Language of Synchronicities    If you've been seeing signs, noticing repeating numbers, or feeling like the universe is trying to tell you something, you're gonna love this episode.   Robert Grant is back on the Highest Self Podcast, and let me tell you—last time he was on, it became one of our most downloaded episodes ever with over 700,000 listens.   This time we're exploring the universe's hidden language—how numbers, patterns, and synchronicities are not just coincidences but conversations your soul (and Highest Self) are connected to.   We explore: How suffering + divinity = wholeness through the sacred math of Pi How authenticity is actually the path to spiritual awakening Why narcissism is part of the ascension journey (no, for real!) Whether you choose your numerology or astrology chart—or if it's already written I've just returned from Egypt, where I was facilitating on Robert's expedition and receiving more downloads and codes than ever before.   That journey is exactly what inspired my brand new offering:   Karma Clearing for the Mystic's Voice: Releasing the Past to Speak Your Sacred Truth   This isn't for the first-time mystic.   This is for the souls who have walked as oracle, priestess, healer, and seer before.   We'll meet live each week on Zoom for two hours of teaching, ritual, and sharing.   This offering is open to just 50 resonant souls, so I can hold space deeply, answer your questions, and prepare you for further training in the Venusian Mystical Arts, including the option to do Priestess Activations in Egypt with me.   If this offering calls your spirit, you can join the waitlist below:   Join the waitlist for Karma Clearing for the Mystic's Voice: https://sahararosecoursewaitlist.grwebsite.com/    Discover your intuition by taking this free quiz: https://quiz.highestselfinstitute.com/quiz-intuition/    Explore Highest Self Institute here: https://highestselfinstitute.com   If you are looking for a diverse + nourishing community of like-minded souls I'd love to invite you to join the waitlist of Rose Gold Goddesses at https://www.rosegoldgoddesses.com    Listen to my Album “My Body is an Altar” here: https://open.spotify.com/album/0kqB6oJVvarvddkwgrMsfZ?si=sTKzPLnfQv2hMEbgQyT59g   Love story track here:https://open.spotify.com/track/6FJIZ1rtMKA6BxYpehJrcn?si=Gikia9qgTOCN8w8olfs0kQ   If you are looking for a diverse + nourishing community of like-minded souls I'd love to invite you to join the waitlist of Rose Gold Goddesses at https://www.rosegoldgoddesses.com    Try Dipsea your first 30 day trial full access/free at https://dipseastories.com/SAHARA   Discover Your Dharma - Order your copy now - https://iamsahararose.com/dharma   Stream the Intro + Outro Music: Trust Flow by Sahara Rose ft. Send me a Text Message! In this deep, soul-level transmission, Mike unpacks one of the most important energetic principles in the creation process: coherence. He shares how most people live in a state of disconnection — thinking one thing, feeling another, and unknowingly sabotaging what they're trying to create.Through personal stories, energetic wisdom, and practical practices, Mike walks listeners through what coherence really is, how to access it, and why it's the missing link between survival and freedom. If you've ever felt like your results don't match your desires, or that you're putting in effort but getting mixed signals back from life — this episode breaks it all open.Key TakeawaysMost People Are Externally Aware We're trained to rearrange the outer world while avoiding what's happening inside.True Power Begins When You Go Inward The creative force lives in your inner world — not your schedule, status, or surroundings.Coherence Is Mind-Body Alignment Manifestation happens when your thoughts and your emotions are sending the same signal.Incoherence Creates Static When your mind says yes but your body says no, your energy is split — and so are your results.Self-Mastery Unlocks Personal Power When you harmonize your beliefs with the frequency in your body, life begins to reflect your true desires.Notable Quotes“If my mind tells me I can, but my body tells me I can't, then I'm not in coherence.”“Your beliefs and your thoughts are the signal — the prayer — and your emotions are the magnet.”“People feel you before you even say a word.”“Emotion is energy in motion. And when you point it toward what you want, you amplify your power.”“We're not here to prove how powerful we are. This is my last solo cast in my LA home studio. I'm sitting here surrounded by boxes, bags, and so many memories—taking time to reflect on my inner world. Because in this season of my life, I'm not running from anything. I'm simply listening to Spirit whisper: there's more, it's time. I've lived in LA on and off for the past seven years. My friends are here. My life is here. But now, it's time to enter a new chapter—a chapter of expansion, love, sacred sites, and mysteries.   