Happy 40th to Ghostbusters' movie franchise! When releasing the first movie back in 1984, there was no telling there'd be 4 sequels, a classic movie theme song, and celebrated around Halloween! Reliving the sci-fi of all 5 movies, I tell the actual ghost-stories of the plot, first 2 films' movie songs, and how the later reboots tribute the original's formulas. Dorian Price, Mik Wanamaker, Sean Comer and Mark Radulich review movies currently on streaming services and in theaters: Blame It on Rio/LOL/The Woman in Red Movie Review! First up is Blame It on Rio (1984). Then we move on to LOL (2012). Finally we review The Woman in Red (1984).Blame It on Rio is a 1984 American romantic comedy film directed by Stanley Donen and written by Charlie Peters and Larry Gelbart based on the 1977 French film Un moment d'égarement, starring an ensemble cast, including Michael Caine, Joseph Bologna, Michelle Johnson, Valerie Harper, Demi Moore, and José Lewgoy.LOL is a 2012 American teen romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by Lisa Azuelos. A remake of the 2008 French film of its title (also directed by Azuelos), the film stars Miley Cyrus, Demi Moore, Ashley Greene, and Adam Sevani. The film received a limited release in the United States on May 4, 2012, by Lionsgate, which handicapped it after being reeled back from a broader release, and had an overall negative critical reception. Thus, the film missed its budget by box office gross by only $500,000.The Woman in Red is a 1984 American romantic comedy film directed by and starring Gene Wilder. Wilder also wrote the script, adapting it from the Yves Robert film Pardon Mon Affaire (Sorry My Affair) (Un éléphant ça trompe énormément (An Elephant Can Be Extremely Deceptive)). It co-stars Charles Grodin, Gilda Radner, Joseph Bologna, Judith Ivey, and Kelly LeBrock. The film won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for "I Just Called to Say I Love You", written and performed by Stevie Wonder. The film follows a married man who becomes infatuated with another woman and his amusingly unsuccessful attempts to first meet and then become intimate with her.Disclaimer: The following may contain offensive language, adult humor, and/or content that some viewers may find offensive – The views and opinions expressed by any one speaker does not explicitly or necessarily reflect or represent those of Mark Radulich or W2M Network.Mark Radulich and his wacky podcast on all the things:https://linktr.ee/markkind76alsohttps://www.teepublic.com/user/radulich-in-broadcasting-networkFB Messenger: Mark Radulich LCSWTiktok: @markradulichtwitter: @MarkRadulichInstagram: markkind76RIBN Album Playlist: https://suno.com/playlist/91d704c9-d1ea-45a0-9ffe-5069497bad59

[This blog will always be free to read, but it's also how I pay my bills. So, if you like what you read, please consider a paid subscription.]It was August 17th, 2015—a typical, late summer, hot Monday morning—when I heard booming music outside the bedroom window of my apartment. It sounded like it was coming from RFK Stadium, which was just up the street on the east side of Washington, D.C.I was entering the final year of undergrad and needed a break from getting my class schedule in order and filing G.I. Bill benefits and looking at grad schools, so I decided to take a walk and locate the source of the revelry. As I got closer to RFK, I saw what appeared to be a stage and a small contingent of security officers keeping watch and no more than a hundred or so people dancing away the hot, late morning. Because the stage was facing away from me, I couldn't tell who was singing, but they sounded a lot like Stevie Wonder. Pitch perfect impersonation of him. Impressive, I thought, I don't mind listening to a great cover band for a while.I entered the area, a grassy plot of land in front of RFK, rounded the stage, and looked up to see a full band playing alongside—oh my god, that's Stevie Wonder.Stevie Wonder. In the flesh. Right in front of me.Songs in the Key of Life. Innervisions. I Just Called to Say I Love You. You Are the Sunshine of My Life. Fingertips. Superstition. Uptight (Everything's Alright). My Cherie Amour. For Once In My Life. Tell Me Something Good. The definitive musical prodigy. Three consecutive Grammys for