I'm announcing CENTERED—my new spiritual wellness app launching April 2026. This is 10 years in the making. And it feels like holding onto a rocket right now. Think Spotify for spiritual wellness. A place to design your day based on devotion. Wake up to the energetics of the day. Build playlists with prayers, mantras, meditations—all the things. The existing wellness apps are for coping and calming down. You press play. You stay passive. Spiritually neutral. But CENTERED is built for depth, not dopamine. I'm partnering with Aligned, a Silicon Valley software company led by an early Spotify exec. Launching April 17th with my new audiobook, Bless & Release. Here's what shocked me: Only 1.1% of global venture capital goes to female-led startups. I'm changing that. CENTERED is open to investment from $100 to $1.5 million. The goal? A women-majority investor base. We're putting the feminine in fem tech. Listen in for all the details. With Love, Danielle As mentioned in this episode: Learn more about investing in the CENTERED App at centeredapp.com. We'll send you the pitch deck, and access to our WeFunder campaign where you can become a founding investor with as little as $100. Pre-order my new audiobook and I'll send you BTS content and early access to chapters. Bless & Release: The physics of letting go…and wanting what's meant for you – get yours at daniellelaporte.com/bless.
Hey sweet soul, Jody Agard here. There are days when we feel off — like we're swimming against the current of our own life. This morning, let's find your flow again. Why is it so hard to make decisions today that benefit you years from now? In this episode, we're diving into one of the most powerful — and underused — tools for long-term financial change: Future Financial You. You'll learn why most people struggle to delay gratification, why saving and long-term planning feel unnatural to the brain, and how the lack of connection to your future self keeps you stuck in short-term patterns — even when you know better. We'll explore the neuroscience behind future-self connection, why vague visions don't pull you forward, and how to stop trying to buy transformation through aspirational spending. Instead, you'll learn how to build your future from the inside out — through identity, emotional capacity, habits, time, and relationships. This episode walks you through a powerful framework and reflective exercise that helps you turn your future self into a real source of accountability — not through discipline or restriction, but through self-respect and care.

Send us a textIn this Office Hours episode, Michael Caulo explores how to make aligned decisions under stress, drawing on real-world experience and behavioral science. Detroit locks in OT at 17 Mock Draft 1.0 on the Detroit Lions Podcast set the board with a clear priority. Offensive tackle at No. 17. The choice is Utah's Caleb Lomu. The approach mirrors the current reality. Taylor Decker played through a shoulder injury and a potential retirement hovers. Operate as if Decker will not be back. If he returns, that is preferred. A rookie develops behind veterans and the line stays stout. This is about protecting Jared Goff and sustaining a top NFL front five. Caleb Lomu scouting snapshot Lomu brings outstanding athleticism and smooth movement in space. His footwork on the edge is clean. He rarely opens the gate and gives up the corner to bend rushers. He uses length well. If he is beaten initially, he shows quick reaction and recovers. That recovery mirrors what the Lions need on the left side. It also covers for breakdowns that happen on long downs. The cons are real. He will be 24 as a rookie, almost as old as Penei Sewell. He does not move people in the run game. Power rushers can get into his pads and walk him back. Functional strength must improve. Add eight to ten pounds and those issues tighten up. Among the two Utah tackles, Spencer Fano looks better right now. In two years, Lomu's ceiling could be higher. Less mileage. More room to grow. The fit in Detroit works. The profile matches the offense and the locker room. Derek Moore's Senior Bowl surge Day two brings a Senior Bowl riser. Michigan edge Derek Moore flashed an upper tier week. His Michigan tape had peaks and long quiet stretches. Splash or invisible. In Mobile he stacked more consistent reps. One stood out. Aligned on the edge, he collapsed the blocker inside and forced the run into the A gap. That is assignment sound football. That translates to the Lions front. It shows he can anchor, set an edge, and still chase. He is a little smaller for the role, but the technique win matters. The arrow is up. What changes before the draft This is an early guess. Only one mock each year reflects personal board. The rest project what the Detroit Lions will do. The NFL combine hits at the end of the month. Pro days follow. Those trips produce fresh data from scouts and coaches. Notes from the road sharpen the board and the next iteration gets tighter. For now, tackle at 17 with Lomu, then Moore as the front seven boost. Needs met. Upside secured. The plan holds until new information moves it. #detroitlions #lions #detroitlionspodcast #caleblomu #utahutestackle #taylordeckershoulder #taylordeckerpotentialretirement #peneisewell #detroitlionsoffensiveline #lefttacklerecovery #bullrushpower #rungamemovement #spencerfano #derekmoore #michiganpassrusher #seniorbowlweek #agapspill #combineatendofmonth Learn more about your ad choices. Your real estate goals can both build your business and honor God simultaneously. The industry tries to separate the two, but you don't have to give into the pressure to fit the mold.In this powerful conversation on The Faithful Agent Podcast, Garrett Maroon sits down with global real estate leader and holistic business coach Cari Briner to unpack what it really means to pursue real estate agent goals that are rooted in obedience — not hustle culture.Cari shares her journey from transactional success to intentional faith driven business leadership, revealing how God began using her real estate career as a platform for marketplace ministry. From building a 10,000-square-foot coworking space led by prayer, to boldly weaving faith into her organization, Cari's story challenges Christian realtors to redefine success beyond volume and visibility. This episode dives deep into real estate goals, realtor structure, realtor systems, and the unseen spiritual framework behind sustainable growth. Cari, a real estate mom, explains why obedience creates momentum, why distraction blocks clarity, and why your business expands fastest when your identity is no longer tied to production. You'll also hear how God used small, faithful steps — not massive strategies — to grow a national real estate organization that now sells hundreds of millions in volume. Along the way, Cari opens up about hardship, surrender, and how leaning into God-given purpose transformed her leadership, peace, and priorities. If you've been setting real estate agent goals without first asking God what He wants your business to become, this conversation will reset your framework.
Healing MS Naturally: Bridging Science and Soul Can you truly reclaim your health from the inside out?In this episode of Mind Body Medicine for Self Healers, I sit down with holistic transformation guide Christine Ruch to discuss her incredible 20-year journey of healing Multiple Sclerosis (MS) naturally. After moving beyond mainstream medicine, Christine utilized nervous system restoration, whole-food nutrition and spiritual practices to reconnect with her body's innate wisdom. We dive deep into the connection between autoimmune disease and the nervous system, the importance of emotional capacity and why "remodelling" your relationship with your emotions is a primary key to lasting transformation. Whether you are living with MS or seeking holistic healing for chronic illness, this conversation offers grounded practices to move from symptom management to true inner healing.Key Takeaways 01:50 Early Red Flags & Body Sensitivity Before her MS diagnosis, Christine struggled with weight issues, severe skin conditions (rosacea and eczema) & environmental allergies, signs that her body was already in a state of high sensitivity.04:31 The "Missing Piece": Nervous System Regulation After years of focusing on diet and lifestyle, Christine realized that nervous system work was the most overlooked part of her journey. She explains why this should be an integral part of healing not just "woo-woo" support.08:13 Eliminating Common Inflammatory Triggers: autoimmune conditions start by eliminating "the big four" inflammatory products; refined sugar, gluten, dairy and often egg products.08:57 The Role of Emotional Trauma: How a "disordered nervous system" and unprocessed emotional stress can feed autoimmune conditions and prevent the body from entering a healing state.10:18 Building "Emotional Capacity": We are not our emotions. Learning to hold space for uncomfortable feelings without creating a "story" or an "identity" around them is a foundational step in recovery.18:31 Developing a Body-Language Dialogue: The importance of listening to your body like a "newborn infant"—with curiosity and tenderness—to move from a place of fear to a place of internal trust.28:56 The "Type A" Stress Identity: Christine used to "thrive on stress" as a high-achieving chef, only to realize later that her high-pressure lifestyle was kept in service of a dysregulated nervous system.Christine's Bio Christine Ruch is a Holistic Transformation Guide who helps people with health conditions reconnect to their body's innate wisdom and healing potential. After spending 20 years healing her own MS naturally through whole food nutrition, nervous system restoration, spiritual practice, plant medicine, deep self-inquiry and many other Eastern and Western modalities, Christine now guides others on their own transformative healing path. Her work bridges science and soul—offering tools to move beyond symptom management and into lasting inner healing. If you are stepping into a new role with broader scope, higher visibility, or C-suite level accountability, the pressure to perform often shows up as more effort, more involvement, and faster execution. This episode of Grounded and Aligned™, looks at why that approach breaks down at senior levels. Karen examines how success in expanded roles depends less on activity and more on how leaders see themselves, how they make decisions, and how that internal reference point shapes authority, boundaries, and impact.Karen looks atWhy strategies and behaviors alone are insufficient