Before I had this platform, this podcast, and all of you, I wasn't on a spiritual path. I didn't grow up thinking about spirituality or even seeking it. My only desire at the time was to bring my period back, heal my body, and stop being in pain. I had gone through perimenopause at 21. I couldn't digest food. My body was shutting down. That desire to heal became the gateway. And that path took me into the mind-body connection, and eventually into the spiritual journey.   And every one of those hardships became the exact fire I needed to walk through to become who I am today.   So we ask ourselves—can we spiritually grow without going through such hard lessons and heartbreak? Is there a way to move through life not with constant resistance, but with a sense of ease?   In this episode, I explore that question and everything that's come up for me during this big transition.    In this episode, I share: What it really means to grow before life forces you to Why silence can be louder than chaos—and how to use it to hear your truth The self-mothering practice that's helped me hold my inner child through uncertainty How to stop resisting discomfort and start learning from it What your current patterns and distractions are trying to show you The difference between growing through ease vs avoiding challenge How to prepare for what you want before it arrives   If these are the questions you've been asking, tune into this week's episode. Let's explore the answers—together.   Learn more about the Rose Dieta on my past Highest Self podcast ep here: https://youtu.be/omHIiGqn08Y?si=_BUmmzmTLyvr_56K   Explore Highest Self Institute here: https://highestselfinstitute.com   If you are looking for a diverse + nourishing community of like-minded souls I'd love to invite you to join the waitlist of Rose Gold Goddesses at https://www.rosegoldgoddesses.com    Listen to my Album “My Body is an Altar” here: https://open.spotify.com/album/0kqB6oJVvarvddkwgrMsfZ?si=sTKzPLnfQv2hMEbgQyT59g   Love story track here:https://open.spotify.com/track/6FJIZ1rtMKA6BxYpehJrcn?si=Gikia9qgTOCN8w8olfs0kQ   If you are looking for a diverse + nourishing community of like-minded souls I'd love to invite you to join the waitlist of Rose Gold Goddesses at https://www.rosegoldgoddesses.com    Try Dipsea your first 30 day trial full access/free at https://dipseastories.com/SAHARA   Discover Your Dharma - Order your copy now - https://iamsahararose.com/dharma   Stream the Intro + Outro Music: Trust Flow by Sahara Rose ft. Happy Mother's Day, Heal Squad! It's another Sunday Setup, still not greenlit but vibing high anyway, as Kev and his co-conspirator Anne ease us into the week. We kick things off with melancholy theme songs, Lutheran Easter specials, and why life isn't about chasing joy or dodging pain—it's about being present for both. (Kitty rollercoaster > Space Mountain. Debate settled.) From there, it's a gratitude deep dive, courtesy of The Magic and Dr. Kim's MindBody work. The lesson? Ungratefulness isn't neutral—it takes from you. So when the negative thoughts hit, stand by... and respond with thanks. Even if it's for the very thing that triggered you. Especially if it is. We also get a simple but game-changing reframe on manifestation. Forget complicated vision boards—just feel the feeling now. Want love? Feel lovable. Want wealth? Feel successful. Want to move like you're still 22? Feel like it—and maybe throw in a basketball. Kev walks us through his own case study, from spiritual mogul-ing to BD(E) energy, all wrapped in gratitude, shadow work, and a few Captain Lou Albano references for good measure. PLUS: meditation tips for movers, ADHD learning hacks, and why window sales legend Big Ed is Kev's new inner mascot. This week's Setup takeaway? You're not waiting to become—you already are. Feel it. Live it. And as always, whether it's pain or joy, remember: nothing here is permanent…except change.   Dr. Kim D'Eramo's Workshop: https://drkimd.com/workshop-2025/    -- HEAL SQUAD SOCIALS IG: https://www.instagram.com/healsquad/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@healsquadxmaria HEAL SQUAD RESOURCES: Heal Squad Website:https://www.healsquad.com/ Heal Squad x Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/HealSquad/membership Maria Menounos Website: https://www.mariamenounos.com My Curated Macy's Page: Shop My Macy's Storefront Prenuvo: Prenuvo.com/MARIA for $300 off Delete Me: https://bit.ly/43rkHwi   code: SQUAD EMR-Tek Red Light: https://emr-tek.com/discount/Maria30 for 30% off ABOUT MARIA MENOUNOS: Emmy Award-winning journalist, TV personality, actress, 2x NYT best-selling author, former pro-wrestler and brain tumor survivor, Maria Menounos' passion is to see others heal and to get better in all areas of life. We all have those moments when the Universe draws a perfect thread through our lives—and this episode is one of them. I take you back to a night in Bali where I met a goddess, artist, and muse who would unknowingly help me open my voice, express myself, and step into the “dream girl” energy I didn't even know I was craving. Her name is Bianca Leonor, aka Quin and— trust me when I say her music is pure medicine. We first crossed paths at a jam night when I was mid-divorce, mid-breakdown, and mid-rebirth. The next time we saw each other? On a plane. Yes, the Universe sat us side by side for a 16-hour flight. Blanket over her head and everything. And that's how I knew… she wasn't just a friend. She was a frequency. A mirror. A spiritual sister who would guide me deeper into my own becoming.   