This is the first in a three-part series, which I have decided to make public and freely available.Part I explores the UK “Lockdown Files” which are a trove of text messages between and among UK health authorities revealing a startling pattern of using scare tactics to control the populace. Part II then explores how these files reveal more about the psychological operations waged against UK citizens, as well as the rest of us, with devastating results. Part III gets dark and shows the “Midazolam Murders” which saw wildly inappropriate drug delivery policies contributing to if not causing the deaths of many people within the UK hospital and care home systems.

With over 20 years of experience in the Fitness industry - Marc Diaper's career has been linear, but there is nothing about him that is ordinary. I was lucky enough to stumble across Marc on a clubhouse stage in UK Lockdown 1 at the start of the pandemic in 2020… Since then, I have been following Marc's journey, learning from his leadership and his attitude towards branding and marketing himself - and London's most recognisable gym brand, Gymbox. This conversation is a little different from the ones we've had on Branded by Amelia Sordell. And that's why it's so fascinating.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's press chief gave out joke awards and made a thank you speech at a Downing Street party on December 18 last year while London was under strict lockdown, according to CNN affiliate ITV.Jack Doyle, who was Johnson's deputy director of communications at the time, addressed a gathering of "up to 50 people," and handed out certificates to staff members of the communications team, ITV reported. For the past week, Johnson has been buffeted by multiple claims that social events were held inside 10 Downing Street in the runup to Christmas 2020, when the United Kingdom was under stringent coronavirus regulations that outlawed such activities.CNN contacted Downing Street and Doyle independently for comment on the latest reports. However, both replied saying "there is an ongoing review, and we won't be commenting further while that is the case."The controversy deepened markedly on Tuesday with the emergence of a video broadcast by ITV News from the time that appears to show Number 10 officials joking about a party during a rehearsal for televised press briefings. In the December 2020 video, Allegra Stratton, who was at the time Johnson's spokeswoman, refers to a Christmas party, at a time when the UK was under strict lockdown conditions that limited gatherings and effectively canceled Christmas. On Wednesday Stratton resigned from her government position in a tearful statement.Stratton, who later served as the Prime Minister's COP26 spokeswoman, said her comments had become a "distraction" in the fight against coronavirus, and offered her resignation on Wednesday afternoon. "I understand the anger and frustration that people feel," she said in a statement on camera."To all who lost loved ones, endured intolerable loneliness and struggled with your businesses -- I am sorry and this afternoon I offered my resignation to the Prime Minister."Also, on Wednesday, Johnson announced to Parliament that his cabinet secretary would conduct an investigation, which will now look into at least three separate alleged gatherings. The Prime Minister apologized "unreservedly for the offense" the leaked video had caused, but said he had been "repeatedly assured that there was no party and no rules were broken." Johnson said that if rules were broken "there will be disciplinary action for all those involved." He added that he was "furious" when he saw the video.Downing Street's position, before and since the video was leaked, is this: "There was no Christmas party and coronavirus rules had been followed at all times."After speaking to multiple officials, CNN has established that social gatherings were indeed held on the two days in question -- November 27 and December 18 -- and has confirmed a Daily Mirror report that Johnson himself gave an impromptu speech at the first one. Sources also confirmed reports that secret Santa gifts were exchanged on December 18.The accusations are damaging for the government as it seeks to enforce tougher coronavirus restrictions. On Wednesday, Johnson announced England would be tightening restrictions -- to a set of rules called "Plan B" -- due to rising cases of the Omicron coronavirus variant. From Friday, face coverings will again become mandatory in most public venues, including movie theaters. And from next week people will be advised to work from home and present a "Covid Pass" proving vaccination or recent recovery to enter nightclubs and other venues with large crowds.- by Sharon Braithwaite and Allegra Goodwin, CNN
As we approach Winter, murmurs of another lockdown have slowly been entering the national conversation. Just yesterday Health Secretary Sajid Javid tweeted that it was a “national mission” to get jabbed so that we “can get through Winter and enjoy Christmas” while Deputy Chief Medical Officer Jonathan Vam-Tam last week threatened Plan B if people acted “like Covid was over”.But is all this pessimism really warranted? After all, Covid infection rates in the UK have been falling for over two weeks and, compared to the rest of Europe (where cases are rising), it does not look in bad shape. To get a more balanced picture, Freddie Sayers spoke to Dr. Raghib Ali, a clinical epidemiologist from the University of Cambridge and a frontline doctor. Last month, he gained nationwide attention when he published ‘The Lockdown Myths that need challenging', arguing (among other things) that it was incorrect to say that the UK's high death rate was attributable to locking down late or that lives would have been saved if we lockdown earlier. In today's UnHerdTV, he expanded on his thinking and explained why he didn't think restrictions would be coming in before Christmas:Most of the modellers think that cases, hospitalisations and deaths will fall over the coming months because of the very high levels of population immunity thanks to a combination of vaccination and natural immunity. And therefore it's very unlikely — unless there is some new variant which we have seen before — that there will be a situation like last winter. Because of that, I don't think we're going to have any new restrictions between now and ChristmasFor more read The Post from UnHerd See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

