The value of working with a Franchise Attorney? A Franchise Agreement is a legal contract that you are entering into and franchise law is specialized. I had one franchisor share with me that an attorney claimed they understood franchise law and then tried to rewrite the state requirements for that industry (Senior Care), which cost the prospective franchisee an arm and a leg. Be wise, get an experienced franchise attorney, such as Tom Branch to review and explain the documents and the obligations as a franchisee and to let you know if there are any concerns or clauses that need to be balanced. He's the author of the book The Wealthy Franchisee: Game-Changing Steps to Becoming a Thriving Franchise Superstar. Below are some interview excerpts. Currie: What are the myths about why some franchisees succeed? Greenberg: It's such an important thing to talk about because everyone is looking at the top franchisees to replicate. The problem is we make a lot of assumptions about them. Honestly, a lot of wealthy franchisees don't know why they're successful. I was hosting an awards banquet for a franchise system, and their best franchisees were on stage. I asked each one: “What did you do last year that made you succeed?” They said, we do a lot of marketing, we treat our employees well, we go out in the community. I mean, who isn't doing those things, that's not the secret to success. That's the prerequisite… Every franchise brand has stories of people who took over struggling locations and turned them around. So wealthy franchisees buy very mediocre locations, but they make them great. So, if you have a great location, it certainly can help. You want to fish where the fish are, right? You want to be close to the right demographic, but sometimes those locations aren't available. So a good enough location is good enough, and wealthy franchisees prove this every day. That's the first myth. The second myth is that they're slaves to their business. These great franchisees I interviewed take vacations and go to their daughter's volleyball games, and they're home for dinner. They don't work hard as much as they work smart. So that is a myth that they have to be slaves to their business. The final myth is that you have to have a passion for the business. I ran edible arrangements franchises. We did very well, but I have to confess; I'm not especially excited by fruit. What I did like is the celebration aspect, helping people celebrate important occasions. I think you have to appreciate and love something about the business, but it doesn't mean you have to be passionate about frozen yogurt or pest control to be successful. There's a lot of myths that are out there, and if we can replicate the right things – we can get results! Currie: Tune in to hear about the main things wealthy franchisees do that enable them to succeed! Quattrocchi was interviewed by Franchise Business Radio Host and Certified Franchise Consultant, Pamela Currie, and explains financial terms and tax advantages for business owners. Here are some interview excerpts.Currie: Explain what is meant by gross revenue versus net?Quattrocchi: Gross revenue is total sales. The total amount of money you bring in the house. Net profit is how much is left after paying all your bills and your expenses. Let me say this about total sales and net profit; it is important to understand that franchisors usually set their royalties based on the franchisee's total sales. So, the franchisor gets paid off of the top line and then the business owner (franchisee) gets to keep and profit off of the bottom line number, which is the net or the cashflow number.Currie: How does a franchise business owner receive benefits and tax advantages?Quattrocchi: When an individual becomes a business owner, he instantly morphs into two people. He is the owner that has to be compensated and he's actually the employee in the business that has to be compensated. So, he might have an officer's salary where he takes out a salary and compensation there. And then he gets paid on the bottom line profit. But in reality, there are other certain advantages that we may take on the tax side. I like to divide tax expenses into three basic categories. There's the “Ordinary and Necessary Category”, such as rent, utilities, repairs, salaries, and wages. Then we have what I call the “Hybrid Expenses”, that we all have as individuals, but because you are self-employed, you might be able to deduct some or most of those expenses. That would be things like your car expenses, cell phone, maybe your computers, your internet at home and things of that nature that you use partially or mostly using in your business. Then we have other tax advantage situations that I put in a third category simply because they are tax deductible. The most basic would be putting in a retirement plan. Retirement plan for a self-employed guy is basically where you take money out of one pocket and you put it in another, and you get a tax break for it. Obviously, you can't use that money until you retire. It's a tremendous tax saving. The Franchise Business Radio show is a platform to bring together franchise professionals to connect, educate and collaborate to serve the franchise community and those considering franchise ownership.Spotlighting Leaders in the Franchise Industry, experts in funding, legal, marketing and consulting.Franchise Business Radio hosted by:Pam Currie, FounderFranchise Intellect, IncMade possible in part by:Host Pamela Currie, Franchise Intellect, visit: http://www.FranchiseIntellect.comAlso made possible in part by:Franchise City, visit http://www.Franchise.cityFranServe, visit https://franserve.com/To nominate or submit a guest request visit: http://www.OnAirGuest.comTo view guest photos from this show, visit: http://www.ProBusinessPictures.com

