Fear, anger, grief, and stress all live in a real map inside your body called the meridians, and in this first episode of our four part series, I show you what the meridians are, why your emotions get stuck in them, and how fear in particular lives in the kidney and bladder and can finally be moved through Kundalini Yoga chanting and the breath, prana.This is Episode 1 of a four-part series walking the meridians, the energy pathways that carry prana through your body, one emotion and one pair of organs at a time.