Album of the Year, all of them earned in a span of four years, a record that will never be tied, much less broken, during a run of musical production that is without equal. An artist of such depth and genius and delightful creativity that even his most successful contemporaries, like Sir Elton John, readily concede there is no one like him and never will be again. Dr. Stevland Hardaway Morris. Little Stevie Wonder. And he was singing in my little neighborhood to a small audience. My jaw had become nearly detached from my face, and I dragged it forward to get closer to the stage, ignoring the heat and humidity and any and all responsibilities and worries that were on my mind. He was doing a surprise pop-up concert, announced just two hours prior through local media, which I had completely missed. When I went back to read the press mentions, several said the first 1,000 people to show up would get free donuts. And while I do remember the donuts and partook, but there weren't even close to a thousand folks there. It was a regular ole Monday morning in the District of Columbia. Folks were working, and anyone who wasn't working was getting in a final summer vacation before the new school year. And what few people weren't working or on summer vacation probably saw the news and didn't believe it would be so easy to attend the show. Maybe they missed that it's free. Maybe they thought it'd be too packed. Maybe they weren't sure it was worth the drive or metro ride to southeast D.C. Maybe they didn't know about the donuts. Maybe they didn't believe it.But he was in my neighborhood—a good, loud shout from my apartment—and I now stood with a hundred other folks, in the sweltering heat, listening to this man play his heart out for us. As word quickly spread, it would grow to several hundred by the end of his set, folks taking an early lunch and rushing over. I've never seen anything like it.Near the end, he suddenly got quite serious. He said he wanted to honor someone he deeply admired. He went on and on about this unnamed person. He talked about their humanity and grace and empathy. He talked about their leadership, and how they embodied the love that he felt the world needs right now.As he continued talking up this apparent saint, I heard murmuring of guesses all around me. We were all waiting for the reveal. Who is this? And then he said: “…so, I would like to honor my friend, former president Jimmy Carter.”It was a sweet moment, but it was also mildly concerning. Did President Carter pass away that morning? Does Mr. Wonder know something we don't? I wasn't the only one thinking this, as I saw a few dozen folks quickly take out their phone to do the same thing I was doing: googling for any news on the 39th POTUS.No, he was doing just fine. He wasn't in the news. This wasn't a response to a tragic or sorrowful development. Stevie Wonder just felt like that moment was an appropriate time to honor a man he deeply admired.Yesterday, the Carter Center announced that the former president—by this point, at 98, the longest-living in American history—would be entering hospice care and foregoing further medical intervention in order to spend his remaining time with family. I've thought about a lot of things, from the trivial to the extraordinary, since I saw the announcement. I thought about how he gave up his family's peanut farm to run for president. I thought about how he once led the effort in saving a nuclear reactor as a young Naval officer and had radioactive urine for months afterward. I thought about his support for LGBTQ rights and the ordination of women clergy. I thought about his long association with Habitat for Humanity. I thought about when I was a little kid interested in presidential history and my grandfather, a world away from politics, beaming as he told the story of when he shook Carter's hand many years ago. I thought about how much I regret not getting the chance to shake his hand, too.But the first memory conjured when I heard the news was that pop-up show by Stevie Wonder and the kind words he had for President Carter, for no other reason than the sake of acknowledging his love for him and encouraging others to spread their own love, too — as he said: what the world needs right now.Thank you, Mr. President.

