Christine Schelble is the Director of Insurance and Risk Management at GE Appliances, a Haier company. She is one of the founding members of what is now the Greater Bluegrass Chapter of RIMS, which won the 2024 Chapter of the Year Award at RISKWORLD. [2:49] Christine has decades of experience leading risk management initiatives for global companies. We will learn about what it takes to be in that sort of position, how she progressed throughout her career, and when and where she saw opportunities and took them. [3:07] This will be a fun way to kick off 2025; let's get started! Christine Schelble, welcome to RIMScast! [3:18] GE sold GE Appliances on June 6, 2016, to Haier, the world's largest home appliance company. They are located in China. Christine works for Haier U.S. Appliance Solutions, Inc. doing business as GE Appliances, a Haier Company. It is the Haier U.S. headquarters. [4:09] Christine is a department of one. She works with people throughout the company. The goal of risk management is to spread that philosophy throughout the company. It has only improved since she started. She has lots of support when it comes to claims and coverage. [5:11] Christine had come from a technology company and was very familiar with the technology supply chain. When she came on board, she met with the supply chain people to learn their philosophy and processes. The only time she gets involved with them is for an insurance claim. [6:05] In appliances, Christine says there are so many “Black Fridays” in the year that you can see the returns ebb and flow throughout the year. It's not a serious problem. [6:44] Christine left Lexmark in 2001 after 15 years. One of her risk management connections called her and said that the position was opening at GE Appliances. She wanted new challenges so she sent in her resume, interviewed with them, and got the position. [7:43] Christine says it's one of the best jobs she's ever had. She's been able to take everything that she's learned and implement it into a startup program. That has been rewarding. When she started, it was the first time GE Appliances was managing and purchasing insurance coverage. [8:23] Christine joined GE Appliances three months after the sale and took a couple of months to understand how things worked. She started making changes at her first renewal because she could see where things hadn't worked out in relationships and coverage. [9:25] Risk management for your company is not a static position. It's constantly changing. You've got to constantly look at what's going on in the insurance market and what's going on internally and adapt your coverages, deductibles, and maybe your relationship with your TPA. [9:17] The way the program looked in 2016 when she came in is not the way it looks now. [9:30] The biggest third-party GE Appliances works with is the claims administrator. Otherwise, Christine works with brokers. Currently, she works with three different brokers for the competition. If the relationship is not great, she'll change the people on her account. [10:28] For risk managers coming up in the industry, Christine recommends keeping up with your education, getting your designations, attending webinars and seminars, and doing everything you can to keep up with what's going on in the insurance market. It's constantly changing. [10:49] Christine will do an RFP when she's looking to change something. You've got to have face-to-face conversations with your brokers, carriers, and TPAs. You have to educate them on your business and products. Your company and products are not the same as another's. [11:41] If you're just moving to a TPA because they gave you the lowest price, it's not going to work unless you work with them and have an ongoing relationship. Christine has them come in, meet her people, go through some of GE Appliance's processes, and see the plants. [12:01] Christine has done the same things in her previous jobs, as well. [12:15] TPAs changed how they worked during the pandemic. The TPA world will continue to change in reaction to changes in the world.  [12:50] Christine has a process for developing an RFP. She starts with having a non-disclosure agreement in place. That's very important. Then she shares exposure information, the insurance schedule, the actuary report, and a loss run or two, so they can understand the overall risk.   [13:33] She puts hot points into the RFP, how to move claims forward, and how the program should be improved and moved forward. That's been her philosophy throughout her career. [14:17] Plug Time! RIMS Webinars! Resolver will be joining us on February 6th with a topic to be arranged. [14:25] HUB International continues its Ready for Tomorrow Series with RIMS. On February 20th, they will host “Ready for the Unexpected? Strategies for Property Valuation, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity in 2025”. [14:41] More webinars will be announced soon and added to the RIMS.org/webinars page. Go there to register. Registration is complimentary for RIMS members. [14:52] Nominations are also open for the Donald M. Stuart Award which recognizes excellence in risk management in Canada. Links are in this episode's show notes. [15:04] The Spencer Educational Foundation's goal to help build a talent pipeline of risk management and insurance professionals is achieved in part by its collaboration with risk management and insurance educators across the U.S. and Canada. [15:22] Since 2010, Spencer has awarded over $3.3 million in general grants to support over 130 student-centered experiential learning initiatives at universities and RMI non-profits. Spencer's 2026 application process will open on May 1st, 2025, and close on July 30th, 2025. [15:45] General grant awardees are typically notified at the end of October. Learn more about Spencer's general grants through the Programs tab at SpencerEd.org. [15:57] Back to the Conclusion of My Interview with Christine Schelble!  [16:23] Christine shares how she works as a department of one. She just continues to do what she's educated to do. When she looks back, it feels great to see all that she has done. It's important to get the relationships going so that people can trust you. [16:49] Christine works with the Finance, the supply chain, the manufacturing finance people, and Legal, where she is located. It's about building the trust factor. [17:12] Christine is a long-time member of the  RIMS Kentucky and Bluegrass Chapters, which are now the RIMS Greater Bluegrass Chapter. Christine has been in RIMS since she started in risk management. She loves the support from other risk professionals and the networking. [18:13] Christine started with RIMS in the D.C. area, then in Connecticut. She moved to New Jersey and was in RIMS in New Jersey and New York. When she moved to Kentucky, she joined the chapter. She was president for a year or two around 2003 or 2004. [18:46] Christine is thrilled that the younger members of the community have started the chapter back up. During economic downturns there was a loss of people and others couldn't get out to meetings. The same five people were doing the same job and they were ready to pass the torch. [19:21] It took several years for the torch to come back up. Christine acknowledges the work of Jeremy, Erica, Britt, and Brittany in getting the chapter up and going again. Christine is more than happy to help and support them by sitting on the board. [19:50] The Greater Bluegrass Chapter of RIMS was named the 2024 Chapter of the Year. Christine says that was a good feeling. It was fun to support them at RISKWORLD 2024 in receiving that award. [20:42] Christine is thrilled to see that in the younger generations, there are more women in higher positions within insurance carriers and brokers. When she started, there weren't as many. She says it is such a great career, whether you are male, female, or whatever. It's amazing! [21:22] Christine is thrilled to see that more schools offer risk and insurance as a degree. The Greater Bluegrass Chapter supports Eastern Kentucky University and its risk and insurance curriculum with an annual golf tournament in September that raises money for scholarships. [21:55] The Greater Bluegrass Chapter has also asked the university to have a student become a member to help expand their knowledge into the RIMS world. Justin mentions Spencer's Risk Manager on Campus program. He thanks Christine for her continued service in RIMS. [23:18] Special thanks to Christine Schelble for joining us here on RIMScast and kicking off 2025! Next week, we will be joined by RIMS CEO Gary LaBranche! [23:30] More RIMS Plugs! “The way we were running distribution, the processes we were using, it wasn't a matter of, ‘Well, just incrementally improve what you've got.' “We needed to rethink, take a step back and say, ‘Are we really set up the way we need to be set up?'” - Marcia Brey, VP of Logistics for GE Appliances (via the WSJ) GE Appliances recently made news for a series of planned investments in their supply chain. As interesting as their efforts are today, they are the next step in an ongoing series of advancements and adjustments… and advancements and adjustments. Now owned by Haier, a Shanghai-based company, GE Appliances has been on both sides of the outsourcing - reshoring divide. As they respond to macro conditions and competitive pressures, their supply chain is what connects production with customers, and the top line with the bottom, regardless of continual change.  In this episode of the Art of Supply podcast, Kelly Barner addresses three key questions about their operation: Is GE Appliances really (successfully) reshoring manufacturing? How is the Department of Transportation's FLOW program helping them manage potential supply chain disruptions? What role do metrics play in how they manage high stakes decisions about labor and inventory? In the fifth part of this six-part series on Stories from the River, host Charlie Malouf welcomes back guest and good friend Charlie Workmon, President and CEO of Riverstone Logistics. In this episode, Charlie W discusses making the move to take over Riverstone Logistics full time with his full focus and effort.  He discusses the transition as well as asking Charlie M to serve as his formal mentor in 2021.  They discuss the mutually beneficial mentorship meetings that they held every two weeks, which included a formal agenda and walking through the influential Keith J. Cunningham book together, "The Road Less Stupid: Advice from the Chairman of the Board."  Charlie W talked about reflecting on the phrase: Know the game you're playing.  