Deck Medic and Benetrends Financial on Franchise Business RadioInterested in Franchise Ownership?Contact Pamela Currie to receive a COMPLIMENTARY Consultation on Selecting a Franchise.Pamela Currie, Host of the Franchise Business Radio show and Founder of Franchise Intellect, Inc. www.FranchiseIntellect.comMobile: 847-970-8765Email: Pam@FranchiseIntellect.comJeff Konopack, VP Franchise DevelopmentDeck Medic, Inc.I joined the Deck Medic team back in 2008 after owning a painting company for 20 years. Deck Medic has been in the outdoor wood restoration business since 1990. After running the old company for a few years it occurred to me that the best way for us to grow was going to be through franchising. Employees care about their check in two weeks, owners care about the customer calling us back for a maintenance coat in 2 years. In 2012 we decided to turn Deck Medic into a franchise, it took a few years and a name change from Deck Bright to Deck Medic because of trademarks but in 2016 we started franchising. I am not only the VP of Franchise Development but an original franchise owner myself. We currently only have 14 franchises but have 3 more scheduled to join us next year already and hopefully we will have a few more sign up this fall for next spring.Although we are “Deck Medic” we clean and stain more than just decks, we also protect Fences, Play Sets, Gazebo's, Pergola's and all outdoor wood surfaces. In addition we offer power washing service for concrete, paver patios, and house exteriors. Our wood repair options range from one board to a full re-deck.Most of our customers are homeowners but we also handle a lot of condo and town home associations. With everyone sequestered at home this year we have been especially busy with most of the franchise owners already surpassing last year's numbers.I would say what has been most interesting since we became a franchise is dealing with the Covid19 issues. In the past we used to always print the quotes up in the customers driveway then present it to them at the kitchen table while we were there. This year we had to switch to more email quotes and early in the year while everything was still an unknown I would talk to the customer on the phone while I was on the deck and they were looking at me out a bedroom window. One of the best things about the deck restoration business is that it is not only recession proof (we did well in 2008 as well) but apparently pandemic proof as well. In a normal year most franchises have more work than they can handle but this year we have all be busier than ever. One of the unique things about Deck Medic is that in addition to the 30 years we have been in business and the training each franchise owner gets is that we have all of our own proprietary products. Our deck cleaners give our owners a competitive edge over the competition and since we make our own 100% oil based stain when the customer is ready for the maintenance coat in a few years there is only one place they can go to have that done, back to the local franchise owner. Our typical franchise owner is someone who is a people person, they have to be able to communicate well with the white collar homeowners as well as our blue collar workers. They must like the outdoors and not be afraid to get their hands dirty. They have to be able to wear all the hats; estimating using our software, selling, scheduling, payroll, hiring & training, and billing. One of the things I like about being a small franchise is that I get to know all the owners, their businesses and their employees intimately.QUESTIONS:Tell us about Deck Medic? What is it you do and what is the history of how Deck Medic was founded? Why did you decide to franchise?Who is the typical end-customer for a Deck Medic franchisee? Is there a specific market or demographic that is ideal for a franchisee? What makes Deck Medic unique? How did you as the Franchisor and your Franchisees manage to COVID19?What is the typical profile of a franchisee? What is the estimated investment range (Item 7 in the FDD)?Larry Carnell, Vice President of DevelopmentBenetrends Financial, Inc.Larry Carnell processes over three combined decades of award winning franchising and business ownership, managerial, development and advisory expertise. FirstLight Home Care, TeamLogic IT and Corporate Financial Options on Franchise Business RadioGreg BenageFirstLight Home Care of Northwest AtlantaGreg Benage spent the past ten years with U.S. Bank in several product management roles within the retail payments business. He managed credit card loyalty marketing for five years, small business credit card product for three years, and consumer credit card product for the last two years. His responsibilities included product strategy and new product development, marketing strategy, market and