengung des Meinungskorridors. Schlimmer noch: Er publizierte bei bösen Alternativ-Medien: Darunter Die Achse des Guten und die Wissensmanufaktur. Beim Mainstream sprang die Alarmanlage an: Bolz hat ideologisches Feindesland betreten.Dann kam der Januar 2024. Die Taz feierte die Bekämpfung der AfD mit dem Tweet: „AfD-Verbot und Höcke-Petition: Deutschland erwacht“. Bolz kommentierte:„Gute Übersetzung von woke: Deutschland erwache!“Anderthalb Jahre später: 23. Oktober 2025, Tatort Berlin Zehlendorf. Um 8:50 Uhr klingelt die Polizei bei Norbert Bolz. Hausdurchsuchung! Vorwurf laut Amtsgerichts Tiergarten: Verstoß gegen § 86a des Strafgesetzbuches (StGB): Die Verwendung von Kennzeichen verfassungswidriger Organisationen. „Deutschland erwache!“ war einst Losung der SA. Bolz habe das gewusst und sie trotzdem getweetet. In aller Öffentlichkeit. Daraus folgerte der zuständige Amtsrichter: Eine Durchsuchung sei verhältnismäßig und erforderlich, ergo legal. Nun haben die Beamten nicht die ganze Bude durchgewühlt. Der Grund: Die Staatsanwaltschaft hatte den Amtsrichter vorab gebeten, die Durchsuchung mit einer Abwendungsbefugnis zu mildern. Das bedeutet: Wenn der Beschuldigte kooperiert, wenn er freiwillig die gesuchten Beweise übergibt, wird auf Durchsuchung verzichtet. Bolz nutzte diese Option: Auf seinem Smartphone zeigte er den Beamten, dass er der Autor war. Damit galt die Durchsuchung als beendet. Ihnen kommt die Aktion seltsam vor? Trösten Sie sich. Dem Verfassungsrechtler Josef Franz Lindner ergeht es ebenso. Der fragt sich: Bolz war als Autor des Tweets doch bekannt. Er hatte ihn nicht anonym gepostet. Was suchten die Beamten also? Rechtsanwalt Udo Vetter hält die Durchsuchung für „krass rechtswidrig“. Ein Anhörungsbogen hätte vollkommen ausgereicht. Oder war die Aktion als Schocktherapie intendiert? Im April 1995 verschwindet die 19-jährige Sonja Engelbrecht nach einem gemeinsamen Abend mit Bekannten in der Münchner Innenstadt spurlos. Während die Kripo in verschiedene Richtungen ermittelt, unternimmt auch die Familie der Vermissten alles, um Sonja wiederzufinden: Sie lässt Plakate drucken, tritt in Talkshows auf und engagiert in ihrer Verzweiflung sogar selbsternannte Hellseher, die das Leid der Angehörigen schamlos ausnutzen. Ein Vierteljahrhundert lang bleibt die Schülerin wie vom Erdboden verschluckt. Erst im Sommer 2020 entdeckt ein Forstarbeiter in einem Wald bei Kipfenberg nahe Eichstätt menschliche Knochen – es handelt sich um die sterblichen Überreste von Sonja Engelbrecht. In einer Felsspalte finden die Beamten erstmals Spuren, die zum Täter führen könnten – doch bis heute ist unklar, wer die junge Frau getötet hat. Kommentar von Rainer Rupp.Es ist mehr als ein Witz, wie wenig Aufmerksamkeit die Mainstream-Medien dem Fakt schenken, dass der Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten wieder und wieder öffentlich zugibt, von der reichsten Israelin der Welt gekauft worden zu sein. Das ist besonders ironisch, wenn man bedenkt, wie besessen seine politischen Gegner während seiner ersten Amtszeit von der Möglichkeit waren, dass er bereits einer anderen ausländischen Regierung gehörte, nämlich Putin gehörte. Diese, damals von Trumps Gegnern gestreute Fehlinformation wurde während Trumps gesamter erster Amtszeit von den Mainstream Medien Mantra artig wiederholt und zu einem Weltuntergangsszenario gesteigert.Klar, wenn es gegen Russland geht, kann man nichts anderes erwarten. Aber wenn es sich um eine israelisch-zionistische, vielfache Milliardärin handelt, die mit ihrem verstorbenen Ehemann und jetzt als Witwe den US-Präsidenten wie eine Marionette tanzen lässt, dann ist alles in Ordnung. Dann berichten die Medien nur von „guter alter Freundschaft“ unter Gleichgesinnten.Die australische Investigativjournalistin Caitlin Johnstone hat das auf „X“ treffend auf den Punkt gebracht: Trump plaudert in seiner Rede vor dem israelischen Parlament am Montag dieser Woche munter aus dem Nähkästchen Dinge aus, die ihn in einer funktionierenden Demokratie um Amt und Würden und ins Gefängnis gebracht hätten, aber niemand in den Kreisen der selbst-erklärten westlichen Eliten aus Politik und Medien hebt auch nur eine Augenbraue.In seiner Rede vor