Facebook for real estate agents? It can be powerful for building your sphere of influence and for marketing. Hear insights about: How Adam first became a real estate agent as a backup plan, and how seeing his friends miserable in their careers pushed him to build a career How Adam staked out his own path by exploring the power of Facebook for real estate agents for both his marketing and to build his sphere of influence Why Adam chose to focus on Facebook rather than LinkedIn or Instagram, and what benefits he gets from Facebook that he can't find elsewhere Why consistent branding and posting on Adam's Facebook page is crucial for helping him build his reputation and influence Why successful use of Facebook in real estate involves focusing on messaging that moves the needle for your business What Adam's business looks like today versus when he started, and what goals and growth plans he has set for the coming year Why Facebook for real estate agents is an ideal platform due to its enormous user base, which creates a powerful “unlimited audience” How a developed and fleshed-out content calendar helps Adam continue creating content for Facebook without scrambling for ideas Why Adam occasionally posts personal content on his page to boost his business posts by satisfying Facebook's engagement algorithm Facebook for Real Estate Agents Facebook can be a powerful engagement tool for building your brand, forging relationships, marketing your business and speaking directly with clients. In this week's episode of the Pursuing Freedom podcast, real estate agent and Facebook expert Adam Sheets shares how he has built a thriving business in just six years fueled almost entirely by the incredible reach of Facebook's powerful social media platform. While Instagram and LinkedIn are often the “go-to” social media channels, Facebook for real estate agents is ideal because its reach gives it a unique position that you can turn into an incredible lead generation source, as well as a way to position yourself as an expert in your area. Facebook for Real Estate Agents: Extending Your Reach As Adam explained during our conversation, he's only been operating in real estate since 2016. However, he has been able to find extraordinary success thanks to using Facebook as his primary marketing tool. Adam says the key is to create a content calendar and stick to it! That way, you aren't always scrambling for ideas for new posts, and that consistency helps increase your engagement. Creating solid content that is helpful to your audience is a critical step in the process, but so are sharing that content consistently and ensuring that it looks polished and professional. The Cost and Reach Advantages of Facebook Adam decided to join the family business as a “last resort”, but he quickly realized that being a real estate agent offered him a level of freedom he wouldn't be able to get working in a corporate job. However, he didn't want to do things the way they'd traditionally been done, and so he immersed himself in Facebook so that he could master its systems and algorithms. He quickly realized how inexpensive and powerful Facebook for real estate agents can be. With almost 3 billion global users, Facebook is the world's largest and most powerful social media platform. And Adam is an expert at putting that reach to good use! Today, Adam's business is booming after just six years, and he even spends part of his time teaching others how to master Facebook. If you'd like to learn more about Adam and his family team, you can visit their website at www.sheetsteam.net or visit them on Facebook at www.facebook.com/thesheetsteam to see Adam's mastery of Facebook firsthand! About Adam Sheets, in his own words “I'm a college drop out that turned to real estate as a last ditch effort to make a career for myself. I run a team with my Mom, Brenda and my Dad, Marty. I had $1200 when I started so I turned to Facebook because it was the cheapest way to generate business. Now, over 97% of my business comes from Facebook and I operate a coaching platform with over 150 students. I'm a RE/MAX “Rising Star”, SWFL Real Producers “Rising Star” ranking in the top 500 over over 16,000 agents, Five Star Professional ‘Rising Star” and a RE/MAX Platinum Level Agent.” How to Connect With Adam Sheets Website: www.sheetsteam.net Facebook: www.facebook.com/thesheetsteam Twitter: @TheSheetsTeam Balanced Growth Course: Website: https://pursuingfreedom.thinkific.com/courses/balanced-growth

So, we need to work on both right? We have to be talented at both. You got to be a talented actor at doing voices.” - Adam Wylie “..it was really a crazy learning curve for social media because it is not the same in person. You have to do more visual, sometimes very gimmicky stuff for people to actually watch the video.” - Adam Wylie “So, if any of you out there are producers and you're looking for content that is scripted, that's amazing and hysterically funny. Hit me up!” - Adam Wylie “When I do magic, I don't think as like a magician I think like an actor.” - Adam Wylie “You know, a lot of people hire magicians and I gotta say, what you pay for is what you get. And you don't really notice it until you see somebody of a different level, right?” - Adam Wylie Rate, Review, & Subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Play, iHeart Radio, or Stitcher Useful links mentioned in this episode: ● The Hair Studio: Call 952-368-0900 or visit them at 500 North Pine Street, Chaska, Minnesota ● Wiser Insurance Agency: Call 952-472-3660 ● Get connected with Adam Wylie: @thisisadamwylie ● YouTube channel: The DK Project Podcast ● Get in touch with Darren: 612-504-6500/ darren@thedkprojectpodcast.com ● Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ● https://www.thedkprojectpodcast.com/