Stevie Wonder - Light My Fire (1970) Listen to that bass player. Syreeta Wright - Spinnin' and Spinnin' (1974) No one was EVER as hot as Stevie in the '70s, and the album this came from proves that even occupied with his own music, he can lovingly produce one of the best female-sung records of the '70s. I love this factoid from Wikipedia: Three artists who performed on this album (Stevie Wonder, Deniece Williams, Michael Sembello) would all have Billboard number one songs ("I Just Called to Say I Love You", "Let's Hear It for the Boy", and "Maniac", respectively) within a year of each other, a decade after this album's release. Another artist on this album, Ollie Brown of Ollie & Jerry, would have a Billboard top ten single, "Breakin'... There's No Stopping Us", in the same one-year period. The song "Come And Get This Stuff" was originally intended for Rufus, but lead singer Chaka Khan refused to do the song. Instead, Stevie wrote "Tell Me Something Good" for them which appeared on their album Rags to Rufus. There's no word to describe how good he was in this five-year period. This song made it to #49 in the UK, and never a peep in the US, which is a shame. Gentle Giant - Weekend Cowboy (1970) I love their sound on these early demos. Less prog than they would become, a sort of The Band meets Harry Chapin. Through the filter of England, of course. Godley and Creme - Random Brainwaves/I Pity Inanimate Objects (1979) When Gary Storm played this on Buffalo's WIZR 107.7, I had never heard anything like it. I still love what they did with the backing vocals. Jimmy "Bo" Horne - Dance Across The Floor (1978) Lawrence Hilton Jacobs - Larry's Theme (1978) He was Freddie "Boom Boom" Washington on Welcome Back, Kotter and Michael Jackson's father Joe on The Jacksons: An American Dream ("Get the switch!") but I actually find his albums in the late '70s very listenable, especially this. So much shit came out from TV stars around that era. Scott Baio was the worst. Les Humphries Singers - Mexico (1972) Included here because doing this show helped me discover them. My one-man raison d'être is to make you a believer! It's not that good. Just a strange pre-sampling curio. Nino Tempo and April Stevens - Love Story (1972) From Buffalo, NY! Their biggest hit was "Deep Purple" from 1963. They were siblings. God, she was beautiful. Her first record came out in 1950 (!) but her biggest solo hit was "Teach Me, Tiger" from 1960. She reprised this in 1965, but this was virtually the same recording, with dialog implying that she had kidnapped one of The Beatles in order to seduce him. Just wow. I love it. Men At Work - Down Under (original, non-hit version) (1980) A brief retelling of The Greg Ham Story. Don't Do Drugs. Mudcrutch - Don't Do Me Like That (original, non-hit version) (1974) The almost note-for-note prototype for the Tom Petty hit a few years later. The Osmonds - War in Heaven (1973) Sammy Davis Jr. - John Shaft (1972) Ok, ok. Shaft. Ok! Shut up and let me finish my dinner. Sha Na Na PSA (1972) Pink Floyd - Scream Thy Last Scream (1967) I was surprised to learn that Nick Mason sang this. Bee Gees - Lovers (1976) This is a very strange and wonderful album track from a band on its....third ascension? Sensational Alex Harvey Band - The Dolphins (1979) I love this song as much as any I have ever played on D-Sides. I never would have heard it if not for this show. The Langley Schools Music Project - The Long and Winding Road (1977) You should read about this. I think I read about this in RE/Search magazine. The Residents - Give it To Someone Else (1980) Every song on The Commercial Album is about 60 seconds long. There are 20 per side. Wild Cherry - Baby Don't You Know (1977) A wonderful, horrible attempt to recapture the lightning of the last single, "Play That Funky Music". THIS is how you follow up a fluke hit: One more time Well we play that funky music And we were looking so good yeah Electrified funky feeling Was coming down like I thought it would So we went out on the road yeah Try to get ourselves ahead And on the way I was surprised to discover That all those funky people Had been misled, they were shouting out Black? NO! White? Right!, Oh what a sight! I really didn't know the suckers was white Baby don't you know, Baby don't you know Baby don't you know, Baby don't you know That the honkey's got soul Baby don't you know, Baby don't you know Baby don't you know, Baby don't you know That the honkey's got soul Roger Nichols and Small Circle of Friends - Don't Go Breaking My Heart (1968) So beautiful, especially the "Middle 8". Just amazing harmonies. The Free Design - Day Breaks (2001) This will be my funeral song. I don't WANT a funeral. Just a little party for people to remember funny stories about me. In life, very few people are still in touch with me in an earnest sense. People have come and gone and sometimes I look around and wonder if someone should have bought me a ball gag long ago. Still, even after all the mistakes I have made in my life and my dealings with people I have lost, I know deep down that some people will be genuinely touched by the fact that we met and decided to be in each other's lives for as long as we had. If you listen to this song and put yourself in that place, celebrate the people who DID choose to be with you, no matter WHAT you said. Everyone is broken. Everyone. You're not alone. Co-written by my friend Bruce Dedrick. The Free Design - Friendly Man (1971) Adriano Celentano - Prisencolinensinainciusol (1972) This song is being used for a commercial in the US. I like to think it's because of me. The Beatles - Revolution (Take...Your Knickers Off!) (1968)

