Their primary pursuit is the grassroots exploration of lithium in Canada, a vital metal pivotal to worldwide decarbonization and the shift to cleaner energy. 16.336 Punkte.

I sit down with Killian Charles and discuss BRW's aggressive plans to build shareholder value as they explore on their industry dominant land position driving towards potentially multiple tier-1 lithium discoveries. Press Release Mar 20th 2023: https://ceo.ca/@GlobeNewswire/brunswick-exploration-begins-drilling-at-anatacau-west Company Website: https://brwexplo.ca/ Presentation: https://brwexplo.ca/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/230301-Brunswick-Exploration-Q1.pdf Brunswick Exploration is Canada's Largest Grassroots Lithium Initiative BRW had amassed a portfolio of hundreds of untested pegmatites across Eastern Canada. In Quebec's James Bay region alone, we have secured over 250 untested pegmatites measuring over 600 meters in strike length. We have hundreds more smaller scale targets in our portfolio. This is one of the largest untested land packages of S-type pegmatites in the world. BRW's grassroots exploration strategy is a numbers game. More S-type pegmatites means greater chances of making a world class LCT discovery. Field testing+elimination+new acquisitions is a highly efficient and continuous process that will lead to discovery. It is replicable in any jurisdiction we deem prospective. There is no parallel in base metal or precious metal exploration. Saskatchewan BRW has consolidated 125 untested S-type pegmatites with a minimum strike length of 500 meters in virgin areas of Sakatchewan. Excellent road and power infrastructure with minimal lithium exploration. Consolidated the Hanson Lake spodumene bearing pegmatites. Manitoba BRW has consolidated several untested S-type pegmatites in areas that have seen no lithium exploration. More opportunities to come in both provinces.

In today's episode, I invite Lorraine Murphy back onto the podcast to talk about a central theme of her new book, Step Into You, which is energy management. Needing to create her own 'soft place to land' to go on her own deep healing journey and get clear on what she wanted to create in her life, Lorraine's latest book is about that very journey and how she went about finding a more sustainable way to do business and life by really learning how to manage her energy. We talk about: - Lorraine's own perspective on what energy is and why learning to manage our energy over our time is important - The importance of creating a bespoke energy management plan and giving ourselves permission to follow it - Energy management filtered through both motherhood and a more feminine lens - The impact of using major and minor energy boosts for both major and minor energy leaks - The issues with trying to 'balance ' our lives - What it really looks like to be in alignment and be intentional about how can support ourself best - And what Lorraine came to understand about working with the mind and body and ourselves as unique energy beings, whilst we worked together at her Noosa retreat in 2021. If you've been feeling into (I am) The Remedy, then this conversation is going to be a beautiful opportunity for you to connect in with where your own energy is currently at and how you can step into yourself and your own medicine in a deeper way.

He has played a pivotal role in start-ups and existing large enterprises, with his clients comprising real estate moguls and business leaders.Rex develops a solid rapport with his clients and is driven to achieve the best possible outcomes for them and, in return, has built a significant and loyal following. He is a highly passionate individual who does not do anything in half measures; it takes one look at his collection of motor and boxing memorabilia to know that he will fight for his clients. His lovely demeanor aside, he is fierce and fearless in all his pursuits. In this episode, Dean Newlund and Rex Afrasiabi discuss:Learning leadership principles from sportsTimely advice for business ownersA lack of motivation due to uncertaintyKeeping yourself from burning out Key Takeaways:Have a clear objective, have a plan, and have the right people around you, and you'll find success in whatever you want to do.Growth starts with visualizing your ideal destination. Work backward from the goal. Every significant result starts with a small idea. The pandemic halted many people's plans, and many lost their drive and motivation because of the uncertainty they had to face. Realign yourself to what motivated you at the start.Set boundaries, let others know when your work is over and be firm and stable with it. When you let people know when you'll be off, and until what time you'll be available, you might find that people will respect that. "Have a balanced lifestyle. Don't just work non-stop because you'll burn out; no one can do that and maintain that… you need to realign yourself, focus on what you wanted at the start." — Rex Afrasiabi.

