Acquisition at Hernic of 100% PGM Earnings: Transforming Operations Highlights á Agreement with NewCo, the world’s largest Ferrochrome producer, to extend Jubilee’s rights to 100% of all PGM earnings from current and future tailings at Hernic, gaining full control of the large-scale operations á Agreement transforms Jubilee’s Hernic operations from a contracting joint venture partner to 100% owner of the economic rights without additional risk to the Company á Acquires all rights to a further circa. one million tonnes of PGM rich material located close to its Windsor chrome operations á By gaining full control of the operation, has the opportunity to increase throughput, further optimising certain aspects of the operation and enhancing earnings significantly á Enters into a further exclusive agreement with NewCo whereby under NewCo’s election Jubilee may also acquire all chrome rights to the chrome contained in the current tailings at Hernic offering significant further earnings upside to the project Leon Coetzer, Chief Executive Officer, says: “I am delighted to have secured this transaction with NewCo which essentially transforms Jubilee from processing joint venture partner to owner of the surface tailings and associated chrome and PGM recovery operations. We could not have asked for a better partner for our ongoing operations than a company that forms part of the largest ferrochrome producer in South Africa. Our highly successful Hernic Project is the largest of its kind in the chrome industry and is a fitting partner to such a renowned company. “The transaction extends our rights to 100% of PGM earnings from current and future tailings at a time when the project is delivering record earnings reaching GBP 1.41 million for the month of September 2019 on the back of improved operational efficiencies and buoyant PGM basket metal prices. Under the previous agreement this would have brought forward the point at which the majority of earnings would be due to Hernic, Jubilee having reached a 30% return on investment. “The transaction includes significant further PGM rich material at surface to be immediately processed via our Windsor PGM project. The option to add the chrome rights to our project holds the potential to significantly increase the earnings of the project, currently all chrome concentrate produced by our project is returned to Hernic for its own use or sale to the market. If implemented the option could add a further 8 000 to 10 000 tonnes of chrome concentrate to Jubilee’s existing chrome production. “This agreement is yet another significant milestone in our on-going development strategy to grow and diversify our earnings base. We continue to make exceptional progress across the portfolio which I look forward to updating shareholders on in due course.”

Jeff chats with the founder of Super Fun Productions, Rob Healy, about his passion to better understand the neuroscience behind various smart drugs (nootropics) that can improve memory, creativity, cognition, and can stave off age-related memory decline. We talk about the long term dangers of stimulants, the racetam class of drugs that are banned in the United States, and the "limitless" drug Modafinil.  Jeff Grace (host) @jeffgrace (Twitter) @jeffgrace (Instagram) Rob Healy (guest) @parttimerob (Instagram) @PartTimeRob (Twitter) Mentioned in this Episode: Note: Please consult with a doctor before taking any of the supplements listed below. RACETAMS - Class of drugs that are legal in EU and Canada, but yet not in the United States. Discovered in the 1960s and have been clinically studied since the 1970s. Much safer class of drug than Amphetamines, that posses very low toxicity and lack serious side effects. Scientist believe Racetams help with ATP synthesis and Acetylcholine function. Other studies show it improves mitochondrial function in Alzheimers patients. Aniracetam - Rob's favorite for creative professionals. Enters blood stream quickly and slightly stimulatory. Fat soluble, so need to have some fat with it (fish oil or whole milk). Helps with memory formation, learning ability, increased creativity, and holistic big picture thinking. Piracetam - The first discovered and the safest because of its oldest use profile. Claims it can increase word recall, focus, attention, and memory. Phenylpiracetam - Same as Piracetam but 10x stronger. Banned by the Olympic Doping agency. Does cause sleep disturbances so want to take this in the morning. Only take this 1-2 times a week because you will acclimate quickly. Seems to be good for attention switching and task switching as well as hand eye motor movement. Oxiracetam- The computer programmer or "hacker" drug. Great for neuroprotection and recovering from head trauma. Recommended for recovery from concussions. Enhances long term memory formation. Few studies that show it's better at memory formation and recall than Piracetam. One study showed increased reaction times, as well. AFANILS - Modafanil (aka Provigil or Modalert) and Adrafanil. Rob