California Governor Gavin Newsom just lost a major court battle in federal court against President Trump, effectively delaying the removal of the National Guard in Los Angeles. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that for now the Trump Administration could keep the troops in LA because of the anti-ICE riots and protests against mass deportations of illegal immigrants. Saturday, June 14, 2025 was a very eventful day.  First of all, it is Flag Day.  It's also President Trump's birthday, and the 25th anniversary of our U.S. military.  Also, on that day, two Deomcatic state lawmakers were shout in their homes by an assassin.  It was difinately polically motifrated, and because some of the facts that don't make since, it's unclear of the motive.  Minnesota Governor, Tim Walz, was one of a few Democratic governors that had to testify in front of congress for providing Sancuary states for illegal immigrants.  -Thank you for listening!-

The most liberal court of appeals in the United States, the 9th Circuit, late last night ruled that it is the great and powerful President Donald J. Trump who is Commander in Chief of the federalized California National Guard, and not the feckless and pandering Governor Gavin Newsom.This ruling overturns an insane temporary restraining order issued last week by the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical inferior federal district trial court Judge Charles Breyer. Was he killed in a house full of law enforcement and the crime covered up, or did his girlfriend, Karen Read, strike him with her car and leave him to die? The high-profile case gripped true crime fans worldwide, especially after Read claimed she was the victim of a corrupt cover-up. The first trial in 2024 ended in a mistrial. It involves analyzing an individual's DNA to uncover their genetic heritage, connect with distant relatives, and map out family trees. This approach has gained significant popularity due to advancements in DNA sequencing technology, particularly in the form of direct-to-consumer DNA testing kits.Here's how genetic genealogy works and how it's used by investigators:DNA Testing: Individuals interested in exploring their genetic heritage and family history can submit their DNA samples through services provided by companies like AncestryDNA, 23andMe, and MyHeritageDNA. These companies analyze specific segments of the submitted DNA to identify genetic markers that are common among different populations and individuals.Genetic Markers: Certain sections of the DNA, particularly those found in the Y chromosome (passed from father to son) and the mitochondrial DNA (passed from mother to all offspring), contain genetic markers that can be used to identify ancestral lineages. This approach not only provided capital but validated market demand from a broader audience. B2B founders facing VC skepticism should consider alternative funding sources that might better appreciate their value proposition. Build the full stack when integration creates competitive advantage: Cloudastructure didn't just provide software—they built the entire monitoring infrastructure, including training guards, developing custom interfaces, and managing the complete service delivery. Rick emphasized, "You can't just hop on Fiverr or whatever and say, I need someone to do this. You need to build the tools for them." From April 12, 2024: The Insurrection Act is a provision that allows the president to deploy the U.S. military for domestic law enforcement. It's been invoked dozens of times by presidents to respond to crises in the over 230 years that it's been around, but it hasn't been reformed in centuries. In recent years, the Insurrection Act has come back into public focus because of its implication in a number of domestic crises, prompting a renewed conversation about whether it's finally time to curb the sweeping powers afforded to the executive in this unique federal law.On April 8, the American Law Institute released a set of principles for Insurrection Act reform, prepared by a group of 10 individuals with backgrounds in constitutional law, national security law, and military law. However, God's judgment is impartial, and all who choose to live in sin will face the day of wrath. Christians must not take God's kindness, tolerance, and patience so lightly that they choose sin while condemning others. Self-righteousness and hypocrisy lead to condemnation, as God judges based on truth rather than outward appearances. Both Jews and Gentiles are accountable to God. The Gentiles, who did not know the Law, were still accountable to their conscience, while the Jews, who possessed the Law, were judged by it. True righteousness arises from an inner transformation evident in sincere faith, not merely from external practices or specific sectarian affiliations. Circumcised hearts, shaped by the Holy Spirit, will draw praise from God. Pride among the religious can be dangerous. It is easy to see ourselves as superior to others, which leads to two critical errors: taking on the role of judging others and conveniently ignoring our own shortcomings. God shows no partiality. This truth keeps us humble, repentant, and focused on our own need for growth. It helps us develop a better attitude toward others, as we all need Jesus and will answer to Him in judgment. Unfortunately, some believers have been pointing out the sins of others while committing similar sins themselves. Everyone, whether Jew or Gentile, must honor Jesus to be saved. We cannot achieve salvation through the law. Therefore, we must be transformed from the heart to faith.   Righteous Judge, we know You show no partiality. Neither history nor heritage makes us any more deserving of salvation from You. No one can perfectly keep the law, whether it is the law of conscience or the Law of Moses. Unfortunately, some pretend to do so by judging and labeling others as they overlook their own shortcomings. Please God, break our spirit and reshape us in humility if we are committing these sins. Help us to abandon hypocrisy in every form and to allow Your Holy Spirit to circumcise our hearts so that our praise will come from You.   Thought Questions: -       Why do some religious people judge others harshly while committing the same sins secretly? How will God respond to that? -       If God will judge the secrets of men, and He knows all that you do, how should that deeply impact the way you think and live? -       No one will be justified by law-keeping. How is this comforting news to hear? And how can this truth lead us to more faith in Jesus?

In a sweeping ruling and stern condemnation of Trump's violation of both the federal law AND the Constitution, a federal judge in California ruled that Trump must relinquish control of the California National Guard and return control to California Governor Gavin Newsom. However, the appeals court has issued a brief stay/pause on the ruling.In ruling against Trump, Judge Charles Breyer wrote: "At this early stage of the proceedings, the Court must determine whether the President followed the congressionally mandated procedure for his actions. He did not. His actions were illegal both exceeding the scope of his statutory authority and violating the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. He must therefore return control of the California National Guard to the Governor of the State of California forthwith."
