Der Vuelta-Sieger von 2023 gewann nun eine Etappe bei jeder der drei Landesrundfahrten.Mit 39 Sekunden Rückstand erreichten dann Gall vor Vingegaard und Hindley das Ziel. Der Australier vom deutschen Red Bull-Team überholte in der Gesamtwertung Thymen Arensman und rückt damit auf Platz drei vor. Vingegaard hat weiter 4:03 Minuten Vorsprung auf den Österreicher Gall. Hindley hat als Dritter 5:04 Minuten Rückstand. Arensman ist 5:33 Minuten zurück. Was erwartet uns auf der 19. Etappe?Das ist der letzte schwere Tag für die Profis bei diesem Giro – und die letzte Möglichkeit, im Gesamtklassement noch etwas zu „drehen“. Die 20. Etappe führt über 200 Kilometer von Gemona del Friuli zur Bergankunft nach Piancavallo. Bei der letzten von insgesamt sechs Bergankünften dieser Italien-Rundfahrt sammeln die Fahrer noch einmal rund 3750 Höhenmeter. Den überwiegenden Teil davon auf den finalen 70 Kilometern.Die Besonderheit dieser Etappe ist das „Doppio Piancavallo“: Die Profis müssen auf diesem Tagesabschnitt gleich zweimal den 14,5 Kilometer langen Anstieg hinauf zum Wintersportort bewältigen. Etappe des Giro d'Italia 2026 führte heute über 156 Kilometer von Chieti nach Fermo und endete mit einem explosiven Finale über mehrere kurze, steile Anstiege. Besonders die letzten Kilometer erinnerten mit ihren „Muritos“ und Rampen an ein Frühjahrsklassiker-Rennen. Der Ecuadorianer Jhonatan Narváez gewann die Etappe nach einer starken Attacke im Schlussanstieg als Solist. Er setzte sich von seinem letzten Begleiter Andreas Leknessund ab und holte damit bereits seinen zweiten Etappensieg bei diesem Giro sowie den dritten Erfolg für UAE Team Emirates-XRG. Im Gesamtklassement verteidigte Afonso Eulálio das Rosa Trikot. Favorit Jonas Vingegaard zeigte sich erneut aktiv und blieb bei den Klassementfahrern aufmerksam, ohne jedoch entscheidend Zeit gutzumachen. Auch wenn der Parcours der 9. Etappe bergauf führt, ist dieser Abschnitt keineswegs so anspruchsvoll wie der 7. Tagesabschnitt von Formia zum Blockhaus. Das zeigt sich schon allein an den Höhenmetern. Rund 2.400 werden die Fahrer am Ende der Etappe gesammelt haben – und den Großteil davon erst im 10,6 Kilometer langen Schlussanstieg.Der Schlussanstieg zum Corno alle Scale ist als Bergwertung der 1. Kategorie eingestuft. Er verläuft über 10,8 Kilometer mit durchschnittlich 6,1 Prozent Steigung. Gleich zu Beginn der Auffahrt erreichen die Fahrer den Red-Bull-Kilometer bei Rennkilometer 172,6, wo es für die ersten drei Fahrer Bonussekunden zu gewinnen gibt. Jonas Vingegaard ha firmado una exhibición magistral en la séptima etapa del Giro de Italia 2026, una durísima jornada de 244 kilómetros y 4.600 metros de desnivel con final en el mítico Blockhaus. El corredor danés lanzó un ataque demoledor a poco más de cinco kilómetros de la cima, marchándose en solitario para sumar su primera victoria de etapa en la ronda italiana y completar su triplete de triunfos en las tres Grandes Vueltas. A pesar del zarpazo del líder del Visma, el portugués Afonso Eulálio logró retener la maglia rosa tras resistir en la subida, manteniendo una renta de tres minutos en la clasificación general. La peor parte del día se la llevó el ciclismo español: Enric Mas sufrió un fuerte desfallecimiento en las rampas más duras, perdiendo un tiempo precioso que le despide prácticamente de la lucha por el podio de Milán.

