Karen Gray is an Executive Business Coach & Brand Consultant helping high-profile leaders scale up or off the corporate ladder to create a life they don't need to escape from. Many times, those who function in executive positions choose not to be whom they desire, and instead, encapsulate those desires in whom they are expected to be. However, Karen helps them tap into their faith, engaging in whom God calls them to be.
I think we all have limiting beliefs. For instance, I was born a poor kid in Detroit and I think I still have something of a poverty mindset. I don't think I deserve all the wonderful blessings that I have. To talk about that today, Karen Gray, she's an Intuitive Mindset Coach. ➤ https://www.coachkarengray.com This video was filmed at Real News Communications Network broadcasting in North Dallas at the Lincoln Centre right next to the Galleria. ➤ https://www.realnewscn.com/contact More information: ➤ http://www.JeffCrilleyShow.com ➤ https://RealNewsCN.com
"Sports honestly saved my life," Gary Muzzy says in this conversation without any hesitation. For many years he has coached swimming and water polo at the youth and high school levels for both his organization Blue Crush and for Parkrose High School. As a swimmer herself, Gary's mother got him and his twin brother Larry in the pool at a young age. The pair excelled, but his brother went to jail at 17. Gary says he "gave up" around that time, but with the support of his mom, coaches, and mentors at after-school programs, he persevered and graduated high school. Melissa believed in him and supported his goals as a young adult as well. Gary had a desire to give back to youth in a similar way, and the Parkrose water polo coach and superintendent Dr. Karen Gray both approached Gary to ask him to coach summer water polo and swimming, which led to the launch of Blue Crush Aquatic Club. Since then, Melissa and Gary have impacted countless youth, both boys and girls, and some of them received swimming scholarships. We also talk about the racial climate of swimming and water polo, the current climate of youth club sports, and their hopes and goals for youth sports in Parkrose. Crush Athletics offers swimming lessons (year-round is their goal), swim team, water polo, and they are adding other sports like volleyball, basketball, and futsal too. Check out parkrosepool.com for the hours and opportunities at the pool too. If you want to contact Melissa or Gary, you can email crushathleticspdx@gmail.com. 50. Karen Gray - A+E Culture of Kindness “People sometimes confuse kindness with avoiding direct conversation. But, actually kindness is equal to direct conversation. And if you don't have direct conversations, if you're afraid in a business when something's not going right to say, you know, this isn't going right, but say it respectfully. Then you have a problem in your business on the flip side, when we're doing that, when we're saying this isn't going right, but I have to be kind and respectful when I convey this information to you. Now, both parties or multiple parties are in a place where they can think through and get to the issues." Todays guest is a Cannabis activist and an amazing mother. One of her kids Murray is 8 years old and suffers with a rae type of Epilepsy knows as Doose Syndrome. Karen has long fought for access to Cannabis medcine for Murray and even had to become an international drug smuggler as part of the battle. As before she had the private prescription she was having to travel to Holland and illegally smuggle a legally purchased medicine home to help keep her child alive. Murray is now 2 years seizure free thanks to his cannabis medicine and is no longer needing aides such as a protective helmet or wheel chair. More recently Dean Gray , Murray's 13 year old brother hand delivered a letter to the First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon asking for the cost of Murrays medicine to be covered by the NHS so the family no longer have to fundraise the £1300/month bill for Murray's medicine. Cannabis prohibition which has made research incredibly difficult over the last 70 years and is why so many patients now are without effective access. I hope after hearing this more people will stand up and call for an end to Cannabis prohibition which causes so much hardship in our society. Thanks again to Karen Gray for joining me and I hope everyone else enjoys the conversation and gets motivated by it. Cannabis prohibition has got to go!!

Karen Gray of Scotland had to break the law in the United Kingdom to get cannabis medicine for her 6 year old son. Doctors had tried every prescription medication under the sun to help control Murray’s seizures, and they just seemed to get worse. His seizures ran the gamut – from absconce to myclonic to tonic clonic to drop seizures. At the time of administering cannabis oil to Murray he was lying in a hospital bed unresponsive. Karen had traveled to Holland to get prescription grade very low THC cannabis oil for him. She dosed Murray with the oil unbeknownst to his doctors who would have had to take the oil from her and report her to the authorities. After Murray’s release from the hospital and feeling emboldened by the success they’d seen, Karen decided to purchase a cannabis oil with more THC – a 20:1 ratio of CBD to THC, respectively. After switching Murray’s medication he has been seizure free since June of 2019. Unfortunately for the Gray family the UK’s National Health System does not cover the cost of Murray’s plant based medicine, so the family spends 1400 pounds PER MONTH for his medication. A Special Passage for Karen “My life is not perfect, nor is it close to being perfect. I am not perfect. I am, in fact, a bundle of imperfections. I wish - sometimes I wish with all my heart - that I could correct these imperfections; that I knew what causes my behaviors, what sets up my downfalls, what keeps getting in my way. That’s why I’ve come to You, I guess. I haven’t been able to find the answers on my own. I am glad you came. I have always been here to help you. I am here now. You don’t have to find the answers on your own. You never had to.” - From Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch A Prozac Induced Mania Most of us believe medicines will heal our illnesses. We do not expect a drug to exacerbate our problems, so when one actually does, it’s difficult to know that it is at the root of the problem. Karen Gray shares how Prozac caused a mania which led her down the dark hallways of depression, suicidal thoughts and the disintegration of her marriage to a good man. She says “depression is more than being down. Depression is when your brain gets really messed up.” Everything was Perfect Until It Wasn’t Karen’s manic side bubbled up and everything seemed perfect. She and her husband were able to quit marriage counseling and her life had never been better. A short while later her scale tipped the opposite direction. Her husband tricked her into moving out of their house under the guise of helping her to heal. In what felt like an instant, he shattered the framework of her life. To their credit, both Karen and her husband continued to keep their daughter’s well-being a priority. The Value of Continuing on with This Life Despair led Karen to a distorted suicidal place. She had thoughts of how it might benefit her daughter to know that life is hard. She also considered it might be better for her to grow up without a mother than to grow up with a crazy one. It wasn’t until Karen spoke with a deceased woman’s older daughter at a funeral that she thought there is no point when a daughter has had enough time with her mother. Remembering the Muse Karen’s spiritual practice is really important to her. When she considers the way of God in the world, she feels at home and safe. Karen recommends Harriet Emilie Cady’s Lessons in Truth and Emmet Fox’s books.
