Savage criticizes the ineffective handling of the homelessness crisis, advocating for reopening mental hospitals instead of providing housing. The discussion includes a shocking incident where bystanders filmed rather than intervened during a rape crime on a Philadelphia train, blaming the inaction on fear of legal consequences due to liberal policies and attorneys. Savage explains how liberal policies, and the erosion of traditional American values have created this modern crisis.

Philadelphia's Holmesburg prison, before it was officially shut down in 1995, had been a house of horrors for much of its history. In addition to being grossly overcrowded and its prisoners being subjected to sometimes lethal abuse by prison officials... for over two decades - from 1951 to 1974, Dr. Albert Kligman performed wildly unethical medical experiments on its prisoners. Inmates were burned, infected with incurable diseases, exposed to radiation, carcinogens, and more without their informed consent. These atrocities and more earned the prison the nickname of The Terrordome.Merch and more: www.badmagicproductions.com Timesuck Discord! https://discord.gg/tqzH89vWant to join the Cult of the Curious PrivateFacebook Group? The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:05pm- After learning that Sydney Sweeney is a registered Republican, President Donald Trump hilariously stated: “oh, now I love her ad!” 6:15pm- According to an investigative report from The Daily Wire, squatters have been living in a Philadelphia rental property for months—intruding, trashing the home, neglecting to pay rent, and refusing to leave. However, the city of Philadelphia is doing nothing to evict them! 6:30pm- Did Rich mention that he was on Fox News earlier today? 6:40pm- Sydney Sweeney is a Registered Republican Living in Florida? A new American Eagle clothing advertisement features Hollywood star Sydney Sweeney bragging about her “great jeans.” Far-left social media users, however, are ridiculously saying that the commercial is secretly promoting eugenics—insisting the ad's “great jeans” line really means “great genes.” American Eagle responded to the complaints, emphasizing the commercial was always just about “jeans.” Meanwhile, over the weekend, activists “outed” Sweeney as a registered Republican living in Florida—and video has surfaced of her shooting guns impressively. But is anyone, aside from those obsessively online, genuinely angry about her political affiliation or hobbies?

The speakers discuss recent lawsuits, notable incidents involving firearms, and the societal implications of gun control measures. They emphasize the need for vigilance and the role of the NRA in advocating for gun rights. In this conversation, Mark Walters and his guests discuss the complexities of gun control, urban safety, and the consequences of liberal policies on crime rates. They explore the illusion of safety in urban environments, the need for accountability in government, and the nature of evil in relation to gun violence. The discussion emphasizes the importance of self-defense and the rights of law-abiding citizens to protect themselves against tyranny. Takeaways Gun control laws do not necessarily lead to increased safety. Corruption can undermine public trust in law enforcement and gun buyback programs. Legal challenges to gun control are gaining momentum in various states. The Second Amendment is crucial for protecting individual freedoms. Public perception of gun ownership is often influenced by media and government messaging. The NRA is actively working with other organizations to restore gun rights. Corruption in police departments can lead to tragic outcomes involving firearms. The importance of being prepared for potential threats is emphasized. Programming and societal beliefs can create a false sense of security regarding gun laws. The people must remain vigilant to protect their rights against government overreach. The perception of safety in urban areas often relies on the presence of law enforcement, which may be inadequate. Liberal policies can lead to increased crime rates and a lack of accountability for criminal behavior. Government should be held accountable for failing to protect citizens and for policies that enable crime. Evil will always exist, and laws cannot prevent it; personal responsibility is key. Self-defense is a fundamental right that should not be infringed upon by government regulations. The left often ignores the reality of evil and its implications for public safety. Citizens must be empowered to defend themselves against threats, including from their own government. The Second Amendment is designed to ensure that citizens can resist tyranny. Ellen Greenberg Investigation DELAYED & MOVED AGAIN In yet another shocking twist, the long-stalled investigation into the death of Ellen Greenberg has been delayed and transferred—again. Ellen was found dead in 2011 with 20 stab wounds, including deep injuries to the back of her neck and skull, in a locked Philadelphia apartment. Initially ruled a homicide, her manner of death was quietly changed to suicide after a closed-door meeting between the Medical Examiner and police. Since then, the case has bounced like a legal pinball between