When most people use AI assistants like ChatGPT, they type in a prompt and expect the perfect results without giving it any more info. They don't take the time to have a fluid conversation or let the tool get to know them. No wonder they hate the results they get!   Expecting your AI to just know what to produce is like hiring a new team member and giving them zero training. It's like expecting a recipe to be perfect without any seasoning. In order to get the results we want from AI, we have to train them on our voice, who we are and what's different about our brands. It's as simple as letting AI learn our VOICE.   How do we engage with AI so that it's trained on our voice and our data set? What can Whitney Houston songs teach us about leveraging AI?   In this episode, I'm joined by digital growth strategist and AI aficionado, Molly Mahoney. She shares all the exciting ways we can use AI…after we season it right.   The number one thing you have to keep in mind is dancing with AI. You need to give enough information by having a fluid conversation with these tools. -Molly Mahoney     Things You'll Learn In This Episode    -Think Whitney Houston  A Whitney Houston song doesn't start with the high-note. How do we apply the build-up of her music to our own AI adventures?    -Amplify your AI expertise  Knowing how to use AI doesn't just elevate things inside your business. How can it get you on more stages, help you launch new products, and up what you earn?    -The killer combination in AI proficiency  Why do we have to marry the logic and efficiency of AI with the empathy, creativity and language of human beings?    -What you can do with AI right now  With AI, it's important to remember that it gets better and capable of more every single day. A strong video content strategy starts with getting started! If you want to take your videos to the next level, this is the episode for you. Atiba shares how to get over the hurdle of creating video and how to come up with the right ideas to take your audience on a journey. Regardless of where you are in your video creation strategy, there are tips for you in this episode to keep things moving forward. What you'll learn: → how video helps build trust. → why viral videos aren't the goal. → paying attention to metrics that matter. → ways to set up your calls-to-action. → creating content to speak to your donors motivations. → Atiba's challenge to you! Want to skip ahead? Here are key takeaways: [8:33] It's more about authenticity versus perfection. You aren't producing a movie for the big screen. Your customers want to see you being a human, that's how they connect to you. The only comparison you need to make with your videos is if this video you just published is a little better than the last one you created. [10:42] We all want to go viral, but they don't necessarily drive more money. Yes, you feel good because you have a lot of views. What's more important is how many people take action on that video. Start with understanding the true size of your audience and the goals for your video.  [16:01] Repurpose and reshare you content. Send the videos out to your email list. Cut it up and share it on your social media channels. Ensure you pay attention to how platforms utilize content and format it for that audience. Share videos you've created in the past again, if they're stil relavent. [19:31] Take your audience on a journey. There are three categories, why, how, and what. 70% of your videos should be why, 15% how, and 15 % what. Some of these videos should be polarizing. That allows you to help your viewers select if you're the right fit for them or not. [26:18] Different donors have different motivations, create videos that speak to those. For one campaign, you might create 3-5 videos that talk to different people. They'll connect and align with you and get a quick win for something they care about. [31:24] Get the first 10 videos out of the way. The first ten videos are going to be the hardes, and the worst, that you create. Get them done and out of the way immediately so you can get into a rhythm and start to feel comfortable. Let me introduce you to my friend, DeAnna Rogers. At one point, she was a single mom diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Not only did she meet and marry the man of her dreams and win out over cancer, but she helped create this "little thing" called Traffic & Conversion Summit with the guys over at Digital Marketer.  Here's a bit more about her story in her own words: In the past twenty years, I have owned several of my own successful businesses. When diagnosed with cancer, I took a long look at what I wanted to do and realized that my job was not done yet. I became stronger and more determined to make an impact in the community. I also learned to create relationships in order to build a back-end funnel for my business and have truly appreciated the people that I've met along the way. I am not afraid of adversity and truly believe that challenges are just “stepping stones” toward success. This journey led me into the Events and Marketing world and I am thrilled to be working with such great people within Digital Marketer. Working with Roland Frasier and Ryan Deiss is a daily blessing. I began with them over ten years ago as their Events Director and the journey with them and the team at Digital Marketer has been amazing. I have loved managing events for years and my passion for events is now something that I get to do on a daily basis. What started with my first event with 54 people is now working with events that host over 7000+ people. I grow daily along with my team and I am proud of the people that I work beside each day. The event career led me to have the opportunity to become a partner with Roland Frasier and Ryan Deiss on several different companies, including EPIC, Evolve Events, Rise Nation Mastermind, and several others. I am proud to lead the EPIC company, and serve as the GM and guide that program/community of amazing entrepreneurs and investors. I can actually say that my business experience has been crafted over the past twenty years with just “trial and error.” I have no fear of failing, but rather fear of not being able to try at all. I am stronger today because of the people that I work with and the entrepreneurs that I have chosen to work beside. It is with great honor that I am able to share my “success stones” with others in hopes that you too will not give up and you can create your very own success. You control your destiny. Your success is up to YOU!   You can find DeAnna on LinkedIn.