Greetings Heathens! Today’s episode is very special, it’s Vi’s Birthday! Happiest of Birthdays, Vi! We love and adore you! In today’s episode of Talk Heathen, the dynamic duo are together again, Eric Murphy and Vi La Bianca.Let’s get to calls, our first caller is Robert in New York. He is calling about the religious and “repeatable” proof of a paradigm shift with the use of DMT. Now he claims he can achieve this same effect through yoga. Everything is connected, man! Jeff in Pennsylvania wants us to play Stevie Wonder’s “I Just Called to Say I Love You” on the show! ...but not really. He is really calling again to tell us God and Christ loves us and this love doesn’t come from him. What is Love? Baby don’t hurt me! Eric again breaks it down for him.Next up, Chuck in Michigan has gotten over his first time caller jitters and has called again claiming he has an argument against natural selection and evolution. Oh good! As usual, Eric and Vi help him through these arguments and make their case for evolution.Brandon in Arizona calls in talking about original sin and the goodness of God. Also claims that our DNA changed in the garden of Eden. But how did it change and who changed it though? Oh, it was sin? So an apple changed our DNA way back when…and we are born with Satan’s DNA. Oh, that’s delicious. Brandon, is doubt a problem and why? After that wild call, Jonathan calls about conversing with his family after leaving Jehovah’s Witnesses. Walk into any conversation with family members still in that cult, make sure to set boundaries and terms and leave if they cross the line.Kenneth is also an Ex-JW and calls in to say that the fact there is no afterlife paradise sucks. Religion definitely does a disservice here because it doesn’t equip us with how to deal with death. That’s our show for today, thanks for tuning in! Essential workers, we appreciate you! Please keep being safe everyone! See you next week!

Under the direction of the American entrepreneur Peter Ueberroth, the 1984 Olympics witnessed the ascension of commercialism as an integral element in the staging of the Games. Corporate sponsors, principally U.S.-based multinationals, could put Olympic symbols on their products, which were then marketed as the “official” such product of the Olympics. A spot on the torch relay team sold for $3,000 per km. The Olympics turned a profit ($225 million) for the first time since 1932. Despite concerns about growing corporate involvement ... the financial success and high worldwide television ratings raised optimism about the Olympic movement for the first time in a generation. American singer, songwriter, actor, and multi-instrumentalist. (@ 26 yrs. old) 91. Famous for his flamboyance, powerful voice, and eclectic behavior, he boasted of a career that spanned four long decades, a rarity in the music world where success is fickle. With worldwide sales of 100 million records, he is counted amongst the best-selling artists of all time. The son of a pianist and a jazz singer, Prince inherited his musical talents from his parents who encouraged him from a young age to pursue music as a career. Under his parents’ guidance he developed a deep love for music and began creating tunes when he was just seven. He also taught himself how to play the piano, guitar and drums. He became a professional singer and performer as a young man and earned much popularity with his eponymous album ‘Prince.’ His highly sexualized lyrics, creative compositions, and incorporation of elements of funk, dance, and rock music made him stand out from others of his generation. He enjoyed a very successful career that was cut short by his untimely death at the age of 57. 92. Childhood & Early Life: 93. Here are once again with the fabulous Nerds for the weekly episode of hijinks and merriment. This week we look at topics that will hopefully entertain you, perhaps educate you, perchance even make you laugh. As usual we have our three Nerds, idiots, nutjobs, wackjobs, funny farm contenders, or as we like to say, your hosts. Bucky, Professor and the DJ. Bucky is our slightly older, kind of grumpy Nerd, who dislikes Mumble rappers, reality TV and generally stupidity. Professor our younger Nerd who likes gaming, long walks to the camp fire, and his Switch when on the bus. Last but not least, we have the DJ, the resident Droid that no one is looking for, who likes anime, games and laughing. First topic up this week is about some new illustrated novels, or omics, from the Firefly franchise. The DJ is challenged to finally