the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, the Pennsylvania Attorney General, and multiple counties—with no one willing to take meaningful action. In this episode of Hidden Killers, former prosecutor and defense attorney Eric Faddis returns to break down the latest stall tactic and what this new referral really means. Is this yet another strategic delay to avoid reopening a now-infamous case? Or is there a chance—however slim—that someone is finally going to act? We dig into: Why the AG kicked the case back to the DA—again How each agency continues to evade accountability What the 2025 reversal by the original medical examiner should have triggered Whether this latest move is just another way to bury the truth And why this case is rapidly becoming one of the most blatant examples of institutional failure in American criminal justice Ellen's family has waited over 14 years. The public has been misled. And the system, once again, is doing what it does best when cornered: pass the buck. If you think justice delayed is justice denied, this episode will hit hard. I travelled to the middle of the woods, in Wilmington Delaware, to interview recovered alcoholic and heroin addict, Jackass and Viva La Bam star, Brandon Novak.I took an hour long uber, from Philadelphia to get to Bandon's place in Wilmington, Delaware. My Uber driver chatted non stop as eventually we started veering away from civilisation and snaking through tree lined tracks until we approached Brandon's property.Brandon is sat on a bench outside the house as I pull up. He's wearing just a pair of shorts, no shirt, no shoes. I try and read some of the words on his heavily tattooed torso as I walk over. It's clear that he's on a call, so we do that silent hello thing, he daps me up and gives me a hug.I sit down next to him as the call continues. It's gently raining but it's so warm (that sticky American heat) so the sporadic rain drops are actually a relief. He's talking business. ‘Novak's house' is a sober living facility. The business side of helping people sounds intense. The call concludes and we go inside.Brandon had moved into his new digs a week prior. The bones of the house are beautiful. There's a couple of pieces of flatpack furniture yet to be built and art is stacked in front of the walls, ready to be hung.He shows me an incredible, ornate iron cross, salvaged from the ruins of a French church.I meet his cats.We sit down and have the conversation you're about to listen to.I was nervous about this interview. I'm not an addiction expert and I didn't want to focus on Brandon's lowest moments, like a lot of interviewers do.I'm so happy that I made that decision and this is a conversation that I'm really proud of.Find out more about Brandon's and his work - Brandonnovak.com To hear more, visit creativerebels.substack.com

In this week's MBA Admissions podcast we began by highlighting the upcoming webinar on Thursday, hosted by Alex, which will cover the application process for those targeting the M7 MBA programs and feature admissions coaches from our friends at Leland. Signups are here: https://bit.ly/m7clearadmit Graham then noted the weekly refresh series that Clear Admit publishes during this time of year, which is designed to keep MBA applicants updated with admissions-related updates at the leading MBA programs. Graham also discussed a new admissions tip which focuses on all the standardized tests that non-English language MBA candidates might use to demonstrate English proficiency in the admissions process. We continue our series of Adcom Q&As, and this week we have two Q&As, from Harvard Business School's Rupal Gadhia and Maryland / Smith's Maria Pineda. Finally, Graham highlighted a recently published podcast that focuses on the strategy consulting industry and its importance for MBA candidates. This is a recording from a panel discussion from our spring event in Boston and includes a representative from Bain Consulting. For this week, for the candidate profile review portion of the show, Alex selected three ApplyWire entries: This week's first MBA admissions candidate has a superb 795 on the GMAT, but a very modest GPA. We discussed the impact of this GPA on their overall profile. This week's second MBA candidate is from India and has not yet taken the GRE. They are targeting top MBA programs outside the United States. The final MBA candidate has a 745 GMAT and 3.95 GPA in chemical engineering. They work at a small firm, with no title change. We do think this is a very strong candidate. This episode was recorded in Paris, France and Cornwall, England. It was produced and engineered by the fabulous Dennis Crowley in Philadelphia, USA. People have, of course, been born this way – but two very interesting men not only made the best of it they could – but they made the rest of the world take notice! (No Arms, No Legs, Lots of Everything Else) *** The bloodstain remains on the floor to this day—and several witnesses have claimed to see a black mist materialize from the spot and glide through the house. We'll look at a haunted home in Pennsylvania that goes by the name Grumblethorpe. (Grumblethorpe) *** We've all had a trick of the light make it appear something was on the other side of a window, only for us to change angles and the image would