This is an incredible episode you DON'T want to miss. My first week at Content at Scale, diving deep into the world of AI-assisted content production, has officially blown my own mind – and we're gunning for some big stages in big places this year so I can reveal what I'm seeing firsthand and blow minds on a big scale.   It's utterly-beyond-words for me to be supported by a team and a CEO like the team and CEO at Content at Scale, who allow me to do my best work and the complete and total freedom of top-notch resources to do it. From video production to visual design and AIO writers, it's a team that rivals my own at Content Hacker – except I simply stay in the middle of content strategy and production, and never have to jump around. This is bringing me an unusual, unexpected peace of mind to be able to do things that scare me, like pitch to speak at Traffic & Conversion Summit this year (with 10,000 in attendance). But, there was also a sort of mental depression I went through, which I also cover in this episode – including how I got my full joy back.   In the last few minutes of this episode, I reveal a particularly incredible word I received during prayer and quiet time that is fueling every step of my path forward in unbelievable, almost unspeakable ways. I believe in the power of following your path. I believe in the power of following your passion. And if you hear these last few minutes, your mind will be blown, too, at what simply following that path means for you and even your entire legacy and family.   Listen in – this is one of the most important episodes I've ever recorded.   * The story of my pivot: https://contenthacker.com/thestory * Learn about Content at Scale: https://contenthacker.com/ai/ * See all podcast episodes: https://contenthacker.com/podcast/   * Liked/enjoyed this episode? From his philosophy on goal-setting to reading 100 books a year to inventing barbecue shorts and dog walker pants, Chip always has plenty of opinions, both popular and unpopular.   Listen in to their brilliant rapid-fire conversation.   Why does Chip have a thing for the number 43? Chip says everyone gets glasses at 43. When people get glasses, they think, “Oh my god, I'm getting old.” Couples look at each other. Their kids are teenagers and don't need their parents anymore. “Who are we together?” they ask. “Am I married to the right person? Do I live in the right city?” Chip thinks everyone should change their name at age 43. Unless they have a really cool name like Chip.   What is Chip's philosophy on personal development and goals? Chip says people tell you “a smart goal is achievable.” But he wonders if maybe we should fail at about 50% of our goals, as part of a training program to learn how to fail in life. When he first started setting goals, it was all about him. Life now is nearly perfect for him in every way. So, in order to stimulate himself, it has to be about other people winning. He moved from everything being about him to giving with no expectation of return. The Law of Attraction kicked in, and he started attracting people who were in it for something bigger than themselves.    What are Chip's favorite business books? When Chip was 19, he was working a construction job and had an opportunity to read the top 100 books. When he was 42, he listened to the top 100 business/health books as audio books and came to the conclusion that there are a handful of books that say it all. His top three are: Good to Great (Jim Collins); 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Stephen Covey); and Psychology of Achievement (Brian Tracy).   What does Chip mean when he talks about linguistic adaptation?  Words are always changing meaning, and we have to adapt. As far as culture goes, the term “values” is out, Chip says. “Vision” is out, and “purpose” is in. Chip took 30 terms out of those books he read, and that's what he runs his companies on. “Conditions and satisfaction.” When he's discussing a project with somebody, there's no end to the conversation unless they have conditions and satisfaction and a done-by date. “Integrity.” Integrity means I do what I say I will do when I say I will do it, and if I can't get it done, I'll go clean up my mess and reset new conditions and satisfaction. When everybody knows the terms and what they mean, then we're all on the same page.    What did Chip do as a lead magnet that was a huge success?  A lead magnet used to be called a loss leader. Roland says, if you call it a lead magnet, you can charge a lot of money to sell information about it. Chip had a lead magnet with yoga mats to get people in his lululemon stores. Yoga mats were easy to make and while other people needed to make a profit, he didn't. He owned his manufacturer. He just needed to get people in stores or online to get people to buy the clothing.    