When we lose sight of what to be thankful for, we start to lose our ability to enjoy our life. When gratitude evades us, joy escapes us and we can slip into cynicism and scarcity. Aussi, quand son mari part travailler au Moyen-Orient, elle décide de rester en France avec ses enfants car elle ne peut pas exercer son métier à l'étranger et ne veut pas sacrifier sa carrière. Elle accouche d'ailleurs seule de son deuxième enfant. Mais finalement, après 5 années à distance avec son mari, elle décide de tout plaquer pour le suivre au Moyen-Orient puis à Londres et profiter pleinement de ses enfants. C'est après avoir vue sa fille se transformer par la pratique du Yoga qu'elle décide de suivre des cours car elle veut, elle aussi, ce changement dans sa vie. Elle découvre une veritable passion pour le Yoga et décide d'en faire son métier. Alors avec Christelle, on a bien sûr évoqué sa carrière de notaire, la difficulté de concilier carrière et vie familiale, comment se défaire de la pression de la société envers les maman, sa vie d'expatriée, de "citoyenne du monde" comme elle le dit, son cheminement et le destin.
