Anche a questo disse: "Tu pure sarai a capo di cinque città".Venne poi anche un altro e disse: "Signore, ecco la tua moneta d'oro, che ho tenuto nascosta in un fazzoletto; avevo paura di te, che sei un uomo severo: prendi quello che non hai messo in deposito e mieti quello che non hai seminato". Gli rispose: "Dalle tue stesse parole ti giudico, servo malvagio! Sapevi che sono un uomo severo, che prendo quello che non ho messo in deposito e mieto quello che non ho seminato: perché allora non hai consegnato il mio denaro a una banca? Al mio ritorno l'avrei riscosso con gli interessi". Disse poi ai presenti: "Toglietegli la moneta d'oro e datela a colui che ne ha dieci". Gli risposero: "Signore, ne ha già dieci!". "Io vi dico: A chi ha, sarà dato; invece a chi non ha, sarà tolto anche quello che ha. E quei miei nemici, che non volevano che io diventassi loro re, conduceteli qui e uccideteli davanti a me"».Dette queste cose, Gesù camminava davanti a tutti salendo verso Gerusalemme.Parola del Signore.

(This podcast was previously published on December 28, 2020)   Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney  ...   Because of the Bible, we know that which is coming in the time ahead.   Peter tells us:   II Peter 3:10-13 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.   11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,   12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?   13 Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.   14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.   Knowing the future things that are coming, according to Bible, changes everything!   We cannot put our hope in a continuation of things on this earth as we have known them.  We cannot build our lives on this earth as we have done.   Everything we can see with our natural eye will be destroyed by God and that could happen at any time.   I see it as something similar to Coronavirus.  Those things we had were gone immediately!  In one day, all sports in the USA vanished from our sight. Businesses closed.  Streets became vacant.   When God sends the great tribulation, at first, some people may not even realize anything significant is happening.   Plague #1:  Revelation 8:7  The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.   A third of the earth was affected.  If this happens in USA, will the people in Russia know anything that will affect them has happened?  (A virus in China has nothing to do with us in USA? does it?)   But look at that which happens with the 4th tribulation from God:   Revelation 8:12  And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.   Now everyone all over the entire world will know something is happening.  And this world will be greatly affected.   And far more is to come:  10 more tribulations which will be even worse   Revelation 8:13   And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!   Daniel 12:10  Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.   *****   Colossians 3   1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.   2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.   3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.   4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with HIM in glory.   5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:   6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:   7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.   8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.   9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;   10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of HIM that created him:

It's learning about the past so we have more validated scientific information that we can use to predict what we can do to better influence the future,” she tells host Michael Carrese. An internationally-renowned evolutionary molecular biologist and paleogeneticist, Dr. Shapiro is a pioneer in ancient DNA research and has successfully sequenced genomes, like that of the dodo, to study evolution and the impact on humans. At Colossal Biosciences, she leads teams working to bring back traits of extinct species such as the mammoth, not for spectacle, but to restore ecological balance. “When species become extinct, you lose really fundamental interactions between species that existed in that ecosystem. According to the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, women make up 70% of the global healthcare workforce but hold only about 25% of leadership positions. Our guest today on Raise the Line, Dr. Roopa Dhatt, has been a leading voice in the movement to correct that imbalance through co-founding an organization called Women in Global Health (WGH), which has established chapters in over 60 countries since it started a decade ago. Dr. Dhatt is also pursuing that agenda and addressing other pressing issues in healthcare as a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum. “We're changing the equation so women delivering health are also viewed and valued as leaders,” says the internal medicine physician and assistant professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Beyond leadership equity, Dr. Dhatt is also seeking to address systemic pay inequities and high levels of violence and harassment experienced by women in the health sector, issues that were highlighted in research conducted by WGH. Although WGH has seen high-level success influencing policy at the World Health Organization and United Nations, Dr. Dhatt says the heart of its success is local. “Women community health workers have begun to see themselves as leaders and the heroines of health in their communities.