when role scope increasesHow self-concept directly influences decision speed, priorities, and boundariesThe cost of remaining positioned as the reliable problem solver in senior rolesHow authority is undermined when effort replaces judgmentWhy teams and stakeholders respond to hesitation, over-involvement, and avoidance as signals of role definition“Performance and impact, efficacy, it's not about what you output. It's about how you make decisions, how quickly you make decisions, how you frame those decisions and how you implement those decisions.” - Karen GombaultAs scope expands, leadership effectiveness accumulates through judgment, role design, and disciplined decision-making. Without an explicit shift in how leaders see their role and responsibility, effort increases while authority weakens, creating unsustainable patterns that limit impact over time.Next stepsDownload the associated guide, The Identity Lag: https://www.karengombault.com/identity

His book "A Skyless Traveled: A Maverick Life of Leadership, Resilience, and the Pursuit of Purpose" shares lessons learned from the cockpit about building exceptional teams. Kyle believes good teams need three things: character (how people treat those who can do nothing for them), competence (people who can get the job done and are willing to learn), and commitment to the mission. He also wrote the book for his six and four-year-old sons, wanting to leave something showing what their father did for 50 years before they were born. Kyle reveals three relationships that shaped him: meeting President Ronald Reagan at his Air Force Academy graduation in 1984, whose speech about being solution-oriented rather than a naysayer set the tone for his career; his parents who married at 16, had six kids by 29, and just celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary teaching him dedication and never giving up on people; and his best friend Malibu, a talented pilot who died at 30 when he hit the ground during a Red Flag exercise. Witnessing 10-11 deaths in 23 years of flying changed Kyle's perspective—he stopped worrying about what people thought and started pursuing what brought joy, realizing that if no one will remember it in five years, it's just not that important. [00:04:20] From CEO to Giving Back Recently stepped down as president and CEO of Check Six Aero Solutions Now runs Wyld Sky Aerospace and Management Consulting Wrote book "A Skyless Traveled: A Maverick Life of Leadership, Resilience, and the Pursuit of Purpose" Serves wonderful wife Dr. Kyra Carpenter and two boys Wilder (6) and Colt (4) [00:06:00] Why Write the Book Experience is great but people never get opportunity to pass it on to next generation All people's stories are wonderful, wishes more could tell them Wants to lift up next generation that will follow Wrote book for his 6 and 4-year-old boys as older father [00:06:40] Leaving a Legacy Doesn't know how long he gets to be with boys growing up Wanted to leave something showing 50 years before they were born Show what their father did and what he believed in Pass message down to true legacy: children and family [00:07:20] Growing Up in Wenatchee, Washington Parents married at 16, had six children by 29 Didn't have much but knew wanted to do something bigger Didn't fly on airplane until 17 years old, senior in high school First flight was to Air Force Academy physical at Whidbey Island [00:08:00] The First Flight That Changed Everything Had state playoff baseball game that afternoon across state Local orchardist Jim Wade flew him in Cessna 172 Flying over Cascade Mountains, seeing Mount Rainier was transformative Changed into uniform in car, was third batter, hit three-run homer off future major leaguer [00:09:00] Air Force Academy and Finding His Passion Second time flying was leaving for US Air Force Academy (only way to get to college) Got exposed to things small town guy never traveled beyond family station wagon Found passion for flying airplanes at young age Stumbled into it with no idea it would be 23 years as fighter pilot [00:10:00] Fighter Pilot Career Flew F-15 operationally around the world for 23 years Was F-16 aggressor (adversary/bad guy that trains combat pilots) Did exchange tour with US Navy, flew F-18 in operational flight tests Retired after 23 years, went to Raytheon [00:10:40] Entrepreneurial Years Owned Great Harvest Bread company franchise (had a bakery) Co-owner of pro indoor football league team in Spokane Taught him when it's your own money, think more about spending it Helped when managing other people's money at Raytheon and Mitsubishi [00:13:20] Proudest Moment: The Team That Didn't Need Me At Raytheon, experimental R&D test airplane transitioning from single customer Customer said they don't want exclusive use anymore, won't pay for it Five year task to redefine mission, vision, create new organization After five years: "This team doesn't need me anymore, they can do this without me" [00:14:40] From One Program to 15 Had to go out and advertise capability to other Raytheon programs Restructured team to support multiple test projects instead of just one Asset went from supporting one program to 15-16 programs Worth billions of dollars in sales to Raytheon [00:15:40] Mitsubishi: Six Months of Success Mitsubishi trying to certify new regional