Barack Obama hits the campaign trail—and discusses Trump's sh*tposting—as voters head to the polls. Donald Trump sits down for a lengthy interview with 60 Minutes—the same program he sued in 2024—to discuss immigration raids, his new fascination with nuclear weapons, and his surprising pardon of a Chinese crypto tycoon. Jon, Lovett, and Tommy discuss the interview's most shocking moments, share their final thoughts on the 2025 elections, and react to the garish Gatsby-themed party the President threw at Mar-a-Largo as SNAP benefits expired for more than 40 million Americans on Halloween night. Then, George Retes, the combat veteran and American citizen who was detained by immigration agents with no explanation while driving to work, stops by the studio and shares his harrowing story. For a closed-captioned version of this episode, click here. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, we need to rid the Republican Party, the movement, and constitutional conservatism of bigots, racists, anti-Semites, and anti-Americans. These low lives, like Tucker Carlson, Steve Bannon and Nick Fuentes, dishonor the greatest generation that defeated Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini. It's a time for choosing between the good guys and the bad guys, America or the Third Reich/Soviet Union. Republicans must stand up and confront the spread unlike Democrats who allowed it. Later, electing Zohran Mamdani in New York City would lead to its downfall, causing investors, businesses and residents to flee and the city's capitalist core will be destroyed, just like London and Paris. Mamdani and his supporters like Linda Sarsour refuse assimilate and instead aim to conquer, devour, and dismantle the culture, police, communities, private property rights, and economy. This would attract unassimilated individuals from afar, harden electoral battles, and escalate into a cultural war beyond politics, with devastating effects on education, policing, healthcare, and wealth redistribution, driving successful people away. After, the Democrats in New Jersey caused high electricity bills and property taxes by cutting off traditional energy supplies and relying on ineffective primitive technologies like wind and solar, driven by ideology over practical knowledge. Voters need to reject the Democrat government mismanagement. Voting Democrat means more of the same destruction as seen in California, Finally, Winsome Earle-Sears, a Black women running for Virginia Governor, undermines the Democrat's identity politics and propaganda. Barack Obama campaigned for Abigail Spanberger, a White women running for Virginia Governor, who pretends to be moderate but votes radically left. This election is about ideology from the third world and seventh century, not race. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Trey reflects on the importance of character and accountability in leadership, calling out the entitlement and misconduct that have made headlines in South Carolina politics. He contrasts that behavior with the humility and hard work of public servants who go unnoticed, and reminds listeners that we should never settle for representatives who fail to lead with decency. Trey also shares his perspective on the ongoing government shutdown and why Americans deserve better from those elected to keep government running. Learn more about your ad choices. Robert S. McNamara, who was Secretary of Defense during JFK and LBJ’s administrations, and one of the chief architects of the Vietnam war, made a shocking confession in his 1995 memoir. He said “We were wrong, terribly wrong.” McNamara believed this as early as 1965, that the Vietnam War was unwinnable. Yet, instead of urging U.S. forces to exit, he continued to preside over the war as President Lyndon B. Johnson’s principal wartime advisor. It would be eight more years until the United States officially withdrew from Vietnam. By then, 58,000 Americans and millions of Vietnamese had lost their lives. Why did McNamara fight so hard to escalate a war that he’d soon realize was beyond winning? Why was he so loyal to LBJ, whom he’d later describe as “crude, mean, vindictive, scheming, and untruthful”? While these questions are personal, the answers are vital to our understanding of the Vietnam War and American foreign policy at large. Today’s guest is Philip Taubman, author of “McNamara Wat War: A New History.” We look at McNamara’s early life and how he epitomized the 20th-century technocratic 'whiz kid' through his Harvard-honed data analysis skills, which he applied to optimize the firebombing of Tokyo during WWII and later revolutionized Ford Motor Company as president, using statistical efficiency to drive innovation. His technocratic approach shaped U.S. strategy during the Cuban Missile Crisis and Vietnam War, where he relied on data-driven decision-making, though with mixed results, notably escalating Vietnam based on flawed metrics like body counts. We look at how ultimately, McNamara’s war was not only in Vietnam. He was also at war with himself—riven by melancholy, guilt, zealous loyalty, and a profound inability to admit his flawed thinking about Vietnam before it was too late.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