does not strong endorse. "Wakefulness Drugs" originally designed to treat narcolepsy that may help people avoid dips in energy, but do not increase focus, reading comprehension, or word recall in ADHD brains in same way stimulants would. Popularized by Bulletproof Coffee founder Dave Asprey. Inspiration for the film and television series, "Limitless". SUPPLEMENTS THAT ARE EFFECTIVE WHEN PAIRED WITH CAFFEINE... L-THEANINE - Exists naturally in Match Tea. Best taken with caffeine. Has calming effect, or anti-anxiety... makes caffeine or stimulant highs feel much smoother- rounds them out and relaxes the "jump out of your skin feelings". This is a coffee must have. Improves memory and learning. Aids in immune system, increases t-cells, has some antibacterial properties. Lowers blood pressure. Big Fan. TYROSINE - Dopamine precursor. Amino acid to refill your dopamine stores. Stress relieving properties as well. Great supplement for depressed people as well. Also have a super hectic or stressful work week... load up on tyrosine. VASOPRESSIN - Take and wait 30-45 minutes to increase recall at lectures or in other events where elevated recall would be important. CENTROPHENOXINE - Increase recall speed. This increases oxygen to the brain and helps with glucose uptake. Brain uses 20 percent of the body's oxygen levels so you gotta make sure oxygen flow to the brain is constant as we age. LIONS MANE - Helps regulate blood glucose. Increases nerve growth factor that help neuron growth and maintenance. One of Rob's highly recommended adaptogens. Suggested as a supplement to coffee (but with some bitter taste.) FOUR SIGMATIC COFFEE - Instant coffee that contains Lions's Mane and Chagga Mushrooms linked to cognative brain function improvements. HUPERZINE A - Probably one of the oldest nootropics. Goes way back. So going back to Acetylcholine.... Huperzine prevents its breakdown in that synapse. So it prevents the reuptake and make you use more of your ACH.) BACOPA MONNIERI - Helps with memory and retention but gotta take it consistently over a long period of time. Over the Counter. KRILL OIL (Omega 6) - Krill seems to have the highest effectiveness of the fish oils to reduce gut inflammation that can result in slower oxygen flow to the brain. CHOLINE (a neurotransmitter) - Suggested to "stack" with Racetams. Many benefits to Choline supplementation in facilitating of acetylcholine production in the brain. Acetylcholine is sort of like a specific stem cell for the brain in that it can promote neuroplasticity and brain regeneration.  Good supplements to take for to help stimulate Acetylcholine production: alpha-GPC, choline bitartrate, choline citrate or CDP choline. Additionally show to have positive affects: Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Ashwagandha, Ginkgo Biloba, and Vitamin B. Build a website in just 5 days (even if you're not techie) at www.free5daywebsitechallenge.com Already have a website? Take the Free "Jumpstart Your Website Traffic" marketing mini-course at www.jumpstartyourwebsitetraffic.com Leave a Review! In episode 165 we talked about what a sales funnel is and what it isn’t over the next few episodes I’m going deep into the components of a sales funnel – so if you haven’t listened to that go back and listen to episode 165 and then I’ll meet you right back here. Go ahead, I’ll wait. Okay, so the components of a sales funnel are Awareness, Interest, Decision and Action. Once we’ve generated awareness, how do we turn that into interest? Think about what piques your interest. If you’re researching a particular problem or need that you have, what piques your interest is the seeing a potential solution to that problem or the resolution of the need, right? Like, the perfect match. So to generate interest, we’ve gotta know what the problems and needs are desires of our ideal customer are. This is where a lot of people go wrong – they try to generate interest in the product itself and its features rather than generating interest in the possibility of what life is like once the person has the solution. The solution could be a product that the person can buy right away and go straight from interest to decision to action all in one moment, but more often for us online business owners who are pretty much nobodies online, it takes a bit longer to build up that credibility and trust with people. And so that’s why I teach how to actually do the tactic all the online marketing gurus teach – which is to create something that solves the problem or meets the need that you give away for free – and what this does it turn the awareness into interest. And then once you’re interested, you make a decision to get on my email list and then you take the actual action of entering your name and email and clicking Submit. This small cycle is repeated over and over until it results in a customer. Aware that I exist. Aware that I have a Free 5 Day Website Challenge. Interested, goes to my website. Decision to join. Enters name and Email. But in my overall funnel, the