competitive intelligence, and customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. Prior to joining the bank, Greg spent more than ten years in small business, first as an entrepreneur and then as an executive with the company he sold his business to. Greg earned his bachelor's degree from Tulane University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Georgia. Maria Benage hails from Moscow, Russian Federation, and spent three years working as a nurse after graduating medical college. She then returned to school, earning a master's degree in English language and linguistics from Moscow State Pedagogical University. Upon graduation, she worked as a translator and in business support roles with several international companies and law firms with offices in Moscow. After immigrating to the U.S., she worked for three years in client services and procurement with a company that imported books and journals from publishers in Europe and Asia for academic and research libraries, including the Library of Congress. Greg and Maria have shared the goal of owning and growing their own business for several years. Both have been caregivers for aging loved ones, and non-medical home care was always at the top of their list of potential business opportunities. Greg's mother lived with the couple for the last four years of her life, and both Greg and Maria served as her primary caregivers during this time. In the last four months of her life she was in and out of the hospital and rehab, and Greg and Maria gained firsthand experience with the in-home care industry. Before immigrating to the U.S., Maria lived with her grandmother and was her primary caregiver for many years following the untimely death of Maria's mother. For Greg and Maria, the potential for return on investment and long-term growth and profitability are important considerations in any business opportunity, but the decision is also a personal one born from these experiences with Greg's mother and Maria's grandmother. They feel a deep sense of empathy for those who need some extra help and companionship, and they understand from their own experiences the stress and anxiety borne by family members who want to know that their loved ones are getting the care they need. Greg and Maria also want to build a business that has a purpose beyond profit and loss, one that makes a positive contribution to their community. When Greg and Maria communicated these goals and desires to their franchise broker, Pamela Currie, she came back with one recommendation in the home care space: FirstLight. Greg and Maria believe this is because the company's core values, its purpose and its “why,” are so closely aligned with their own. As the process has unfolded, Greg and Maria have also been impressed with the experience and vision of the executive management team, and with the fact that everyone with FirstLight they've spoken to has continued to emphasize those core values, that purpose, and the ways in which they guide everything the company does and how it does them. Based on their experience with FirstLight Home Care to date, Greg and Maria are not surprised by the excellent satisfaction ratings the company has earned from franchisees. Greg and Maria have been married for twelve years and live in Smyrna, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. Topics to Discuss: 1. Professional background prior to launching your home care business? 2. NEW Niche Franchise Opportunity in the Non-Profit and Fundraising Sector on Franchise Business RadioSPECIAL SPOT LIGHT SHOW today with a UNIQUE, EMERGING Franchise Opportunity in the FUNDRAISING sector. The Name of the Franchise is CG3 Battery Fundraising and our guest is the Founder & CEO Charles Grosse.CHARLES GROSSECharles has a background in Econometrics and Corporate Law, Charles served for over 25 years as the General Counsel and held various business executive roles for companies like RaceTrac, Barco, Glock and WAI Global. He currently lives north of Atlanta with his wife Sarah and two daughters. Hobbies include golf, traveling and competitive swimming. Charles created CG3 Battery Fundraising with the goal of operating a lean and efficient company offering a unique product to the fundraising market. In doing so, CG3 has tapped into a lucrative niche market while helping organizations raise much needed funds for great causes.Questions:1) First things First….Give us a little history—Who is CG3?2) How did you get into Fundraising? Industry Opportunity?3) Tell us a little bit about the Product Offering. Batteries—Why Batteries? (Custom Branded-Battery Assortment Packs)4) What made you decide to Franchise?5) What is the Franchisee's Role?6) How does the Fundraising Organization make money?7) A franchise in the fundraising sector makes you a unique franchise opportunity—so what else is unique about your franchise offering? Why CG3 if someone was considering a franchise?8) Are you concerned about competition from other battery companies?9) What are you looking for in a prospective franchisee candidate?"I'm excited to announce that I have chosen to become a CG3 Battery Fundraising Franchisee and I am really looking forward to working with you Charles." Pam CurrieWith close to 20 years in franchising and have acquired business acumen from multiple perspectives of the franchise business model. For the past 9 to 10 years you have specialized in helping clients find the right franchise opportunity. Why did I decide to become a CG3 Franchisee?