Unlock the divine drama of God's greatest act of advocacy — and discover how Jesus robed in flesh is the ultimate fulfillment of every prophetic shadow in Scripture. This episode dives deep into the story of Job, revealing how his plea for an advocate echoes through eternity and finds its perfect answer in Christ. If you've ever wondered what it truly means to have a defender in the highest courts of heaven, this is for you. From the earliest days of existence, God's desire to stand in the gap for humanity has been foreshadowed through biblical stories of prophets, kings, and sacrifices. We unpack how Job's plea, "I need a daysman," prefigures Jesus as our Advocate — the One who not only intercedes but also bears our afflictions. You'll discover how God's revelation as the Advocate begins on Mount Sinai with Isaiah and culminates in the incarnation of Christ, who robed himself in our fallen flesh to fight for us firsthand. This episode breaks down:The significance of Job's cry for an advocate and how it sets the stage for Jesus' missionThe prophetic symbolism in Isaiah's coal and the altar of sacrifice, foreshadowing CalvaryHow the Holy Ghost, represented by tongues of fire, is God's ongoing intercession in your lifeThe powerful connection between the thorns placed on Jesus and humanity's fallen stateThe victory of the second Adam who fights Satan, not from afar, but as a man in the middle of the battleWhy does this matter? Because understanding God's role as our Advocate transforms how you see your relationship with Him. It reveals that He's not a distant judge but a compassionate Savior who has walked your path, felt your pain, and fights for you at the highest level. If you're seeking assurance that you are never alone in your struggles or doubts, this episode will ignite your faith and deepen your trust in the divine Advocate.Perfect for believers craving a deeper grasp of biblical prophecy, spiritual warfare, and the redemptive plan woven throughout Scripture. Whether you're new to faith or looking to reignite your spiritual fire, this episode offers profound insights into God's relentless pursuit of us — from the burning bush to the cross, and beyond.

Most of us have been trained to see the body in silos: diagnose the problem, treat the symptom, move on. But what if that model is missing the bigger picture? In this episode of The Ready State Podcast, Dr. Jeffrey Bland – widely recognized as the father of functional medicine – joins Juliet and Kelly Starrett to unpack a more complete, systems-based approach to health. From a simple (and surprisingly accessible) blood test that can reveal your inflammatory status, to the real role of inflammation as both a healing response and a hidden driver of chronic disease, this conversation challenges everything you thought you knew about “being healthy.”Dr. Bland also shares the deeply personal story that reshaped his entire career and led him to question conventional medicine's focus on downstream symptoms instead of root causes. You'll walk away understanding why everyday choices – like sugar intake, sleep, stress, and even your sense of self-agency – play a far bigger role in longevity than most people realize. You're practiced. If you've been feeling like nothing is changing… like you keep starting and stopping… like you should be further along by now—this episode will shift how you see everything.Because the problem isn't your motivation, discipline, or ability. The problem is the emotional pattern you've been rehearsing on repeat. In this episode, I break down why you feel stuck (in a way you've likely never heard before) and how your brain and body work together to keep you in the same cycle—even when you want change. And more importantly, I show you how to interrupt that pattern and start creating real momentum. What You'll LearnWhy feeling “stuck” isn't a circumstance—it's a practiced emotional stateThe hidden loop keeping you in overthinking, hesitation, and inactionHow your body gets used to certain emotions (like doubt, overwhelm, and frustration)Why change feels uncomfortable—and why that's actually a good signThe identity shift required to finally move forwardHow to start practicing a new way of being (without waiting to feel ready)Key TakeawaysYou don't have a motivation problem—you have a familiarity problemYour results come from repeated emotional patterns, not one-time decisionsThe discomfort you feel when changing means it's working, not failingYou can't create a new life from the same emotional stateSmall, consistent actions (micro-actions) are how you retrain your brain and bodyWhat's Actually Keeping You StuckIt's not your circumstances. It's not your past. It's not your lack of clarity.