one leading to you becoming a customer, you’re still not super interested in everything else I have to offer. YET. You’re just like boom, got my problem solved, moving on. It’s my job now to get you to care. But not about ME – this is another big mistake that people make in generating interest. They tell their story. They share their whole life on social media, like every moment like it’s a reality TV show. And sure, that can be entertaining and interesting, but is it strategically going to lead me to buy from you? Not necessarily. Because in the interest phase, I’m not trying to get you to be interested in ME or my products. I’m trying to get you to be interested in YOU and what could be different about YOUR LIFE when you have met whatever need or solved whatever problem. And I get you to be interested in YOU THROUGH me. You know how people say, “I really resonated with that?” That’s because the people that are my customers see a part of themselves in me, and if I was able to get what they want, then it’s possible for them to get it too. And that’s why you tell stories and share vulnerable things, to inspire people. In fact, I’d almost change the I in the formula from Interest to Inspiration, because this is where you INSPIRE people to want to put the effort into the outcome. So there are 4 main of ways you can generate interest or inspiration: # 1 – Freebie – create a free piece of content that solves a problem and give it away in exchange for an email address. #2 – Go live on all the social media platforms and share your story, the good bad and the ugly – but only if you’ve come out the other side and have something to share that will help people. We’re not trying to get people to feel sorry for us or like they have to take care of us. #3 – Create consistent content that continues to deliver value and help your ideal customer. This could be a weekly or monthly newsletter, or a podcast, or a video series. Whatever. And it’s gotta be GOOD (as in content) because there are a lot of people out there doing this, but the good news is that a lot of it is very ME focused and not great. You know the secret to making it work. #4 – Hosting Webinars or Live Conferences where you go deep on a particular topic. All of these tactics help educate your ideal customer, help them continue to be interested in solving their problem or meeting their need, and also keep the awareness of YOU alive. And tomorrow, we’ll talk about the transition from being interested to making a decision. So be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss it!

It is this that constitutes the Hellenistic period proper…… "Hellenistic Period : Following the death of Alexander, the Macedonian generals began to partition his vast empire among themselves. The disagreements arising from this division resulted in a series of wars from 322 to 275 BC, many of which took place in Greece. Thus, one of the characteristics of the Hellenistic period, which lasted from the death of Alexander until the acquisition of Greece as a Roman province in 146 BC, was the deterioration of the Greek city-states as political entities and the gradual decline of Greek political independence as a whole. Nevertheless, the Hellenistic period was marked by the triumph of Greece as the fountainhead of culture, and its way of life was adopted, as a result of Alexander’s conquests, throughout most of the ancient world." Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Hebrews 9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.             “ The capital of Ptolemaic Egypt, Alexandria, which had been founded by Alexander in 332 BC, developed into a center of Greek learning rivaling and occasionally surpassing Athens. Every part of the Hellenistic world devoted itself to the cultivation of art and intellect. Such men as the mathematicians Euclid and Archimedes, the philosophers Epicurus and Zeno of Citium, and the poets Apollonius of Rhodes and Theocritus were characteristic of the age. So strongly was Hellenistic culture implanted that it became one of the most important elements in early Christianity.""Ancient Greek ideas about art, architecture, drama, philosophy, and mathematics greatly influenced Western civilization. Among the most influential of Greek cultural achievements is the Parthenon in Athens, an outstanding example of classical architecture. The Greek teacher and philosopher Socrates affected Western speculative thought and philosophy with his emphasis on dialogue and rational argument. Greek scientists developed methods of reasoning to demonstrate mathematic principles. Greek dramas set structural and thematic styles emulated by great Western playwrights such as William Shakespeare. " "In Alexandria the Jews came into contact with Greek learning, which profoundly influenced the later religious thought of the world; here the Greek translation of the Old Testament, called the   Septuagint, was made before AD 100". Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."