--Unique, Niche Franchise Opportunity in the Non-Profit / Fundraising Sector--1.5 Billion Dollar Industry that is fragmented and in need of business professionals to lead & get involved.(Note: A Fragmented industry = Great Franchise Opportunity)--Home Based / Lifestyle Business--Low Overhead--Low & Affordable Cost of Entry (Franchise Fee is only 25K)--No Royalties (Distributor Model)--High Potential for High Return on Investment--Sales Based with an Approachable Customer Base (not like a classic B2B Sales Process)--Manufacturer – Distributor Business Partnership. Franchisee is the face of the business and manages the customer relationships and all back end operations & product fulfillment are managed by Corporate (Franchisor).--Large Protected Territories--Reoccurring Revenue--Digital Marketing Program to help drive leads to franchiseesAND THE BIG REASON….LEADERSHIP—Charles. The Key to a successful ground level franchise is Leadership and I liked what I learned (not only about the opportunity), but about Charles leadership style & philosophy. I was able to see his vision & what he is planning to achieve I like Charles “culture philosophy” of openness, collaboration, flexibility. He wants franchisee's to have input and a voice (we are already discussing forming a franchisee board). I like that Charles has created what I call a Franchisee Friendly Biz Model. Large Protected Territories. Ability to really build my own business inside of a business. (Asset) and in an environment where I'm giving back. I believe this biz opportunity taps into my strengths and passions… --I like the idea of serving the community & raising money for importantcauses.--I like the customer base that I will be working with….schools, churches, parents, athletic directors --And this is complimentary to my current business, Franchise Intellect and being a Franchise Advisor.Charles and I have discuss why Promoting Custom Branded Battery Assortment Packs makes sense, but I'd like to dive deeper into what we refer to as FUNDRAISING POWER THAT THE FUNDRAISING ORGANIZATION, ORGANIZER & VOLUNTEERS CAN FEEL GOOD ABOUT REPRESENTING.- Batteries are a unique, practical product that everyone is already purchasing & needs And our batteries are typically about 50% less than buying retail & have a 10 Year Guaranteed Shelf Life.- Volunteers can feel good about promoting this.- Donors appreciate the fact that they are giving by buying a quality product that they actually can use. The batteries are manufactured using state of the art processes with only the highest quality materials resulting in equal or higher performance then the common battery brands they are purchasing in stores at a higher price.- Plus, an Assortment Pack is unlike anything else out there and it is personalized through a custom branded water-resistant box that keeps your batteries organized & gives a personal touch and nice representation of the fundraising organization.EXPANDING THE FUNDRAISING REACH…--Able to Expand the Fundraising Reach, because batteries simply command a Broader Customer Base. Everyone needs and uses batteries. Local Biz Owners buy batteries and are not that interested in scratch cards and over-priced wrapping paper, candles or popcorn.--Making fundraising efforts current through the use of technology. This is another key best practice to Expand the Fundraising Reach. We offer an ONLINE DONOR PORTAL at no charge. This allows volunteers to promote through email, social media and online anywhere. The ability to promote the batteries to out of state relatives & friends can increase product sales. Logistics of product delivery, historically made Out of State fundraising difficult. We make it possible and profitable.FUNDRAISER MANAGEMENT EASE(very important to the fundraiser organizer & volunteers)--Offer a Fundraising Guide & Consult on Best Practices to Increase Participation & Sales. We want to see you reach your goal.--INCENTIVE PROGRAM to help increase participation and keep Fundraisees / Volunteers excited. We want to give too! So, we give an additional 10% based upon your product sales, so you can have an Incentive Budget that can to be used accordingly to help insure your fundraising success. (EG: Raise $5000 and receive an additional $500)--Fundraising Tools…including a Online Donor Portal, Attractive-Custom Branded Donor Order Cards, Product Spec Sheets and more to help thevolunteers/fundraisees…--AND YES….WE PRE-SORT ORDERS for you by Participants. Huge for the Fundraiser Organizer & Volunteers. Ease of Distribution & Saving lots of time!--AND there is no minimum or maximum order size. We just want to partner with you to help you reach your fundraising goal.MAKING FUNDRAISING FUN!