What was it like to sell lululemon? When Chip was getting ready to go public with lululemon, the board of directors said he had to divest from the manufacturing, but the manufacturing was a critical part of the vertical retail model. Boards of Directors operate out of fear of the U.S. litigation system, Chip says. They become mediocre and fail to become great. At the time, Chip had three very young boys and two older boys. He had missed a lot of his older kids' lives and didn't want to do that again. So he traded in this amazing company to be a family man.    What avatars did Chip create that became so successful? He created Ocean, a 32-year-old single professional woman, who owns a condo, is super stylish, travels, is athletic and super healthy. Ocean's male counterpart is a 37-year-old man named Duke. You reach these people by perfecting the concept of vertical retail.    The ultimate vertical business is where you make something in a factory in Vietnam, someone in Norway orders a piece, and it gets shipped right from the factory to the person. If you own your factory, your shipping, your ecommerce, your marketing, you can take all those margins instead of contracting it out.    What's the advantage of bootstrapping compared to having a lot of money? Chip started a company six years ago called Kit and Ace, cashmere you can put in the washer and dryer. He says they had too much money and threw too much at it. He bootstrapped lululemon for a long time. When you're bootstrapping, that's where the very best creative ideas come from. When you have a lot of money, there's no necessity to drive the invention.    What are some of those creative ideas that came from bootstrapping? Back in the day, he couldn't compete with Nike and Adidas with getting celebrity athletes, but he figured out that there's a level of athlete right under that not getting anything. They're the heroes in their community and have the most authenticity. Because he didn't have the money Nike did, he spent one-millionth of the money and offered free clothes to yoga instructors. They were in front of 40-50 people every day and more authentic than a rich athlete. Other past creative ideas include BBQ shorts and dogwalker pants.    If you want to find out more about Chip, check out his website. He's technically on social media, but someone else runs those accounts for him. “I don't need an extra dollar,” he says. “I don't need another friend. I'd rather be home spending time with my wife and kids.”   RESOURCES: chipwilson.com ethicallyprofit.com getepicchallenge.com Scalable.Co The Ready to Lead podcast DigitalMarketer Podcast Perpetual Traffic podcast   OUR PARTNERS: Get a free proposal from Conversion Fanatics Get 3% cash back on your ad spend with AdCard Get Roland's book, Zero Down, FREE

There's a lot of buzz right now about a surprising new privacy announcement from Apple and a “new” thing called the creator economy.   Of course you can count on co-hosts Roland Frasier and Ryan Deiss to have some thoughts about it all. Summer is over, and Roland and Ryan are looking forward to getting back into the normal groove of business, which they both love. Traffic & Conversion Summit is just around the corner. These are exciting times. And, hey, if you're enjoying the podcast, take a minute to review it.   Today's episode is a virtual smorgasbord of great topics, and they start off by discussing a recent article titled “The Year that Everyone Became a Creator.” The article essentially states that we have this creator economy right now and, as a result of that, anyone and everyone can be a creator, someone who is able to scale without permission.    There's Nothing New Under the Sun Ryan says this development—individuals thinking more like businesses—is a good thing. In the past, an individual putting themselves out there was a fairly limited business model. They've shown they can monetize their own stuff, but then go beyond that and leverage investments in other businesses.   His only problem is with the terminology. This idea of a creator economy, or even creators in general, is just a rebranding of the word “entrepreneur.” It's not new. Sure, there are more opportunities right now, so we have more winners. But businesses have been doing this forever.   Like Roland says, it's a reskinned version of an age-old thing. Ryan's marketer side thinks it's brilliant to rename a category, but the teacher in him warns us not to lose the opportunity of learning from all the models we have in the past.   Roland agrees. He's a fan of reading the classics in business and finance and marketing. Like that Shakespearean assertion that there are only 7 plots in the world, all of this has been seen before. Don't go out and read all the new books on becoming a creator. It's called business.   What Goes Into Being a Business? So, to break this down, what does every business need to do? Three basic things: They've got to have something to sell.  They need a distribution channel. They've got to have monetization.   A lot of creators/influencers right now (on TikTok, etc.) are entertainers. There are no more gatekeepers. You don't have to get on the radio or TV. You still need to have something you're selling—a product or a service. Entertainment is a service. You still need distribution and monetization. And there are a lot of opportunities to cross-monetize your celebrity. A lot of people are now able to get into micro-funds, to micro-invest.   