After a short hiatus, I am honored to return with the re-release of an interview with someone incredibly special to me, to so many of you, and to the luxury real estate industry at large—Jenny Pruitt. This is the first episode I've released in several months, and I couldn't think of a better way to return than by celebrating the life and legacy of someone who made an indelible impact on all of us. Jenny was more than just a leader in real estate; she was an extraordinary person whose wisdom, kindness, and strength touched the lives of so many.I recently shared with Nancy See, her best friend and partner in business from the very beginning, ‘She was an amazing person. Her and your presence in my life made a true difference in so many ways, as y'all have for so many people. It's hard to believe she's gone. In so many ways, it seemed she would always be with us. In spirit, I know she will and is. I feel her presence in my life in so many ways, especially now.'Originally released as episode 56, 'How to Develop Influence and Leadership,' this conversation with Jenny shares her story and parts of her story she had never shared before; it embodies the values that made her a beacon in our industry. She and her husband, together with their three young children, who at the time were roughly six, a toddler and a one-month old —left the familiarity of their United States home for a bit of an adventure in the lush landscapes of New Zealand.Initially only for a year or two, the family set their roots roots a bit south of Auckland in the picturesque city of Tauranga, and Elissa and her family embraced the diverse culture and stunning environment of their adopted country. Running your system at the Varsity level takes time, practice, fine tuning, and even some system changes as you go along. Running that same system at lower levels is all of those, with less time to install, less football IQ amongst players (and often coaches), and lack of experience for all parties involved. But, it's not only doable, but something you SHOULD DO.On this episode we're joined by Bixby High School's Freshman Offensive Coordinator, Cameron Palmer.