As Charlie W began to embrace the practice of "Thinking Time" that he took from Cunningham's book, he began to see clearly that Riverstone would be a people-centric and a client-centric platform for loving people well.  And not to be the biggest or the best but just to be on the journey and improve a little bit each day.  This belief would eventually be infused into the Company's purpose to love, serve, and improve. In 2021, Charlie W also came to the realization that the Company needed to be well capitalized in order to be able to run further faster.  This realization would eventually lead him to facilitating a transaction and to bring in a sponsor (i.e., a group of investors) who believed in the vision and to come help them take the Company to a completely different level in a way that's meant to love people. Charlie W cited the connection that he made with Harold Baron, the former CEO of Nolan Transportation, and the key leader behind the strategic money and group of private investors who would invest in RLX.  Harold is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors for RLX.   Charlie W reflected on the day that transaction closed in mid October 2021 and the gravity of that transaction.  He knew that they had put the Company in a really good position for the future, and that this was setting the stage to not just survive but to flourish with open hands.  The stage had been set to have rapid growth with strong financial backing.  Riverstone Logistics has seen impressive growth with revenues increasing from $13M in 2020, tripling to $42M in 2021, then doubling to $85M in 2022, more than doubling again in 2023 to $191M, and projected to reach $300M in 2024.  RLX has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Charlotte by the Charlotte Business Journal for the past three years, and they completed their first acquisition late last year. Charlie W says that RLX today is a sunrise company who's best days are ahead of us.  Their operations reach across 31 states and three countries with 650 Extra Milers ("Extra Milers" being the term given to RLX's full-time employees).  RLX is a multi-modal logistics company with a successful Final Mile division as well as a growing brokerage division.  Their big customers are Lowe's, The Home Depot, IKEA, HD Supply, Crate & Barrel, Ashley Store licensees, and GE Appliances.  Charlie W explains that they are playing the part of a company that is set to do business differently.  He says that they have a "Field of Dreams" mindset where they bring key people in ahead of the need while waiting to see if their client would also join the company.  A mindset of "If you build it, they will come."  And, Charlie W says that they strive to over serve their clients, that they're structured to serve and love them well, that they have a transparent cost model, and that they work with their clients to share costs and help rein them in.   And he says that they focus on being open hands, being transparent and reliable, and enroll them on the front end as to what is a fair margin for their services. Charlie W unpacks the inspiration behind the company's Purpose statement "to use our God-given talents and opportunities to love our neighbors, serve our communities and improve our industry," which he and the management team crafted in late 2021. And then Charlie W also walks through the seven Core Beliefs of Riverstone Logistics:  - Go the Extra Mile - Run through the Storm - Canoe the Mountains - Win the Right Way - Pencils Have Erasers - Mutual Prosperity   - Profit Fuels Purpose Book mentioned: The Road Less Stupid: Advice from the Chairman of the Board - Keith Cunningham - https://www.amazon.com/Road-Less-Stupid-Keith-Cunningham/dp/0984659269  RLX Purpose & Core Beliefs:  https://rlx.us/purpose/ Listen to part one of this conversation, Family Business to Logistics Leader: How Charlie Workmon Got Started: https://youtu.be/2dtnhUNHwLs      Listen to part two of this conversation, Parenthood, Prayer, and Perspective Fuel Purpose for Charlie Workmon: https://youtu.be/aqYuV1qQokk  Listen to part three of this conversation, Broad River's 2015 Bold Reset: Turning Challenges into Opportunities with Charlie Workmon: https://youtu.be/1AW0WwZaC4A    Listen to part four of this conversation, Purpose-Driven Leadership in Retail Operations with Charlie Workmon: https://youtu.be/1AW0WwZaC4A   This episode on YouTube: https://youtu.be/nS3gzJAjF0s  Visit https://www.storiesfromtheriver.com for more episodes. 'We exist to fail': FirstBuild president André Zdanow on building an innovation arm out of GE Appliances

Making Marketing