watch the series to help him discover his inner Browncoat, will he be brave enough to walk down the street in a hat like that and show he aint afraid of nothing? We will find out, but by my pretty blue bonnet if he doesn’t we will aim to misbehave and cause mischief. Next up we look at the stress and traumatic conditions developers are suffering through to bring us new games. With reports of people developing PTSD, and hiding this fact so they can get jobs. This is seriously messed up, what these people are going through is downright wrong and needs to be looked at. Also Buck has a rant about the need to look after each other because he is sick and tired of morons putting profit before people. Last up Buck brings us an article about Rainbows. No, he hasn’t become a hippie or something drastic. He just felt we needed to take a moment and look around us and admire the simple things, you know, kind of like smell the roses and noticed the politicians as people (we think they are, but don’t hold us to that – Ed.). So we have 20 facts about rainbows and one of which is that the Greeks thought there were only three colours in the rainbow. We follow this with the usual look at the games we have been playing this week and give you a run down on them. Concluding with the episode with the regular Shout outs, remembrances, birthdays and events for the week that we all love. As always, take care of each other and stay hydrated.EPISODE NOTES:Firefly comics - https://comicbook.com/comics/2019/05/13/firefly-the-sting-joss-whedon-boom-studios/MK 11 & PTSD - https://www.kotaku.com.au/2019/05/id-have-these-extremely-graphic-dreams-what-its-like-to-work-on-ultra-violent-games-like-mortal-kombat-11/Rainbows - http://discovermagazine.com/2019/may/20-things-you-didnt-know-about--rainbowsGames currently playingProfessor – Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead - https://cataclysmdda.org/ Buck – Monster Truck Drive - https://store.steampowered.com/app/847870/Monster_Truck_Drive/DJ – Dota 2 - https://store.steampowered.com/app/570/Dota_2/Other topics discussedChanges to Santa Clarita Diet- https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/santa-clarita-diet-creator-explains-season-3-talks-season-4-1198429Ed Boon’s take on fatalities- https://www.businessinsider.com.au/mortal-kombat-creator-ed-boon-explains-how-new-fatalities-are-made-2019-3?r=US&IR=TFacebook content moderators having PTSD- https://futurism.com/the-byte/facebook-content-moderators-lawsuit-ptsdGrumpy Cat (internet personality)- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grumpy_CatAll Dogs gone to Heaven (1989 film)- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_Dogs_Go_to_HeavenLinguistic relativity and the colour naming- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linguistic_relativity_and_the_color_naming_debateChromatic aberration - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromatic_aberrationPot of gold at the end of the rainbow- http://luckyireland.com/the-origin-of-a-pot-of-gold-at-the-end-of-the-rainbow/Minecraft Earth (mobile game)- https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/earthDota 2 New Character: Mars - Character bio - https://dota2.gamepedia.com/Mars- Mars’ character design - https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/apps/dota2/images/mars/hero_mars93fd33s5.jpgShadow of the Colossus (2006 game)- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_of_the_ColossusTrials Fusion (2014 game)- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trials_FusionStunt Car Arena (arcade game)- http://www.arcadespot.com/game/stunt-car-arena/Millionaire’s advice to young people – stop spending smashed avocados - https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2017/may/15/australian-millionaire-millennials-avocado-toast-houseColorectal Cancer also known as colon cancer- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colorectal_cancerDiamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diamond_Jubilee_of_Elizabeth_IIQueen Victoria- Bio - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_Victoria- Queen Victoria with her grandchildren and other guests - https://images.immediate.co.uk/volatile/sites/7/2018/01/Queen_victoria_family-fd7d69f.jpg?quality=90&resize=768,574Stevie Wonder catches microphone stand- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUgngvsWLlECarrie Fisher roasts George Lucas- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZ97s396kb0Mark Zuckerberg will eat meat he kills- https://www.huffingtonpost.com.au/2017/07/13/mark-zuckerberg-will-only-eat-meat-he-kills-himself_a_23027199/Apple loses money than the value of Facebook- https://www.businessinsider.com.au/apples-market-cap-falls-by-450-billion-more-than-the-value-of-facebook-2019-1?r=US&IR=TWalt Disney - Bio and urban myth on Walt’s body is frozen - https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walt_Disney- Human bones in Disneyland - https://collinsrace1.wordpress.com/2018/10/29/are-there-human-bones-at-disney-parks/Elvis Lives (That’s Not Canon