Since then, we've expanded together through ceremonies, creativity, and conversations that have shaped the women we are today. From womb immersions in Guatemala to goddess gatherings in LA, our journey has been one of deep remembrance. In this episode, we explore what it truly means to become your dream girl—by unlocking your voice, expressing your truth, and honoring the beauty of your feminine energy through creativity, healing, and soul work.   In this episode, we talk about:   How womb healing directly connects to your ability to speak, sing, and express Why your voice is a reflection of your rootedness, body awareness, and spiritual maturity The role of sacred plant medicines in unlocking hidden gifts and clearing emotional blockages How heartbreak, solitude, and self-devotion become portals to embodiment What it truly means to embody your “dream girl” frequency without needing a relationship to get there The sacred power of choosing discomfort—and why your biggest fear may hold your highest gift A personal story of synchronicity, soul recognition, and goddess-level friendship How the womb multiplies energy—and what that means for your sexual and spiritual sovereignty   If you've been craving a deeper connection to yourself—your body, your expression, your essence—this conversation will open something inside you. Whether you're navigating grief, rebirth, or your next level of self-expression, this episode is a reminder that your path is sacred. To open your voice is to come home to your truth. And becoming your dream girl? That begins the moment you stop waiting—and start expressing.

Agnes' first symptom was years of back pain after a horseback riding incident. It was then that she stumbled upon this podcast, but she was not yet ready to embrace the paradigm of MindBody medicine. Then came the most unsettling diagnosis - Dry Eye. It may sounds innocuous, but Agnes was in 24 hour pain and discomfort. She could no longer wear the contact lenses she had used without incident for eighteen years, and she was advised that makeup was also forbidden. Agnes' doctor went as far as to tell her that she would most certainly be suffering for a lifetime, and things would only get worse. It wasn't until he advised her to stop breastfeeding to allow for daily use of steroid eye drops that Agnes put her foot down. As I say in my story: "Mess with me, but don't mess with my kids!" Hey Heal Squad! We're back with Part 2 of our amazing convo with Nicole Sachs, LCSW, psychotherapist, mindbody expert, and author of the upcoming book Mind Your Body. This time, Nicole is diving deep into her transformative practice called JournalSpeak, a method that's helped her and so many others heal from chronic pain, anxiety, autoimmune symptoms, and more by getting to the root of what's really going on: unprocessed emotions. She breaks down how our subconscious beliefs, people-pleasing patterns, and early-life stressors can keep us sick—even when we think we've “moved on.” Nicole also shares personal stories (including how she healed a severe spinal condition doctors said was permanent!) and the exact tools that helped clients like Ricki Lake and Shoshana Bean reclaim their health. If you've been doing all the things but still feel stuck, this might be the missing piece. Tune in!  HEALERS & HEAL LINERS:  JournalSpeak as a Path to Healing: Nicole shares how her daily 20-minute practice, JournalSpeak, helps release repressed emotions and subconscious beliefs that keep the nervous system stuck in survival mode—unlocking real, lasting healing from chronic pain and anxiety. The Pain-Protection Connection: Many chronic symptoms are not signs of physical damage, but messages from a dysregulated nervous system trying to keep you safe from emotional discomfort or trauma. Nicole explains how understanding this rewires the healing process. The Cost of People-Pleasing: Long-term patterns of perfectionism and putting others first may feel safe, but Nicole reveals how this emotional suppression often contributes to chronic symptoms and a dysregulated body. -- HEAL SQUAD SOCIALS IG: https://www.instagram.com/healsquad/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@healsquadxmaria HEAL SQUAD RESOURCES: Heal Squad Website:https://www.healsquad.com/ Heal Squad x Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/HealSquad/membership Maria Menounos Website: https://www.mariamenounos.com My Curated Macy's Page: Shop My Macy's Storefront Prenuvo: Prenuvo.com/MARIA for $300 off Delete Me: https://bit.ly/43rkHwi   code: SQUAD EPISODE RESOURCES:  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nicolesachslcsw/  Website: https://www.yourbreakawake.com/  Mind Your Body Book: https://www.yourbreakawake.com/book  Nicole on Heal Squad: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/724-emotions-cause-physical-discomfort-w-nicole-sachs/id1320060107?i=1000626680062  ABOUT MARIA MENOUNOS: Emmy Award-winning journalist, TV personality, actress, 2x NYT best-selling author, former pro-wrestler and brain tumor survivor, Maria Menounos' passion is to see others heal and to get better in all areas of life. So many of you have been asking about the Rose Path and the Rose Dieta…   And this week's Highest Self Podcast is just for you.   