Send Us a Message!Imagine opening a conversation about sex that begins with safety, truth, and reverence. We invited our community into a live, guided experience of sacred space and the three keys of Tantra—breath, sound, and movement—to show how everyday intimacy can become a powerful energy practice. No jargon, no shock value, just clear tools you can try right away to feel more alive, connected, and grounded. In this episode, we explore:Redefining tantra as experiential energy workWhy sacred space creates feelings of securityThe sacred bubble ritual and heart salutationDesires, fears, boundaries and consent languageTaoist breath loop for grounding and releaseAdding sound to free expression and move energyAdding movement to integrate root-to-crown flowNoticing states, regulating intensity, and integrationMasterclass format, access, and expectationsWe start by reframing Tantra as experiential: a path of expanding aliveness by integrating two inner qualities—steady presence and dynamic flow. From there, we build a sacred container. You'll hear the language we use for desires, fears, and boundaries and how a simple “sacred bubble” ritual shifts the room from casual to consecrated. Then we move into practice. First, a Taoist breath loop that inhales up the back and exhales down the front to rinse the system and settle the mind. Next, we add sound to liberate expression and clear the throat center. Finally, we invite movement—spirals, undulations, subtle sways—to bridge sexual root and spiritual crown.Throughout, we share what to notice: tingling hands, jaw tension, a wave of grief, or a bright, quiet calm. The aim isn't to force fireworks; it's to build capacity. With breath, sound, and movement working together, energy moves, emotions integrate, and intimacy feels safer and more honest. We also outline our five-week Intro to Tantra masterclass: one week each for sacred space, breath, sound, and movement, plus a full Q&A. It's fully clothed, consent-forward, and designed for solo or partnered practice. If you're curious about turning connection into a spiritual practice without leaving your values at the door, this conversation is your on-ramp. Listen, follow the guided segments, and notice what shifts. If it resonates, subscribe, share with someone you trust, and leave a review telling us which key—breath, sound, or movement—opened the most for you.Learn about our
No Mud, No Lotus: Embracing the Dark and the DivineCan you meet your darkness with the same reverence you offer your light? In this raw and liberating transmission from our Fundamentals of Tantra event Chantelle Raven invites us into the heart of Tantra — where awakening is not about rising above, but about descending into the body and welcoming all that we are.Through stories, practice, and embodied wisdom, she guides us to see Kundalini not as something to control or “achieve,” but as life force itself — the pulse of creation, destruction, and renewal that moves through every breath. What happens when you stop resisting your contractions and start trusting your body's intelligence? When you let the mud be mud — and find the lotus blooming right through it?This episode is a fierce reclamation of the dark feminine — the part of us that feels deeply, speaks truth, and refuses to hide behind spiritual perfection. It's an invitation to bring compassion to your shadow, reverence to your rage, and love to the parts of you that were once deemed “too much.”If you're a practitioner, space holder, or simply a human who feels deeply, this one will move you — and remind you that the divine isn't separate from your humanity.Inside This Episode:• What Kundalini truly is and how to work with life force energy in the body• The difference between contraction and resistance• Dark Feminine vs. wounded feminine — how to know the difference• Turning shame into self-acceptance through the “So f*cking what” mantra• How spiritual conditioning can suppress our authentic expression• Practicing radical acceptance before creating change• The daily devotion of embodying your future selfThere's something holy that happens when we stop performing “high vibe” and start honoring what's real. When we let rage move through love, and tears become our prayer. This is the Tantra - where shadow and light, human and divine, are finally allowed to dance.Top Quotes:“Discomfort is only discomfort when we resist it.”“There's an ecstatic current available in every feeling.”“Dark feminine isn't chaos — it's truth with compassion.”“Accept first. From that place, change becomes devotion.”And when you're ready to walk deeper, come find us in the trainings, the retreats, the spaces where the lotus keeps blooming.Resources + Links:Sign up for the waitlist for the 18-month Tantra Practitioner Program: https://embodiedawakeningacademy.com/tantra-practitioner-training/ Check out our Self-Paced Program here: https://embodiedawakeningacademy.com/self-paced-tantra-practitioner-training/ Follow us on Instagram: @embodiedawakeningacademy