jet, program having problems Took over program management and flight test team Program for previous 5 years never met schedule or been on budget Within first month, for next 6 months straight met schedule and under budget [00:17:00] Refocusing the Team Just through refocusing team, aligning tasks to priorities Giving people clear idea of what they did and why important to mission Aligned the focus and became best flight test team in business Better than Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Embraer or any large OEMs [00:19:00] Character, Competence, and Commitment Good teams have people full of character (how they treat those who can do nothing for them) Team needs competence (people who can get job done, willing to learn and improve) Third C is commitment to what they're doing Finding right people with all three is when you will succeed [00:21:20] Meeting President Ronald Reagan Air Force Academy graduation 1984, Reagan handed him diploma Speech that day embodied how Kyle wanted to live his life Not enough to be naysayer pointing out everything wrong Have to be person who can bring forward solutions [00:22:40] Reagan's Impact Shaped views about what was valuable throughout life Optimistic but understood reality, charismatic but not fake Had guiding principles but willing to change Genuinely liked people (important for any leader) [00:24:00] His Parents' Influence Parents are who really had impact on who he became Never made it feel like they gave up something for kids Felt true blessing was getting to have kids in their lives Father was athlete of year, worked morning job, bartended at night while in college [00:25:40] 72 Years Together Parents both 88 years old, just had 72nd wedding anniversary Even when times are hard, don't give up on people, work through it Father didn't become major league player but channeled into coaching Oldest brother became professional baseball player with Philadelphia Phillies [00:27:00] Learning to Live in the Moment Finding joy means learning to live in the moment Let go of past but learn lessons, don't let it define you Don't be so focused on future that you forget what's in front of you Take opportunities that may take you on detour in life [00:28:20] Losing Malibu Best friend Jim "Malibu" Reynolds was academy graduate, talented flyer Designed and built own aerobatic airplane, flew in air shows Made mistake on range in Red Flag exercise, hit ground and died at 30 Changed Kyle at 30 years old, realized it can all end very quickly [00:29:40] 10 Deaths in 23 Years Saw at least 10-11 deaths in 23 years of flying Changed how he looked at things and approached them Before worried about everything, how people thought of him Now: if no one will remember in 5 years, it's just not that important [00:33:00] The Squadron Bar Ritual Friday nights not just about drinking, it's a ritual Chance to bond with people going through similar experience Way to relax, find friendship and bonding in non-retribution way Learned more in one-on-one conversations than formal meetings KEY QUOTES "I wrote a book because I have those six and four-year-old boys. I am an older father and I don't know how long I get to be with those boys growing up. I wanted to leave something to show for those 50 years before they were born, what their father did and what I believed in." - Kyle Skalisky "Good teams have people full of character. You can't define that on a resume. It's how people treat those who can do nothing for them. But you also have to have competence. Then the third C is commitment." - Kyle Skalisky CONNECT WITH KYLE SKALISKY

High performers facing burnout and performance pressure often fear losing effectiveness when they slow down. In this episode, Julie Holly explores how to stay aligned as life keeps moving—without reverting to self-abandonment or urgency. Many high-capacity humans experience clarity during burnout recovery—then wonder if they can keep it once life speeds back up. The pressure returns. Expectations remain. And a quiet question surfaces:Can I stay with myself when nothing slows down?In this episode of The Recalibration, Julie Holly guides listeners through the Reinforcement stage of Identity-Level Recalibration (ILR)—where alignment is practiced inside real life, not protected from it.In This Episode, You'll Learn:Why effectiveness and self-abandonment often became paired early onHow performance pressure, urgency, and role confusion trained your system to override itselfWhat the Reinforcement stage actually looks like in daily lifeHow to stay present, engaged, and effective without hardening or disappearingWhy alignment may change how others experience you—and why that doesn't mean you're doing it wrongJulie clarifies why Identity-Level Recalibration is not another mindset tactic or productivity strategy. ILR is the root-level recalibration that makes every other tool effective again, because it begins with identity—not effort. You're not being asked to slow life down. You're learning how not to leave yourself while it moves.Team Recalibration (For Leaders)Instead of asking:“How do we keep this going?”Try asking:“What would it look like to stay grounded while we move forward?”This reinforces identity over urgency and models leadership without self-erasure.Today's Micro RecalibrationFinish this sentence