Project 8200: UFO/UAP Bases and Activities: The original Remote Viewing Transcripts, Frederick H. Atwater In 1973, Star Gate remote viewer Pat Price made a stunning announcement. He said he was looking around the planet in his spare time and found four UFO bases. While there was an interesting corroboration of sorts on the information, no further action was taken. Those files served as task training material nearly a decade later. Project 8200 is the name Skip Atwater originally gave the efforts he and six military remote viewers put into gathering more information about Price's four UFO bases. Mt. Perdido, Pyrenees, Spain Mt. Inyangani, Zimbabwe Mt. Hayes, Alaska Mt. Ziel, Australia Paul H. Smith was one of the remote viewers in that group. His Mt. Hayes RV session is dated 1985. He had few details about the Pat Price connection or how his results affirmed Price's account of Mt. Hayes until he saw the actual papers in 2010. We cover more than just the 8200 material, however there is one account Paul alludes to that I didn't get details on and want to revisit in a future interview. [2025] He mentions a trans material UAP/USO at Skinwalker Ranch. The perfect hook! Website Bio: The longest serving controlled remote viewing (CRV)* teacher active today, Paul H. Smith began his career as a remote viewing instructor in 1984. He served for seven years in the government's Star Gate remote viewing program at Ft. Meade, MD (from September 1983 to August 1990). Starting in 1984, he became one of only five Star Gate personnel to be personally trained as remote viewers by the legendary founders of remote viewing, Ingo Swann and Dr. Harold E. Often compared to the Bermuda Triangle for its mysterious disappearances and paranormal phenomena, the Alaska Triangle stretches from Anchorage to Juneau, reaching up to Barrow, engulfing much of the state's wilderness. This episode uncovers the harsh geographic and environmental challenges that contribute to the numerous missing cases, and the tales of supernatural forces at play, including energy vortexes, alien activities, and mythical creatures like the Kushtaka, which legend says lures people away from safety. In the heart of this mysterious zone lies Mount Hayes, a location shrouded in more than just ice and snow; it's rumored to host a hidden alien base beneath its surface. We dive deep into the conspiracy theories fueled by leaked documents suggesting extraterrestrial monitoring and experimentation activities within the mountain. Additionally, we explore the fascinating and secretive Project Stargate, a government initiative that used psychics like Pat Price to spy on the Soviets during the Cold War. Price's remote viewing sessions reportedly revealed alien and military collaborations deep within Mount Hayes, adding layers to the intrigue. We are tuned in today with Paul Smith. Paul is a retired major in the US Army. He is most known as being a key member in the US government's secret Psychic Espionage Program, Star Gate, during the 1980s and 90s. He is a leading expert on ESP, Remote Viewing and applied consciousness. He was only part of a handful of people trained by the father of remote viewing: Ingo Swann and he in turn became one of the few trainers in the unit of other remote viewers. Paul brings us through the Men in Black scenario of his recruitment at Fort Meade … to his time in the unit and the stories of his remote viewing exercises … to unofficially using his skills when he served in Desert Storm … and to his wife figuring out about his psychic military duties. We discuss non-local consciousness and the difficulties that main stream scientists still have with non-physical realities. We discuss applied intuition and ESP-informed intuition, bilocation and when Ingo Swann saved the world. We also learn about Pat Price (the country's most capable remote viewer at the time and Police Commissioner) finding 4 presumed UFO bases on the planet in the 1970s using remote viewing - and Paul's experience in remote viewing the same and his discussion of the “people” he viewed there. What made the mysterious project leader “Axel Rod” suddenly pull a remote viewer out of his session, then take him hiking through the wilderness to an undisclosed location where they had to remain silent? Hear the impossible-sounding details of governmental remote viewing projects in which figures like Ingo Swann and Pat Price were tasked with looking at otherworldly events. Is alien activity the real reason why people go missing in Alaska? About 20,000 people have disappeared from Alaska since 1970. This is a massive number for such a sparsely populated state; it's over double the national average. Some might write that off, considering the conditions in Alaska are so cold and treacherous. But considering its size and population, which is only about 733,000 people, the amount of UFO sightings is staggering—with some sources saying there are well over 6500 reported sightings of UFOs. Compare this number to one of the most populated states in America, Florida, which in 2015 only had about 5,100 UFO sightings. Then, this Alaska number gets even more curious. Hear the story of three teenaged Anchorage girls who saw a “disc-shaped object” above an Air Force base. Learn the story of a former wilderness guide in Ketchikan who saw a “cauldron of molten metal” one day near his house. Join investigative researcher Rob Counts and remote viewer John Vivanco for a metaphysical show that's out of this world. In this episode, Rob and John discuss cattle mutilations' strange characteristics, Native American UFO sightings, and more. Rob and John's biggest question they attempt to answer in this episode is, “What the heck is going on in Alaska?”