1. Kennedy’s Humor and Persona (GRAB SEN KENNEDY'S NEW BOOK HERE!) Kennedy is a "Southern trial lawyer with a sharp wit", often underestimated due to his accent and folksy demeanor. He’s known for devastating cross-examinations of judicial nominees, both Democrat and Republican. His humor is often biting and irreverent, with jokes about colleagues like Chuck Schumer, Mitch McConnell, and even Ted Cruz. 2. Behind-the-Scenes Senate Culture Kennedy compares the Senate to junior high school, full of cliques, egos, and petty drama. He shares stories of interactions with nominees who failed basic constitutional knowledge. The book aims to demystify the Senate and show how disconnected Washington can be from everyday Americans. 3. Critique of Washington Kennedy argues that Washington lacks common sense, and that change is only possible by removing entrenched interests (“pigs out of the creek”). He emphasizes the importance of storytelling in politics, using humor to make serious points. 4. Praise and Promotion Cruz and Ferguson praise Kennedy’s storytelling and comedic timing. The book is a very giftable item, especially for those with conservative leanings or frustrations with Washington. Bipolar disorder and depression affect tens of millions globally, long treated as strictly brain-based illnesses, yet both consistently show high rates of insulin resistance and metabolic disturbances A 2025 Nature Neuroscience study found that pancreatic insulin release and hippocampal activity are linked through a circadian feedback loop. This suggests bipolar mood shifts arise from disrupted metabolism, not brain chemistry alone Earlier research in 2022 showed lithium stabilizes mood partly by restoring insulin signaling, while a clinical trial found metformin improved both insulin sensitivity and psychiatric symptoms in treatment-resistant bipolar depression patients Insulin resistance is extremely widespread, with around 40% of Americans affected, driven by refined sugars, seed oils, stress, sleep loss, and environmental exposures that disrupt the body's natural energy regulation Supporting insulin sensitivity involves stepwise changes, replacing damaged fats and ultraprocessed foods, introducing gut-friendly carbs and fibers gradually, managing stress, improving sleep, and staying active to stabilize both metabolic and mental health

[00:02:36] – Trump's New Nigerian WarKnight opens with Trump's threat to invade Nigeria “guns-a-blazing” to stop Christian massacres, calling it Caesar-style virtue signaling to distract from domestic scandals and project false moral authority abroad. [00:20:23] – BBC's “There Is No Genocide” LieKnight slams the BBC for denying Nigerian Christian massacres, calling it “weaponized gaslighting.” He says Western media now protects jihadists to maintain globalist narratives and justify censorship of independent reporting. [00:55:33] – Epstein's Money Laundering Cover-UpKnight exposes how Epstein's financial crimes were buried by Trump's labor secretary, Alex Acosta. He calls it the smoking gun proving Epstein's network was a bipartisan protection racket for the elite. [01:00:40] – Uber's Driverless Control GridKnight warns that Uber and Lyft's self-driving future isn't about convenience—it's a global surveillance and mobility-control system. He calls it “the digital choke collar for humanity,” built to end private ownership. [01:05:24] – Make America Great Gatsby AgainKnight ridicules Trump's “Great Gatsby” White House party as a symbol of elite decadence, likening it to Versailles arrogance as 42 million Americans lose food assistance. “They feast while the republic starves,” he says. [01:15:16] – The Civil War TrapKnight analyzes how both parties are provoking a staged civil war to justify authoritarian rule. He warns that MAGA and Antifa are two sides of the same controlled opposition designed to destroy real liberty. [01:26:21] – Operation Gladio & NATO's False FlagsKnight connects today's political chaos to NATO's Cold War Operation Gladio—where Western intelligence staged terrorism to expand state power. He says the same playbook is being revived under Trump's drug war. [02:25:57] – Vene-Nam & Trump's Wag-the-Dog WarKnight