In May 2018 Don interviewed writer Van Jensen and artist Dennis Calero on their graphic novel adaptation of Ian Fleming's Casino Royale. This was still done under the name of James Bond Netherlands. Now, in anticipation of the recent graphic novel adaptation of Ian Fleming's second book Live And Let Die, Don again interviewed author Van Jensen and the new artist Kewber Baal. One of the greatest action shows of the 1970s was The Six Million Dollar Man. Dynamite Entertainment is releasing a new comic series this March written by Christopher Hasting with art by David Hahn. David is my guest on this show and we talk about The Six Million Dollar Man comic and 1970s! Among David’s art credits are Batman ‘66 Meets The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Batman ‘66 and Wonder Woman ’77, Bite Club, Fables, and Lucifer. There are certain dates every year that the Geek Calendar can be set by; your local big convention, the first of the big tentpole blockbusters, San Diego ComiCon, and so on.