FirstBuild is the arm of GE Appliances where inventors actually get to invent things. It's a division of the behemoth corporation that aims to come up with new types of gadgets, test their viability and then bring them into the world. And it operates independently of its parent, GE Appliances, and uses community building and crowdfunding to get projects off the ground. Some of its most popular products include a nugget ice maker and countertop pizza oven. So, how such a division exist within such a large corporation? André Zdanow, FirstBuild's president, joined the Modern Retail Podcast and described its evolution. FirstBuild first began around 2014 as a way to work with upstart engineers and test out new types of products. But it has grown into a standalone organization, and each product has its own unique lifecycle. Some are built thanks to successful crowdfunding campaigns, others are instantly scooped by GE Appliances because they know it will be a hit. Some products are sold through an Amazon store, others on Amazon or via big-box retailers. As Zdanow described it, each FirstBuild product "depends on the product and the business that's gonna take it and the business model." But the major difference between Zdanow's group and GE Appliances as a whole is the process. The idea, he said, was to "get away from the bureaucracy of a large corporate; there are a lot of things that are great about the scale you get when you become our size, or near our size. And one of those things is not speed." Zdanow knows a thing or two about building products fast. Before joining GE Appliance, he worked at Quirky, a platform that aimed to help inventors get their ideas off the ground. Lessons from Quirky's early days likely informed how FirstBuild got off the ground, but Zdanow said the two are different -- especially in the types of community members it targets. And now that FirstBuild has been around for over a decade, it's been able to create an insulated nook of innovation. The company is always looking for new products to build and different problems to solve -- but the emphasis is always on trying something new. "We exist to fail," he said. "So like 93% of the ideas that we come up with will not ever be produced. It's almost a hedge fund model in that way."

Last year, Andrea interviewed Lorenzo Simonelli, Chairman and CEO of Baker Hughes, an energy technology company, in one of his best episodes of 2022. They discussed the exciting energy transition happening in the industry and Lorenzo's perspective on navigating this change as a leader. Lorenzo stressed the need to pivot quickly, fail fast, and learn in order to adapt to constant change. He shared insights on building diverse teams, focusing on culture, effective communication, and empowering others. Lorenzo also advised aspiring leaders on self-awareness, taking feedback, and managing ambiguity. KEY TAKEAWAYS Energy is going through an exciting transition period that requires collaboration between stakeholders. Having a clear and easy-to-communicate strategy is key, but changing behaviours and culture is harder. Leaders must role model desired behaviours and make bold decisions to mobilise change. Pivoting quickly and failing fast is critical to adapting to constant change. Quiet, focused time is important for leaders to think strategically. Surround yourself with a diverse team willing to challenge you. BEST MOMENTS"It's a great time to be in energy. There is a fundamental tectonic shift and transformation occurring." "If you're going to be a good leader today, change is constant and actually looking at ambiguity as a strength." "The role of being a leader is more challenging today because of all the externalities that are happening." "No matter how confident you are...you will need a team that is with you, supporting you and aligned with you." VALUABLE RESOURCES Like the show? 5 Things In 15 Minutes The Podcast: Bringing Good Vibes to DEI

This week I spent time in California whitewater rafting and hiking with an old friend. There was no cell service while we were on the overnight rafting trip, and it felt great to be completely unplugged. After I returned from the solace of nature, I learned there was a parade shooting in Highland Park, Illinois about 30 miles from my home. Another shooting. So much for good vibes. I wanted to unplug all over again.Friends, it sometimes feels like the world is falling apart and I run out of words. I run out of patience. Maybe you do, too. Still, I look for inspiration because of the discipline of writing this every week. I found some inspiration this morning when I learned that the winery tasting room in downtown Highland Park, run by my friend Matt Phillips, was a safe haven for 40+ parade-goers escaping the violence. In the spirit of the kindness of strangers, I share this short news story about Matt and Lynfred Winery. News: Cabless autonomous electric truck approved for US public roads | New Atlas (01:35) Freight technology company Einride first introduced its cabless autonomous electric T-pod truck back in 2017.Couple years later in 2020, it started rolling along Swedish Roads Now the company has been given the green light for operation on public roads in the US. In what Einride claims is a first, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has approved its purpose-built autonomous electric vehicle to operate on public roads in the US, and there'll be no driver in the cab as the Einride Pod doesn't have a cab. The T-pod Truck makes use of an onboard sensor suite:cameras, radars and LiDARs  will be monitored remotely by a human operator If you are curious about the sizing:Each vehicle should measure about 7 meters (23 ft) in length, and be capable of carrying 15 standard pallets worth of cargo.  It will weigh 20 tons with a full load, covering a distance of approximately 200 km (124 miles) on one charge of its 200-kWh battery pack. The public road pilot is due to start in Q3 of this year, where the vehicle will merge with existing fleet operations at a GE Appliances manufacturing facility.Expected to move goods between warehouses and operate on public roads in mixed traffic.   