Having overseen podcast ad sales for over a decade, here at TWiT, we know how to properly implement podcast campaigns on our network. Here are the top four tools you should use to properly gauge your podcast campaigns. Use ad-tech, such as Podsights, Claritas, or Podscribe, to properly gauge attribution. These providers will include a tracking pixel in the podcast feed and a tracking pixel on your website. Then the ad tech company can track who downloaded a podcast episode with an ad in it, and they track that IP address for 60 days to see if they visited your website. Ad tech is an excellent resource for attribution. Ad tech can offer more services such as shopping cart conversions, but it's rarely accurate for B2B clients, and why we stress using it only for attribution. Review traction to your custom landing page if one was set up and review the conversions. If a landing page was not set up, then review offer codes. Include a post-purchase survey. We recommend Fairing.co but any post-purchase survey will do. Review the reporting document the podcast set up for you. It takes multiple tools to gauge all podcast campaigns, and those who ignore any of these tools will not understand the full impact of what they are purchasing. In today's climate, marketers need to buy smarter and use all the tools available to gauge impact. Think about it. If your homepage has 20% off and your podcast campaign offer is 20% off, who is going to visit a landing page or remember a code when the same offer is on the homepage? If you have a technical audience, such as ours, they are not going to visit landing pages at all. They will simply google your brands name. Lastly, remember that all podcast ads take time. These are not TV or radio ads. These are podcast ads, which means it's on-demand content. We recommend waiting at least a month before reviewing campaigns because you have to allow time for fans to download episodes, listen to them, and then act on the ads they heard. If you are interested in advertising with us because you want the gold standard in podcast advertising, then please email advertise@twit.tv, and we will get back to you ASAP. Matt has spent the last decade helping brands with attribution and analytics. He also advises and consults various businesses, from direct-to-consumer brands to public companies. Understanding your customers and their shopping habits provides insight into online marketing strategies. What attribution tools are available to leverage the post-purchase customer relationship? Traditional post-purchase surveys are designed to serve future customers, but to market your product effectively, you must also track your current customers. Fairing, co-founded by Matt Bahr, utilizes individually targeted questions to gather data from customers instantly — allowing you to understand their purchasing intent and how they found your product. In this episode of The Up Arrow Podcast, William Harris welcomes Matt Bahr, Co-founder and CEO of Fairing, to discuss how his company solves attribution challenges in the marketplace. Matt also shares how he builds and empowers his team, the challenges he faced in his entrepreneurial journey, how to identify successful marketing strategies, and his perspective on the future of customer data.

Unlike radio and TV ads, the full impact of every podcast ad dropped on our network takes 8 weeks to reach its fullest impact. Here are the 3 reasons why - #1 You have to give the audience time to download the episode, #2 You have to give them time to listen to the episode, and #3 You need to provide them with time to act on the ad read. We place our partners on our sponsor page, show episode page, and in the RSS feed episode description. Direct partners also receive social media and newsletter promotion, and ALL partners receive over-delivery on ad impressions because we embed our ad reads, meaning they are evergreen and live in our content forever. When reviewing the results of a campaign on our network, you must review ALL the data to gauge the overall impact. Here are the five steps you need to follow. Review the total impressions delivered on our reporting document and remember that all ads take eight weeks to reach their fullest impact Review the visits to your landing page if a custom URL was established Review the conversion made if tracked on a landing page or offer codes Review the Podsights traction, as most fans will skip landing pages & offer codes because what's offered on them on our network is generally the same as the homepage Implement a post-purchase survey and ask directly from your new customers how they found you. I was given Fairing.co as a recommendation for this. You must consider ALL traction because, based on four years of data, we find that all DR campaigns are 3x+ greater than landing page visits and 6-8x greater for branding campaigns. We are the gold standard in podcast advertising, why go anywhere else? Reach out today to advertise@twit.tv, and let's discuss your growth goals. On Tuesday, Rajya Sabha passed the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Bill, 2022, clearing the path for the reunification of three municipal corporations of Delhi into a single entity. The decision comes a week after Lok Sabha passed the bill for the unification of the municipal corporation's South, North and East divisions, which were split nearly a decade ago. While defending the move, the finance minister informed the Rajya Sabha that the new entity would be “efficient and provide better services”. But how the country's major municipal corporations are faring financially. Let us see. BMC had presented a budget of Rs 45,949.2 crore for 2022-23, whereas the combined budget of the three municipal corporations in Delhi was a little over Rs 17,000 crore. The total