Etappe des Giro d'Italia war der erste echte Härtetest für die Favoriten der Gesamtwertung – und sie endete mit einem starken Statement von Jonas Vingegaard.Die mit 244 Kilometern längste Etappe des diesjährigen Giro führte von Formia hinauf zur legendären Bergankunft am Blockhaus in den Abruzzen. Nach einem langen, kontrollierten Rennverlauf explodierte das Rennen am Schlussanstieg: Das Team Visma-Lease a Bike erhöhte früh das Tempo, bevor Vingegaard etwa fünf Kilometer vor dem Ziel seine entscheidende Attacke setzte. Keiner der Konkurrenten konnte folgen. Der Däne gewann schließlich solo und feierte damit seinen ersten Etappensieg beim Giro überhaupt. In der Gesamtwertung blieb das Rosa Trikot zwar bei Afonso Eulálio, doch Vingegaard machte durch seinen dominanten Auftritt viel Zeit gut und rückte auf den zweiten Platz der Gesamtwertung vor. Die Etappe gilt damit als erster großer Wendepunkt des Giro 2026. Was erwartet uns auf der achten Etappe?Nach der schweren Blockhaus-Etappe müssen die Profis auch auf dem 8. Tagesabschnitt wieder bergauf fahren. Allerdings sind keine langen Berge im Hochgebirge zu bewältigen, sondern kurze, steile Anstiege in den Abruzzen und Marken. Die 8. Etappe führt über 156 Kilometer von Chieti nach Fermo. Auf den finalen 50 Kilometern müssen die Fahrer vier kategorisierte Rampen, die sogenannten Muros, bewältigen. Eine davon führt direkt ins Ziel.Durch diese Topografie haben die Sprinter keine Chance. Für die Klassementfahrer ist der Abschnitt wiederum wohl zu leicht, um auf die direkten Konkurrenten entscheidend Zeit gutzumachen. Ja, we gaan vooral voorbeschouwen in deze aflevering, want er wacht een zwaar en mogelijk geweldig weekend. Nadat we de etappe naar Napoli hebben doorgenomen bespreken we daarom eerst wat scenario's voor de aankomende drie etappes, waarna we deze stuk voor stuk doornemen. Daarbij bespreken we of de klassementsmannen op de Blockhaus meteen gaan toeslaan en of vluchters daar vooruit kunnen blijven. Aangezien de volgende dag weer een zware etappe wacht, de ‘tappa di muri', zou men het namelijk ook rustig aan kunnen doen. En zoals we weten kan je in zo'n etappe ook de Giro ook proberen te winnen. Op zondag wacht dan nog een etappe met aankomst bergop met zeer pittige laatste kilometers waarbij er (weer) verschillen voor het klassement gemaakt zouden kunnen worden. Etappe des Giro d'Italia 2026 führte heute über rund 142 Kilometer von Paestum nach Neapel und war eigentlich als klassische Sprintetappe vorgesehen. Das Rennen verlief lange kontrolliert, ehe das Finale durch Regen, rutschige Straßen und mehrere Stürze chaotisch wurde. Den Tagessieg sicherte sich der Italiener Davide Ballerini vom Team XDS-Astana. Er profitierte von einem heftigen Sturz im Finale auf dem nassen Kopfsteinpflaster von Neapel, bei dem mehrere Top-Sprinter behindert oder zu Fall gebracht wurden. Hinter Ballerini belegten Jasper Stuyven und Paul Magnier die weiteren Plätze. Besonders betroffen vom Crash waren die Sprintfavoriten Dylan Groenewegen und Jonathan Milan, die ihre Siegchancen verloren. Auch der deutsche Fahrer Nico Denz stürzte heftig und schlug mit dem Kopf auf den Asphalt, konnte das Rennen aber offenbar ohne schwere Folgen beenden. In der Gesamtwertung gab es keine Veränderungen an der Spitze: Afonso Eulálio verteidigte das Rosa Trikot souverän. La sexta etapa del Giro de Italia 2026, disputada entre Paestum y Nápoles, estuvo marcada por la inestabilidad meteorológica y un desenlace sumamente accidentado que privó a los aficionados de un esprint limpio. La combinación de lluvia fina y un traicionero tramo adoquinado en la curva previa a la recta de meta provocó una montonera masiva que dejó fuera de juego a grandes favoritos de la velocidad como Jonathan Milan, Dylan Groenewegen u Orluis Aular. En medio de este escenario caótico, el italiano Davide Ballerini (Astana) y el belga Jasper Stuyven lograron esquivar la caída y jugarse la victoria mano a mano, resultando vencedor el ciclista local para alzar los brazos por primera vez en su carrera en una gran vuelta. Un favori écrasant, Jonas Vingegaard. On vous en a parlé en début de semaine. Aujourd'hui on va disséquer ce parcours : trois jours dans les Balkans avant de rejoindre la Calabre. Un premier test au Blockhaus, la montée légendaire des Abruzzes. Un long chrono individuel de 40 km. Im Sommer 2025 sind wir zu unserem „Hamburg Hafen Craftbeer Crawl“ aufgebrochen – ein Unterwegs-Projekt mit mehreren Stationen entlang des Hafens - Mikro in der Hand und Bier im