This was one of my favorite podcasts I've done in a long time. It's probably not a surprise that it's with someone who hosts one of the biggest podcasts in the world, but that doesn't take away the richness of this convo. I look up to Adam in many ways, so it was fun to ask some selfish questions that actually turned into really valuable—and sometimes emotional—lessons for myself and the listeners. For the 3 people who don't know, Adam is one of the three hosts of Mind Pump, which is a raw, entertaining, and no BS podcast on reaching your health and fitness goals. It gets lots of downloads. It's hilarious. And you should definitely check it out (after you listen to this). In this episode, we cover: -How Adam introduces himself to strangers -If he's still having fun after doing 1,600+ podcast episodes -How they decide which topics to discuss on Mind Pump -Why they poured money back into the business instead of "buying lambos" -Why they discuss things outside of fitness -How Sal and Adam balance each other out -How they work as a cohesive team at Mind Pump -How he's been enjoying fatherhood (around the 30 min mark) -His planning that went into becoming a father -When he felt he was "ready" to be a dad -The hardest time in his relationship with his wife -The perks of being an older dad vs younger dad -I get emotional discussing kids -Future plans -And much more! There are 3 Pillars to what I personally believe will shift someone's life and what I stand for which are Consciousness, Creativity, and Community. Consciousness brings you to the awareness of new ideas, ways of thinking, and ways of being. Consciousness makes us aware of the choices that are available to us. Creativity is the thing that isn't attached to the result. Creativity is the purest expression of your soul. It is the most healing frequency that you can bring through your body. It's your unadulterated, unfiltered expression and it doesn't have to be tied to how you earn your living but it gets to be part of your life. The third one is community and I think that it's very important for us to have a community that supports us along the way. - Adam Roa    Get 15% off your CURED Nutrition order with the code WELLNESSFORCE   ---> Get The Morning 21 System: A simple and powerful 21 minute system designed to give you more energy to let go of old weight and live life well.   JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP | *REVIEW THE PODCAST*   Wellness Force Radio Episode 394 Host of the The Deep Dive Podcast as well as Founder of both The C.R.E.A.T.E Community and Surrendered Artists, Adam Roa, explores the masks we wore before COVID-19, the 3 Pillars to being yourself, how to integrate the ego using creative arts, and how he has used his own trauma to propel him forward in life.    Are you experiencing a radical life change or are you craving one?    This podcast episode is divine timing as Adam discusses the power of freewill and manifestation during difficult times.    Belcampo Farms Get 20% off of your first Belcampo order with the code WELLNESSFORCE Belcampo was founded with a purpose: to create meat that’s good for people, planet and animals. Exploring the "masks" we ourselves wore even before COVID-19. Asking the question, "How often do we really look at, notice, and see people?" Why we crave to be authentic yet at the same time we are putting up our own walls around the truth of how we're feeling with ourselves. The fact that many people cannot openly admit that they are unhappy in their marriage, with their job, or anything else in their lives. Adam's own biggest "mask" covering his authentic self and how he was able to remove it. His struggles in high school not feeling like he was enough to be accepted by his peers. Why he saw high school as a game that he could play and work his way to being popular yet when he got there he never felt different about himself and his insecurities. The fact that many people believe there is an achievement that is going to change their world forever but then all their thoughts, feelings, and insecurities still remain.   [17:30] Is The Life We're "Supposed" To Live A Lie? Why Adam began questioning if everything else in life is a lie (college, career, money, things) if reaching his goal of popularity in high school didn't subdue his insecurities. How he helps people when they get stuck on their own mountaintop of achievement and still feel unfulfilled. Why we're not allowing ourselves, as a society, to even have a moment to give ourselves permission to take off our masks. Society's expectations of men and why you're not "truly a man" if you let your guard down, fail, or show your emotions. 110 Bedros Keuilian The toxicity in telling someone to "man up" and we need to be having more conversations about emotional intelligence, inner work, and just be more vulnerable. Why Adam openly puts himself out there with his insecurities and vulnerability to help other people. Struggles he has faced with depression, being molested at a young age, and being late to puberty. MyIntent Project The power of setting an intent and embracing a side of yourself that you don't give enough love and attention to every day.   [22:00] The 3 Pillars To Being Yourself How we can begin the process of choosing to give ourselves permission to be ourselves. Adam's 3 Pillars to changing your life: Consciousness, Creativity, and Community. How community and having a tribe has changed Adam's life drastically. Why the "game" of life hasn't been designed for us to do it alone but with the support of others. The moment he sold everything he owned to go in a new direction and the challenges he faced in that transition in January 2013. Adam Roa - Why The Law Of Attraction Isn't Working For You Abraham Hicks What happened when he took a deep dive into studying spirituality. Tai Lopez The fact that we are the sum of the 5 people that we spend the most of our time with in life. Unpacking the 1/3 rule: Why you want 1/3 of the people that you spend time with to be those who look up to you, 1/3 to be peers, and 1/3 to be people that you look up to.   [29:30] The Power Of Free Will & Manifestation In Difficult Times 092 Preston Smiles and Alexi Panos His and his former partner's mission for greater self development and how they teamed up with Preston Smiles and Alexi Panos to help facilitate their trainings. The choice he and his former partner made to give away or sell 75% of their belongings as they surrendered to divine intervention and a new way of living life. Why we will always have the choice in how we respond to our circumstances and environment. What steps you can take to move forward, respond, and be resilient when sudden change impacts your life. How to use other examples of people overcoming difficult obstacles to manifest positive energy in your own life. Why how you respond now to a challenge will create the energetics of your next opportunities. How we can embody bad habits just like we do with good habits even if we have a beneficial goal in mind. Adam's own inner work journey which led him to an Ayahuasca circle and spiritual awakening.   [40:00] How To Integrate The Ego With The Creative Arts The beauty of humility and accepting that maybe you don't have things figured out and this is an opportunity to grow. The fact that we embody all of our current limiting beliefs until we work on them and grow. Why it's so important to integrate your ego because if you don't, the ego blocks the conscious repetition of embodying love, belief in oneself, and beyond. Steps you can take to healthily dissolve and integrate the ego without plant medicine. Why Adam believes that anything that can happen in a plant medicine ceremony can also happen without it. Exploring altered states of consciousness in and outside of plant medicine ceremonies and why these states are a necessity. Breaking down how 98% of our thoughts are ones that we have unconsciously had before and the vast majority come from a space of negativity. Other things you can do to get to a state of altered consciousness such as breatwork, meditation, yoga, or a hard workout. How music, art, and spoken word help us integrate our egos. The fact that true, sustainable change and shifts happen at the emotional level. Why art can bypass so much of the ego mind because we've given it the permission to do that already.   [48:00] The Healing Starts With You About his non-profit, Surrendered Artists, and their mission to teach young people how to use art as a healing technology. How we stop hurt people, especially younger generations, from hurting people by equipping humans to deal with the inevitable hurt. Why his mind suppressed his memory of being sexually molested at the age of 5 years old until he was ready and in an environment to help him heal from it. How art creates a safe space for people to process and share their trauma and how you can equip your children with this tool. Why, unless you're leading with compassion, you won't change a thing on your healing journey. How Adam sees compassion as a way for us to externalize our self love. Why some people including his ex-girlfriend feel that they cannot be as open about their thoughts, beliefs, and emotions like Adam can. His empathy for people who feel like they cannot express themselves and how much they must be hurting because of it. Why we cannot truly have compassion for others until we have compassion for ourselves first. Why you have to feel worthy of the thing you want to call into your life from a place of self-love. The fact that sometimes we have to unlearn things that cut us off from self-love and compassion.   [58:30] Understanding Our Karmic Patterns, Purpose, and Desires Programmed life expectations that Josh learned at an early age that he had to learn to let go of: expect the worst to happen, money causes pain, and people can't be trusted. Why Adam believes that we never actually conquer programmed thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. How Adam views karma not as a cosmic scorecard but what your soul has agreed to including the particular limiting beliefs and wounds that you will take on in this lifetime that will become the edges of your comfort zone. Exploring God's love for us and how we are expressions of that love as we exercise our desires by being in alignment through our work on earth. Paul Chek | All Is God Marci Lock Why writing has become one of the biggest ways for Adam to process his thoughts and emotions. A writing practice for you by answering this question: What is the absolute worst case scenario that you are afraid of right now? Can I be okay with that reality? Adam's own worst case scenario and why he has those fears because he was concerned with how people would view him. How we can change our energy towards what fears frighten us the most by making peace with that possibility and run towards the vision that we want to create for ourselves.   [1:13:30] How Trauma Reveals Our Strength Exploring capital 'T' trauma and Adam's own suppressed memories. JV Crum III Why we might not be 50, 60 years old until possible suppressed memories come back to the surface for us. What it was like for Josh growing up and not knowing what it means to truly love yourself. How to integrate either lower 't' or capital 'T' trauma if and when they come up. The difference between turning your breakdown into a breakthrough and assigning your breakthrough to your breakdown. How we create even more trauma by believing that's how we create our strength. What it means to fully accept and love your trauma compared to tethering it to your strength to create a storyline of victimhood and give it value. Why constant breakdowns and breakthroughs are not the right way to grow and be strong souls. The power of choice we all have in how we respond to our trauma and past abuse. How trauma does not give us strength but reveals our strength. Law of Attraction: How it works and why it does not bring us trauma and abuse.   [1:26:30] How To Properly Process Trauma & Emotions How a person can begin to process their trauma alone or with the help of someone else. Why so many "coaches" and "mentors" out there are just great at recycling content and at marketing their business. His belief that our bodies and souls will heal on their own in direct correlation with how safe they feel. Why facilitation is incredibly beneficial to help someone heal and why he doesn't overvalue his role in the process. How to find a safe place for you to heal whether that is by yourself at home, out in nature, or somewhere else with a group. The fact that so many people are not in safe place at home during lockdown with their abusers. Why we will be dealing with the mental and emotional health damages of COVID-19 for a very long time. What to do if you're so uncomfortable with being left alone with your emotions. Why the goal is not to move through all of your emotions in one moment but over time. Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma by Peter A. Levine Come to terms that healing is actually a lifelong job; there's no fast pass or quick fix for it. What would happen if we switched our focus from healing to learning, being creative, and playing?     [1:47:00] Tools To Cultivate A Healthy Mind His words of advice for people struggling with mental health and mental illness. Different practices for journaling where you call in your ancestors or the cosmos and allow yourself to write as a vessel for that. The three different ways that Adam enjoys journaling: factual, philosophical exploration, and opening yourself up to be a vessel. Cosmic Philosophy: A Month In The Light by Adam Roa How Adam as opened himself up as a vessel for writing and has shared that experience in his book, Cosmic Philosophy. The power of giving your thoughts and emotions a voice to help you process them and how that was one of the deepest ways that Adam was able to manage his depression. How it took Josh two years to work through and heal the PTSD and OCD he received from a plant medicine ceremony. Why so many people ask him what self-love really is and his thoughts on it today. How to start investing in a relationship with yourself to help you create greater self-love and attract the life that you want from the universe. Why heartbreak can be one of the most impactful experiences that keeps us from greater awareness, consciousness, and personal growth. breathwork.io M21 Wellness Guide Wellness Force Community     Power Quotes From The Show Are You Being True To You?   "The day that everyone started face masks I asked myself, 'How much do we really see someone?' Even if they're walking down the street and I notice them, do I really see them? In society, people are craving authenticity and yet at the same time putting up their own walls around the truth of how they're feeling with themselves. So many people are not being honest with themselves about the fact that they're unhappy in their marriage or their job or where they live or they feel really lonely or whatever it is." - Adam Roa   You Don't Need A Breakdown For A Breakthrough   "You're not strong because of your trauma. You're strong because of how you responded to the trauma which was your inherit birthright of divine strength and spirit. The human spirit is unbelievable! So, why would I tether my strength to that trauma? I'm going to say, 'No.' I brought my strength to respond to that trauma and that is what turned me into this person. Because I used my spirit. I used my strength. I used my courage. I used all of me to work through that trauma and it shaped me in this way but I didn't need that. That didn't have to happen for me to be inherently strong and capable and worthy. If that were the case, we would be intentionally inflicting it upon everyone because it would be a necessity but it's not. The breakdown isn't the only way we to grow and get the breakthrough. You can find the breakthrough differently and we need to stop assigning our