Podcast)- https://thatsnotcanon.com/elvislivespodcastCaptain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of The Caribbean character)- https://pirates.fandom.com/wiki/Jack_SparrowHenry Sutton (Australian Inventor)- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Sutton_(inventor) Shoutouts7 May 1999 - The Mummy opened and grossed $43 million in 3,210 theatres in the United States on its opening weekend. - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mummy_(1999_film)14 May 1796 - English country doctor Edward Jenner administers the first inoculation against smallpox, using cowpox pus, in Berkeley, Gloucestershire - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_JennerRemembrances11 May 2019 – Peggy Lipton, American actress, model, and singer. Lucas' next film, the epic space opera Star Wars, had a troubled production but was a surprise hit, becoming the highest-grossing film at the time, winning six Academy Awards and sparking a cultural phenomenon. With director Steven Spielberg, he created the Indiana Jones films Raiders of the Lost Ark, Temple of Doom, and The Last Crusade. In 1997, Lucas rereleased the Star Wars trilogy as part of a Special Edition, featuring several alterations; home media versions with further changes were released in 2004 and 2011. He returned to directing with the Star Wars prequel trilogy, comprising The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith. He later collaborated on served as executive producer for the war film Red Tails and wrote the CGI film Strange Magic. Lucas is one of the American film industry's most financially successful filmmakers and has been nominated for four Academy Awards. His films are among the 100 highest-grossing movies at the North American box office, adjusted for ticket-price inflation. Lucas is considered a significant figure in the New Hollywood era. Some good songs and some horrendous music videos make this one of our more explosive listening experiences to date, if we do say so ourselves (we’re pretty great at this). So there’s a ton of bad motion picturing to heckle, made worse by the grotesque trailers for the first two of the films in our discussion, and our immaturity / moral outrage basically derails the entire podcast. Though as usual, our loss of sanity is your gain in entertainment value. The delightful pop song “I Just Called to Say I Love You” by the beautiful talent of Stevie Wonder soundtracks perhaps the slimiest movie we’ve reviewed thus far on our podcast. We cannot resist pointing out every unforgivable flaw and music video faux pas. Then kicking us while we’re down, the cause of much of our pleasurable guilt, Phil Collins somehow soundtracks the dopiest bimbo nonsense movie of the decade. If that’s not disturbing enough, the videos for Ghostbusters and one of the Footloose songs commit mortal sins neither of us could ignore. Luckily, there’s a hero nearly capable of saving this podcast and the cinematic world as we know it, and of course, his name is Kevin Bacon. Footloose cut-ups and Kenny Loggins do grant us a repose from some of the worse angels / demons of our nature, but again, the deep unsettling evil of Oscar Nominated 80’s music videos enrage us to a fiery close. Do not miss this unrelenting horror pod that is the 1984 Best Original Song episode. You’re welcome. If you enjoy these bouts of mental illness we call our halfisode series, do check out the five previous installments where we actually enjoy MOST of these nominated songs. The 1992 episode is especially gush filled to prove my point. Hell, even the 1987 category gives us all the Time of Our Life. So I’m not lying. 84 just happened to be the year of the antichrist (and also the year of my birth. Go figure). This Oscar off-season has been nothing, if not eventful for our podcast. We’ve reviewed the entirety of the Marvel Cinematic Universe including full reviews of Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, and even the Fox Marvel installment distant cousin that was Deadpool 2. We’ve also review other movie events like A Quiet Place, The Cloverfield Paradox, and the rest of Netflix. Our preview episodes as well as our HHT no 6 and early 2018-19 Oscar Prediction episodes have looked forward to the year that is and that is to come, and we’ve even taken a strong look at every basketball movie ever made in a 2 part series in honor of March Madness and the NBA playoffs. So there’s a ton of audible entertainment for you to enjoy from MMO this off-season. Stay tuned for some upcoming retrospectives. We’ll be reviewed the 1989 Best Original Screenplay category featuring Do The Right Thing and Dead Poet’s Society, and then we’ll dive into the 1991 Best Actress group featuring Silence of the Lambs and Thelma & Louise. As always, feel free to chat with us on social media. We’re on Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, and Gmail. Our website mikemikeandoscar.com is in the works. Then when and where you can, do please help us spread the word about our show. When reality sucks, keep watching those movies and listening to those nominated songs with us. We’re Mike, Mike, and Oscar!