disappear – but what if the image doesn't, and you know it can't be there? (Creepy Floaty Faced Thing) *** Witnesses say they have seen people vanish into thin air. Drivers and motorists saw a young woman suddenly materialize in front of their vehicles. There are some strange things being seen around Blue Bell Hill in Kent, United Kingdom. (Mysterious Sightings at Blue Bell Hill) *** Murdered in Montana in 1983, Marie Philbrick was killed in the days before DNA analysis. Bernard Pease Jr. was convicted of her murder, but was he really her killer? (The Murder Trial of Bernard Pease, Jr.) *** There was a time where being physically fit wasn't just good for your heart health and good lungs – but also good for your head. If you could beat the executioner in a foot race, you could avoid the guillotine! Nick Wright discusses what a slimmed-down Luka Doncic means for LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers' title aspirations. Should Luka be the favorite to win the NBA MVP? Next, Nick breaks down why Lamar Jackson deserves criticism for his playoff performances and must prove his doubters wrong following another Baltimore Ravens playoff loss to Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills last NFL season. Is Lamar ready to get Baltimore past Buffalo, Patrick Mahomes' Kansas City Chiefs, and Joe Burrow's Cincinnati Bengals en route to a Super Bowl? Later, Nick breaks down why Shedeur Sanders must start at some point during the NFL season for the Cleveland Browns over Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and Dillon Gabriel. Lastly, Nick reacts to Philadelphia 76ers President of Basketball Operations Daryl Morey's commenting that most people do not view LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and the Los Angeles Lakers' 2020 NBA bubble championship as legitimate. Nick explains why anyone holding this opinion is... well... insane. #VolumeSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

DEA and the Police in the Caribbean, Drugs, Violence. When most people imagine the Caribbean, they think of turquoise waters, white sand beaches, rum cocktails, and vibrant island music. The idea of violent crime, drugs, and federal law enforcement operations rarely comes to mind. But behind the postcard-perfect scenery, the Caribbean plays a major role in the global drug trade, and with it, comes a dangerous underworld of money, guns, and organized crime. In the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast promoted across their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. Retired DEA Supervisory Special Agent Jack McFarland knows this world all too well. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast interview, available for free on their website, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and more podcast platforms. Jack spent over three decades in the trenches with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). From his early days as a football coach and teacher to chasing drug traffickers through the Caribbean, his story reflects the global reach of America's drug war, and the brave men and women fighting it on the front lines. Now retired and a keynote speaker, Jack shares stories from his work with the DEA, including international interdiction operations, violent shootouts, and the complex partnership between the DEA and the police in the Caribbean. Look for supporting stories about this and much more from Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast in platforms like Medium , Blogspot and Linkedin . A Hidden Drug Highway in Paradise. DEA and the Police in the Caribbean, Drugs, Violence. “The Caribbean is beautiful, but it's also a major hub in the global drug trade,” Jack said during a recent appearance on the Law Enforcement Talk Podcast, available on Apple, Spotify, and major TV and podcast platforms. Much of the Caribbean lies along major smuggling routes between South America and the United States. Narcotics such as cocaine and heroin often move by sea, carried in everything from high-speed boats to drug submarines. Once in the Caribbean, the drugs are repackaged and rerouted, often with the help of armed criminal groups. Available for free on their website and streaming on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other podcast platforms. As a Supervisory Special Agent with the DEA's Caribbean Division, Jack helped lead operations that intercepted everything from cartel-run aircraft to high-seas smuggling vessels. One of the division's most notable seizures came on March 31, 2014, when the Caribbean Corridor Strike Force (CCSF) intercepted a Zodiac-type vessel off Dorado, Puerto Rico. On board? Two Venezuelan nationals and 1,774 kilograms of cocaine. “These arrests are a clear indication of the continued success of the Caribbean Corridor Strike Force,” said Rosa Emilia Rodríguez-Vélez, U.S. Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico. “This is just another example of the fine work our state and federal law enforcement partners accomplish every day.” When Interdiction Turns Violent. DEA and the Police in the Caribbean, Drugs, Violence. Not all operations end smoothly. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast episode is available for free on their website , Apple Podcasts , Spotify and most major podcast platforms. On November 17, 2022, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents engaged in a shootout while trying to intercept a suspicious vessel near Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. As agents approached, a gun battle broke out, leaving one DEA partner agent dead, others wounded, and two U.S. citizens arrested after over 1,300 kilograms of cocaine were recovered. It's a grim reminder that the fight against drug trafficking in the Caribbean isn't just about seizures, it's a deadly, high-stakes war against violent criminals. The Broader Impact of Crime in the Caribbean Many are shocked to learn that the Caribbean is one of the most violent regions in the Americas. Fueled by transnational gangs, economic struggles, and a deterioration of social structures, violent crime has exploded in several countries. You can listen to his stories and interview on our website for free in addition to platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify, and other major podcast platforms. In Haiti, where gangs have seized control of much of the capital, over 2,500 people were killed or injured in just the first quarter of 2024. This disturbing trend has sparked deep concern among Caribbean leaders. At a recent Caribbean Community (Caricom) summit, regional heads of state cited “levels of crime and violence... fueled in part by firearms and ammunition trafficking, transnational criminal networks, and a deterioration of social structures.” DEA and the Police in the Caribbean, Drugs, Violence. Jack puts it bluntly: “Where there are drugs, there are guns. And with guns, there's always violence.” The DEA's Mission in the Caribbean The Drug Enforcement Administration, established in 1973 during President Nixon's war on drugs, is the lead U.S. agency for combatting illegal narcotics. While most Americans associate DEA operations with big city drug busts or cartels, the agency plays a vital role in the Caribbean, partnering with local and international police forces to stop the flow of drugs into the U.S. The DEA Caribbean Division covers a wide area, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Barbados, Haiti, Jamaica, the Netherlands Antilles, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and others. Its mission is not just enforcement, but also coordination, training local police, gathering intelligence, and working alongside global partners. With units like the Caribbean Corridor Strike Force, the DEA focuses on interdiction, cutting off drug shipments before they reach U.S. soil. Modern-Day Pirates and Real-World Consequences While pirates might sound like a fantasy from the past, modern-day piracy is a real concern in the Caribbean. The DEA, working closely with the police in the Caribbean, continues to be a frontline force in stemming this tide. But as Jack McFarland reminds us, “This isn't a job for the faint of heart. It's dangerous, complicated, and essential.” Behind the island sunsets and steel drum music lies a battle that few tourists ever see. When Christa Kuljian arrived on the Harvard College campus as a first-year student in the fall of 1980 with copies of Our Bodies, Ourselves and Ms. magazine, she was concerned that the women's movement had peaked in the previous decade. She soon learned, however, that there was a long way to go in terms of achieving equality for women and that social movements would continue to be a critical force in society. She began researching the history of science and gender biases in science, and how they intersect with race, class, and sexuality. In Our Science, Ourselves: How Gender, Race, and Social Movements Shaped the Study of Science (University of Massachusetts Press, 2024), Kuljian tells the origin story of feminist science studies by focusing on the life histories of six key figures--Ruth Hubbard, Rita Arditti, Evelyn Fox Keller, Evelynn Hammonds, Anne Fausto-Sterling, and Banu Subramaniam. These women were part of a trailblazing network of female scientists in the 1970s, 80s, and 90s who were drawn to the Boston area--to Harvard, MIT, and other universities--to study science, to network with other scientists, or to take a job. Inspired by the social and political activism of the women's movement and organizations such as Science for the People, the Genes and Gender Collective, and the Combahee River Collective, they began to write and teach about women in science, gender and science, and sexist and racist bias and exclusion. They would lead the critiques of E. O. Wilson's sociobiology in 1975 and Larry Summers' comments about women in science thirty years later. Drawing on a rich array of sources that combines published journal articles and books with archival materials and interviews with major luminaries of feminist science studies, Kuljian chronicles and celebrates the contributions that these women have made to our collective scientific knowledge and view of the world. Christa Kuljian grew up in the Boston area, and has lived in Johannesburg, South Africa for the past thirty years. She is a science writer and the author of Sanctuary and Darwin's Hunch: Science, Race and the Search for Human Origins, which was short listed for the Sunday Times Alan Paton Award for Non-Fiction.