outlay for Bengaluru's Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) was Rs 10,482.5 crore for 2022-23, whereas Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) had a budget of Rs 8,807 crore for the year. Pune Municipal Corporation had a budget of Rs 8,592 crore for 2022-23. It remains to be seen if the reunification will improve the finances of Delhi's civic body. An RBI analysis of 2017-18 data of 221 municipal bodies across the country found that nearly half the bodies were under high fiscal stress, given their limited ability to raise their own revenues. An ICRIER study in conjunction with the fifteenth finance commission found that for most of the large entities -- barring Delhi -- own revenues as a proportion of total revenues had declined. For instance, in the case of Mumbai, own revenues accounted for 97.6 per cent of total municipal revenues in 2012-13, but the ratio declined to 73.1 per cent in 2017-18. Bengaluru's contribution to municipal revenues was 44.1 per cent in 2017-18 against 49.6 per cent in 2012-13. The rest was being funded from state transfer. Civic bodies have long been criticised for their inability to raise revenues from property taxes. An OECD report from 2017 had found that the average property tax collection in OECD countries was 1.08 per cent of GDP. In contrast, India had a ratio of 0.2 per cent. An earlier study in 2016 had found that Pune collected four times as much property tax per capita than Delhi. Bengaluru's per capita property tax revenue was triple of the national capital. A recent RBI study had found that 70 per cent of surveyed urban local bodies had reported a worsening of revenues and an increase in expenditure during the pandemic. The combined entity in Delhi, thus, shall have an uphill task of improving efficiency and raising own revenues. Watch video

In the old age black was not counted fair, Or if it were it bore not beauty's name; But now is black beauty's successive heir, And beauty slander'd with a bastard shame, For since each hand hath put on nature's power, Fairing the foul with art's false borrow'd face, Sweet beauty hath no name, no holy bow'r, But is profan'd, if not lives in disgrace. Lots to talk about - China is off to Mars with it's first rover, SpaceX successfully achieved another level of reusability capabilities, the return date for Demo-2 and Astronauts Bob & Doug is official (and soon!). And we have a progress update on our Galileo rocket project after our first design session. Guest : Kerry Mauchline | Spokesperson for Education MEC| Despite a lot of controversies, schools across the nation have been opened with schools in the Western Cape opening first. This week we have seen a rise in positive COVID-19 cases amongst schools, with a coronavirus cluster outbreak in the Eastern Cape. Today the Department of Basic Education said that it was working with health officials to help pupils, educators, and parents to help with this outbreak. Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga said that cases being reported in schools showed that many people already had the virus but were unaware of it until they were screened. This may be the case, but it does not alleviate the worry many people have around sending their children to school during this time. So with schools being open for a while, we thought we would check in on how things are going.

View the Video version of this Episode at: https://www.bryanvogt.com/how-is-the-real-…ovid-19-pandemic/ How is the real estate market fairing in the COVID-19 pandemic? Stay tuned and I will give you that answer! Hi everyone! Even though we are not through the pandemic and there maybe more hurdles to overcome. There does seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel for the country and of course the Metro East by the end of this month. And that’s great news! So, how is the Metro East real estate market fairing in the COVID-19 pandemic? The real estate market is doing very well overall. In my professional opinion there are three main reasons why! 1. Understand there are always buyers who must have a place to live. Their lease is up. Or is coming up shortly and have decided to buy. Or they have already sold their house and need to buy another home to live in. 2. The Military is still out there. Many of them are buying homes thru video. I just had a military buyer buy a home from video alone. Understand this was not a one- or two-minute video. More like thirty- or forty-minute video showing everything and anything in the house and in the subdivision. So, they could make a smart buying decision. 3. The advances in Technology that or available to agents now. Whatever agent you choose to help you buy or sell. It is a must that they have the skills to work in the different platforms that are available to sell homes! Whether that be Zoom, Facetime, Youtube, Podcasts and much much more! Make sure you hit the subscribe button and ring the bell to see not only future episodes of our every changing market. But to see all the past episodes too! Who do you know looking to buy now? That wants an agent who has the technology skills to help buyers make a smart buying decision. Whether in person or viewing homes on video. Or who wants to give it some time, which I fully understand but still wants their agent not only send homes to them but keep them informed of the changes in the market. Either way have them call my private line at 618-210-2451 and let’s get you in your dream home now or in near future. Until next time Make it a great day!

We cover their announcement at the SmallSat conference. We also have a quick picture update on the new ULA Vulcan rocket showcasing its current status. And there is an epic video of the SpaceX Ms. Tree ship capturing a Fairing half out at sea! It's a stunning shot!