I'm diving deep into the feminine spiritual path of the rose—the one that doesn't ask you to renounce life, but to honor it. That reminds us that beauty is sacred, devotion is divine, and softness is strength.   The rose has been one of my greatest teachers.   She's guided me through my own feminine awakening—from belly dance to breathwork, DJing to ritual, and creating my sacred feminine community, Rose Gold Goddesses.   The name Sahara Rose came to me in a breathwork journey in Bali, where I saw a past—or parallel—life of myself dancing barefoot through a desert, bringing beauty to a barren land.   It was then I knew: I was here to be the rose. To bloom where there was once nothing.   That moment sparked a deep remembrance that led me to Guatemala for a 10-day Rose Dieta—10 days of silence, stillness, rose tea, and listening.   In this episode, you'll explore: What the Rose Path truly is—and how it may already be calling you The Rose Dieta and how it opens a portal to sacred listening The rose as teacher, mirror, and frequency of the divine feminine The beauty of ritual, art, stillness, and embodiment as spiritual practice Why every season of the rose (and your life) holds medicine The sacred codes of the Rose Priestess lineage—and how they live in you The energetic school of the rose—cord cutting, rose baths, and rituals to protect your inner world My guest, Rachel Rositto, is a true mystic, artist, and embodiment of the Rose Path.   She is a sitar player, ritualist, and feminine wisdom guide who lives her life in devotion to the beauty way.   If you're curious about the rose, this is a beautiful introduction.   I pick Rachel's brain on her personal journey with the rose, her practices, the energetics of devotional living, and so much more.   Connect with Rachel here: https://www.instagram.com/rachelrossitto?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==   Rachel's website: https://www.rachelrossitto.com/   Listen to my Album “My Body is an Altar” here: https://open.spotify.com/album/0kqB6oJVvarvddkwgrMsfZ?si=sTKzPLnfQv2hMEbgQyT59g   If you are looking for a diverse + nourishing community of like-minded souls I'd love to invite you to join the waitlist of Rose Gold Goddesses at https://www.rosegoldgoddesses.com    Try Dipsea your first 30 day trial full access/free at https://dipseastories.com/SAHARA   Discover Your Dharma - Order your copy now - https://iamsahararose.com/dharma   Stream the Intro + Outro Music: Trust Flow by Sahara Rose ft. Today, my guest, Reema Dutta, will share these timeless teachings with us, emphasizing the practices and principles we can adopt to enhance our lives. Intro (for guest episodes): I started coaching because I wanted to support others to achieve what they really want, but they weren't sure how to do it! Around 6 years ago a coach at work really helped me gain clarity about my future when I was uncertain about how it would look. The uncertainty occurred when I was unexpectedly diagnosed with stage four endometriosis, it was a huge shock that affected my career and personal life.  So, why mindbodyrevival_coach, I'm often asked? I integrate the mind-body connection in my work. The way the body responds to how we think, feel, and act can impact our entire well-being.  During my practice, I can also use journaling and breath work to support my clients move through their thoughts when they're feeling stuck. I work from an intersectional perspective because, like my own situation, I understand the nuances of each individual's circumstances. Body of episode:   Tell us about your passion for Coaching and what Revival means to you.   So, in the world of childless not by choice, those of us who wanted but could not have children are on a similar journey caused typically by different illnesses. For me it was fibroids and time. On your website you say for you it was Endometriosis and Adenomyosis?           Can you tell us your story, as much as you would like to share?   You are transitioning or should I say evolving from CNBC to life after infertility…tell us more.    I love the cheat sheet questions to ask your doctor at doctor visits. I always say we should have a list of questions and never fear getting a second opinion.   