den Abgeordneten der Knesset hat Präsident Trump erneut öffentlich zugegeben, dass er israel-freundliche Politik auf Geheiß der israelisch-amerikanischen Milliardärin Miriam Adelson und ihres verstorbenen Mannes Sheldon Adelson umgesetzt hat. Diesmal hat er sogar hinzugefügt, dass er glaubt, Adelson liebe Israel mehr als die USA. Wie charmant! Als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, um ein Impeachment-Verfahren auszulösen – oder wenigstens ein paar peinliche Fragen in den Talkshows. Stattdessen? Applaus von den Zuhörern in der Knesset und Schweigen im US-Kongress in Washington und in US- und Vasallen-Medien. Hier folgt die ins Deutsche übersetzte Mitschrift von Trumps diesbezüglichen Bemerkungen in der Knesset. Die Übersetzung ist nicht geschönt und grammatikalische Fehler gibt es auch im Original:„Als Präsident habe ich das katastrophale Iran-Atomabkommen beendet, und letztendlich habe ich Irans Nuklearprogramm mit Sachen namens B2-Bomber beendet. Es ging schnell und es war genau, und es war eine militärische Schönheit. Ich habe die Ausgabe von Milliarden von Dollar autorisiert, die für Israels Verteidigung gegangen sind, wie Sie wissen. Und nach Jahren gebrochener Versprechen von vielen anderen amerikanischen Präsidenten – Sie wissen, dass sie immer versprochen haben – ich habe das nie verstanden, bis ich dort hingekommen bin. Es wurde viel Druck auf diese Präsidenten ausgeübt. Es wurde auch auf mich ausgeübt, aber ich habe dem Druck nicht nachgegeben. Aber jeder Präsident über Jahrzehnte sagte: ‚Wir werden es tun.‘ Der Unterschied ist, ich habe mein Versprechen gehalten und offiziell die Hauptstadt Israels anerkannt und die amerikanische Botschaft nach Jerusalem verlegt. „Stimmt das nicht, Miriam? Ein Hochstapler räumt mit ihrem Film einen Preise nach dem anderen ab. Bei Deep Doku erzählen Julius und Moritz davon, wie ihr Animationsfilm von einem Mann aus den USA gestohlen wurde. Über zwei Jahre arbeiten die Berliner Filmstudenten an ihrem Film "Butty". Sie wollen den Sprung in die Filmwelt schaffen. Die Absage eines Filmfestivals können sie kaum fassen: Sie werden disqualifiziert, da "Butty" bereits online zu finden sei. Das Werk eines US-Filmemachers. Julius und Moritz beginnen zu recherchieren und finden heraus: Samuel Felinton hat "Butty" mutmaßlich aus dem Netz geklaut, die Credits verändert und verkauft ihn seitdem öffentlich als sein Werk. Felinton räumt damit reihenweise Filmpreise auf der ganzen Welt ab und lässt sich in Talkshows und auf dem roten Teppich dafür feiern. Denn über 60 % der weltweiten Media-Investitionen landen heute im digitalen Raum, über 40% davon in Social Media und damit auf den Plattformen von Meta, Google & Co. Meta verspricht seit neuestem, sogar dass in Zukunft gar keine Werbeagenturen mehr gebraucht werden. Mark Zuckerberg sagt: Gebt uns einfach das Geld, wir liefern die Kunden. Aber: Die Effektivität von Kampagnen – gemessen an Brand-Effects und Large Scale Business Effekts, ist heute trotz dieser massiv gestiegenen Investitionen in digitale Werbung deutlich schlechter als noch vor 15 Jahren. Intriguing.Marla Brooks comes from a long line of witches.  She is the creator of The Witch's Oracle deck and has been the host of Stirring the Cauldron on the Para X Radio Network for the past fourteen years. She grew up knowing that there was more to this world than the naked eye could see and found the notion of ghosts and other things that go bump in the night rather fascinating. Of course, you might expect that from a witch. Marla didn't just decide one day that she wanted to be a witch. It's just part of who she is. Her great-grandmother Sophie was a witch, and these things often get passed down in the bloodline from generation to generation. Before publicly coming out of the “broom closet,” she worked as a freelance entertainment writer for various national publications, mainly doing celebrity interviews, and is the author of several books in both the metaphysical and mainstream genres, including the Ghosts of Hollywood series, Workplace Spells, and Animal Spells and Magick; two fiction books, A Bad Case of the Collywobbles and Soul Connection: A Deadly Obsession; as well as two cookbooks.