Is heart-fluttering chemistry necessary or is it "toxic"?Lately, I've heard some people say that chemistry is DANGEROUS! TOXIC! Run away! Red flag! Ridiculous. Tell me you've never had life-changing sex before without telling me. Chemistry is the reaction. The friction, the spark. You need it in order to create any kind of growth.“Meh” isn't chemistry and “meh” isn't going to change your life.In today's episode: What is chemistry? This week, Vee and Elle chat with Eden, a tantra facilitator and intimacy coach, discussing the importance of creating safe spaces for women to explore their sexuality and intimacy without the male gaze. They talk what actually happens inside femme-only temples — no boys, no judgment, just sacred play, deep connection, and maybe a little glitter lube. They unpack queerness, non-monogamy, and the power of women's spaces that feel safe and sexy. From overcoming mean-girl energy to feeling fully seen in our desires, this convo pulls back the curtain on tantra, sisterhood, and the kind of turn-on that heals. I was 24, started with a new study, fully supported by the government in Bremen. And additionally, I studied psychology and went to self-experience groups, attended Bioenergetic, Meditation, Yoga, Qigong –classes. Three years later, I was in an awful relationship and lived in an outstanding, lovely community together with devotees of Bhagwan…I flew to Vancouver to make again the famous Westcoast Trail on Vancouver Island…I went by ferry to the Island and I flirted with an American Indian girl… It worked out, it was very wild, but it was not what I wanted, it closed my heart… I needed more love…After the trail, I tried to hitchhike to L.A. It was so difficult to get a ride… Still, it was a so beautiful landscape, foggy high mountains, desert and an additional trail on Mount Helen where I got under deep snow… It was so cold in my tent that was loaded with snow… Again I had to hitchhike more to the south, it was too cold… And then I could not go further than Portland… I looked for a hotel, met a disciple of Bhagwan, and we went to the Ashram of Bhagwan… RajneeshpuramBhagwan had just started to talk again after he was 6 years in silence. When I arrived, I met a previous girlfriend… And I told her that I could not open my heart anymore, and the trip was too hard for me.She said fine, then attend here some groups.I never have seen anywhere else a place with so much love… It was just a paradise for me… And outside of this Ashram were huge signboards who warned the people to enter this Ashram…. A place with so much love abused from common people…I attended there two groups and in the morning we went to the lectures of Bhagwan… and he addressed my problems inside and spoke how of to deal with that- without having personal contact with me…In the first group, I got beaten up… The Therapists had been the best in the world…As usual, I was the worst case… “When you are not doing meditation and bioenergetic every day and therapy groups every week your difficult Childhood will bring you always down…” They said. And I did so, made what they said to me. One year later I was out of my sorrow. Two years later, the underdog became the miracle and the spiritual wonder child…You never can gain a high spiritual state without removing your traumas… and that is very painful. Thousands of years ago, they have created very painful body exercises to let go the body identification, go beyond the worldly attachment and to discover the Divine… With the Therapy of Bioenergetic, Encounter, Primal and Tantra, you don't need these painful body exercises anymore. Still, you have to go through emotional pain like crazy to go beyond…And afterward, you really enjoy your life without a worldly surrogate,- and that is comparable from your old life to the paradise. For free is that not! One of the most important ideas in Tantra (and often one of the most misunderstood and most difficult to discuss) is Kuṇḍalinī! What exactly is this "serpent power", as Arthur Avalonji once called it? Specifically in this talk, we relate Kuṇḍalinī to Kālī to show her centrality in the Kaula tradition of Tantra! Finally, based on this reflection, we discuss the quintessential Kaula ritual, the "Ādi Yāga" which features in Chapter 29 of Abhinava Gupta's Tantrāloka. What happens when curiosity meets consciousness? In this episode, Ava and Ramone share their five-day journey at the New England Conscious Arts Festival, a transformative Tantra experience that brought together about 130 open-hearted souls—most exploring non-monogamy, self-discovery, and deep connection. From eye-gazing ceremonies to "liquid love" sessions, emotional alchemy, and even firewalking; Ava and Ramon open up about what it's like to strip away shame, lean into vulnerability, and embrace some unexpected lessons though Tantra. Ava reflects on her shift from skepticism to surrender, while Ramon shares how emotional and sensual exploration deepened his understanding of connection and consent. Can you let yourself be nourished by life — without needing to earn it?In this replay of the Nectar of Tantra Masterclass, Chantelle and Tara invite us into the art of receiving — of softening control, dissolving effort, and allowing life to move through us.So many of us have learned to give more than we receive. To measure our worth through doing. But what happens when your soul asks you to stop striving and start listening? When pleasure becomes not something you chase, but something you remember? This conversation explores what it truly means to rest in your body, trust your timing, and open to the beauty that wants to meet you. It's a transmission for anyone learning that ease isn't weakness, that rest isn't avoidance, and that the body's joy is not separate from awakening — it is awakening.Whether you're a practitioner, partner, parent, or leader — this episode invites you to return to the simplicity of presence and the deep intelligence of pleasure.Inside This Episode:• How to shift from overgiving to overflow• Why rest is the foundation of creation• The nervous system's role in receiving pleasure• How to recognise when service becomes self-abandonment• The link between the caretaker wound and self-worth• Why pleasure is the pathway to spiritual powerThere's something sacred that happens when you stop performing love and start feeling it.When you stop trying to be the light, and realise you already are. This is Tantra as nectar — the sweetness that arrives when you finally let yourself be filled.Top Quotes:“Pleasure is your body's way of saying: you're safe to receive.”“Ease is not the absence of devotion — it's the presence of trust.”“You don't magnetise through effort. You magnetise through openness.”And when you're ready to walk deeper, come find us: at the retreats, the trainings, the spaces where pleasure becomes prayer.Resources + Links:Sign up for the waitlist for the 18-month Tantra Practitioner Program: https://embodiedawakeningacademy.com/tantra-practitioner-training/ Check out our Self-Paced Program here: https://embodiedawakeningacademy.com/self-paced-tantra-practitioner-training/ Follow us on Instagram: @embodiedawakeningacademy