honestly:“When things start moving quickly, one way I can stay connected to myself is…”No fixing. No forcing. Just presence.Explore Identity-Level Recalibration→ Join the next Friday Recalibration Live experience → Take your listening deeper! Most leaders understand the importance of health—but few actually live it out consistently. In this episode, we're continuing our series on The Five Spheres of an H2 Leader with a focus on the second sphere: Health. This isn't just about eating better or working out more. It's about living integrated and aligned to your values and needs. Here's what we unpack: The Definition of a Healthy Leader A healthy leader lives integrated and aligned to their values and needs. Integrated means what you say matches what you do. Aligned means nothing is wearing down in the background—no misalignment that causes pain elsewhere in your life or leadership. Aspirational vs. Actual Values Most organizations have values on the website. But are they aspirational (who we want to be) or actual (who we really are)? If you say you value rest but never take a day off, that's an aspirational value—not an actual one. This episode challenges you to audit the gap between what you say and what you do. Understanding Your Needs: Heart, Soul, Mind, Body Leaders have needs. You're not a machine. You're a human with limitations. Using the framework of heart, soul, mind, and body, we explore what drains you, what fills you, and where you're neglecting recovery. High-octane leaders need high-quality fuel and recovery—just like world-class athletes. The Cost of Ignoring Health When leaders don't take care of their needs, there are always consequences. You might feel the pain in a different area—like a misaligned car that wears down the tread. Burnout, decision fatigue, and lost trust are just a few of the costs. The Benefits of Getting Healthy When you increase your health, you increase trust. Trust increases speed and momentum in your organization. You decrease decision fatigue. You build rhythms that feel natural instead of forced. And you become the kind of leader people want to follow—not because you demand it, but because you model it. Reflection Questions: • What values in your life and leadership are aspirational but not actual? • What personal needs do you have that you're not meeting? • Where are you disintegrated—saying one thing but doing another? If you're ready to lead healthy and high-impact in 2026, this episode is your wake-up call. Listen now and take your next right step toward becoming an H2 leader. In this episode of Grounded and Aligned™, Karen addresses a pattern that consistently undermines senior leaders taking on new roles: delaying decisions in the name of certainty. When you step into expanded scope with incomplete information, hesitation carries real organizational consequences. Drawing on client work and direct experience, she examines why waiting for clarity rarely produces better outcomes and how early decisions affect authority, momentum, and cognitive load.If you are operating with accountability from day one and feel the pressure to “get it right,” this conversation reframes what effective judgment actually looks like at senior levels.Karen looks atHow delayed decisions create vacuums that others will fill, often in ways misaligned with your intent or prioritiesWhy hesitation signals uncertainty rather than thoughtfulness, and how that signal slows organizations more than imperfect decisions doThe cumulative emotional and cognitive load created by unresolved decisions, particularly in hiring, budgeting, and investment contextsThe role of early decisions in establishing credibility and authority within the first months of a new roleHow decision speed reduces over-coordination and excessive alignment cycles that drain senior capacityAt senior levels, the cost of indecision compounds quickly. Early decisions are less about being right and more about setting direction, preserving energy, and reinforcing judgment under uncertainty. Momentum, authority, and self-trust are built through action, not prolonged analysis.Next steps

What if you knew yourself well enough to know when a decision is aligned on a soul level? As the Year of the Snake comes to a close, we're completing a season of stripping away what no longer fits, what we've outgrown, what we're finally ready to release. What remains beneath it all? And do you trust and know yourself enough to follow it?In this solo episode, Jessica offers a grounded reframe for entering the new year with self-trust and intention—without the pressure of making it your “best year yet.” She explores how real alignment comes from honoring subtle, daily shifts, allowing both expansion and contraction, and making space for embodied “no's” that protect your nervous system and energy. This episode dives into manifestation through the lens of the new paradigm, which is rooted in self-worth, clarity, and ease rather than force. If you're feeling caught between motivation and resistance, this conversation will help you reconnect with your inner knowing and move forward with confidence.Find the complete show notes here -> https://tobemagnetic.com/expanded-podcast Resources: New Year Sale! - EXTENDEDTake advantage of this miracle portal and join The Pathway to manifest your dream life in 2026!