Are you living your life… or reacting to everything that happens to you?In this episode, Kellan Fluckiger explores one of the most powerful shifts a human being can make: fierce life ownership. Most people live trapped in what Kellan calls “the swamp” — a mindset of blame, helplessness, excuses, and victim thinking. In the swamp, life always feels unfair, circumstances feel overwhelming, and power always belongs to someone else. But there is another place.Kellan calls it “the meadow.”The meadow isn't a location. It's an energetic posture, a way of living where you claim complete ownership of your life, your interpretations, and your responses — no matter what happens. In this episode, Kellan explains why ownership changes everything: your creativity, your emotional state, your opportunities, and ultimately the life you create. You'll learn why blame destroys power, why “I had no choice” is never true, and how the moment you take ownership, your life becomes a creative act instead of a reaction to circumstances. The invitation is simple, but powerful:Stop living as a victim of life.Start living as its creator.Key Takeaways:The difference between the swamp and the meadow mindsetWhy blame destroys creativity and powerHow your interpretation of events shapes your realityEmotional ownership and controlling your internal stateThe danger of passive language like “I had no choice”How fierce life ownership creates stability and creativityWhy ownership is an identity, not just a behaviorThe difference between performance and embodimentHow interpretation affects brain chemistry and creativityWhy purpose, prosperity, and joy require ownership

How States of Consciousness Form and Why They Feel So Real

In this episode of the Mindset and Manifesting Podcast, Lynna K Teer continues the foundational series on States of Consciousness, the core principle underlying the Law as taught by Neville Goddard. Many people understand Neville's teachings intellectually, yet continue to experience the same emotional patterns, reactions, and life circumstances. This episode explains why. The issue is not discipline, effort, or positive thinking. It is a lack of structural understanding of how states actually form and why they feel so convincing. In this conversation, Lynna explores:Why states feel personal, true, and difficult to questionHow states form unconsciously through repetition, identification, and emotional imprintingWhy logic and reasoning cannot dissolve a stateThe difference between a passing mood and a stabilized state of consciousnessHow states become self-confirming and operate as default settingsWhy the body responds to states and makes them feel physical and permanentWhy resistance and force strengthen states instead of changing themHow awareness and observation create the space where change becomes possibleThis episode clarifies why people often say, “This is just who I am,” and why Neville insisted that this is never who you are, but who you are being conscious of being. It also explains why states change quietly, without dramatic emotional shifts, and why experience reorganizes only after identity has moved. This is a foundational episode for anyone who feels stuck despite understanding manifestation concepts, and for those ready to stop fighting their experience and begin recognizing the states that shape it.In the next episode, the series continues with a critical clarification: why techniques fail when the state remains unchanged, and how imagination was meant to function as an expression of identity rather than a substitute for it. Support the show