Roland and Ryan are developing a fund that will help small businesses. They'll put their own money into it and raise money as well. It's an example of creators investing in other creators and keeping small alive.   There's a great opportunity to create your own network, like they're doing with their podcast. It's just eliminated the giant infrastructure with investment. Democratization is an overused word, but it's appropriate. Don't limit your monetization. Do all the things you're doing but also make semi-passive investments in other companies. Diversify how you make money.   Is Our Privacy in Jeopardy? The host switch gears for a bit to talk about something pretty important: your privacy. Apple announced recently that, in hopes of stopping child trafficking and abuse, they're going to be scanning your personal devices for red flags. When the iOS 15 rolls out, they'll scan your personal devices and Cloud uploads to match content against prohibited content (child pornography).    On the one hand, this is very noble. On the other hand, it seems really dangerous. Apple is now protecting us from advertisers but not from the government. Red flags go to a panel at Apple—made up of humans—then on to the government for prosecution. People who abuse it could potentially use their powers for bad, take bribes to frame people.   Roland says this makes him consider leaving Apple, which would be a really difficult choice. And Ryan thinks Apple is doing this to keep from getting broken up. If they cooperate with the government, they'll probably be allowed to keep their monopoly status.   It's a surprisingly unpleasant precedent for a company that supposedly cares about your privacy. We're giving up a lot of our privacy for safety and security, but that's how dictatorships start. Roland isn't a conspiracy theorist, and he doesn't think it's in our immediate future, but as a student of history and law, he sees it as a slippery slope that many societies trip down.    Which Sales Model Is the Best? Because they don't want to end the show on a downer, Roland and Ryan move on to talking about sales models. They've been playing around with webinars recently to convert people into different programs they have at Scalable, DigitalMarketer, and the Epic Network. They've tried a few models and haven't found one that's the absolute greatest yet.    Ryan's background is marketing first. For the first two decades of his career, he got people to a website where they could learn about a product or service, click a button, give him money, and get what they want. But there are limitations to that. People will buy online up to a certain price point (usually around $2k), but if they're spending more than that, they want to talk to a real human about it—or go see it, touch it for themselves.   As they've explored the top end of the market, they've gotten more sales driven and added a sales team. They came up with a hybrid model. On one end of the spectrum, here's the link; go buy. On the other end, we've got lots of ways we can help you; no mention of a specific program or price. In the middle, we have this specific program for these specific programs; let's talk about it.   With this hybrid model, the sales cycle is longer, more consultative. And you have to consider that there's about a 20% cost increase with a sales team that does not exist with an online direct sale. But that's where they're headed, and they think it will be worth it. From this point on, their webinars will be less about getting the sale and more about driving the human-to-human conversation.

Building Trust and Working With Celebrities, With Roland Frasier and Ryan Deiss

Learn what you need to know about working with celebrities when it comes to your brand. Advertising executives refer to celebrities as trust agents. When a celebrity endorses your business, it breaks down the barrier of the cold, unknown brand and gives your customers the sense of a friend telling them it's okay.    If you know, like, and trust a celebrity, you'll buy the brand.   Speaking of brands and celebrities, it's almost time for Traffic & Conversion Summit LIVE, the largest digital marketing event in North America. This year's event is being held in San Diego, CA on September 13th-15th.    Thousands of folks come out every year to hear about the latest and greatest developments in marketing in the online space. The speakers are always phenomenal, the takeaways beyond valuable, and every year there's a really cool celebrity appearance as well.    On today's episode, Roland Frasier and Ryan Deiss have a BIG announcement about T&C.     The one and only dynamic duo of Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart are coming to Traffic & Conversion Summit 2021!    Find out how Roland and Ryan made this magic happen—and what you need to know about working with celebrities when it comes to your brand. All on today's episode!   