Then came 850,000 fireworks, a Code Red air quality alert, briefly the worst air of any major city on Earth, and a 100+ post Truth Social meltdown featuring attacks on a federal judge, pool water, and a Home Alone 2 throwback. Meanwhile, hundreds of masked Patriot Front members marched through DC with Confederate flags, and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum declined, three times, to condemn them. But that's only 25% of the show. The main event: Kamala Harris is running for president, and the receipts say so. The private call to Zohran Mamdani. The closed-door meeting with AOC. The outreach to Uncommitted Movement co-founder Abbas Alawieh and James Zogby. The policy briefings on China, AI, and Venezuela. She hasn't announced, but nobody schedules Venezuela briefings for fun. So this episode does something radical: it talks about Kamala Harris fairly.
