But she said to herself that if we ever revived the project, she was asking about this mysterious mound she just began to notice.I know it's probably mundane, but they are working hard to make it just blend in with nature and yet there are stairs, air ducts and drainage pipe in the stone wall.I have driven this route for decades and just noticed that it was something more than a hill in the past seven or eight years. I can't be alone in wondering!WPLN's Blake Farmer met her out there and invited a Metro agency to pinpoint the answer.

Send a textWhat if SEO costs started at zero and only kicked in when you actually ranked? We sit down with Jacob Broussard to unpack a performance-based approach that flips the usual agency pitch on its head. No vague retainers, no blind faith—just clear milestones tied to specific ranks and keywords that match real-world demand. We start with the decisions that make or break local search: how to choose broad, high-volume keywords that lift your entire site, then layer in profitable niche terms like office sheds, studios, or cabins. Jacob explains why similar phrases can rank differently, how Google treats close variants, and why a laddered strategy captures both volume and margin. Then we get into the money: six milestone payments tethered to concrete ranking positions, followed by tiered monthly maintenance that only begins after hitting page one. If you stop swimming in the wave pool, competitors pass you—so the model focuses on holding the top, where the majority of clicks live.Numbers matter, so we bring receipts. Click-through data shows rank one often earns close to 40 percent of organic traffic, with a steep drop by positions six through nine. Jacob walks through a live proposal and a rapid case study: a brand-new “sheds in Nashville” site that climbed onto page one in roughly 36 days using on-site SEO alone. We break down on-site vs off-site roles, why map pack visibility and reviews amplify organic wins, and how to route visitors into fast quote flows and 3D builders that convert curiosity into orders. If you run a shed dealership or manufacture with dealer networks, this conversation gives you a roadmap: pick the right primary term, build trustworthy content, secure citations and reviews, and invest where ranking gains translate to phone calls, quotes, and deliveries. It's SEO you can forecast, with costs and outcomes you can explain to your team. For more information or to know more about the Shed Geek Podcast visit us at our website.Would you like to receive our weekly newsletter?  Sign up on our website.Follow us on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube at the handle @shedgeekpodcast.To be a guest on the Shed Geek Podcast visit our website and fill out the "Contact Us" form.To suggest show topics or ask questions you want answered email us at info@shedgeek.com.This episodes Sponsors:Digital Shed BuilderVelocity 360Newfound SolutionsCardinal Leasing

Alabama Basketball coasted in the second half to a 100-75 win over Mississippi State Basketball. Michael Bethany was leading worship, building wells in Sri Lanka, writing songs, and serving the church—but something was missing. Then in 2017, he watched a Francis Chan YouTube video about Isaiah 6. And everything changed. That night, he felt guilty praying from his bed. He got on his knees, humbled himself, and started waking up 1.5 hours earlier for a daily prayer closet—even though he "didn't know how to pray that long." What happened next reshaped his entire ministry. In this powerful conversation, Michael shares: ✅ Why intimacy with God is the ENGINE for mission (not the other way around) ✅ The teenager moment when he spontaneously sang "Holy" and everything shifted ✅ How getting tricked into a Sri Lanka missions trip changed his relationship with music ✅ Why "you don't have enough energy to change the world without intimacy with the Lord" ✅ The #1 reason worship leaders get fired (hint: it's not musical ability) If you're running on fumes, trying to lead well while feeling distant from God—this episode will recalibrate everything. Fresh off his Grand Nationals win in Nashville, Hunter Wallis joins Spence and Drake on the phone — along with Josh Grossenbacher — to really break down the competition. They dive deep into the details of Grand Nationals: the preparation, the pressure on stage, how the routines came together, and what it takes to win at that level. From the mental side of competing to the small adjustments that make a big difference, this episode gives an inside look at what separates good from great. With turkey season right around the corner, it's a strong conversation about momentum, focus, and carrying that competitive edge from the stage into the spring woods.

Studies find that a majority of teenagers and young adults cite loneliness as one of their most painful problems. Longtime campus minister Shelby Abbott found this to be true among his students, so he wrote Why We're Feeling Lonely (And What We Can Do About It) (A Christian Guide for Gen Z on Relationships, Friendship, Community, Anxiety, Depression, and Healing Loneliness Through the Gospel) to address this issue head-on with the truth of the gospel. His conversation with Anna offers practical guidance to parents who are raising kids in a digitally connected/relationally disconnected world. You'll be encouraged by his wisdom and trust! Shelby Abbott is an author, campus minister, emcee, and conference speaker. He's also a husband and dad to two daughters. His passion for university students has led him to speak at college campuses all over the US and author several books for the next generation, including such topics as doubt, pressure, and cohabitation before marriage.