I'm sure every Mum will not be embracing the fact with open arms that their children will need to be 'home schooled' again! Make an exercise routine that you'll stick to - don't let your fitness slide as this is what will keep you SANE! 4. Create a culture of accountability - it will help you stick to your goals (yes they do still matter!) 5. Make sleep a priority - why not...it's the biggest natural break from it all, where your body and mind have a chance to recover! Naturally the next few months are going to challenge us to another new level which is why it's important more than ever for all concerned to keep to a routine, stay fit and eat healthily so we don't drag ourselves through but we thrive and come out of this even fitter, stronger and ALIVE! I woke up this morning quite angry about the latest UK Lockdown. Yet again I have to close my business with no notice or support and it makes me question - who are the vulnerable at the moment? Is it the elderly or is it businesses owners who are losing everything? This episode is a little rant and bitch about what is going on. I try to spin it a little by looking at what is good in my life and where I can find some small wins. Often we find ourselves getting so angry and distracted about what is bad in our lives, we forget what is good. By focussing on good and small wins helps us keep motivated and energised to deal with the crap. If you are like me and struggling / trying to improve why not connect with me on Facebook @coach.leetaylorI would love to hear and connect with like minded people going through the same journey as me.

This episode is perfect for any brides out there who are currently in the middle of planning or replanning a wedding taking place in under the ongoing and ever changing lockdown restrictions here in the UK. Karla and her fiance originally planned their wedding day for November 2020 but brought their wedding forward to September leaving them 2 days to make all the necessary arrangements for their special day! Looking back now Karla and Dean feel incredibly lucky to have shared her wedding with their nearest and dearest and wonders why they spent so much time sweating about the small stuff instead of whats really important. Originally they planned to have a Harry Potter themed wedding with 113 guests, which quickly became a smaller intimate wedding with no DIYs and a fraction of the guests. Here's an honest opinion on how that felt! We talk about the emotional impact of having a smaller ceremony, the drama of bringing the wedding forward and how it feels to BE MARRIED! We've been here before, only this time we know how hard it is. However, don't let it control you! Learn to control the 'controllables' which is your fitness, nutrition and mindset. In this episode I share some questions I have received from clients that will hopefully help you in this next stretch! Your greatest wealth is your health even more so now. It has been studied that those who embark on a fitness/weightloss program in November are statistically more likely to succeed than those who start in January. Why wait..you've got nothing to lose (but weight) and everything to gain (your health and wellness). I hope you find this episode useful and if you believe that it will help some-one you know/love then please do share. By leaving a review on iTunes you will help this podcast reach more listeners. Hello and Welcome to Episode 8! This week the guys go through the latest news from GW and launch their new army projects in time for the UK Lockdown! Each of the guys has selected one (two in Callum's case) new army project to work on over the next few months, ready for Codex updates and hopefully events in 2021! We hope that any listeners starting project are to join us on the journey and see where we end up! There's a fair bit of rambling this episode and Callum had clearly been drinking since finishing work earlier in the day (so pretty NSFW)!

