Sandy Hanna is an award-winning author for her memoir “The Ignorance of Bliss: An American Kid in Saigon,” a true coming-of-age story about growing up in Vietnam in the early 60s. She current resides in Lambertville, New Jersey. Die Weihnachtsfolge. Voll mit Aromen! Von Banane über Rauch und anderen tropischen Früchte bis hin zu Lebkuchen! Und ein Fehlaroma (Kellermuff) ist scheinbar auch dabei...oder ist das so gewollt? Es geht um Weißbier bzw. Weizenbier. Gibt es da überhaupt einen Unterschied? Und prickelt das wirklich iin einem Bauchnabel? Wo wir gerade schon fast unter der Gürtelinie sind: Doreen würde ja gerne mal ein spezielles Bier zum Weltfrauentag (08. März) brauen. Mit vaginalen Milchsäure...Klingt komisch, oder? Ob es wohl auch komisch schmeckt? Zum Schluss geht es um Weihnachtsbier. Wobei es da auch Unterschiede gibt: Entweder passt das Bier zum Weihnachtsessen (Ente Ente Ente) oder es ist ein sehr weihnachtlich-aromatisiertes Bier. Lasst eucht überraschen! Außerdem ist das ZDF zu Gast in dieser Folge, weil ein Kamerateam für die Sendung "37 Grad" Doreen auf Schritt und Tritt begleitet. Für das Fernsehen hat Union-Azubi Nils vor einigen Wochen ein Rauchbier gebraut, was nun in einem 10,4-Liter-Fass vor Doreen, Wolle, der Redakteurin, Kameramann und Tonmann steht. Ob das alle wird? With flavors of bready malt and dark fruits like plum, raisin, and grape, this style is low on bitterness and high on carbonation.