Hey there friends and weirdos! This week we conclude the story of Pat Price, the psychic extraordinaire who may or may not have been killed for his incredible abilities. What weird beliefs was Price bringing to the Stanford Research Institute? Was it the KGB or the CIA who killed him? Or did Pat's heart simply give out? We discuss all this and more in the final episode of the so-called greatest psychic and remote viewer who ever lived!
Hey there friends and weirdos! In this one, we tell the story of Stanford Research Institute's "true" psychic star, Pat Price! After dabbling in mayoral politics and policing, how did this Scientologist come to work with the fellas at SRI on their CIA-funded Stargate Project? Was he truly capable of unbelievable psychic feats, so much so that the CIA ended up wanting him for themselves? We begin with part one, covering the life and remote viewing works of Price. All this and more!

We'll dissect the 'Alaska Triangle' TV show, not just for its spook factor but for the pressing questions it raises about what really lurks in the wilderness. Bigfoot, UFOs, and whispers of government secrets are merely the beginning of this heart-pounding journey. Then, cloak yourself in intrigue as we recount the peculiar narrative of Pat Price, the remote viewer who peered into other dimensions, possibly unlocking the key to the region's disappearances. Join us as we weave through the reality and myths with a skeptical yet open mind, seeking to understand the extraordinary occurrences wrapped in the enigmatic embrace of Alaska's wilds.
The U.S. government spent many years and millions of dollars investigating and developing a cadre of psychic spies in now- infamous programs dubbed Project Stargate and Grill Flame. Remote viewing protocols developed by the CIA allowed trained psychics to achieve shockingly accurate access to otherwise inaccessible information. Famed magician and television producer Chris Ramsay managed to track down and interview many of the key figures involved in the CIA and U.S. Army remote viewing programs, including Dr. Hal Puthoff, psychic Pat Price, and legendary remote viewer Joe McMoneagle. Although the programs were supposedly cancelled, Ramsay suspects they live on in some form because of astounding results that were achieved, most of which remain classified decades later. In some cases, the psychic warriors gained insight into UFOs and an ancient civilization on Mars that might be the ancestors of modern humans. Ramsay joins Jeremy and George to talk about his illustrious career and his three-part you tube film project about the inner workings of the remote viewing programs, including direct testimony from the psychic spies about their most disturbing cases and achievement. EPISODE 94 | Peek-A-Boo: Project Star Gate The US military heard the Soviets were working on creating psychic spies, so they started their own program, which would, after many name changes, get dubbed Project Star Gate. This would attract cranks and flim-flammers of all kinds over its 25 year run, resulting in not much useful intel but inspiring some participants to make a number of outlandish claims and starting various conspiracy theories about remote viewing techniques. In this week's episode we follow-up on our previous discussion about the secret CIA remote viewing program by doing an in-depth examination of one of the most interesting declassified documents associated with dubbed “The Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process” where Commander Wayne McDonnell explains to his superiors involved in the remote-viewing program at Fort Meade how the training he received at the Monroe Institute taught him to astral project using a pair of moderately priced headphones and some pre-recorded binaural beat audiotapes. We review the litany of theories presented inside this document and explain precisely what it all means, what's supposedly going on in the brain when it happens, how it works and what it all has to do with Astral Projection, Hypnotism, Out of Body and Near Death Experiences. In the extended show we switch it up to discuss how these ideas relate to the wisdom of Ancient Egypt and let Heka Astra explain in depth the kemetic anatomy of the soul, how they are thought to perform spirit travel and relate it to the technical data we explored in the first half. In this episode we're joined by Tim Hacker to explore the CIA's remote viewing program which employed physicists, biologists and psychic mediums in an attempt to weaponize the latent human capacity to project awareness to distant places, people and even planets regardless of distance, time or familiarity with the target. We discuss the fruitful partnership between the Stanford Research Institute, the US military and intelligence organizations at the highest level as they performed a menagerie of wacky experiments in the field of psychic activity, eventually utilizing it with great success in covert, top-secret operations to collect intelligence against the Soviets. We open discussion by exploring the shadowy Nazi origins of psychotronic warfare before talking about key players in the 70s like Kit Green, Russel Targ, Jon McMoneagle and even celebrities like the spoon-bending Uri Geller's involvement with the United States Remote Viewing program. In the extended episode we even touch upon the spooky overlap between remote viewing innovators like Hal Putthof, Ingo Swann and Pat Price's little known affiliation with the Church of Scientology. By the end of this episode you may even want to go in for some auditing yourself. In this episode we ask what did remote viewer Pat Price see on Mt. Hayes, Alaska and more importantly what did he learn about the nature of E.T.? Finally we examine the strange death of Mr. Price and ask if it was related to what he knew.