Glas. Wir kehren an ausgewählten Spots ein, probieren Biere und sprechen unsere Eindrücke direkt vor Ort ein. Die Route führte uns von der Elbphilharmonie über die Landungsbrücken bis hin zu weiteren Brau-Orten – immer zwischen Hafenromantik, Touri-Trubel und der Frage: Wo schmeckt's wirklich gut? Elbphilharmonie & der schwindende Störtebeker-Glanz Erste Station: die „Bar“ in der Elbphilharmonie, die heute eher ein Café mit reduziertem Störtebeker-Ausschank ist. Die Enttäuschung zur Location war groß: wenige Biere am Hahn, viel Wind, viel Lärm, kaum Atmosphäre zum Aufnehmen. Wir probieren trotzdem – Atlantic Ale und Helles von Störtebeker – und sprechen darüber, warum die Biere solide, aber gerade im Hellen etwas malzbetonter und weniger sommerlich-frisch daherkommen. Blockbräu: Zwischen Touristenfalle und echter Hafenliebe Richtig los geht der Craftbeer-Teil dann im Blockbräu direkt an den Hamburger Landungsbrücken, der Braugastronomie aus dem Reich der Familie Block (Block House, Jim Block, L'Osteria). Wir erzählen, wie Blockbräu als großes Blockhaus mit eigener Brauerei funktioniert, warum hier keine komplett wilden Craftbier-Experimente passieren, aber dafür verlässliche, gut trinkbare Biere im kleinen Stil. Bei trübem Hellen mit zurückhaltender Hopfung analysieren wir Schaum, Malz, Hopfenprofil und wie sich Aroma und Fruchtigkeit vom ersten Schluck bis zum letzten Viertel im Glas verändern. Natürlich geht es auch um die Landungsbrücken selbst: Wir mögen den Hamburger Hafen, sprechen aber offen darüber, wie schnell die Gegend zur Touristenkulisse mit Raddampfer-Attrappe, Kleinkünstlern und Fotospots werden kann. Dazu gibt es eine herrlich absurde Anekdote von Jan. Wir sprechen über Gentrifizierung, Kunstszene und Hafenrandlage und darüber, wie sehr sich Hamburg gerade städtebaulich verändert. Wer Hafen, Bier, Architektur und urbane Transformation mag, bekommt eine Folge, die Lust auf einen eigenen Craftbeer-Spaziergang entlang von Hafencity, Elbphilharmonie und Landungsbrücken macht. En Côte d'Ivoire, où plus de 40% de la population est musulmane, les foyers se préparent à des rassemblements familiaux, mais pas seulement. À Abidjan, une famille nous a ouvert ses portes.  De notre correspondante à Abidjan,Tous les ans, c'est le même ballet dans la maisonnée. Madame Taofik, qui tient une boutique à Cocody, sait que son petit pavillon de Blockhaus ne suffira pas à accueillir tous ses invités. Avec la famille élargie et les conjoints, la population du foyer devrait doubler. Alors il faut anticiper. « Le matin avant la prière, ma belle-fille et son mari vont venir, explique Madame Taofik. Ma fille aussi, qui n'est pas encore mariée vient aussi, tout comme le petit frère de mon mari. Ce qui est sûr, c'est qu'on sera en famille. Tout le monde va venir à la maison pour qu'on fête ensemble. Souvent on dépasse les quinze personnes ! Quand la famille vient, on loue les sièges quand il est l'heure de manger. On sait bien s'amuser ! »Plus que les retrouvailles, les enfants sont enthousiasmés par les habits de fête et le festin. En réunissant toutes les générations, la Tabaski est aussi l'occasion de transmettre les traditions aux plus jeunes. Les pères de famille mettront à mort le mouton ou le bœuf, pour ceux qui en ont les moyens.Le petit-fils de Madame Taofik, Jimoh, veut apprendre auprès de son père, qui a promis de l'initier. « La fête va bien se passer, prédit le garçon de dix ans. On va payer un joli habit pour moi, des jolies chaussures, un chapeau, et un bœuf. On va fêter en famille, on va manger et rigoler. Je suis très pressé ! Mon papa va tuer le bœuf, il va me montrer comment, je vais regarder. Comme ça, quand je serai grand, je pourrai le faire aussi. »« J'ai des amis chrétiens et des amis musulmans, je célèbre avec tout le monde »Les femmes de la maison préparent le repas la veille, mais les traditions évoluent chez une jeunesse urbaine et moderne. Pour elle, Tabaski n'est plus seulement une célébration familiale, mais aussi un moment de fête avec les amis, toutes religions confondues. « On a programmé de faire une sortie le soir, explique Rokia Taofik, 27 ans. Le matin, je suis à la maison avec les parents. Après avoir mangé, tout le monde est à l'aise, vous vous reposez. Et puis le soir, vers 19h, vous sortez, vous partez vous amuser… Moi, j'ai des amis chrétiens et des amis musulmans, donc je fête avec tout le monde. Tout le monde a droit à la fête de la Tabaski ! Il ne faut pas dire “lui est musulman, lui est chrétien, il ne peut pas aller fêter”.
