Single moms often face challenges at any time of the day or night, whether it's seeking parenting advice, dealing with emotions, or seeking practical solutions. AI chatbots can be accessed anytime, providing immediate support and guidance, making them an invaluable resource for busy single moms.Non-judgmental and Confidential Support:Single moms may sometimes hesitate to share their concerns due to fear of judgment or embarrassment. AI chatbots provide a safe and non-judgmental space where single moms can openly express their thoughts, concerns, and emotions without fear of stigma. These chatbots maintain confidentiality, ensuring that personal information remains private, allowing moms to seek support without reservation.Parenting Advice and Tips:Raising a child alone can be challenging, especially when faced with various parenting dilemmas. AI chatbots can offer practical parenting advice, tips, and strategies to navigate common issues such as discipline, education, and child development. Single moms can access a wealth of knowledge, suggestions, and recommendations tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to make informed decisions.Emotional Support and Well-being:The emotional well-being of single moms is crucial for their overall happiness and ability to provide for their children. AI chatbots can serve as a compassionate listening ear, offering comfort, empathy, and validation during challenging times. Whether it's coping with stress, dealing with loneliness, or managing grief, chatbots can provide a supportive presence and suggest coping mechanisms to navigate emotional challenges.Time-saving Solutions:Single moms often face time constraints, balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. AI chatbots can help streamline daily tasks by offering practical solutions and suggestions. From managing schedules, meal planning, organizing finances, to finding local resources, chatbots can provide efficient and time-saving recommendations, freeing up valuable time for moms to focus on other essential aspects of their lives.Community and Connection:Feeling connected to others who understand their experiences is crucial for single moms. AI chatbots can facilitate connections by providing access to online communities, support groups, and resources specifically tailored for single moms. Engaging with others facing similar challenges can provide a sense of camaraderie, support, and a platform for sharing advice and experiences. Conclusion:As technology continues to advance, AI chatbots have emerged as a valuable resource for individuals in various aspects of life. For single moms, AI chatbots can be a lifeline, offering support, guidance, and practical solutions to navigate the complexities of parenting and daily life. By utilizing AI chatbots like Chat GPT, single moms can empower themselves, seek assistance when needed, and enhance their overall well-being as they embrace the rewarding journey of raising their children.
Here are some suggestions on how you can provide support during this difficult time:Be present: Let your friend know that you're there for them. Offer your presence and willingness to listen without judgment. Sometimes, just knowing that someone is there to support them can be comforting.Use compassionate language: Choose your words carefully and speak with empathy. Avoid clichés or saying things like "I know how you feel," as it may invalidate their unique experience. Instead, acknowledge their pain and express your sympathy.Allow them to express their feelings: Grief is a complex and individual process. Encourage your friend to share their emotions, memories, and thoughts whenever they feel ready. Let them know that it's okay to cry, be angry, or feel a range of other emotions.Listen actively: When your friend opens up, listen attentively and without interrupting. Offer words of validation, such as "I can only imagine how painful this is for you." Show that you care by maintaining eye contact, nodding, or providing gentle touches if appropriate.Avoid judgment: Understand that everyone grieves differently, and your friend's journey may not align with your expectations or timeline. Avoid judging their reactions, decisions, or coping mechanisms. Offer support and reassurance instead.Offer practical help: In times of grief, daily tasks can become overwhelming. Offer specific assistance, such as preparing meals, running errands, or taking care of practical matters, if appropriate and welcomed.Remember the child: Acknowledge and honor the child's existence. Use their name when talking about them and allow your friend to share stories or memories if they feel comfortable doing so. Offer to help create a keepsake or memorial that will allow them to remember and cherish their child.Be patient and persistent: Grief doesn't have a set timeline, and your friend may experience waves of intense emotions for a long time. Be patient with their healing process and continue offering your support even after the initial shock has subsided.Encourage professional help: Grief counseling or therapy can be immensely helpful for individuals navigating the loss of a child. Suggesting professional support as an option may show your friend that you care about their well-being.Check in regularly: After the initial shock and immediate aftermath, continue to check in on your friend regularly. They may need ongoing support, even when others have moved on. Let them know you're there for them and that you haven't forgotten their loss.Remember, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to comforting someone after the loss of a child. Each person's grief is unique, so adapt your approach based on their individual needs and preferences. What are the 5 stages of loss? The five stages – denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance – are often talked about as if they happen in order, moving from one stage to the other.Follow us on Instagram @ happy_singlemompodcast Thank you maya isac for letting m use her song : when i get there