…….As the Hellenistic monarchies declined in the 2nd and 1st centuries BC, the Romans gradually extended their control over Greece and the Middle East. The Hellenistic world was dominated by three great monarchies founded by the successors of Alexander:  Egypt, under the Ptolemies; Syria, ruled by the Seleucids;  and Macedonia, under the Antigonids.” As the Hellenistic monarchies declined in the 2nd and 1st centuries BC, the Romans gradually extended their control over Greece and the Middle East. The Roman civilization that subsequently became dominant was in many ways a continuation of Hellenistic culture.“Greek rule (which itself meant a variety of things) came to an end, generally in favor of Roman rule, at different dates, in different places between 168 B.C. and AD 72;  even then the distinctive city-based culture of the Greeks, modified by centuries of interaction with non-Greek cultures, continued to evolve in new ways for many more centuries.”  (pg.2) The above is a quote from the book; “THE GREEK WORLD AFTER ALEXANDER 323-30 BC”, by Graham Shipley, published by Routledge an imprint of the Taylor & Francis Group, London and New York, copy write by Graham Shipley 2000.  (Keith’s library)     Other direct quoted excerpts used in this article, unless otherwise noted, are taken from; Microsoft® Encarta® Encyclopedia 99. © 1993-1998 Microsoft Corporation. I am the Light of the world (John 8:12) John 8:12 is a continuation of John 7, when Jesus was teaching during the Feast of the Tabernacle or the Feast of Booths - or huts. Celebration of how The Lord provided for the Israelites in their 40 years of wandering in the desert. Part of that celebration in Jesus' time included lighting 4 enormous candelabras in the court of women in front of the temple. A remembrance of light that God provided with the pillar of fire in the desert. V 12. Jesus speaks during or right after the celebration. Jesus as Light of the World Reveals Who God is and His plans for us Exposes our sin Lights our way so we know how to live Enters our darkness and drives it away Gives us hope against darkness "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." John 1:5 Jesus begins with this beautiful statement, but is interrupted by the Pharisees over and over and talks about who his witness is, who is father is. It seems like the Pharisees got Jesus off track. But Jesus allows the conversation to go there because the focus is Jesus' Relationship with the Father. He makes at least 7 statements about his relationship with his father. He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature. (‭Hebrews‬ ‭1‬:‭3a‬) Jesus is the light of the world because of his unique relationship with his Father. He is the light because he reveals the Father to us. How do we have the Light of the world in our lives? "I am the light . . . Whoever follows me . . . will have the light . . ." You will have me, he says, as your light. If you follow me, you have me. I am yours. I am your Shepherd, your Sacrifice, your Bread from Heaven, your God, and your Light. "You will have the light of life." What is the connection between light and life? John 1:4 gives the answer: "In him was life, and the life was the light of men." The life gives the light. The life Jesus has, he shares with those who follow him. We are dead & blind until the life of Jesus is given to us by the Spirit; then we see. 13-14 testimony had to be established by 2 witnesses to be accepted. Jesus' answer, "I am the only one qualified to witness about a God and his plans." Not that anyone has seen the Father except he who is from God; he has seen the Father. (John 6:46) I am the God's only witness. No one else has seen him. No one else has lived in heaven. Jesus alone knew his mission. 15-16 Jesus does not judge like his critics. His judgments are done with his Father 17-18 Jesus bore witness about himself. He claimed to be Bread of Life, Light of the World, the Good Shepherd, the Way, the Truth, the Resurrection and Life. 19-20. "Where is your father?" Maybe said because Jesus said his father testified about him; they thought he meant Joseph and they pointed out he was gone. In the treasury, probably in the court of women. 21. Jesus will return to heaven. If they do not believe in him, they will not go to the Father; they will die in their sin. 22. they are so lost. Their minds are on the physical when Jesus is speaking to them about spiritual things. He says "my Father" meaning God, they think Joseph. He says "I'm going away", meaning returning to heaven, they think, suicide 23. "You are from below, I am from above. You are of this world, I am not..." v 24, "Unless you believe that I am he [literally, "I am"] you will die in your sins." "Open your eyes and see that I am the light of the world, one with the Father" 25-27 Jesus keeps saying it over and over — he is from the Father and he speaks what the Father speaks. How will they come to face what they cannot see? 28: "So Jesus said to them, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am ['he' is added]."