Enzyme reverses muscle loss due to aging and cancer | The Bright Side News (05:25) An international team led by uOttawa Faculty of Medicine researchers have published findings that could contribute to future therapeutics for muscle degeneration due to old age, and diseases such as cancer and muscular dystrophy. Their work demonstrates the importance of the enzyme GCN5 in maintaining the expression of key structural proteins in skeletal muscle. Those are the muscles attached to bone that breathing, posture and locomotion all rely on. GCN5: a well-studied enzyme which regulates multiple cellular processes such as metabolism and inflammation.  Over the span of roughly five years, the uOttawa-led international collaboration painstakingly experimented with a muscle-specific mouse “knockout” of GCN5. In this case, multiple experiments were done to examine the role the GCN5 enzyme plays in muscle fiber.  What they found:A notable decline in muscle health during physical stress, such as downhill treadmill running, a type of exercise known by athletes to cause micro-tears in muscle fibers to stimulate muscle growth.  The affected mice became dramatically weaker as they scurried downhill, like those of old mice, while wild-type mice were not similarly impacted. Dr. Menzies, the senior author of the study, says the findings are akin to what is observed in advanced aging, or myopathies and muscular dystrophy, a group of genetic diseases that result in progressive weakness and loss of muscle mass. Ultimately, the team's research found that GCN5 boosts the expression of key structural muscle proteins, notably dystrophin, and a lack of it will reduce them. This is significant because dystrophin is the body's most important protein for maintaining the membrane of muscle cells, serving as a kind of anchor and cushioning shock absorber in cells of muscles.  Dr. Menzies suggests the research could help to create a foundation for developing therapeutics down the line: “These findings may therefore be useful for the discovery of new therapeutics that regulate GCN5 activity, or its downstream targets, for maintaining healthy muscle during cancer, myopathies, muscular dystrophy or aging,” Scientists develop first-of-its-kind implant that relieves pain without drugs | Interesting Engineering (11:13) Researchers at Northwestern University have developed a device that sounds straight out of science fiction: a small, soft, flexible first-of-its-kind implant that relieves pain on demand, without the use of drugs and dissolves.Could provide a much-needed alternative to opioids and other highly addictive medications. As per the researchers, the device could be highly valuable for patients who undergo routine surgeries or amputations that most often need post-operative medications. Northwestern's John A. Rogers, who led the device's development, in a press release stated:“As engineers, we are motivated by the idea of treating pain without drugs — in ways that can be turned on and off instantly, with user control over the intensity of relief. The technology reported here exploits mechanisms that have some similarities to those that cause your fingers to feel numb when cold. Our implant allows that effect to be produced in a programmable way, directly and locally to targeted nerves, even those deep within surrounding soft tissues.” The device works by wrapping around nerves softly, to deliver precise and targeted cooling. This in turn numbs nerves and blocks pain signals to the brain.  An external pump helps the user to remotely activate the device and control its intensity. Once the device is no longer required, it is naturally absorbed into the body — "bypassing the need for surgical extraction". Why does coolness help with pain?Study co-author Dr. Matthew MacEwan of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis said that as nerves become cooler, the signals that travel through them become slower - eventually stopping completely.  “By delivering a cooling effect to just one or two targeted nerves, we can effectively modulate pain signals in one specific region of the body," The device contains tiny microfluidic channels to induce the cooling effect, while concurrently, a tiny integrated sensor monitors the temperature of the nerve to ensure that it doesn't get too cold, which could damage the tissue. Rodgers talks on the monitoring:"By monitoring the temperature at the nerve, the flow rates can be adjusted automatically to set a point that blocks pain in a reversible, safe manner. On-going work seeks to define the full set of time and temperature thresholds below which the process remains fully reversible." At the thickness of a sheet of paper, the soft, elastic nerve cooling device is ideal for treating highly sensitive nerves.   