During the last lockdown, we faced a lot of challenges. One of the biggest challenges was preserving our physical and mental well-being. I want to do everything I can to ensure that this isn't the case this time around and we come out of this period in the stronger than we entered it. And that's why today's episode has been created. In this episode of the Simply Fit Podcast we go through three key questions related to keeping you in the best shape mentally and physically throughout the coming lockdown period: “How do I keep my mental health in a good place?” “How do I stay on track with my training?” ”How do I stay on track with my nutrition?” Work with me: www.ehcoaching.co.uk Connect with me on Instagram: @elliothasoon

"Rule of six" & 10pm curfew. UK lockdown rules spread confusion. The Duran: Episode 688. Via The Daily Mail UK (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8778071/Pubs-restaurants-told-make-customers-use-barcode-despite-glaring-errors.html)... Pubs and restaurants are turning away customers who don't have the Government's 'pathetic' tracing app,' - despite glaring errors that stopped thousands from logging their test results. The beleaguered app's latest fiasco came last night when it blocked up to 70,000 users from logging their test results. The app relies on Bluetooth to determine if someone has been within two metres of an infectious person for 15 minutes, but other Bluetooth devices can interfere with the signal, generating a 'false positive'. To compound the problems, it has also transpired that the app doesn't work on millions of older smartphones. It also requires a code to register a completed test but it is only given if the test returns as positive. Those with a negative test are only able to register their result if they booked directly through the app. Despite the issues, Matt Hancock hailed the app as a success as he revealed more than 10 million people downloaded it since its launch on Thursday. *** The Patriot Beacon #1 Tactical Flashlight on the Market Link: https://www.patrioticlegacy.com/product/patriot-flashlight/ Coupon code: Duran20

Heath Secretary Matt Hancock has put the country on notice for a national social lockdown, saying: “I fear more people will die.” But our political editor Joe Murphy says restrictions this time could be a lot different than before, with an emphasis on keeping friends apart. He also tells us about the crunch Downing Street meetings this week, where scientists called for the Prime Minister to force a "circuit break" but the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, warned about the "extremely worrying" forecasts for the economy if we go into any form of extended lockdown. Also, the Coram adoption charity is reporting a massive increase in the number of people looking to take in children during this pandemic. It says numbers are up 24% on last year, and it thinks it's down to people having time to reflect on what's important in their lives. We speak to the charity's Sue Lowndes who says the rising interest has taken them by surprise, but delighted children who feared their chances of finding a new home would be hurt in a time of social isolation. She also gives advice for those who are considering adoption themselves. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

I interviewed Kirsty Brimelow QC in her Doughty Street Chambers. She has a stellar career in human rights, criminal and public law and a string of successes and awards. She become one of my early lockdown heroes when I read about her work in identifying and overturning wrongful convictions under the UK Lockdown regulations, starting with the very first conviction Marie Dinou. We talked about the UK's Lockdown Regulations, what they mean for us, how the government keeps confusing law and ‘rules'/guidance and the public service she has undertaken by trying to overturn wrongful convictions. ‘We have become too used to being a liberal democratic country and our rights are being pulled away by stealth.' An almighty cock-up during recording rather compromises the audio quality on Tom's end this week, but hopefully you can still garner some enjoyment from an episode packed with theme park news. We've got a report from the opening week of The Bourne Stuntacular at Universal Orlando, the latest on Walt Disney World's return, a delay for Super Nintendo World in Japan, and how we reckon the UK theme park scene will get on as the country's hospitality and tourism industry makes what some feel could be a premature return. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/parkrush/message

99 days into the UK Lockdown and the tsunami of mixed-quality painting continues to roll on and on across seven different desks spread far and wide across the Southern half of England, and yet again this is your chance to share that experience in full stereophonic audio quality. In this week's episode there is a vague attempt made to answer the questions posed in this exact same block of text last week but which last week's podcast failed to even mention, the many questions that the subject of badgers always throws up are debated in probably the most thorough way ever seen on any wargaming-specific podcast, the Later Ottoman army gets picked apart in both it's Serbian and non-Serbian incarnations, and Andy's Quiz returns yet again. Other topics given a 99-day airing include what the best paint schemes are for burger bars, whether Napoleon ever got irritated with the Austrians always suing for peace after he beat them, which blue is best for painting denim, what is the correct way to pronounce your own name in a Swiss bowling alley, is there a way out of existential Janissary angst, what's the correct payment-in-kind for a 3 hour truck ride across Alabama, just how big is Steve from LBMS' house, and whether Ancient British baggage now needs to include an underground bypass for your own personal 15mm A303.