Making the Case for Brands Working with Celebrities   Years ago, at Traffic & Conversion 3, Roland was a new partner in the business and adamant about getting a celebrity for the event. Ryan was just as adamantly against it. “This is a stupid waste of money” were his exact words back in the day.   They went with Roland's gut, brought William Shatner to the event, and that changed everything. Shatner isn't just an actor; he's a brilliant marketer and a spokesperson for so many great brands. Just like the wildly famous mismatched pair, Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg. They're very successful business people with a lot of expert advice to share.   So why should brands be thinking about working with celebrities? It's that whole concept of celebrities as trust agents. Why pay cool celebrities to come to T&C? Because it draws people in who might initially be skeptical. If T&C is good enough for Martha and Snoop, it's good enough for me. It takes the risk out of the equation.   It's also a signal. If T&C can get big celebrity names at their event, clearly they're legit. The brand elevation you get from that signal is off the charts. From a marketing perspective, it lowers your acquisition costs. The celebrity deals always pay for themselves.   Not to mention the amazing energy that comes when you're in the same room with a bunch of people and some cool celebrities. You can't put a price tag on that.    How To Do a Celebrity Deal   So how do you get celebrities to work with you? Obviously, you don't just go out and hit them up on Twitter. There's a process.    Do you (or anyone you know) already have a relationship with this celebrity? If you don't know them directly, you go to their agent. If it's a big celebrity, the agent won't return your call. You need a connection to their agent (a broker).   You can Google “celebrity broker Los Angeles” or go to IMDb and register for a Pro account to find the agent's information. If you don't get replies, reach out to event coordinators at places they've spoken at before.   A lot of celebrities don't have a set fee. You make a firm offer. The amount of money they command depends on their popularity at the time. Then you negotiate for weeks or months. If you're talking about a single event appearance, it won't cost you as much as endorsing a product.   How much money are we looking at? The celebrities T&C wants are asking between $100k and $800k for an appearance. Not less than $1m for the Rock, $2m for J-Lo. Celebrities on reality TV are maybe $50k to $100k. Well-known authors might be $75k.   How to Offset the Risk with Other Monetization Opportunities   There are a lot of ways to make sure these celebrity partnerships pay for themselves.    Find someone with a book coming out, and you'll get sweeter deals by doing book buys. You can also give them a piece of the event revenue (a part of the door) instead of paying the whole fee upfront. If the celebrity is selling something, you can offer them a custom advertising package for their product (like The Rock's tequila) in addition to their fee.    A lot of B-level celebs, for an endorsement of your brand, will require a $50k test budget fee to see if the thing you're doing actually works. Then you'll pay them monthly or quarterly or royalties.   If you're bringing a celebrity to an appearance, you can sell a VIP ticket that allows people to get closer to them. Front row seating. A speaker dinner. A meet and greet. Photo ops with the celeb + an opportunity to hang out in a group can be sold for $15k.   Roland and Ryan will also interview the celebrities LIVE at the event for the Business Lunch podcast. That drives a lot more listeners to the show. And they do their research and ask amazing questions. They're not overly starstruck. They play it cool.    Opportunities You Don't Want to Miss   Speaking of cool, there are some great opportunities coming up for you. The first glowing testimonial I heard about Joana Galvao was from Ezra Firestone.  Next was my buddy, Jared Mitchell of Skincare by Alana. Joana was described as a designer who “Gets it” - who understands how design impacts online experience and sales. She recently spoke at Traffic & Conversion Summit in San Diego and I heard she brought down the house.  So I wanted her to come on the podcast and talk about how design and visuals impact shopping behavior. Here's a look at what we cover: The branding triad and where most businesses fall short How color can influence experience and results…and a truly mind-blowing laundry detergent user experience that illustrates this beautifully.  How we're wired to make assumptions at the subconscious level about whether something is expensive or cheap, quality or shoddy…all within in seconds.  You need to incorporate this for your products! How your product packaging should engage all of the senses.   How to make your copy more visually appealing Joana's 5-Step Process that every brand should go through for better performance.   Plus more!