There has been a considerable amount of time and money poured into studying the phenomenon known as “remote viewing” by multiple American intelligence agencies in order to gain a competitive advantage over their counterparts in foreign countries. The science seems impossible to the average person, but the interest from the CIA, DIA, and DoD proves that there is clearly something to this unusual psychic ability. These programs had been shielded from the general public for decades, but Ryder Lee has found that not only did these programs exist, but that they were heavily financed by multiple intelligence agencies, changed names often, and were considered to be vital to national security. Stanford Research Institute got the ball rolling in the early 1970s, but when Pat Price turned up dead in 1975 things took an unusual turn. Did the CIA murder the best remote viewer in the world, or was he sheep-dipped and relocated elsewhere to continue his secret work? Russell Targ discusses his new book Third Eye Spies - Learn Remote Viewing from The Masters, showing just how Ingo Swann, Pat Price and Hella Hammid demonstrated and developed remote viewing talents and used them to uncover classified material and secret sites, for intelligence projects that are no longer classified. Topics range from precognitive dreams and outbound remote viewing, to the proven physics of quantum entanglement that may hold the key to how remote viewing transcends space and time. Russell shares the history of remote viewing from its origins in the Theosophical Society, including startling results where the structure of atoms and features of Jupiter were revealed to remote viewers years before they were confirmed scientifically. He explains how brokers used associative remote viewing to earn a quarter million dollars in the silver market. Russell and Gail even show details of recent experiments where she accurately describes remote viewing targets, scoring high on the rating system developed in the 70's and still in use today. It's part two of the bizarre story of American psychic spying. This week we learn about some of the actual operational remote viewing conducted by the second group of psychic spies at the Fort Meade army base in Maryland. From 1975 until the mid 1980s, the psychics at SRI and Fort Meade used the GRILL FLAME remote viewers when there was actual stakes on on the line. Or steaks on the grill, if you prefer. We learn about Joe McMoneagle, who would take up Pat Price's mantle as the super-psychic in the program and was awarded the Legion of Merit for correctly viewing the Soviet mega-submarine as it was being constructed, months before anyone outside the Soviet bloc ever set eyes on it or believed it existed. We also learn about psychic interrogation against a KGB agent in South Africa using implanted intrusive thoughts and guilt trips, and we see how Ingo Swann become the disco-writing Jedi master he was born to be. All this and much more as the actually true story of the remote viewing program continues. A note on names: the source mostly relied upon for this series is Jim Schnabel's Remote Viewers: The Secret History of America's Psychic Spies. Written in 1997, Remote Viewers makes liberal use of pseudonyms for people who did not want to, or could not be identified. We have tried to use the characters' real names as much as possible. In some cases, such as Dr. Christopher “Kit” Green (referred to as Dr. Richard Kennett in Remote Viewers), we were successful. In others, not so much. And in a few cases we were completely and utterly wrong. Because we're dumb sometimes. The channeller in part III is Angela Dellafiora, a name erroneously assumed to be a pseudonym. Don't know why. We refer to her as Courtney Brown, who is an entirely different and very real person. Whoops. That's our bad.