Hi friend — welcome back to The Habit Within! I'm Camille Kinzler, and today's episode is one of my favorite kinds of conversations — the kind that seems simple on the surface, but actually changes the way you see your life.We talk a lot about food, supplements, habits, and routines… but what if one of the most powerful influences on your health isn't what you're doing — it's who you're doing life with?In this episode, I explore how the people you surround yourself with don't just shape your mindset or behavior — they literally shape your biology. Through the lens of epigenetics, nervous system regulation, and lived experience, we'll look at how proximity, conversations, and emotional environments quietly influence your energy, hormones, and resilience. In this episode, I share:A sweet listener story about staying grounded during busy seasons — and why small, shared rituals matterThe simple “broccoli for breakfast” moment that perfectly illustrates the power of proximityWhy we naturally absorb the habits, language, and rhythms of the people around usHow relationships influence gene expression through epigenetics (think dimmer switches, not destiny)The role of co-regulation — and why calm, grounded people teach your nervous system how to respond to the worldWhy “keeping up with the Joneses” can be nourishing when we choose the right JonesesHow to notice who you gravitate toward in social settings — and what that reveals about your internal stateThe difference between growth rooted in self-judgment versus growth rooted in curiosity and playA gentle invitation to seek out relationships that support who you're becomingThis episode isn't about cutting people out of your life or forcing change. It's about awareness. Because when you understand how deeply your environment shapes you, you get to choose proximity with intention — and that choice can quietly transform your health, your energy, and your joy.Big TakeawaysYour relationships influence your nervous system, hormones, and gene expression.Growth happens through proximity — often without effort or force.Calm, regulated people help your body learn safety and ease.Curiosity-based growth creates expansion; shame-based growth creates pressure.Small exposures can create big shifts over time.I'd love to hear from youWho in your life helps you feel calmer, lighter, more yourself?Reach out to them this week — or send me a message and tell me what this episode stirred in you.If you're tired of feeling exhausted, irritable, moody, and just not like yourself, schedule a free 30-minute consultation so I can help you feel like YOU again Fill out this brief form (2 min) to schedule a free 30-minute call. At the time this episode airs, there are devastating wildfires in Los Angeles – and yet, I've seen some beautiful levels of response. When something bad happens, whether to one person or an entire community, people want to help. Consequently, I've been thinking a lot about how people show up for one another. In a world where so many feel disconnected, helping someone else is a way to feel less alone. Today's episode is about how to be there for people during a loss. These ideas are applicable to anybody experiencing a tragedy, from losing their home to losing a loved one. There is no perfect way to show up. Stop putting that pressure on yourself and be okay with the fact you're probably going to make mistakes. If you're in the middle of supporting someone now, know that you're doing matters. Keep being brave enough to show up.In this episode you'll hear about:Being okay with discomfort and the fact that you can't fix what's happening to somebody – but you can provide support for themLooking at immediate needs first: do they have physical shelter, food, water, or clothing? We push ourselves harder, only to feel more closed off and disconnected from the work we aim to do.In this episode, we dive deep into what it means to cultivate an inner state of flow. I explain how being open—filled with curiosity, love, and purpose—can make even the most challenging tasks feel lighter and more fulfilling. We are entering a new phase of understanding how our social environments affect our biology, particularly how they influence the genes involved in brain development and function. This knowledge helps us see how experiences like stress, trauma, and isolation can cause changes at the molecular level that may increase the risk of mental disorders. On the other hand, we're also exploring how positive experiences induced by psychedelics, which create feelings of unity and insight, might lead to beneficial molecular changes. Most mental health disorders, whether psychiatric, neurodevelopmental, or neurodegenerative, arise from both genetic and environmental factors. Recognizing this, research now combines studies of these exposures with molecular biology to better understand how our behaviors and environments can directly impact our genetic expression, shedding light on why some people are more vulnerable to mental health issues. This field, known as behavioral epigenetics, explores how our experiences can shape our genetic makeup and influence our brain health. In this week's episode of the Everything Epigenetics podcast, Dr. Candace Lewis shares her insights into epigenetics, discussing how early life stress can affect gene regulation and how attachment and societal influences shape our biology. The conversation then turns to psychedelics, with Candace outlining the history and ongoing research into their potential as a therapeutic tool for mental health disorders. She explains the mechanics of psychedelic-assisted therapy and the importance of understanding its broader context. We then chat about the therapeutic possibilities of psychedelics and their role in epigenetics, and the importance of creating a safe environment for individuals to explore their emotions and experiences with psychedelics. Candace draws parallels between acute stress and the psychedelic state, suggesting that research into psychedelics could reveal important information about the epigenetic changes they induce. Lastly, Candace also mentions the Psychedelic Genome Project and the significance of collecting data to advance the field.Candace is currently the director of the BEAR Lab at Arizona State University aiming to acknowledge the harm caused by psychology and genetic sciences on minorly groups, increase diversity in training and study cohorts, and change policy to improve mental health for all.In this episode of Everything Epigenetics, you'll learn about: The Brain, Epigenetics, & Altered states Research (BEAR) labComplex relationships between experiences that shape cognition, mood, and behaviorHow stress, trauma, and lack of connection may lead to molecular changes that increase risk for mental disorders.Candace's editorial: What is up with psychedelics anyway? How epigenetics shed light on psychedelic therapyMDMA-assisted therapy DNA methylation of gene systems involved in addiction, cognition, stress, and immune functionHow DNA methylation is associated with MDMA-assisted therapy treatment response for severe PTSDThe hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) AxisSimilarities between the acute stress response and the psychedelic stateThe psychedelic Genome Project (PGP)Where to find Candace:- ASU profile- LinkedIn Support the Show.Thank you for joining us at the Everything Epigenetics Podcast and remember you have control over your Epigenetics, so tune in next time to learn more about how.