strengths to our traumas and woundings." - Adam Roa   What You Resist Persists     "If you really go into your worst case scenario of what could happen and just make peace with that possibility - what we resists persists - and so you're no longer in resistance to that scenario. If it happens, it happens and you can still do everything you can to not go in that direction. That's not going to change but the energy changes. You're now not running away from your worst case scenario but running towards the vision you have for yourself." - Adam Roa     Links From Today's Show  The Deep Dive Podcast with Adam Roa The CREATE Community MASKS | Spoken Word Poetry by Adam Roa You Are Who You've Been Looking For by Adam Roa Surrendered Artist 311 | Adam Roa: The Intersection Of Art And Personal Development Treat Yourself Like Someone You Love by Adam Roa Cosmic Philosophy: A Month In The Light by Adam Roa MyIntent Project Adam Roa - Why The Law Of Attraction Isn't Working For You Abraham Hicks Tai Lopez 092 Preston Smiles and Alexi Panos Paul Chek | All Is God Marci Lock JV Crum III Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma by Peter A. Our podcast is trying to encourage people to try high performance driving and racing, so Vicki wanted to start a special series she calls “So You Wanna Racecar”.  On this episode, we have Adam Owens on to talk about his first track events he had last summer.  Adam has a lot of fresh memories from these events and is a good friend of our team (and potentially future team GHiT member).  In talking with Adam, it is even more apparent that the biggest thing stopping anyone from trying to drive at an autocross or a track event is just saying “yes” and doing it.   Please let us know if we missed anything that you may want discussed in a future episode of our Racing 101 Series.  The outline for the series is: Part 1:  Building Your First Race Car (and options to not) Part 2:  Safety and Safety Related Equipment Needed Part 3:  Best Entry Points To Start Performance Driving Part 4:  Buying and Selling Cars (With Special Guest Lara Vernon) Part 5:  Going To and From The Event/Track – What To Expect Part 6:  Paddock and Pit – Best Practices Part 7:  Perspective of a New Driver (With Guest Adam Owens) Part 8:  Tools, Spares, Supplies Needed for a Race Weekend Part 9:  Common Issues All Drivers Will/May Experience in When On Track For the First Time Part 10:  Miscellaneous Topics (& Things We Forget to Mention Earlier) In this episode, we cover the differences between driving at an HPDE or a track day where you are more or less driving as singular cars on track vs driving on track and racing wheel to wheel vs other drivers and cars.  Neither is better or worse, but they are different, and both offer different challenges.  Largely the key difference is increasing the number of factors you need to keep track of and this increase proportionately to the number of cars on the track and the length of the track (overall car density).  In addition, there are often car specific details and peculiarities that will need to be considered.   Ben puts it best don’t worry, “if you are on the track, you are already a winner”.  Start slow with zero pressure, keep to shorter stints until you are comfortable with going longer while maintaining focus.  We are looking for any great stories from your first-time racing on track.  Please let us know for a great future episode. You can subscribe to our podcast on the podcast provider of your choice, including the Apple podcast app, Google music, Amazon, and YouTube etc.  Also, if you could give our podcast a (5-star?) rating or even better, a podcast review, we would greatly appreciate it and it would help us to grow the passion and sport of high performance driving. For instance, leaving an Apple Podcast rating is very easy.  If you go to your podcast library, under shows and click on the podcast you can leave a (5?) star rating and enter your review.  A link to the episode is: https://tinyurl.com/Racing101Part7 We hope you enjoy this episode! PS  Please don’t forget that if you are looking to add an Apex Pro to your driving telemetry system, don’t forget to use our discount code for all Apex Pro systems you will receive a free Windshield Suction Cup Mount for the system, a savings of $40.  Just enter the code “ghitlikesapex!” when you order.  We have two systems for our team and Bill is looking to add a third for this season, pending CFO approval from Vicki.  They are a great system and truly invaluable in safely increasing your speed on track and/or autocross etc. Best regards, Vicki, Jennifer, Alan, and Bill Hosts of the Garage Heroes In Training Podcast and Garage Heroes In Training racing team drivers Highlights from this episode include: 1)  Adam has done 1 day at a racing school, 1 HPDE, and 1 race to this point and is an enthusiastic racing driver in training.  For his day job he is the host of the local radio morning show and we have significant audio quality envy of his audio quality.  Post Covid, we will be reviewing our techniques with him. 2)  Without any prompting, Adam says one of the issues he had in starting was how and where to get started.  We are a bit biased, but we know of at least one podcast that is specifically aimed at this.  3)  Adam’s bucket list goal was to drive a car on the race track.  Now he just wants to do it again! And again.  And again. 