Welcome back to the happy single mom podcast, today my guest discusses her journey from being married to becoming a single mother to finding love all over again. We discuss everything online dating and red flags 10 Simple Dos And Don'ts Of Online Dating DO'S Keep an open mind If you are going to record success in online dating, you need to be prepared to have an open-minded. There are many people who may try to shame you for trying to find love or a partner online but keep in mind that you are exposing yourself to meeting some really cool people you may not meet otherwise. Have a catchy profile Have interesting profiles yourself in your profile. Let your profile include such as your hobbies and your interests because your profile is how potential matches get to know about you. Without chatting you up, you want to give those viewing your profile as much insight into your personality as possible. Have a good opening line Having a lame opening line like, “hey what's up?” isn't going to set you apart in the sea of online dating users. Read the person's profile and reference something specific to them in your first message. This shows that you paid attention to their profile and aren't just sending the same message to everyone. Be yourself Stay true to yourself with your online profile and when talking to matches. You might end up meeting these people in person and, if your online self is totally different than your real-life self, it might create some problems. Stay Safe Online dating can be dangerous if you don't treat with caution hence why you need to be careful when giving out personal details. Ensure that you always meet for the first time in a public location and trust your instincts. Use your best judgement when meeting someone from online and if anything feels off, get out of there. DON'TS Guard your private information Never ever disclose personal information like your home address when talking to people on dating apps or social media. Being overly cautious with someone new is advised. Take every information with a pinch of salt Don't be overly trusting when talking to strangers online because expecting everyone to be as honest as you are is dangerous. From posting old photos to lying about their backgrounds, people can be anything they want to be online hence why it is important to try and get to know the other party in person and preferably in a public and safe space for the first time. Don't base your choices on just photos It is easy to get lured into the bait of choosing the most attractive profiles when dating online but it is equally as important to consider the person's personality, traits and interests especially when you are looking for something serious. Avoid online “shopping” Don't let too many options get the better of you. If you've met someone you're interested in, there's no need to keep looking for new suitors online. It can be easy to get distracted by the sheer number of eligible people who post dating profiles online or on mobile apps, but once you've got a good thing going, it might be time to delete your profile. Beware of juggling too many people at the same time. While it's perfectly okay to go slowly and initially see more than one candidate, especially if your dates are continuing also online, the giddiness of “so many profiles, so little time” can be self-defeating. Avoid getting lured by corny pickup lines Anyone can promise you heaven and earth online. “Looking to spoil the person of my dreams with flowers and candlelit dinners.” Anyone can write something like this but few are actually interested in doing this for someone they haven't even met yet. From S attempt to Success - The Rise Of The Single Mother The Rise of the Single Mother An organisation & community formed to inspire/support single parents. I am a BACP Psychotherapist & Counsellor. MBACP BPS FdA BA Hons Adv PG Dip The Rise of the Single Mother is a blog where Laura shares her story of hope, fortitude, and of grit, determination, hard work, tears, pain and joy. It is the story of how one woman's struggle to raise her daughter on her own encompassed the stories of so many other women in the same position. Laura shares her story almost a decade ago she said ‘ I lay dying in the bathtub at my house in London. It was January the 4th, not very original, early January is notorious for depression, S attempts and couples breaking up. I had drunk half a bottle of Patron Tequila, taken about 50 milligrams of Valium and S my wrists up the vein with a razor blade. When my best friend couldn't get hold of me she called the Paramedics and Police at the same time, I couldn't tell you who arrived first or who dragged me from the crimson bath. My friend told me later she'd been informed I was a minute from death. I spent three days in the Psychiatric unit at Roehampton Hospital London. Whilst they had been sewing up my wrists at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital. The first thing I discovered was that I could not leave, not because I was sectioned but because of a cunning little method, they employ to keep you there until they think you are mentally fit to leave. So, it goes like this; I was there voluntarily, I was not sectioned, but if I tried to leave before they said I was fit to go, guess what? they would section me. I was released on Monday, after being clinically assessed, and diagnosed with a good old-fashioned ‘nervous breakdown' caused by the onset of the Menopause and my relationship ending. My partner had left me and my daughter, packing his bags and going to stay with friends of mine on December the 19th. I was unable to cope with