Le mois de novembre est derrière nous ainsi que les  tests Facebook Ads que nous avons rendu sur l'Escouade. Au programme du jour : 1/ La structure d'un test Facebook Ads pour créatif. C'est une question qui revient assez souvent : comment testez-vous en Facebook Ads ? Récemment, nous avons procédé à un test de façon académique (ou industrielle). En 2 mois, 11 campagnes se sont succédées sur un compte publicitaire Facebook avec l'idée d'aller chercher des CPA les plus bas possibles pour ensuite, transférer les meilleurs éléments dans notre campagne principale. Maintenant, vous vous posez la question suivante : qu'est-ce qu'on met dans ces tests ?  On commence par y mettre les deux audiences (voire l'audience LA) plus performantes de votre compte, parce qu'on veut tester des créatifs et pas l'inverse. Par contre, sachant que notre campagne principale détient un budget supérieur à 100$, les campagnes de tests auront 20$/jour à dépenser par audience (car nous sommes en ABO). Cela permet de ne générer aucun chevauchement d'enchères au sein du compte. 2/ L'effet Breakdown est une approche pour vos publicités qu'on trouve de plus en plus dans l'industrie des compléments alimentaires et que nous avons essayé sur différents clients. Il consiste simplement à examiner votre produit et à le diviser en tous les ingrédients, les composants et les bénéfices qu'il procure. Par la suite, vous affichez une photo centrale de ce même produit et vous y déployez les éléments les plus efficaces, les plus parlants. En plus d'avoir fonctionné chez notre annonceur de complément alimentaire, nous l'avons testé avec un client dont le produit principal… est un bateau. La publicité s'est alors classée parmi celles avec le plus de dépenses, éclipsant les autres. 3/ Difficile de générer des leads de qualité en Lead Ads… On le sait, tout le monde le sait. Très souvent les leads ne répondent pas aux appels ou ne se souviennent pas d'avoir rempli un formulaire… C'est alors qu'on a testé une variation de notre audience. Si celle-ci ne répond pas toujours c'est qu'elle doit être occupée. Dans ces conditions, nous avons segmenté l'audience en ne ciblant que les personnes connectées à internet par le wifi. De cette façon, on sait que les gens sont chez eux ou au travail, mais certainement pas dans le bus, en train de faire leur course ou dehors ! Un petit changement qui a donné bien des résultats ! 4/ Dernier test du mois et qui concerne le Scale. Il y a deux mois, nous étions au Ad World, le plus gros événement de publicité en ligne au monde. Nous avions droit à une avalanche de conférences, parfois très instructives, parfois pas du tout (et c'est souvent les plus « petits » qui ont le plus à nous apprendre). Nous avions des bêtes du e-commerce, de la publicité Facebook, des tunnels de ventes, etc. Une des tendances nettes qu'on a pu noter, et qui n'était pas explicitement citée dans ces conférences, c'est le scale horizontal. Parmi les marketeurs qui montraient leur compte publicitaire, il n'y en avait aucun avec seulement deux à trois campagnes actives. Aucun. Atteindre des milliers de dollars de dépenses journalières est devenu tellement difficile avec seulement 3 campagnes que même les têtes de ce milieu passent par une autre voie : scaler leur compte par le nombre de campagnes ( → scale horizontal). C'est d'ailleurs avec un intérêt non dissimulé que la fin de l'année 2022 voit l'utilisation de campagnes en Adset Budget Optimization se propager allègrement dans nos comptes. Pour vous donner une idée plus précise, sur une vingtaine de e-commerces en acquisition seulement (conversion & catalog sales), la part du budget alloué à ce paramètre de campagne est passé de 0 en janvier… à 16,63% en octobre. Suite et fin de notre participation au Ad World 2022. La dernière fois, nous avons parlé de comment construire une bonne offre grâce aux conseils de Alex Cattoni. Cette fois, on revient davantage à la publicité Facebook et notamment, grâce à CreativeX. CreativeX est une entreprise qui est dans l'analyse permanente des créatifs via l'intelligence artificielle, elle travaille avec Meta, Google, Amazon et bien d'autres groupes tout autant gigantesque.  À force d'analyse, ils ont créé le CQS, soit le Score de Qualité des créatifs. C'est un taux calculé par le nombre de meilleures pratiques appliquées à un créatif (que ce soit une image ou une vidéo) divisé le nombre total des meilleures pratiques en place. La grosse découverte, c'est le plus haut votre score de qualité est élevé, le plus bas sera votre CPM. Le simple fait d'augmenter son score à hauteur de 10%, vous permet de diminuer le CPM de 2%. Lorsque vous êtes dans le tiers le plus élevé du CQS, c'est un CPM qui est 15% moins cher par rapport à vos concurrents qui sont dans le premier tiers. A nouveau, ce ne sont pas des résultats qui vont changer la donne dans l'immédiat. Mais 15% de moins sur votre CPM toute l'année, je vous laisse faire le calcul de ce que vous économisez. Les annonceurs qui réussissent à obtenir le meilleur score sur Instagram, peuvent s'attendre à une diminution de + de 25% de leur CPM et quasiment 20% sur Facebook. Pour la seconde conférence, on se tourne vers une thématique : la page de vente. Comprenez que lorsque vous renvoyez sur votre boutique en ligne, le trop grand nombre de choix, de boutons et de possibilités peut être un véritable frein à la conversion.  C'est pourquoi, Nik Sharma, CEO de l'agence HOOX, nous invite à utiliser des pages dédiées pour que votre expérience soit linéaire (avec donc moins de choix) que votre site (et toutes les portes de sortie que ça offre). C'est d'ailleurs, dans la Hero Section que se trouve le plus grand nombre d'erreurs commises. La première étant d'utiliser votre titre (et le sous-titre) pour autre chose qu'un argument de vente. Par exemple, mettre votre marque en titre est une occasion perdue de faire passer une promesse de résultat ou appuyer votre Unique Selling Proposition. Par exemple, sur notre page de webinaire, on ne va pas dire “Le webinaire 100% Facebook Ads !” mais plutôt “Optimisez vos campagnes dès maintenant sans craindre…” et la faire la liste de tous les obstacles que notre audience rencontre à l'heure actuelle. On revient du Ad World qui est le plus gros événement de marketing en ligne et on a eu la chance de voir énormément de conférences sur des sujets très variés allant de l'emailing, du copywriting, de la publicité et de la création de contenu. Parmi ces conférences, certaines ont retenu notre attention, dont celle de Alex Cattoni, CEO de Copy Posse. Alex nous présente les 4 piliers d'une bonne offre suivi des 5 objections les plus courantes auxquelles vous devez faire face en tant qu'annonceur. #1 - Fonctionnalité vs. Bénéfice L'erreur la plus commune quand on rédige une offre c'est de vouloir donner des caractéristiques à son produit ou service sans penser que cela peut être tout à fait inutile. Tout le travail est de traduire vos fonctionnalités en bénéfices grâce à un outil tout simple. #2 - Le Prix vs. La valeur Le prix, c'est ce que votre client doit payer pour obtenir votre produit alors que la valeur, c'est ce qu'il perçoit de votre produit. On doit faire augmenter la valeur grâce à 3 leviers : La juxtaposition de votre prix, L'empilement de bonus Les rabais  #3 - La rareté  On s'attaque à une autre équation : celle de la demande et de l'offre. L'idée est de diminuer l'offre grâce à 4 leviers :  La rareté de prix. La rareté de volume La rareté de bonus La rareté de temps #4 - Les objections Vous êtes trop cher.