EVOLVE - Mindfulness and Spirituality

Artwork by Cameron Grey Light moves on its pathways through space, Enters the eyes, and you absorb the luminous. Each sense is a current of divinity, sparkling with mystery. Light, motion, space, vision, awareness – All are composed of omnipresence. The senses connecting you to the outer world and paths of communion with the inner world. Every sight, sound, smell, taste touch ... a greeting from the Beloved. The Radiance Sutras by Lorin Roche It begins with presence, engaging in the here and now experience of life. It’s at the core of happiness, the heart of your humanity, and the path two an enlightened way of being. Your world consists of physical, auditory, visual, and aesthetic experiences. Become the observer of these sensations and life becomes sensational! When we attend more deeply to sensations, we increase the possibility for feelings of appreciation, wonderment, and satisfaction. Are you skilled observer? Are you aware of your body as it rests or moves in your environment? Are you tuning in to the sensation of gravity, the temperature of the air on your skin, and the way changes in light warm and cool your skin? Are you feeling the pulse of life inside your body? Are you feeling the love? Are you pausing long enough to take in the beauty in your surroundings, the shapes, textures. and colors that form the landscape around you? Have you paused lately to observe the beautiful shimmers of light through glass or water, the gentle sway of a spring flower reaching towards the sun, or the movements of life in your environment? Are you seeing the light? Are you listening deeply? Are you aware of the gentle whisper of your own breath, the sound of eating your favorite foods, the music of nature just outside your window, the patter of tiny feet, a bird song, a dog barking? Are you hearing the music? When you take time for a meal, are you attending to the unique and delicious flavors? Are you aware of what you taste, smell, and how those flavors blend to create new ones? Are you savoring the moment? Life is an experience that happens in the present moment. Everything else happens in your imagination. Even memories of experiences are what we imagine them to be. It’s true that happy memories can help elevate our mood in the present. It’s also true that the more time we spend attending to our imagination the less we are attending to the present. Attending to recycled or imagined experiences leaves less space in the present. Have you ever found yourself thinking about something? You were lost somewhere outside of the present. How can you become more skilled at being the conscious observer of your present experiences? It begins with awareness of thought. Reducing the amount of time you spend imagining the past and future will help fill your present moments with more authentic experiences. When you make space for beingness, for awareness of sensations, life evolves naturally and fully. You don’t need to do anything special to be more in the present. All you have to do, is get out of the past and the future. The present is always here, ready to amaze and fulfill. Look, listen, touch, taste, and deepen your life experience right now. You have everything you need to find the extraordinary within the ordinary. What an absolutely amazing gift it is–this life experience. It’s not a competition, but a celebration. You won the moment you showed up. Your life is the prize. Enjoy it.

More information can be found here: http://www.aerialedge.com/DrewGardnerFlarfOrchestraCD.html Anne Waldman’s “Ice,” also known as “You’re Like Ice,” was published in her book Journals and Dreams (Stonehill Press, 1976). It’s part of a larger poem titled “In April.” “Pieces of an Hour” was originally published in IOVIS: All Is Full of Jove (Coffee House Press, 1992) and republished in The Iovis Trilogy: Colors in the Mechanism of Concealment (Coffee House Press, 2011). “Stereo” was published in Marriage: A Sentence (Penguin, 2000). Susana Gardner’s pieces are from her recent book HERSO: An Heirship in Waves (Black Radish Books, 2011). Aaron Belz’s poems “A Pile of Trees and an Actuary” and “Mr. Fibitz” are from his book Lovely, Raspberry (Persea Books, 2010). Carla Harryman had this to say about “Song for Asa”: “Song for Asa” was published as a broadside in a very limited edition for a reading series in New Orleans. I believe it was also published in a very little magazine that came out Naropa, possibly in about 1999. Other than that it makes an appearance, broken up, in Gardener of Stars, a Novel. Harryman’s “Fish Speech” was published in Memory Play (O Books, 1994) and reprinted in 12 x 12: Conversations in 21st-Century Poetry and Poetics (University of Iowa Press, 2009). “Open Box II” is a selection from her book Open Box: Improvisations (Belladonna Books, 2007). The text of “Song for Asa” is sung by Aurora Josephson. Text for “Open Box II” is read by Carla Harryman and Jon Raskin. Text for “Fish Speech” is read by Aurora Josephson, Jon Raskin, and Roham Sheikhani. Rod Smith’s recording is comprised of  selections from two manuscripts: Snips and War and Pee. Katie Degentesh’s poem is from The Anger Scale (Combo Books, 2006). Ron Silliman’s “OZ” is a portion of his long workThe Alphabet (University of Alabama Press, 2008). Leslie Scalapino’s “bum series” can be found in her book Way (North Point Press, 1988). Hannah Weiner’s “Spoke” is from the book of the same name (Sun & Moon, 1984). Marcella Durand’s “Hunt” is unpublished. David Antin’s “Who Are My Friends?” was published in Selected Poems, 1963-1973 (Sun & Moon, 1991). “Mine” features Clark Coolidge reading from his book Mine: The One that Enters the Stories (The Figures, 1981; republished, 2004). From the CD liner notes: “Also heard is Arlan Coolidge, retired chairman of the Brown University Music Department, reminiscing about Block Island, Rhode Island, in 1918 and playing a portion of the popular 1917 song “Smiles” on the violin. This material is mixed with the foghorns of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, all three horns on Block Island, and the foghorn on the Block Island Ferry during its crossing.” Heather Fuller’s “Stricken” was published in her book perhaps this is a rescue fantasy (Edge Books, 1997).