--All of the above helps and you can actually get creative and have a lot of FUN, building on the battery theme...A) Fundraising PowerB) Volt to VictoryC) Get Charged UpD) Put Energy toward the Path of LightD) Spark the Team with Your Energy & GivingE) Does your Fundraising Action have enough Power?IF YOU WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT FUNDRAISING POWER OR LEARN MORE ABOUT BECOMING A FRANCHISEE…Visit: fundraisingpower.orgCall: 678-247-1323Call Pam: 874-970-8765Email: Pam@FranchiseIntellect.comThe Franchise Business Radio show is a platform to bring together franchise professionals and resources to connect, educate, and collaborate to serve the franchise community and the franchise consumer. Patrick Morlando with Enjoy Your Party on Franchise Business RadioPatrick Morlando, Director of Franchise OperationsEnjoy Your PartyPatrick Morlando and Enjoy Your Party are Revolutionizing the Food Service Staffing Industry Enjoy Your Partys director of franchise operations explains where the brand is headed as demand for staffing services continues to climb. No one knows the food service industry like Patrick Morlando. His entire career has been focused on rising through the ranks in the increasingly in demand segment, from his first job scooping ice cream at just 16 years old to his most recent job as the Sales Operations Manager for a leading coffee company. And now, that extensive experience is whats helping to fuel the success of the emerging franchise concept Enjoy Your Party. As Enjoy Your Party's director of franchise operations, Morlando brings a strong appreciation for providing quality service to the table. He decided to become a part of the brands leadership team to support its ongoing expansion efforts. Realizing that customers have a choice on where they purchase their products and often make their decisions based on the service that they receive. Enjoy Your Party was the perfect opportunity for Morlando to dive right in. To say that Enjoy Your Party has been thriving since Morlando signed on board would be an understatementwith over 450 employees and a reach that extends across five states, the brand is already experiencing growth. And with the implementation of its franchising opportunity, Enjoy Your Party is expected to continue building on its strong momentum in the months and years ahead. To learn more about the Enjoy Your Party brand, 1851 Franchise sat down with Morlando to see whats next. What does a typical day look like for you? What roles and responsibilities do you oversee when it comes to Enjoy Your Party and its business ownership opportunity? Each day in the Enjoy Your Party office is incredibly interesting. Since we have many different subdivisions of staffing, from private events to contracted corporate events, my typical day starts with a morning briefing with our scheduling team to discuss current and future events. However, on a daily basis I am speaking to potentially new customers, boosting our current customer business, internal administration and working hard to get the word out there that food service staffing is the most critical part of any event. No matter how good the food is or how beautiful a venue is, The staff will ultimately make or break an event. In your opinion, what makes Enjoy Your party so unique within its segment? Its simple: recruitment & selection, training, employee uniforms and setting high expectations for our team of 463 employees. There are many staffing agencies out theretheyre not hard to find online. However, when you look at what else they do besides food service staffing, they dont compare to Enjoy Your Party. Some companies only hire models, while others staff events through an app where people can register to work events online without have any qualifications or being pre-screened. Our employees, on the other hand, are only placed on assignment after theyve had a complete and comprehensive background check thats e-verified. Every Enjoy Your Party employee also has to attend our interactive training program, pass a competency test and complete all necessary paperwork to be entered into our payroll system. When a catering partner trusts us to place fully trained and qualified staff on an event that carries the weight of their brand name, theyre sharing the responsibility of their brand and vision with us. Matching an event personality with staff personality ensures that success. Enjoy Your Party is unique because we pay attention to those details, ultimately creating a cohesive presence at any event. We dont place individuals on events for our bottom linewe place them for our partners bottom line. What makes a great leader and executive team? I always follow three simple rules. First, trust your team. Second, empower your team. Third, always have an open discussion before implementation. If these three rules are ignored in any organization, it is impossible for both your team and organization to grow internally and externally. What does the ideal Enjoy Your Party franchisee look like? Id ideally like to partner with people who have a background in the food service industry, including food service directors, maître ds and event planners. The reason for that is the fact that they already have knowledge on how an event should be executed, from proper staffing levels to correct serving styles and table set ups. We can then train them on the ins and outs of the Enjoy Your Party brand and how we go to market. But having those basic fundamentals is critical to the success of our franchisees. While we understand that those qualifications are specific, we didnt spend over 20 years building and growing our brand to open franchises just for the sake of it. Were looking to partner with individuals