Scientists Say New James Webb Images Are So Powerful That It Was Emotional Just Looking at Them | Futurism (18:25) While we await the ceremonial release of the first official images taken by NASA's uber-expensive James Webb Space Telescope, early reactions to the long-awaited shots are already sounding pretty promising. NASA's scientific missions lead Thomas Zurbuchen told reporters on Wednesday:“The images are being taken right now… There is already some amazing science in the can, and some others are yet to be taken as we go forward. We are in the middle of getting the history-making data down." NASA plans to release several images on July 12, the inaugural "first light" observations from the space telescope and a potentially groundbreaking moment for the field of astronomy. Zurbuchen admitted he was in his feelings over the new images:“It's really hard to not look at the universe in a new light and not just have a moment that is deeply personal … It's an emotional moment when you see nature suddenly releasing some of its secrets. and I would like you to imagine and look forward to that." The images are expected to include unprecedented views of the depths of the universe and the atmosphere surrounding a distant exoplanet, potentially giving us glimpses of a habitable world other than our own. It's the culmination of over a decade of research, and a $10 billion investment that could soon pay off in a big way.   Elon Musk's Starlink gets FCC green light to beam broadband into moving cars, planes, boats | Business Insider (21:56) SpaceX won approval from the Federal Communications Commission to let its Starlink satellites send broadband internet to moving vehicles on Thursday.Cleared a major hurdle as it has already signed deals with airline carriers including Hawaiian Airlines and exclusive jet firm JSX to provide in-flight WiFi to passengers. "Authorizing a new class of terminals for SpaceX's satellite system will expand the range of broadband capabilities to meet the growing user demands that now require connectivity while on the move, whether driving an RV across the country, moving a freighter from Europe to a US port, or while on a domestic or international flight," the FCC said in its authorization order published Thursday. The FCC's authorization will allow Starlink to pursue deals with transport companies more vigorously.Royal Caribbean became the first cruise line to request Starlink on its ships in June. Starlink also launched a $135 monthly subscription for RVs in May. At launch the company said the internet service could not be used while the RV was in motion.

Public Relations, Influence Marketing, and right-out Endorsements.Sometimes it can be hard to tell them apart. This is in part because of shifts in “who we trust”, how brands communicate to their consumers, as well as the channels in which marketing content is distributed. In this episode, we have someone that can help us learn a bit about Influence Marketing vs Influencer marketing. And give some insight into how that relates to traditional PR.Today my guest is Jason Falls. Jason is a leading digital strategist, author, speaker, and thinker in the digital and social media marketing industry. As an award-winning strategist, he has been noted as a top influencer in the social technology and marketing space by publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Advertising Age.He has worked on marketing strategies for brands such as GE Appliances, General Motors, AT&T, Humana, and many others. His recent book is quickly becoming a must-have for marketers learning about influence and we will surely talk about that book here in a moment.Conversation points:Within Marketing, we often hear two terms: Influence Marketing and Influencer Marketing.Jason, what is the difference between influencer marketing and influence marketing?I'm an advocate of every company being a media company. No matter what their product or service, they need to be a media company. How would you communicate to a company to create their own media to support their influence?I know that you come from the world of PR. For me, personally, I've lost enthusiasm for traditional PR. Mainly because the voice of the customer is often louder than any PR that a company itself can create. In an era of Influence Marketing, where does traditional PR stand? There seem to be two vastly different worlds between B2B Influence Marketing and B2C Influencer Marketing. Let's talk about each separately:Tell me where you would start and some things to consider if you are tasked with utilizing Influence Marketing for this company. Now for B2C:Where do you start there with Influence Marketing?I heard on your podcast a rant you gave about the overuse of the term "Authenticity" and with full admission, I believe we are both people who have been training marketers to use "Authenticity"So, given that the term has been beaten to death and overused, do you think that companies have gotten the idea and moved the needle any closer to being authentic?Shaquille O'Neal endorses everything from foot powder, to ink cartridges, to Taco Bell. When he endorsed Icy Hot and Muscle Milk, it made sense. But Comcast and Ink Cartridges? Is there a grey area between influence and endorsement - and can an influencer go too far with what they associate themselves with?I've seen you mention a few tools and software platforms for finding and managing influencers. Can you tell us about 1 or 2 and how these platforms work? Finally, Jason, tell us about your recently released book called "Winfluence"What can readers expect to learn from your book? Thanks to the listeners.
