What if the story you were afraid to speak… was the one someone desperately needed to hear? In this raw, radiant, and revealing first-ever podcast interview, I sit down with writer and first-time speaker Leah Vidal Carrosquilla (aka Little Miss Wordy), author of Light Up the Sky—a 365-day devotional crafted for young male athletes craving strength, faith, and self-worth in a world full of noise. But Queen, this episode is so much more than a chat about publishing a book. It's a behind-the-scenes breakdown of what it means to transform personal grief into global impact. Leah takes us on an intimate journey from coffee chats with her late mom to hearing God's nudge to "write the dang thing" for her son—when nothing else on the shelves spoke his language. You'll hear how one teacher's words nearly crushed her writing dreams—and how her own storytelling superpower resurrected them. We explore identity, healing, and what happens when you stop hiding behind the page and start owning your voice (even in a Mad Hatter costume, yep!). If you've ever doubted your right to be heard, THIS is your sign to speak your truth—out loud.

What if the secret to freedom wasn't in a flashy startup or the next big trend… but in notes? In this power-packed, soul-stirring episode, Kimberly Spencer sits down with note investor, wealth coach, and absolute powerhouse Hànanda Whittingham, who shares her jaw-dropping journey from walking away with just $162 to multiplying her net worth by 1,000% in five years. Yup—Queen didn't just survive, she THRIVED. But this convo is about more than money. It's about integrity as your north star, why visibility is both a business strategy and a personal revolution, and how your story doesn't need everyone's permission—just your power. This week on Pack Dynamics: A Teen Wolf Podcast we're dressing up and doing our hair for S2E9, "Party Guessed." It's Lydia Martin's birthday, but not everything is a celebration. She's plagued by nightmares of Peter Hale, who convinces her to do something "special" for him during her birthday party, which just so happens to coincide with the Worm Moon. We wouldn't recommend doing anything Peter Hale asks you to do. We also follow the tragic fate of Victoria Argent to its bitter end. After being bitten and facing the inevitability of turning into a werewolf, Victoria must make a heartbreaking decision that sets Allison on a new path. This week's episode acts as a culmination of two important storylines we've been following all season: just who is the Kanima's master and why Peter Hale has been haunting Lydia. The trauma is deep in this one. The Texas Rangers won their 1st World Series title to officially bring on the MLB's off-season. Al & Mark begin with a quick recap of the successful Podcast Party last month at Walter's. Thanks to all who came! (04:00) The Nationals announced that weeknight evening games will begin 20 minutes earlier at 6:45pm. This seems to be a way to encourage more fans to be able to stay for the final few innings, but what about those who don't get off work until around 6:30pm? (11:30) Roll call and analysis of the new members of the Nats Front Office. This includes the new senior director of amateur scouting, Brad Ciolek, who joins the organization after a successful tenure in Baltimore. (25:00) There also was some movement among the coaching staff that includes Gerardo Parra replacing Eric Young Jr. as 1st Base Coach. Darnell Coles was retained as Hitting Coach and Jim Hickey will also return as Pitching Coach. How much of these changes are simply about money? (39:20) Now that teams can no longer keep players on the IL, Stephen Strasburg is back on franchise's 40 man roster. Is this headed to a resolution this Winter? (45:00) Texas won it all just two years after losing over 100 games. Arizona meanwhile made the World Series with only 84 victories as the final Wild Card team. (50:00) A tribute to Frank Howard, one of the greatest hitters in the history of Washington Baseball. Howard passed away at age 87 and had many prolific offensive season while playing for the Senators in the late 60's/ early 70's. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

The Nats lost 5-1 in Pittsburgh on Tuesday evening for their 80th loss of the season. Mark & Al begin with the news that Jackson Rutledge, RHP selected in the 1st Round of the 2019 Draft, will make his MLB debut on Wednesday night. His ERA this season is 3.71 and it comes through stints at Harrisburg and Rochester. His road to "The Show" has been a bumpy one, but lets see how beautiful it turns out. (11:15) Joan Adon had another no so good outing as he allowed 4 runs in as many innings on 93 pitches. The worst part was the 6 walks that he issued (1 intentional) and at least two Pirates reached base every frame. (23:00) Al takes issue with certain players who are not receiving playing time during this final month. Jake Alu has not played yet in Pittsburgh and is hitting .229 overall in his late season audition. (27:40) Hear more details on our upcoming Podcast Party at Walter's.