who can grow a business.Topics to Discuss:1- Educating the Food Service Industry on the importance of trained and qualified food Service Staffing2- Speaking to Event Planners and Value added businesses with the Catering business to add staffing as an additional revenue stream to their existing business3- Reaching directly to Food Service Professionals that are looking to make a career move from Employee to Business Ownership4- And of Course selling Enjoy Your Party FranchisesWeb Site / Social Media Links:www.enjoyyourparty.comWww.enjoyyourpartyfranchise.comfacebook: Enjoy Your PartyInstagram: enjoy_your_partyCompany Name:Corporate Financial OptionsInterview with John QuattrocchiI wanted to take a moment to introduce you to a friend of mine and a CPA who has helped many of my clients. Rally Kids, kids who are fighting or who have fought cancer, will be the stars of Rally Idol 2 as they take the stage in front hundreds of fans at The Buckhead Theatre to perform “American Idol style” with a live band. We need more research money to go directly to stopping childhood cancer. I have a passion for Rally Idol and the awareness it brings to the children affected by cancer. It is a night of fun, music, fundraising and highlighting the exceptional singers and their talent. I have tremendous respect for the family that has so lovingly started Rally Idol and their selfless donation of time and energy. I believe their mission fits the Zaxby's brand perfectly!” The first Rally Idol, a sold out event with more than 800 in attendance, made its debut in 2014 and raised $60,000 for childhood cancer research. Rally Idol 2 is the vision of 13 year-old Courtney Roach and her older sister, Emily. “We were inspired to do something big and amazing for my friend (Rally Kid) Ruby and for families like Ruby's who are fighting or have fought cancer,” said Courtney. “We are thrilled to have Zaxby's as a partner in the all-important fight against childhood cancer. There will be much to celebrate – Courtney's and Emily's vision, Zaxby's generosity, stars giving back and talented kids affected by cancer pursuing their dreams,” said Dean Crowe, CEO and Founder of the Rally Foundation. “I am impressed that Courtney has brought together one of the nation's fastest growing restaurants in Zaxby's with these former American Idols, and even more impressed watching the talented Rally Kids perform at rehearsals. It is going to be an amazing night.” About Zaxby'sEnjoying great chicken in an atmosphere where you could be yourself? The two founders' passion is highlighted in their values : exacting standards of quality, consistency, pleasure and flavor, as well as the cosy atmosphere in their shops. Paolo Benassi : "Our objective is to make the highest quality gelato as naturally as possible with no artificial colours or flavorings". Very soon their success allowed them to open more stores in many prestigious locations. The crowds in front of their shops are very much a part of the summer scene in various capitals. Cristiano Sereni : " greatest satisfaction is allowing people to discover, through Amorino, the magic of authentic traditional Italian gelato... it's part of my home, my native culture". The creation of each new flavor of gelato starts with the most rigorous selection of sourced ingredients, combined with the patience and skill of our highly trained chefs. We, at Amorino, are fully conscious of the requirements that are needed to make perfect gelato and we won't rush that delicate process. For each new recipe, we push ourselves to maximise the flavor and taste. How? By simply using organic and natural products, by sourcing our ingredients directly from reputable suppliers and by ensuring that we oversee every stage of the production process. In 2005, Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi were able to centralize their gelato production which allowed them to combine their valuable know-how with new techniques from the drawing board to actual production of each flavor. Paolo Benassi "We insist on keeping a close eye on the production of our gelato to thus be able to guarantee the highest standard of quality to all our customers. In order to achieve this consistency, our products arrive at each shop ready to be served, this avoids the risk of product alteration and we can guarantee that our customers will enjoy the same experience regardless of where they go to buy it". Cristiano Sereni " Our gelato and sorbets are churned everyday in typical Italian fashion under the very watchful eyes of our chefs. Our recipes take into account the needed for the gelato to mature, to allow each flavor to develop to its full potential. We use only the freshest free range organic eggs and the highest grade whole milk. Absolutely no colouring agent or artificial flavors will be found in our gelato - this is one of Amorino's fundamental principles".http://www.amorino.com/en/shop/atlanta-lenox-mall.197.htmlhttps://www.facebook.com/AmorinoUSAhttps://twitter.com/AmorinoUSAInterview with Michelle JordanAll About People, Franchise Owner“Every day, lead by example, work with purpose and help those we serve find the power to grow.” Who We Serve: Talent At All About People, not only are we going to serve you during your job search, we're going to help you find and land your next career.