4)  We discuss with Adam the impacts of Covid on the past racing seasons and the upcoming 2021 season. 5)  How Adam first went on track at NJMP.  It was really as simple as a google search. 6)  We also go into how Adam and Bill first “met” and how small a world it is in that one of the teams Adam has been on track with our good friends at Safety Third Motorsports. 7)  Adam goes into how it felt to be on the track for the first time at an HPDE event and then his first time on track in a wheel to wheel race at a Champ car event.  As always, it was a bit different than he expected. 8)  Adams pro tip to this point:  No Coffee before a stint. 9)  We go into the advantages and disadvantages of renting/arrive and driving a car at the track.  It's not only a fiscal transaction but also a chief concern is the safety aspects. Failure can be your biggest and best teacher. Looking back, I’ve learned the most from my mistakes. It took Adam Zach a couple of tries before he got the model for Set Your Rent just right. I love it because he takes an idea I had a couple of years ago and builds on it, creating an amazingly successful business that helps entrepreneurs, self-employed people, and anyone who struggles to get into a traditional mortgage still find a way to buy a home.Adam decided to guarantee real estate success from the beginning by buying a property with equity. But the ARV was enormous. Then he decided that the key to success was purchasing a property with tenants. But then the tenants moved out. That’s when he got closer to success by coming up with what he calls Set Your Rent version 1.0.His original theory was a solid one. He decided to find the tenant buyers first before buying a property. Since he had experience renting to fellow students when he was in college, he decided to rent to a group of college students. Unfortunately, college students eventually graduate and leave town, which puts him back at square one to find a tenant buyer.Set Your Rent version 2.0 still focuses on tenant buyers, but lets Adam leverage the fact that he has a credit score of 800, and that he’s staying in the middle between the bank and a landlord. Since he made the pivot into this better, more lucrative lease option model, he’s increased his gross revenue to $40,000, for an average cash of $300-500, depending on the price of the home. And he doesn’t need a property manager and he doesn’t need to worry about maintenance repairs. He’s doing some amazing creative financing, and he’s expanding nationally. Connect with Adam by emailing him: homes@setyourrent.com.What's Inside:—What can you put down as responsibilities for a lease option? It depends.—Why it’s better to sell a lease option, and how a contract for deed plays into this.—Going with character over credit makes it a little easier for an entrepreneur to get a home loan, and that’s a niche that Adam leans into.—How Adam’s finding private money to fund his lease option deals.

Adam did this in the early days of digital. Understand that you’ll probably make mistakes because digital moves so fast. Don’t get discouraged, keep persevering.  Kathy & Gino reflect on how much digital has evolved in the past 20 years: Websites used to be more like online business cards, now they are one-stop ecommerce stores where you can search for, compare, and buy products. The customer’s sales journey has completely changed, and our strategies must change along with them.  Adam’s favorite digital channel is Search. In most digital channels you’re trying to be as relevant as possible but making sure that you’re not getting in the way of the customer, including paid and targeted advertising. Search is really the only channel where we can get your message in front of customers at the moment they’ve asked for it. Building strong SEO presence can help marketers and businesses reach and understand their customers better. The importance of studying search data almost like an anthropologist is a best practice for Adam. Your content must be timely, relevant, and meaningful. Right message, right time for the right person. The right time is when a customer is asking for a message. Ads can get really targeted with today’s digital technology, and that’s a good way to have a better chance of reaching audience—but search is like a sledgehammer hitting right on that target.  Adam’s P.O.E.M. acronym stands for “paid, owned and earned media.” Paid media is the paid online advertising, owned media is any digital property or channel a company owns/runs, and earned media used to be on PR side (printed newspaper), but social has turned this on its head, and earned media is now like online "word of mouth", including organic search.  We must have an appreciation for the entire customer funnel, far before it turns into a sale or conversion. Each touchpoint is important and can contribute to the end goal. “Assisted Conversion” is the idea that your digital “foot traffic” came from another source or an accumulation of sources – which all relates back to having a unified omnichannel marketing strategy. The last click that led to a sale shouldn’t always get all of the attention!  The 80/20 Rule: Spend 80% of your time listening and 20% posting. You have to know where your customers hang out, how they behave and what they care about before you can craft effective content that reaches them. Adam believes listening to and studying Search data—using free tools like Google Analytics—is the biggest catalyst for conversion growth.