In our pre-chat you explained a little about Eid. I suppose Eid al Fitr. I also see there is an Eid al-Adha, commemorating the willingness of the Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son. That story I know, but tell us more about Eid al Fitr.   You mentioned that you grew up in a multicultural home. Tell us how that may speak to your intersectional perspective. If it does.    Talk to us about your book, the 1 in 8. And tell us about any upcoming projects you may have coming up.   As we close, is there anything that you would like to make sure we cover?   Research links: https://www.islamic-relief.org.uk/giving/islamic-giving/ramadan/eid-al-fitr/     Aisha's Contact Information: https://mindbodyrevivalcoach.com/ Instagram:  @mindbodyrevival_coach     Special thank you to: Aisha Balesaria My contact information: Website: www.childlessnotbychoice.net and www.civillamorgan.com Facebook: booksbycivillamorgan Instagram: @joyandrelevance Pinterest: Civilla M. About that..   This episode is your permission slip to stop fixing, stop overanalyzing, and stop trying to spiritually engineer your soulmate into existence.   Because the tea is: maybe the healing is in letting go of the need to “do the work” for your partner—and finally trusting yourself to choose peace, clarity, and connection.   This one's for the girlies who are tired of dating emotional projects, want actual polarity, and are ready to understand wtf is really going on between men and women right now—from a high-vibe, grounded, actually-helpful perspective.   Become a Certified Dharma Coach  here: https://highestselfinstitute.com/spring-2025   Connect with Aaron here: https://www.instagram.com/aarondoughty44/?hl=en   Discover Aaron's youtube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC48MclMZIY_EaOQwatzCpvw   Discover Your Dharma - Order your copy now  - https://iamsahararose.com/dharma   Stream the Intro + Outro Music: Trust Flow by Sahara Rose ft. SYNOPSIS:This is a recording of one of our free, live Eventbrite sessions, where Ali Mezey was joined by Jane Peterson, PhD - and you, our audience - for a live, honest, body-centered conversation about the real work of being in relationship.(Yes, this episode includes live audience questions!)Together, we explore how our bodies carry old relational patterns - what Jane calls the "social soma" - and how these hidden imprints can shape the way we love, fight, and stay (or don't stay) connected. We talk about why love alone isn't always enough to align two people's lives, and why asking deeper, more honest questions early on matters so much.Jane shares practical ways to stay close even when life pulls you in different directions: evolving agreements, repairing after hurt, setting shared goals, and building intimacy that grows with you.We touch on marriage, infidelity, and non-traditional relationships with honesty and warmth, offering grounded advice for navigating real-world love.Whether you're partnered, single, or somewhere in between, this conversation will leave you with new ways to understand yourself, your relationships, and the deep intelligence of your body in all of it.To be an angel to the podcast, click hereTo read more about the podcast, click hereMORE ALI MEZEY:Website:  www.alimezey.comPersonal Geometry® and the Magic of Mat Work Course information:www.alimezey.com/personal-geometry-foundationsTransgenerational Healing Films: www.constellationarts.comMORE JANE PETERSON:Website: www.human-systems-institute.comContact: humansystemsinstitute@gmail.comBIO:Jane Peterson, PhD, is the co-founder and executive director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc. In this soul-nourishing episode of Healthy Mind, Healthy Life, we dive deep with Trinn Hatch—co-creator of Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy—into the transformative journey of healing from within. Trinn shares how his path from chronic disability and PTSD to radiant vitality began not in a clinic, but at rock bottom—with a prayer and a promise. Drawing from the ancient lineage of Sowa Rigpa, Trinn discusses how Tibetan medicine, plant energetics, and vibrational remedies awaken the body's innate healing intelligence. Whether you're burnt out, chronically ill, or just seeking wholeness, this episode is a call to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your deeper self.   About the Guest:Trinn Hatch is a healing guide and co-creator of Jampha, a Tibetan Pharmacy rooted in the ancient tradition of Sowa Rigpa. Blending Himalayan minerals, terpenes, and vibrational remedies, Trinn supports others through personalized consultations and soul-led formulations. His journey of physical and emotional regeneration is a beacon for those ready to heal from within.   Key Takeaways: True healing begins when you stop outsourcing and start tuning into your body's wisdom. Tibetan medicine focuses on regeneration—not symptom suppression. Terpenes reintroduce life force energy into botanical medicine for deep healing. #260 Healing Harmony: Five Mind-Body Practices to Clear HPV Naturally!