“I'm not all hippy mung beans, and hand hold-y kumbaya”, Jacqui Lewis tells Georgie Abay in today’s episode. Jacqui is co-founder of The Broad Place, a global school teaching meditation and ‘higher grade living’. But as they say themselves, they’re into meditation for modern living. That means making meditation accessible – online, rather than a remote monk’s cave – as well as approachable, useful, and yes, scientific. So it makes perfect sense when Jacqui tells us the two biggest misconceptions about meditation. Firstly, that you need to stop thinking while you meditate, and secondly, that you need to change your whole lifestyle in order to meditate. Instead, Jacqui believes that the key to ‘getting’ meditation is in finding a technique that aligns with and supports your every day life. And in founding The Broad Place, that’s exactly what she’s done. Jacqui is a mother, the author of Mother’s Mind Cleanse, and a highly-sought after speaker. She’s been featured in Vogue, BRW, Harpers Bazaar, and more, and hosts The Broad Place retreats around the world. In our enlightening, but down-to-earth chat, Jacqui tells us: Why meditation was actually not meant to be done like we do it today – which is why we need to do it differently How much of traditional meditation has been lost in translation to Western culture How meditation helps you recover “remarkably quickly” from stress and anxiety Why she and her partner moved their entire lives, business, and ‘unwilling’ 12 year old from Sydney to London, and what the shift was like How a recent anxiety attack taught her a great lesson The grieving process of her daughter moving into her teenage years The culture shock they experienced in London How yoga has helped her during lockdown How meditation helped her be less “sharp and spiky” as a parent Why she doesn’t believe that you can ‘turn down the volume’ on anger, frustration, resentment, and rage, but that you can turn up happiness, love, and gratitude. How consciousness is like a pane of glass Why she describes multitasking as “mashing” The power of language in how we speak to both ourselves and our children, and why she stopped calling her daughter (lovingly) a ‘little rat’ Connect with Jacqui via The Broad Place or on InstagramSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In this episode, we interview 2 super wealthy humans. One of them is ridiculously wealthy, and the other, is still wealthy, but just not as much. We learn their psychology of wealth, how they'd cope if they lost everything, how to begin the journey to wealth creation, and what drives them now, that they have more than enough coin to last a number of lifetimes.
In this episode, we are joined by one of my business idols, the amazing Janine Allis, who many of you will know as the founder of pioneering wellness empire, Boost Juice, and an investor on Shark Tank. She launched Boost in 2000 from a kitchen table in Melbourne after seeing the juice bar trend in the US at the age of 30, with no previous business experience. She is now the founder of Retail Zoo which is the mother company not only of Boost Juice, but also, as of 2007, Salsas and another business she founded, Cibo Espresso, which has since been acquired in 2012. Retail Zoo turned over just on $2 billion dollars (as of May 2018) with over 630 stores in 15 countries, sales of over $250m per annum and 7000 staff. Unsurprisingly, she has been recognised as Telstra Business Women of the Year, Amex Retailer of the year, Awarded Exporter of the year and this year BRW named her one of fifteen people that changed the way Australia does business in the last 35 years. She works alongside husband Jeff Allis and is a mother of four. I was lucky enough to speak alongside Janine recently in Fiji at Nurture Her and was captivated by her energy, sense of humour and wisdom. So excited to have her hear today for an express episode that we squeezed in to her crazy schedule to kick start your year and give 2019 a boost! + Full show notes here + Announcements on Insta at @spoonful_of_sarah + Subscribe to not miss out on the next instalment of YAY!

In 2013 Franziska was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award recognising her innovation, creativity and philanthropic involvement. A true visionary, no challenge seems to be too big for Franziska. She is known for her rebellious nature and challenging the norm. She has this rare combination of being both creative and strategic, which makes her a powerful thought leader in the business world. If you are someone who despises the wasting of potential, you will love this episode. I titled this quite literally, because 'Ziska' (her nickname to me, because she hates Fran, so we went with Ziska), is the epitome of potential extrapolation from a human being. She is the author of bestselling book PERCEPTION - Take charge of how others view your brand, become irresistible and make a bigger impact and Bananas About Marketing – How to Attract a Whole Bunch of Clients. She is regularly featured across the media including INC, Forbes, Business Insider, Virgin Inflight Entertainment, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, SmartCompany, Dynamic Business Magazine, BRW, 2UE, Channel 9. As a Swiss born Aussie and with an ability to speak five languages, she has been known to make up a few words, which keeps everyone amused and engaged. She has an amazing ability to forecast and execute strategies with precision results like a Swiss clock. She is funny as hell and not afraid to get incredibly open in this episode. My fav takeaways: The only two things we ever need to be happy in life That you are not your culture/family/country/religion/gender Limit? What is a limit? (How to be limitless in real life, not just on an IG quote) Perspective - how it can change your life in an instant What really matters in our lives, and how to take action even when you are terrified or have no idea Why looking after our planet is something we all need to think about right now A billion other personal and hilarious stories about giving, virginity and tattoos. Catherine Plano is here today with Janine Allis she is the founder of Boost Juice Bars, which has more outlets in more countries than any other juice bar in the world. Janine is amongst Australia's most respected business women, having been presented numerous retail, franchise and business awards. In 2015, business magazine BRW named her one of fifteen people that changed the way Australia does business in the last 35 years. In 1999 during a trip to the US, Janine witnessed the juice and smoothie category growing steadily. Upon her return to Australia, Janine studied the local retail sector where she noticed a distinct lack of healthy fast food choices. After extensive research, she began to develop a business concept that was different to anything else in the world. Her vision was to “do retailing differently”, delivering a unique customer experience based on the “love life” philosophy. In 2000, Boost was born.