This week I got carried away after SpaceX tweeted video from the Falcon Heavy STP-2 mission where the camera was attached to the fairing they recovered thanks to Ms. Tree. It's really amazing how much inspiration and learning you get for everyone when a company like SpaceX takes NASA's tact of sharing their development for everyone to see. The simple act of sharing a video of what it looks like to recover a fairing from a rocket literally gave me enough energy and excitement to write a 20 minute episode. Imagine what else and who else this act of free sharing is inspiring. Which leads me to the second point of this week's podcast - from my research into Space History, thanks to the book Chasing the Moon. Space Programs that do great things take a while to accomplish - 5-10 years. If we learn anything from the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing, its that the trend shows interest in the program fades before the mission is finished and fully funded. How does NASA adjust in 2019 to make sure that support stays with the Artemis program so that we see the first woman and next man to walk on the moon in 2024? I also finish with my sporadic impression of JFK as I go through Part 2 of the "We choose to go to the Moon" speech at Rice University in 1962. Getting excited for the Apollo 11 50th anniversary next week (July 16-20th). Reach out if you'd like us to cover anything space related! Harley vs Indian: Below are some of the high points we discussed INDIAN CHIEFTAIN CLASSIC BASE PRICE: $26,749 HARLEY STREET GLIDE SPECIAL BASE PRICE: $27,089 DIFFERENCE OF $340 INDIAN HAS THE THUNDERSTOKE 111 CI MOTOR 1811cc INDIAN HASN'T UPGRADED THAT 111 MOTOR FOR MANY YEARS NOW UNVEILED BACK IN 2013 NOTHING SINCE THEN HARLEY HAS THE MILWAUKEE-EIGHT 107 AND 114 CI MOTORS 2019 HD STREET GLIDE AND ROAD GLIDE SPECIALS COMING WITH 114 CI MOTOR STOCK 1868 cc Harley pros: For a tall rider, the Harley Road Glide special is very comfortable. The Street Glide is tighter for tall guys, but both excellent riding positions. Lots of accessory options with Harley. Way more than Indian! More saddlebag space in Harley Milwaukee-eight 107" ci motor has great power. Harley 107 ci motor has a touch more acceleration than the Indian Thunderstroke 111 with air, exhaust, and EFI tuner upgrades on both. So, the Milwaukee-eight 114" motor will definitely have more power. Accessories from manufacturer cost a bit less for Harley compared to Indian. More dealers nationwide f0r Harley-Davidson Harley has a long history with the brand and bikes Harley touring models have a larger fuel tank for riding cross-country Many aftermarket HD accessories work and fit well. Beware of some aftermarket parts for Indian. Harley Cons: With the Harley Boom!™ Box Infotainment System you have to add an expensive Wireless Headset Interface Module (WHIM) in order to have Bluetooth headset paring. And you have to buy a Harley stamped Sena Bluetooth headset in order to get full functionality and stereo sound. The Indian Ride Command® system is ready to pair with any major brand Bluetooth headset and you get full functionality. You don't have to add anything on. Some Harley Dealerships are treating their customers very poorly by stating they'll void warranties if a customer adds an aftermarket air intake or mufflers. This is ridiculous & Harley-Davidson dealerships doing this should be ashamed. They are trying to force customers to buy only Harley stamped products and pay mechanics to install simple things. Service at Harley dealerships-You want to trust they know everything but the fact is that many dealers are not up to speed and properly trained on the emerging technology such as the Boom!™ Box Infotainment System. Indian pros: Quality bike. Nice touches. Offering traditional styling and new limited editions. Technology-Ride Command infotainment system works great! Bluetooth built in. Just pair a Bluetooth headset. GPS updates are free for the first 3 years! Indian uses Navi Extras for the GPS maps. Harley uses Navi Extras for the GPS maps but you must pay $150 to $200 to upgrade your GPS maps in the Boom Box Infotainment System Charger in the saddlebag for electronics comes stock on the Indian Paint is fantastic-Love the color matched inner fairing & front fairing Thunder stoke 111 ci motor has lots of torque. Milwaukee-eight 107 is better in higher gears. Both bikes with similar aftermarket upgrades Smooth/quieter transmission shifts than on the Harley. Not clunky. Easier oil changes on Indian. One hole. Electronic saddlebag lock & unlock electronically. A nice feature that's not available on Harley. Indian Cons: Indian is owned by Polaris, who make a ton of other things. Are they really focusing on the Indian or on their many other products? Harley is primarily focused on producing motorcycles Small saddlebag compared to Harley. The design is an illusion and looks very big from the outside, but inside it's significantly less space Indian has a smaller gas tank. Harley has a 6-gallon gas tank. Indian has only a 5.5-gallon and you should you pack an extra gallon of fuel if riding cross-country with Harley touring riders? Fairing feels more in the face compared to Harley Road Glide. Similar to a Harley Street Glide feel. Taller riders on the Indian will need to adjust at first but you can get used to it. Much more limited options on aftermarket products for Indian Expensive parts compared to Harley A much smaller network of Indian dealerships. Sponsor-Ciro 3D CLICK HERE!