This week we're starting our series on the strange, absurd, and true story of Project Star Gate, the C.I.A. and D.I.A. program utilizing "remote viewers" AKA psychic spies which , lasted from 1972 until 1993 under various names and with varying levels of usefulness. Often written off as "that time the C.I.A tried to use psychics", in reality the remote viewing programs had many years of incredible successes and produced some of the weirdest tales of high strangeness we've ever heard. In part one we focus on the genesis of the program at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) with scientists Hal Puthof and Russel Targ, psychic Ingo Swann, and superhuman Christmas tree farmer Pat Price. We also meet head of the C.I.A.'s "weird desk" Kit Green and Israeli psychic/trickster/intelligence agent Uri Geller. From accidentally finding every secret there was to find about the NSA's most secret listening post, to high strangeness involving small monochrome UFOs and a floating phantom arm, it's a weird start to a weird saga. Is it possible that underground facilities with advanced technology exist beneath the mountains on Earth? Significant remote-viewing data indicates this may be so. Their purpose may be directly related to human monitoring and manipulation… Russell Pickering is an advanced remote viewing student. Over the years, he has come across a thread of data that points the possible existence of secret underground facilities. Initially first observed by Pat Price in the seventies, the project was eventually passed onto the Defense Intelligence Agency. At the DIA, no official taskings were made of these targets, however, they were explored as “training targets.” Pickering recovered some of these declassified documents, and is joined by seasoned remote viewer Daz Smith (of RemoteViewed.com) for this important discussion. Corroborating Data Remote Viewer Edward Riordan has been collecting some fascinating data. In his Ominous Feeling, Remote Viewing Q'Anon, and Remote Viewing Earth's Core, Edward has compiled data seeming to paint a picture of a technologically advanced society existing among the human Earth population, but also separate. They seem to have underground facilities and are working on technology that may directly impact the consciousness of the entire human population on Earth. Is Edward collecting data on the same targets listed in project 8200? In this podcast, Russell, Daz, and Dennis dive deep down the rabbit hole in the expiration of this data and its possible implications. More at https://www.6SenseMedia.net

Pat Price may never break a 4-minute mile, but as one of the people who helped create and put on the annual Sir Walter Miler, he's aided a lot of other runners in accomplishing that goal (and the 4:30 barrier for females) and made it possible for a lot more fast miles to be run on North Carolina soil than ever before. This year's event is Friday, August 2nd and as usual it will feature a lot of fast runners and a lot of spectators on (not near, ON) the track for the premier events. It will also feature local running clubs, and a race you likely won't see anywhere else (but you have to listen to find out what it is...or just go their web site).Keeping with the theme we share out #Top3Raleigh running spots--with a lot of help from your nominations--and talk about Moore Square re-opening and a new way to get around downtown. (It's not scooters. They took those away from us.)

On February 4, 1974, members of the Symbionese Liberation Army kidnapped nineteen-year-old newspaper heiress Patricia Hearst from her Berkeley, California apartment. Desperate to find her, the police called physicist Russell Targ and Pat Price, a psychic retired police commissioner. As Price turned the pages of the police mug book filled with hundreds of photos, suddenly he pointed to one of them and announced, "That's the ringleader." The man was Donald DeFreeze, who was indeed subsequently so identified. Price also described the type and location of the kidnap car, enabling the police to find it within minutes. That remarkable event is one reason Targ believes in ESP. Another occurred when his group made $120,000 by forecasting for nine weeks in a row the changes in the silver-commodity futures market. As a scientist, Targ demands proof. His experience is based on two decades of investigations at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI), which he cofounded with physicist Harold Puthoff in 1972. This twenty-million dollar program launched during the Cold War was supported by the CIA, NASA, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and Army and Air Force Intelligence. The experiments they conducted routinely presented results could have happened by chance less than once in a million. give it a'listen Mentioned Links Wanna hear from Russell? Remote Viewing is an incredible psychic phenomenon used by the CIA, the military, and NASA. It’s like ESP where a person has the ability to describe things far away that they’ve never seen before. Russell Targ, who started the Stanford Research Institute in the 70s to train people on the technique of remote viewing, and filmmaker, Lance Mungia, documented the incredible phenomenon in their new film, “Third Eye Spies.” They’re sharing stories about how this ability has been used (to see into the Kremlin, to aid in the Patty Hearst kidnapping investigation, and to spot the ring around Jupiter), and delving into the lives of some of the famous remote viewers in history (like Ingo Swann and Pat Price).

Citius Mag contributor and Sir Walter Miler race director Pat Price joins the show for a casual chat to discuss his field for next week's big race in Raleigh, North Carolina. A little on the Sir Walter Miler from the official website: "The Sir Walter Miler began due to lack of stateside races for American athletes. In June 2013, Sandy Roberts was coming his best collegiate season, and couldn’t find any meets, that weren’t in Europe, to continue his development. With this position, the “Sandman Mile” was created for Roberts to attempt a sub 4:00 mile with only his brother as the pacer. The event was promoted for only a few days, and would take place at the end of football practice, with the lights still on, at Cardinal Gibbons High School. Hundreds showed up and lined the track to cheer Roberts on. The next year, the Sir Walter Miler took that energy and developed it into a mile-centric event, which has only grown since." 17 sub-four minute miles have been run by men and nine sub-4:30's by women. The race has a pretty electric atmosphere that has set a tone for how a lot of races have started to operate within the U.S. Pat discusses a little bit of that history and tradition that has formed because of the race. We size up some of the elite fields and what to expect from the top stars like Craig Engels, Stephanie Garcia and many more.
