We need your assistance  to bring this matter forward, and help  the Task Force to better understand the significance of what will happen if this matter is not addressed. Time to do that is running out, as the Task Force sunsets near the end of this year. We are pointing out the issues with the administration of the collection, but we are also making specific recommendations to  correct those  problems that can be addressed at this moment in time. It is imperative that these recommendations be in included in the final report of the Task Force and that, ultimately, Congress acts upon those recommendations including for the time, engaging in oversight of the Collection.