this at the onset of the Menopause and along with a couple of other heart breaking incidents had meant I had got to the end of my rope and truly believed everyone, including my daughter was better off without me. WTF DIVORCE IN THE PANDEMIC- WTF Divorce With Rob Roseman WTF Divorce on Instagram @wtfdivorce for confessions and fun humour -Divorce is hard. It feels isolating & overwhelming. Let's not do it alone. Rob has over 57+ million views on Instagram and 10k+ divorced men & women say it helps them feel less alone. Rob got divorced right as the Pandemic started. He found great content on social media (divorce support, coaches, etc.) and wanted to find a way to share it with other men. His goal is to help other divorcees with relatable divorce support content from experts as well as to create a community where readers would know they aren't alone. Everyone is clueless when it comes to dating after divorce. The dating world has changed so much, especially with dating apps, and most divorced people haven't dated in years. Dating coaches can be such great resources in understanding the dating world and how to conduct yourself. Rob recommends using them as much as possible. One thing that can be helpful is to speak to divorced friends of the opposite sex to understand their perspectives on various aspects of the dating world, such as dating app profiles. One of the biggest challenges here is coordinating the schedules of both sides. Tools to helping you when you are faced with Divorce Recognize that it's OK to have different feelings. It's normal to feel sad, angry, exhausted, frustrated and confused—and these feelings can be intense. You also may feel anxious about the future. Give yourself a break. Give yourself permission to feel and to function at a less than optimal level for a period of time. Don't go through this alone. Sharing your feelings with friends and family can help you get through this period Take care of yourself emotionally and physically. Be good to yourself and to your body. Take time out to exercise, eat well and relax. Avoid power struggles and arguments with your spouse or former spouse. If a discussion begins to turn into a fight, calmly suggest that you both try talking again later and either walk away or hang up the phone. Take time to explore your interests. Reconnect with things you enjoy doing apart from your spouse. Have you always wanted to take up painting or play on an intramural softball team? Think positively. Easier said than done, right? Things may not be the same, but finding new activities and friends, and moving forward with reasonable expectations will make this transition easier. Reassure and listen. Make sure your kids know that your divorce is not their fault. Listen to and ease their concerns, and be compassionate but direct in your responses. Maintain stability and routines. Try to keep your kids' daily and weekly routines as familiar and stable as possible. Offer consistent discipline. Now that your kids may share time with both parents separately, make sure to agree in advance on bedtimes, curfews and other everyday decisions, as well as any punishments. Let your children know they can rely on you. Make and keep realistic promises. And don't overly confide in them about your feelings about the divorce. Don't involve your children in the conflict. Avoid arguing with or talking negatively about the other parent in front of your kids. Don't use them as spies or messengers, or make them take sides The website Wtfdivorce.com for confessions, blog posts, and to join the email list. TED TALK Speaker Sunil Godse - TRUST YOUR GUT ....TRUST YOUR INTUITION What is INTUITION SHOULD WE TRUST IT? TED TALK Speaker Sunil Godse discusses everything about intuition on the podcast and why it's so important to be the anchor of our lives. Sunil Godse a successful businessman knows how important intuition is when it comes to life and especially business. A well-seasoned entrepreneur who has grown several business venture businesses and has collectively earned over $20 million in revenues before moving on businesses other businesses accelerate their success. After interviewing hundreds of people for his first book, "Fail Fast. Succeed Faster.", the number one reason for them experiencing failure was because they ignored their intuition, and he was determined to find out why. After spending 10,000 hours on research and interviews, Sunil discovered that your intuition is incredibly complex, being made up of four different types, with each intuitive type sending you a number of signals that helps guide you to make the decisions to create trusted relationships with employees and customers in under 14 seconds, with this research detailed in his second book, GUT! What he found out was that the reason you ignore your intuition that cause, although you are naturally stronger in one of the four types of intuition, you are weaker in the other three types, which then has you completely missing the intuitive signals they are sending you, forcing you to make decisions that fail to earn the trust of those responsible for your success, moving them away from your brand as they decide to spend their time, effort and money on other brands, rather than yours. To stop this from happening, Sunil developed a process called intuitive branding that optimizes all four of intuition before going on to unleash intuition to make the right decisions in a number of business areas that creates this trust. Here are some of the questions that I asked in the podcast. 1. Please tell the audience about yourself? 2. How do you help businesses leverage the power of intuition to create a trusted brand? 3. What is Intuitive Branding? 4. What is one piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to start a business? 5. How do you help people retain customers? 6.