I've never dated anyone. Never been on a dating site. My experiences in the early stages of romance and relationships have always been intense, wild and unmistakable. I've seen something reposted a few times lately, an idea that people seem to be in awe of, that's been the story of my life: “What's crazy is that real lovers don't even do talking stages. All it takes is one good date and suddenly y'all are together every day after that.” Yeah. This is how it's always been for me. I EXPECT big love, big feeling, a whole-hearted, whole-vagina, whole-soul response to someone. Nothing less. Why would I waste my time on anything BUT that? In this episode: Since I don't “date” here's what I do insteadThe morass of modern dating and my advice on how to navigate it Humans vs. superhumansJen Okazaki weighs in (iykyk) When you know you know People who marry for every other reason other than deep passion and what they look like 5, 10, 15 years down the road—I would know because I see them all the time Recognizing soul mates—or at least the people who hold vital learning for you here and now Shakespearean-Romantic-poet-epic-saga-love and nothing less Courage and boldness in love Death by a thousand cuts of cowardice

Send us a textUnder the silver glow of the Sharad Full Moon in Revati, Dr. Justine Lemos and Scarlett Trillia sip from the mythic cup of Amrita—the nectar of immortality. This episode dives deep into the lunar mysteries of Soma: the sacred elixir of the Vedas, the psychoactive honey of the gods, and the subtle lunar juice that drips from the crown in Tantrik and Ayurvedic lore.Together, they explore how this “dripping moon” season invites us into transcendence, nourishment, and surrender. You'll hear:
Tantra, and how you are practicing the kundalini energy when you participate in the act of intercourse.

Manifestation isn't broken, you just need better tools. In this episode, Mia Magik joins me to flip the script on everything you think you know about creating the life you want. Forget the vision boards for a second. Mia's approach is rooted in healing, not just hoping. She explains why manifesting love starts with examining where you're being unloving, and why calling in abundance means looking at your scarcity patterns. We discuss the physical toll of consuming true crime and drama-filled content, the proven science of water holding intention, and simple kitchen rituals that turn your daily routine into a manifestation practice. Mia also opens up about her own journey through relationship struggles, self-betrayal, and finding her way back to her power through some seriously uncomfortable inner work. This conversation touches on the Sacred Rage Ritual, why women's anger is revolutionary, and Mia's current explorations with Tantra as a tool for understanding power, surrender, and healing. Whether you're new to manifestation or your practice has gone stale, this episode offers practical wisdom you can use today.Connect with Mia: https://miamagik.com/Mia on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/miamagik/Link to sign up for Mia's Retreats: https://miamagik.com/2025retreatrooms/Link to purchase Mia's book: IntuWitchinConnect with Sabrina:https://www.instagram.com/Sabrina_Soto/www.SabrinaSoto.com

Paul Muller-Ortega was a distinguished professor of the Indic religious traditions who retired from academia in 2006 and founded his school, Blue Throat Yoga. Since then, to quote from his website, “Paul has been teaching practices of deep meditation and the theories of meditation studies. His primary theoretical focus is founded on the teachings of lineages of the Śakta-Śaiva Tantra, particularly as brought forward by the extraordinary medieval siddha guru, Rājānaka Abhinavagupta. Paul is particularly committed to bringing forward deeply authentic and highly effective practices and teachings of modern meditation practice in the context of householder spirituality. And doing so always on the direct basis of the theoretical and philosophical teachings of this important ancient esoteric lineage of the Kashmiri śaiva masters.” He is also focused on training teachers to help carry on his work. We spoke about what distinguishes Kashmir Shavism from other systems, the practical value of integrating deep meditation and other transformative practices into daily life, and other vital topics for living a spiritual life.