How Humans Heal

In this episode I'm going to talk about five types of mind-body medicine that I recommend you include in your healing plan to help your body protect you from high-risk HPV virus and prevent cancer caused by high-risk HPV strains. I'm Dr. Doni Wilson, a naturopathic doctor, clinical nutritionist, and midwife. I've been practicing for over 25 years, specializing in women's health and helping women address abnormal pap smears, including high-risk HPV. I help them heal their cervix, get HPV to negative, and keep it negative—which is unheard of in standard care. In standard care, well-trained surgeons can remove abnormal cells, but that doesn't remove the virus, which is why many people are told HPV won't go away. Yet research clearly shows the human immune system can clear HPV, even though it's a DNA virus with 14 high-risk types associated with cancer. The immune system can clear HPV, and I focus on this information. Why isn't your immune system clearing HPV? Why is it still there? Why is it causing abnormal cells when 90% of people clear the virus without developing abnormal cells? We need to determine what in your system is depleted, imbalanced, or disrupted. One natural approach to clearing HPV is the mind-body connection. I didn't always know this was essential. However, through case after case of working with women and researching what works best, I've found several effective approaches: - Diet changes to eliminate inflammatory foods - Nutrients to address deficiencies and support immunity - Probiotics for gut and vaginal microbiomes - Homeopathy to remind your immune system to protect against HPV We're here to help! A lot of us learn our biggest spiritual lessons through love—through relationships, through heartbreak, through fantasies… and through the moment when it all crumbles down.   We've been raised on fairytales. We walk into a room, scan the crowd, and wonder—is he here? We meet someone new and instantly ask, “is he the one?” Because we've been told that if we just find the right person, everything will magically fall into place.   But what if love doesn't happen on our timeline?   That's why today, I'm joined by my longtime friend Nadine Lee to explore the feminine spiritual path through love, heartbreak, and the transformation that follows.   We met a decade ago in Bali, both in our early 20s, both navigating deep heartbreaks, lessons, and rebirths. And as we tuned into the feminine, we realized something powerful:   In this episode, we dive into: ✨ Transforming from Princess to Queen by learning to trust yourself instead of waiting to be chosen. ✨ Releasing the fantasy of Prince Charming and seeing love as a reflection of your own self-worth. ✨ Creating safety within so relationships feel expansive rather than something to escape into. ✨ Identifying karmic cycles in love and shifting patterns that no longer serve you. ✨ Understanding Kali Ma's power as the force that destroys illusions so something real can be built. ✨ Embodying Queen energy in relationships by making choices rooted in self-respect and truth.   The feminine is swept up in love. It is consumed by love, intoxicated by it, moved by the way it weaves through every moment.   And yet, so many of us have learned to mistake longing for love itself. To believe that waiting is devotion. That attachment is connection.    But real love isn't something to chase—it's something to become.   And that's the real journey—from Princess, to Queen, to Priestess.   Connect with Nadine Lee Here:https://www.instagram.com/nadineleeofficial?igsh=ajJlNjVzMHFnbXdk   Watch the past episode with Nadine Lee below:   Tantric Wisdom for Women: https://youtu.be/WHR-hokJl7Q?si=z0o9Sdt-AGunkaFd   Join DCI's waitlist: https://highestselfinstitute.com/spring-2025-join-waitlist   Join the list for the upcoming Dharma Summit:  https://highestselfinstitute.com/spring-2025-summit-lp   Head to https://www.factormeals.com/sahara50 to get 50% off your order!    Discover Your Dharma - Order your copy now - https://iamsahararose.com/dharma   Stream the Intro + Outro Music: Trust Flow by Sahara Rose ft. After my marriage ended, I was grasping for something to hold onto. My friends were like, “Come to Bali, it's the perfect place to heal!” Waterfalls, ecstatic dance, sunshine—yes, please. So I packed my bags and flew across the world, thinking I'd be wrapped in adventure and good vibes.   But Spirit had other plans.   The very next day, my friends had to leave the country unexpectedly. And just like that, I was alone. In Bali.
