Cutting Through the Chaos with Wallace Garneau – There is a crucial difference between left and right. The right knows what “too far” looks like. It rejects political violence, racism, and conspiratorial fantasies. When extremists try to attach themselves to conservative causes, they are denounced. The left, on the other hand, refuses to acknowledge that “too far” even exists. Every new radical demand is treated as progress...

Vuch returns to a now empty High School to meet up with some of the guys. As he changes in the regular boy's locker room, his mind wanders back to he and his teammates having the much nicer football locker room. It is closed to him and his friends now. As he heads into the weight room, he is greeted by grunting sounds as he starts to participate in the monster weight that Meat, his half-brother, is bench pressing. Vuch's mind reflects on how he came to know that his family now had an additional member, and the tragedy that put it all in motion. Meat pushes Kirby in the weight room. Together the trio, including Vuchie, hit chest hard. After finishing their assault of the weights, the guys relax in the steamroom. Kirby is excited for a party that Mike Massella is having to celebrate graduation from High School and ends up shocking the guys, when he mentions two announcements that he and his girlfriend Ivy will be making at the get-together.

They've got many balls in the air with a wide range of crops from veggies to perennial fruit, eggs and meat, hard cider and a restaurant. Crystal Rivers | Open Book | Sep 16, 2025 The path of spiritual maturity unfolds through distinct stages, each requiring different types of spiritual nourishment and understanding. Just as children progress from milk to solid food, believers advance from basic forgiveness and grace to deeper levels of spiritual discernment and consecrated living. True spiritual growth involves three interconnected dimensions: worship as a lifestyle rather than mere ritual, consecration through separation from corrupting influences, and spiritual warfare against opposing forces. Worship encompasses all of life - every action done in acknowledgment of divine authority becomes an act of reverence. This foundation supports the development of genuine spiritual character. Consecration requires careful attention to what influences shape your thoughts, relationships, and daily choices. The ancient priestly laws illustrate principles of spiritual separation - avoiding contamination through unclean associations, maintaining purity of heart and mind, and developing discernment between what builds up and what corrupts. This involves evaluating relationships with those who claim faith but consistently live in ways that contradict spiritual principles. The process of spiritual cleansing happens through consistent engagement with transformative truth and the symbolic power of communion with divine life. Grace functions not as permission for moral compromise, but as empowerment to overcome destructive patterns and grow into spiritual maturity. This requires active participation in your own transformation rather than passive expectation of automatic change. Practical consecration extends to family relationships, emphasizing the importance of shared meals, prayer over food, observing rest, and creating sacred rhythms in ordinary life. These practices create space for spiritual formation and strengthen bonds between family members while establishing healthy boundaries with corrupting influences. The goal is developing the ability to discern between good and evil in subtle matters - not just obvious moral choices, but the complex decisions that either promote or hinder spiritual growth. This discernment comes through consistently choosing spiritual nourishment over spiritual junk food, building relationships that encourage growth rather than compromise, and maintaining connection to divine presence through regular spiritual disciplines. However, I should note that some interpretations of spiritual perfection or complete separation from others can become unhealthy if taken to extremes. Balanced spiritual growth involves both personal holiness and compassionate engagement with others who are also on their own spiritual journeys. Zoom every weekday : http://www.caveadullam.org/zoom
Food prices are continuing to rise, with a 5% increase in the year to August. Dairy continues to be the main driver, with the price of milk rising 16%, cheese 26%, and butter 32%. Meat, poultry, and fish followed behind, up 8.1% annually. Fonterra Co-operative Council Chair John Stevenson told Mike Hosking what they see is a pretty clear correlation between current prices and global markets. He says it's a good time to be a farmer now but it may not always be the case, and you only have to go back to the 23/24 season in which the headline milk price was below the cost of production to see that. Meat snacks and sticks, particularly in the better-for-you market space, are soaring in popularity, but not all brands are benefitting the same way. Archer has reached aggressively across distribution channels with statistics that not only tell the obvious story — “stock us, we're better” — but also educates retail buyers on exactly how the meat snack category performs for them vis-a-vis competitors and what they can do to boost their sell-through, as Archer's Vice President of Marketing Andrew Thomas explains in this episode of MeatingPod. Meanwhile, the data also informs Archer's new marketing campaign, a tongue-in-cheek look at what it means to be “real.”