bengreenfieldfitness.com/cbdfaq   I've covered the basics of one of my favorite compounds - CBD, in many past popular podcasts and articles.       But there are still many unanswered questions in the realm of CBD, including: -What is the difference between full spectrum vs. broad spectrum vs. CBD isolate and other forms of CBD? -What is the difference between extraction methods of CBD?  -How does one decide between vaping vs. edibles vs. oils vs. capsules vs. soft gels, etc. and what is the differences in absorption between all those options? -What can CBD be effectively stacked with, what are your best stacks and what can you can expect from different stacks? -Does CBD have a variability of effects depending on the time of day it is used, based on some kind of diurnal effect? -And much more... My guest on today's show is Adam Wenguer, who has grown to be a friend of mine after we met training at a gym in Miami, Florida. Adam grew up in Miami, in a Cuban Jewish household. He started Martial Arts at a young age and continues extensive Jiu Jitsu practice as a brown belt as well as training in Boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing. Adam attended the University of Florida in 2006.         After suffering a spine and leg injury in College, Adam was treated with pharmaceutical opioids which led to an intense but all too common addiction. On his path to recovery he became immersed in Zen Buddhism, Health & Wellness, and began his life long path into Spirituality. This eventually led Adam to graduate with a degree in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology as he sought to bring greater physical healing to others, as he had done for himself.         As a Strength/Conditioning and Health Coach at a well known 5 star wellness resort, he worked with wide array of professional athletes, company executives and individuals seeking optimal health. Many of his client were suffering from the same ailments: including sleep issues, anxiety, inflammatory disorders as well as a general emotional and spiritual disconnect. This led Adam to wanting to take a more holistic approach towards educating and treating his clients with the use of natural compounds such as CBD. In 2017, Adam founded Element Health which is now one of the leading suppliers of the highest quality Full Spectrum CBD products in the world.         Adam spends a majority of his time with his wife Kristen and their 3 dogs in their beach community of Surfside, FL. In his free time he continues to train and compete in Martial Arts. He is also heavily involved in the study of plant medicine and the shamanic approach to healing. Adam boar and deer hunts several times year to ethically provide his family and friends with the most nutritious protein available. Last, Adam finds the deepest joy and his true purpose by sharing the healing techniques of his intense journey with as many people as possible.         During our discussion, you'll discover: -How Adam became well-known in the realm of fitness and spirituality...7:05         -Varying spectrums of CBD...15:50         -How CBD interacts with different serotonin receptors...22:34         -Adam's morning plant medicine routine...27:20           -The 2 main extraction methods of CBD and what to look for as a consumer...38:10         -Preferred delivery mechanisms of CBD...44:45       -Compounds Adam stacks w/ CBD...50:30         -Fertility and the cannabinoid system...1:00:51         -Closing thoughts...1:07:30

On this podcast, I had the privilege of interviewing Keto Krisp founder and successful businessman Adam Bremen. This was definitely one of my favorite interviews, with the creator of my favorite keto snack bar! We discuss everything from finding the joy in life, how he overcame his disability, how keto changed his life and inspired him to start his company, why having fun in life and in business is so important, how to be a successful entrepreneur, his desire to celebrate and empower others to take charge of their health, how to build mental resilience when times are tough, what to say to someone who is going through a really tough time, and the power of learning to see the good in every situation. Adam learnt early on that life is about what you can do, not what you can’t do. Diagnosed at the age of 2 with cerebral palsy, he has learnt to overcome numerous odds, including life in a wheelchair. Thankfully, he grew up with a loving and supportive family who encouraged him to never put limits on himself, and to always find ways to celebrate his life and the lives of the people around him. **SPECIAL OFFERS FROM THIS WEEK'S SPONSORS** -HIYA HEALTH (the best children's multivitamin!): Receive 50% off your first order.