mocks Trump's planned Venezuela war as “Vinnie-Nam,” arguing it's a manufactured distraction from economic collapse and corruption—proof that the empire of lies now feeds on endless conflict. [02:33:13] – The Welfare Trap & Universal Basic DependencyKnight and co-host Travis say Trump's SNAP cuts are engineered chaos to push Universal Basic Income—a digital welfare leash that pacifies citizens while locking them into total control. You'll often hear people refer to "the day after Thanksgiving" as the "official" start of the Christmas shopping season. However, it's increasingly more like the day after Halloween, as holiday promotions and sales are already underway by then. By Black Friday, many items are already checked off Christmas lists. With the holiday shopping season upon us, how will tariffs, inflation, and economic concerns impact Americans' gift shopping? Geraldo Storch, Founder and CEO of Storch Advisors and former CEO of Toys “R” Us, joins the FOX News Rundown: Evening Edition to explain why retailers are starting the holiday season earlier each year and why he believes this will be a strong holiday shopping season despite some economic uncertainties. Tomorrow is election day in New York City, and Zohran Mamdani is leading comfortably in most polls. Mamdani has been the frontrunner since winning the Democratic primary this summer. He promises higher taxes on the rich and a housing reform plan that includes a rent freeze. Critics argue that these policies will hurt landlords, discourage new investment and development projects, and encourage some wealthy residents to leave the city. Real estate agents in upstate New York, Connecticut, and other states, like Florida, claim they're already fielding calls from nervous New Yorkers considering a move. FOX Business Real Estate Contributor and host of Mansion Global on FOX Business Prime, Katrina Campins, speaks with Lydia Hu about the so-called “Mamdani Effect” and the national trend of Americans leaving Blue States for low-taxed Red Ones. On this week's Stansberry Investor Hour, Dan and Corey welcome Adrian Fenty to the show. Adrian is the founding managing partner of MaC Venture Capital, an early-stage venture-capital ("VC") firm investing in visionary founders. Before breaking into VC, Adrian was the mayor of Washington, D.C. from 2007 to 2011. Adrian kicks off the show by discussing how he transitioned from politics to VC, starting with investing in education-technology companies and working at established firm Andreessen Horowitz. As he explains, VC is still the Wild West of investing, so he searches to find "technical" founders with big ideas. Adrian also covers which sorts of companies MaC is invested in right now and how he helps them grow. (0:00) Next, Adrian talks about AI investing in the VC space – what conversations are happening and how companies are keeping up in this new and rapidly evolving ecosystem. He says that the U.S. is "building the future through technology," and it's drawing talent from all over the world. Adrian then discusses why he doesn't encourage early exits, the pattern of larger companies "acqui-hiring" AI engineers and founders from smaller companies, and how he finds promising startups to invest in. (17:26) Finally, Adrian talks politics. Once D.C.'s youngest mayor, he shares his thoughts on city governments and politicians not doing enough for their people, especially in terms of trying to reduce crime. His solution for this problem involves putting someone ambitious and qualified in charge of the efforts. Adrian says that, similar to management at successful companies, city officials need to tackle problems head on and not let them fester. He then finishes with a discussion about Americans "letting politicians off too easy," gives his opinion on the upcoming New York City mayoral election, and argues that the government needs to be held to higher standards. (35:20)
The Trump administration says it will restart SNAP food benefits for the nearly 42 million Americans that receive them, but that it will pay out only half the amount people normally get. A federal judge ruled that the government must continue funding Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits on an emergency basis after the food assistance program ran out of money this weekend. We get the latest from NPR's Jennifer Ludden. Then, as some Head Start early learning programs close across the country due to the government shutdown, we check in with how the community is coming together to keep doors open for a few hundred low-income children in Florida. Then, on Monday, International Criminal Court prosecutors at The Hague said they are collecting evidence of alleged mass killings and rapes in Sudan.