As a marketer, it doesn't happen often that you share a room with people from every industry, vertical, and corner of the globe who have been in your shoes, who have faced the same problems you have, and who have overcome the same obstacles. If you are invested and interested in digital marketing, then there is one event that will give you the opportunity to do exactly that. Traffic and Conversion Summit in San Diego is the single largest event for marketers in the US. With 5,500+ attendees every year, it is the place to be for learning, sharing, networking, and recruiting. In fact, next year the event promises to be even bigger with nearly 8,000 people attending, which is also why the Agora companies have decided to sign on as a major partner for Traffic and Conversion Summit 2019. Show Notes In this talk at Traffic & Conversion Summit 2018 in San Diego Ryan talks about how to build a REAL brand that is SELLABLE... how to create a company that "old money" would like to buy from you for a big exit some day. It's filled with actionable advice that you can implement right now. Here are some of the key takeaways:   You can turn any marketing stream into a physical products brand Do you know how to build an audience of tens of thousands? If you do, even if you don't sell physical products right now, you can launch a line of three or four of them and sell them to people who you already know are interested. People will always buy stuff The market may change in many ways, but one thing always stays the same: people will always need to buy physical products to meet their daily needs. There will always be demand for that. That alone creates a huge incentive to get into the physical products market.. Make and brand stuff that speaks to people If you come up with a unique idea for a product that really embodies the values of your target market, they will adore you. Not only will they buy your stuff, they will tell everyone they know who might be interested to buy your stuff. You'll see a multiplicative growth in revenue.   It was great hearing Ryan's talk!   Key takeaways: You can turn any marketing stream into a physical products brand People will always buy stuff, and Make and brand stuff that speaks to people   Connect with Ryan Find more amazing podcast discussions on FreedomFastLane.com.   On Facebook On YouTube On LinkedIn On Twitter

When you talk to eCommerce merchants about the Google Display Network (GDN) or display ads, in general, they usually fall into one of 3 camps: 1. They feel it's only effective as a remarketing vehicle. 2. They feel like people are more likely to get struck by lightening than click a display ad (had a guy say that to me once). 3. They're intrigued but apprehensive because they've heard so many display campaign horror stories.   I've always been in camp 3.  Very intrigued and knowing it could work, but also knowing that the road to success with display ads (outside of remarketing) is more than a little bit tricky.     I first met Mike when we both spoke at Traffic & Conversion Summit in San Diego this March.  Mike has officially cracked the code for creating profitable GDN campaigns.  He is the co-author of The Ultimate Guide to AdWords and the owner of AgencySavvy.com.  He's been actively managing AdWords campaigns since 2004.  Mike is the real deal as you will soon witness.  This podcast reveals the method behind the madness that produces GDN campaigns that work and scale.

The post Episode #53 – The REAL Secret Behind Traffic And Conversion appeared first on DotComSecrets.com Blog - Weird Marketing Experiments That Increase Traffic, Conversions and Sales.... The two invisible lessons that I learned, that they didn't want me to know, while at the traffic and conversion event. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey everyone, this is Russell Brunson. Welcome to a very slushy Marketing in your Car. Today, I woke up and came outside. It's kind of raining but it's freezing cold so we have this slush all over the road. My kids were running around in their clothes before school and got soaking wet, so we've had a fun morning but now I'm heading to the office to get some work done. I'm super fired up for today for a lot of different reasons. I just want to talk to you guys today about something I saw last week which was awesome. I was very impressed with Ryan Deiss and Perry Belcher, their Traffic Conversion Summit. I just wanted to share with you guys something really cool that I learned from it. It wasn't so much the teaching. The sessions were great and everything. The reality is the bulk of what they shared was a recap of the best stuff from Perry's Secret Selling System so the content wasn't really new or anything from that side, but watching the event orchestrated was amazing. I think there's a lot of things to be learned from anyone doing any kind of event. It can be online events, offline events, anything. I don't know how much they actually sold at the event but if I was to guess, I would say probably sold anywhere from three to five million dollars from the event without anyone ever feeling like they got sold. It was really interesting, so some really cool stuff that all of us can learn from for our own businesses. One thing, if you watched the way they ran the event, there were about 2000 people there. They had a lot of different sessions and things that they were teaching but there were two core things they were selling. One was their war room which was their mastermind group. The other was their funnel consultations. War room was between $15,000 and $25,000 depending on at what level you get in. The funnel consulting was $17,000. What they did was they got up there and taught a session on tripwires for example which is a super cool concept they're talking a lot about over the last few times. At the end of the tripwire presentation, they said, “Look, if you want one of our funnel consultants to look at your funnel, run to the back, fill out an application, and we'll set up a private one-on-one meeting with you during the event to meet with one of our funnel consultants.” People run to the back and fill out the form for their funnel consultation. The next session, Frank Kern spoke about something. At the end of it, he's like, “Hey, by the way, if you want us to critique your funnel, run to the back and get your free funnel consultation.” Every single presentation for the most part was talking about their free funnel consultation. They had huge monitors in the main ballroom that show people whose turn it was to do funnel consultations. Literally, the entire three days, there were probably 60 people up on the board at any given time, saying, “You guys, report for your funnel consultation,” boom, next ones, next ones. Of the 2000 people in the room, unless they were horrible at closing, I would say they closed anywhere from 100 to 200 people in their $17,000 consult package. Again, that's between 1.7 and three million bucks. As I started thinking about that, in my business, can I do a lot more cool free stuff where I'm just giving, teaching, and showing stuff for free, and at the end, “Hey, if you want me to look at your stuff,
